Lots of fast food places going downhill recently with sucky food, but fortunately Chickfila still tastes good and has nice employees & fast service. A Spicy deluxe with a cold lemonade and they're sweet & spicy siracha sauce always hits the spot

I like the restaurant. My go-to will haave to be the Spicy Chicken Deluxe and super size the fries, but I also enjoy the Spicy Chicken Salad with Avacado dressing. Have gone several times with my wife and with coworkers.

I ordered the grilled chicken burger and my daughters got the 5ct chicken nuggets. As far as flavor, the grilled chicken tasted good but it was a little hard so I don't know how fresh it was... the kids meals were great though, my girls finished everything.

No matter how full the parking lot is, there's always plenty of room to sit and dine !! The service is exceptional!!

I always order the same meal for my son, 8 pieces of chicken nuggets large waffle fries and Lemonade. It never disappoints him. He loves it and I have never had a bad order or had to return int for any reason. We get it for him 3 times a week.

These guys were great. 15 of us showed up while on a mission trip to the area. These guys were fantastic. The food was excellent as expected, and when our food was brought out to us, Matthew made sure the order was correct. One item was wrong, and one was missing, and an extra package of fries made it to us. Matthew brouht everything that was incorrect within a couple of minutes. He was friendly and helpful.

Rosa- is a very happy and joyful soul, she smiled the whole time taking orders, and she put smiles on other peoples faces. If I could give her a raise, I would. Tell her to keep up the good work….

Chick-fil-A has always been a wonderful place to eat at. On Valentine's Day however, they went above and beyond to create a very romantic atmosphere. They had reserved seating and table side service. There was live music and love really was all around. We were greeted with a rose and much enchantment as we walked in. The food was amazing as always. I loved the photo op with Cow. This is something I can see myself doing in other Valentine's Days.

Fast , accurate, and friendly service. I love that they have a playground for the kids. It's extremely too hot to have the children outside. By the way, the cleaning staff does an excellent job also. I was impressed that they were cleaning the chairs also.

My favorite fast food place. Chicken sandwiches are all very good. The basic number 1 is never disappointing, but sometimes I go for the grilled chicken or the nuggets/strips. The grilled nuggets are very good also. Shakes and the lemonade are so good. I usually don't get drinks with my meals from other places, but I love the drinks here.

The food is very good and the staff is very friendly. Staff is actively cleaning so there's no need to worry about contaminants. Would really recommend coming here. However, they close at 10pm and on Sundays

He was so outgoing, upbeat, and full of positive energy that it really stood out! He greeted me with a big smile, made great conversation, and even had us laughing uncontrollably. He turned a simple drive-thru stop into a genuinely fun experience. He's super bubbly, but I truly appreciated how he used that energy to brighten my day. My brother told him I (Lucecita) would be leaving a review, so I wanted to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves. Matthew deserves to be recognized for the way he goes above and beyond with customer service. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have him!

Went for ice cream and fries. Both items were made to order. Fries crispy and warm. Ice cream was a thick mixture unlike other competitors close by that are handing it to you melting already. Servers are always so friendly and smiling! Drive through wait was short.

Food is always on point! Orders are always correct. Place is always very clean. Play ground is always filled much older kids (even though it's a toddler playground) so we avoid the play area sadly. They're also very stingy when it comes to giving ketchup packages lol on a good day i get 2 packages at most for 3 meals... so make sure to ask for extra.....oh almost forgot, the fresh flowers are a nice tough to the tables!

The place was very clean and the staff was well dressed. The food was great, but didn't ask if I wanted dipping sauce. By it self that is not why I only gave them only 4 stats. I mean like they were done with me. They didn't even say have a good day. I mean it's like it was a very automated place they did an excellent job preparing the food delivering the food but no customer contact.

My grilled chicken sandwich had grill marks on it and so did my moms grilled chicken sandwich but hers was cold on one side and hot on the other and by the looks of it they didn’t cook them thoroughly on one side and it was dry as heck. But one of the staff members was nice enough to apologize and tell the people in charge of the grills to clean the grill up before adding more meat to the grill.

Chic-fli-a chickenstrips portion sizes have gotten smaller and breading is overpowering chicken flavir. Service is great, Lemonade is the best. In our hometown the competition is exactly next door. I get lemonade, waffle fries and sauces at chic-fil-a and go next door to get chicken strips with no breading.

Stopped for dinner & had a chicken sandwich (this item was free with a gift card), 3 spicy chicken strips, fries, & a drink. The strips were small for the $7.46 combo price. The sandwich had 3 small pickles & I added bar-b-cue sauce to enhance the flavor. The fries were large but not crispy & had no discernable flavor besides some salt; the drink was small for the full price. I wish I could self-serve. The chicken was tasty, moist, & delicious but some other veggies would better round the texture & appeal. I would eat here more often if either the portions were larger or the prices lower; also, breakfast should be available all day! I really wanted to try the breakfast bagel sandwich. The place is clean, quiet, & family friendly. Staff is very attentive. EAT MORE CHICKEN!

The waffle fries are virtually raw. When asked if they cook them to well done, they said they can't.

I was in hospital, friend brought me lunch, breaded chicken salad and dessert. Dessert was a sweet croissant. So dry, so hard! I am sad that my friend spent money on this. Should not have been sold.!

We used to eat at this location at least 3 times a week. Not anymore. The service has really changed. Only one cashier open, not very friendly, chicken burger cold, several tables dirty, no one walking around asking if you need anything. It's just not like it used to be. Asked for a comment card and was told they didn't have any.

Their biscuits are TRASH. Too thick and dry. I literally drive across town just to get breakfast at the Dixieland location. I felt I had to share in case there's any other chicken biscuit lovers out there. The biscuits are my only complaint with this location.

We went here before our flight out and had 4 orders. 2 were the same and the other 2 were the same. They read it all back to me so I figured it would be right. Nope they forgot a sandwich and gave us a fry instead. Prob just simple mistake but if they would slow down a bit and concentrate on customer service instead of how fast they can get you your food it might help.

I'm not the biggest fan of Chick-fil-A but my wife and kids love it. I can say the food is pretty good hence their popularity and their dessert options are pretty neat! The service at most Chick-fil-A restaurants is almost always phenomenal and super friendly! If they take a little long, just consider how many orders they have to push out a day. At least for my area, everyone loves this place. My biggest issue, parking. There are way too many curbside pickup spots and it's not easy finding a space for dine in.

Don’t understand why they would make the restaurant eating space smaller 🤷🏽‍♂️…. It feels sort of crowded now . And I feel like their customer service is going downhill. Lately they’ve been getting our orders wrong and even question us for their own mistakes with the classic “ let me see your receipt “ … then a “OH” with no apology .

Drive-through was the worst in getting our order and us receiving it. Took 15-20 minutes waiting in line in the car just to have our order taken. I was in the inside drive-up lane, and at least 5 cars in the outside lane were serviced before I got my order taken by a person who was finally sent out to speed up our lane. Very disappointed with the wait time. I have never had to wait that long at other Chick Fil A restaurants, especially for drive-through service.

I've been to this Chic-fil-a twice this week, and both times, they have disappointed me. 1st time they got my order wrong, I wanted grilled chicken, and they gave me crispy chicken then 2nd time my grilled sandwich was very, very thin. The chicken is always thick, but today, it wasn't.

Not up to C-F-A normal standards! All three orders were overcooked and dry. Staff never brought the milkshakes, we had to chase them down. Restaurant was really messy: dirty floors, overflowing trash and tables not cleaned off. This is sad!

This place was one of the last places that still cared about their customers and wore face mask and gloves for their safety, and now they just stopped wearing them. We stopped picking up from everywhere but here since they were very clean and safe and seemed to care about and respect the customers. Now unfortunately after stopping by today and leaving after seeing no mask sadly i guess my family wont be picking up from here anymore either so sad :/

Went in today 6/24/24 to Chic- fil-a on Sunshine strip in Harlingen Tx at 4:29 p.m. to have 2 sandwiches to be remade. My daughter & I spoke to a manager by the name of Steph (name tag). She took care of us rudely and didn't finish taking care of our order and didn't care if I had finished ordering. This manager moved to another POS and told me rudely doing hand gestures & with alot of sassyness to move cause she was going to take care of another customer. I have not ever been treated this way. My daughter was upset and said that was ugly treatment mom we just got from this manager. This manager needs to be retrained on management as well how to treat customers with courtesy and be aware of the title they hold and why. Her overall demeanor & Rudeness was so uncalled for. I want this to not be OVER- LOOKED don't want someone else to be treated the way we did by this ( Manager Steph )

Horrible service. I’ve been to chick fil a countless of times in my life and I have never received poor service lioe I did today. I order a meal with two coffees. I was told to wait in the handicap spot for them. Well they never took them out and after getting fed up of waiting I decided to walk in and ask what was going on. They barely began to make the coffees after I let them know I was waiting. They then proceeded to bring me back one coffee even though I needed two. At this point I asked for a refund and when I got back to my car realized they only refunded me for one ! I wasn’t going to be late to work for their mess up so I left, but Jesus they must’ve had a long night because seems they couldn’t get anything right. May speak to corporate because that type of service is unacceptable for an establishment like chick fil a.

I go to Chick-fil-A atleast twice a week, all I asked was for a salad bowl and a fork, I didn’t get a fork with my Mac and cheese, worker declined to give me any of those, Dixieland is way better than sunshine strip, never again will I ever go to this one.

Have seriously gone downhill. Probably been six or so months since I've eaten there last time. Figured I'd treat myself. Horrible. Use to be a big chunk of chicken that hung over the sides. This time it was 2-3 ounces of chicken that was dwarfed by their new, undersized roll. Completely bland and tiny. What happened to their marinade? All for $10.45 for the "meal". I guess chick has run its course. Go ANYWHERE else for a chicken sandwich. Pretty sure a microwaved sandwich from Circle K is higher quality. Pure garbage.

Messed up my order 2 times in the past week so I called today letting them know they forgot my sandwich and messed up the other 2 but the manager Marissa I think her name was or the manager in charge only told me to pick up the sandwich they forgot but didn’t want to fix the other 2!!!!!!! I wasted 25.82 on the food she didn’t want to replace any food they messed up……….. last time I’m going to this place again!!!!!!! She didn’t even want to give me the district manager number or even corporate number!!!!!

Ordered what I usually always order when in Housto or Corpus, grilled chicken sandwich, the chicken was cold, the young lady that took my order seemed to be in a bad mood already, didn't even bother to say thank you, which has always a big part of the Chick fil-A at every location. i placed an order on doordash and didnt receive my cobb salad. i called the place to see if the salad was still there with my name so i could send someone to go pick it up even though it was for delivery. but i was told to call doordash and now i have to wait 24hrs when it couldve been easily resolved at the store. extremely disappointed.

Food sticks to its normal taste. Service was super slow. Front person does not want this job. Restaurant is super dirty. So many tables were dirty. Floor was a mess. Trash cans are full and overflowing. Napkin and sauce station is fully empty. This place does not come anywhere close to the normal Chickfila Standards and FRANCISCO CASTELLANOS should be ashamed of the way he is running this location. The playground is super dirty as well and the slide has sections where it’s disconnecting. An accident just waiting to happen.

Very unsatisfied with my visit, ordered a soup and a yogurt parfait, drove off and they had not included the parfait. Went back and they parked me because they didn't have any parfaits "ready", I waited 10 minutes and nothing until I decided to call out to someone that was out there and I asked for a refund. They also did NOT include a spoon for my soup.

This is the second time my husband goes to get his breakfast and they give him a hard biscuit not once but twice . They had given him a makeup reward for it and they still manage to give him a hard biscuit and then when I call to resolve the problem no one answers the phone .

I went for the first time because of their peach shakes. Employees were wonderful. The shake was good. I also ordered 3 chicken straps at around 6 dollars. I am sure the box would have held maybe 3 McDonald's nuggets. Very disappointed and will not go back.

Maya is so horrible as a “lead” why if you’re not even going to pay attention to the customer and make eye contact. Went in and spent $30 on an order. Repeated myself 3 times! On what I wanted. The guy taking our order didn’t bother listening to us and got everything wrong. Wanted two deluxe combos with large fries and drinks, along with a large Mac n cheese on the side. Got a regular sandwich without lettuce, tomato, and pickles. And only one order of fries and a small order of Mac and cheese. Now I know why yall reviews are one star lately. Looking around in the store most of the customers looking for someone to come fix their mess ups. Real mature of your workers to be staring at me and my family trying to have a nice meal. Never coming back again. After I was charged $30 maya wants to charge me $8 more !

Foods great but I don't like coming here because of how rude the staff and management are. They have a better than thou attitude. Also they keep raising the prices I paid $50 for three people. I could've just went to an actual restaurant . Also they made us wait almost an hour

So on 4/24/25 I went to this Chick-fil-A located on Dixieland rd in Harlingen Tx and they forgot one of my orders. I called back once I arrived at home 10 miles away And spoke with a shift leader named Kate. She has assured me that will replace the order on my next visit. Today 4/26/25 I did return to this establishment, A shift leader named April, Only gave me part of my order because Miss Kate did not put enough notes about how they got the order wrong prior. Shift leader April denied me the drink that goes with my food combo. I let her also know that they had forgot my drink on 4/24/25 and she refused to give it to me. Being a shift later requires maturity and responsibility and miss April displayed none of those. I asked to speak with another manager, and she would not tell me who I could speak with. Miss April said that they could not give me the name of another shift leader that could be able to help me. Nevertheless, after going to eat at this establishment for years and because of one employees negligence, Ms April the so called shift leader, and not allowing the drink that I paid for to be given to me, I will never return, McDonald’s doesn’t even have this kind of behavior by their employees. My 4 yr old, which the original combo they forgot to give was for, my daughter got her nuggets and fries but no drink due to Shift leader April Who stated that she would not help me with that. Thank you, Chick-fil-A for taking my money and not giving me the product.

Dear CFA Dixieland, why are most of your working folks mean? Why do they avoid eye contact when someone comes up needing assistance? Please remove your dine-in deliver-to-your-table option (from the app) if your staff brings the food begrudgingly and save other people the negative encounter it leads to. Everyone experiences problems in life, but please remind kindly your staff to not bring it to their workplace (the place we come to eat). Also, brown people deserve kindness and respect too, just like the ones the staff prefer and show favor to. Thank you.
