Although I really dislike their coffee, the employees are fantastic!! The breakfast sandwiches are awesome and the white mocha is great too but I won't drink the black coffee.
WALKED IN & Came in and everyone said GOOD MORNING & WELCOME it made my day everyone turned around to say it best experience ever first time the employees make an impression on me I most definitely would love to be a partner with them. 😁
Best managers and workers they're a good team and they're always so polite and fast with people's orders. Never had a issue with this one.
It was great. Everyone was nice. My coffee tasted good. There was a long line in the drive through but it wasn't too long of a wait.
On veteran's day I went in and got hooked up with a free drink. Great company that supports veteran's on a special day. It made my day. Thank you Starbucks!

I Always go to StarBucks on stetson and state or palm and florida... Hands down they have the best servers and my citrus defender is always on point. I love them🙏
Have yet to get something I didn't like. From the coffee, refreshers, breakfast bites, sandwiches, the list could go on. This location is one we frequent because you can go in for pick-up. Staff is friendly, service is good.
Always amazing and clean when we go in! Baristas are always sweet!! We had couple cake pops,🎃 latte and a white chocolate mocha.

Good, I thought the mocha was like the one they sell at other stores. But the one I got was just mocha and tasted weird. But everything else was fine. 5 🌟
Love this shop. Always willing to help you. Managers nice and helpful. If they make a mistake, they smile and fix it. They also have no problems making a drink or drinks the way you like them. They even learn who you are when ordering and say it before you. If you are nice they will bend over backwards to make you happy. AT LEAST IN HEMET. USE STETSON OR SAN JACINTO, THEY'RE THE BEST. Don't go to palm and Florida, they are not friendly and can't seem to make a drink to order. Lots of bad drinks, so I don't go there.

It's a Starbucks! Smaller than other places still feels like a Starbucks, five stars because I was just amazed by the efficiency of the team working, they had a line to the door and still got my frap fast and good customer service I left truly amazed. Good job guys!
I love this location. Customer service here is amazing and Zach is the best. He always puts me on to different drinks that I would’ve never thought to try
They made my cappuccino perfect with all the extra added things that I asked for it was delicious. I like a tall cappuccino in a grande cup with extra foam I like it to be a hundred and 85 degrees and I liked it to have made hopefully concert with only 2 lb and I like it with ristretto shots instead of the regular shots and it was perfect

This location is pretty solid. It can get busy but fortunately it's pretty fast paced so the wait itself isn't too terrible. Drink and food quality is usually good, and consistent, most items tend to be in stock.

Starbucks has made our streets safer by changing social gathering. Years ago the main attraction for social gathering was a bar. Thanks to Starbucks there is a much safer alternative! I am so grateful of that, that I don't mind paying a bit more for a coffee.
I was here to pick up and deliver to a customer. Even tho it was raining hard everyone still had smiles on there faces customers as well .The place looks really small from the outside that I almost past it. Turns out it's pretty roomy indoor the long way.I was greeted told them I was there to pick up,it was pretty much ready she prepared the last beverage and bagged it up with a big smile.
I haven't been to many Starbucks but this one was clean, the staff was friendly and full of suggestions when I was questioning what I should get since I don't drink coffee. I was meeting someone there for the first time and the location was well lit and fairly busy. I appreciated the staff and the atmosphere. I would go back again.
This location is the best in town. Actually the best location I have ever been to. Customer service is on point & Holly & Zak are my favorite baristas. They even spoil my dog when I take him through the drive thru. If they mess up the order (which I never believe is their fault, things happen) they correct it without hesitation. The night crew is also friendly! Thank you Starbucks. Always have been a loyal customer to this location 💖💖💖
I never post reviews , but this morning my day was made just a little bit better because Holly at this location , I was ordering a drink online and couldn’t find the option for oat milk so I called the store and Holly said just go ahead and place my order and she’ll make sure it’s made correctly and I got there in under 5 minutes later and she knew right when I walked in and had my drink ready. Great employee definitley will be back
MY TUESDAY/SUNDAY NIGHT RITUAL! It’s a date when it comes to Stetson’s Starbucks, you’ll find me here often. When I’m feeling tired or in need of a serious pick-me-up, this is my favorite location to visit in Hemet. The professionalism and speedy service is something I can expect from this spot. My cold brews never taste watered down nor do they use excessive ice like other Starbucks. I value getting my money’s worth, I feel respected here. The drive-thru wait time is never more than 10 mins and the baristas seemed locked in. The inside is typically quiet during the afternoon and evening. The mornings are busier and on the nosier side. It’s still a solid location for reading and hanging with friends. Recommendations? If I want a non-coffee drink I’ll build a matcha lemonade. Otherwise, I order a cold brew or espresso (iced) with non-dairy milk.
I've never had a problem with ordering and communication with your staff. Till today about a half hour ago I encountered the rudest female who cut me off twice and was so rude and abrupt it ruined my experience. I started with a male but she took over and I just am so flustered because if I'm ordering my coffee I want to feel confident about it that's it is okay. She was so rude I felt unsure. Sorry but it's the only time I have felt this way!

This is my #1 Starbucks.. My drinks are always done right.. Now, my customer service is absolutely amazing.. I can come in different times of the day, and each person is amazing.. Always smiling and greeting me.. Especially Jasmine, she works in the mornings. She is always very helpful and respectful. Great place all around..
revived my love for starbucks!!! i worked for the company which was not the greatest experience, but this specific store has made it up to me! they are so kind and i wanted to leave an honest review about my past few experiences. the baristas are kind and considerate, ive never had an issue here. thanks for helping me rediscover my fav drink from my time at starbucks! will be coming back :)
I came in last week with my little sister and we seen drink that was going viral. I wasn’t too sure if Starbucks made this drink so I ask the nice lady Wendy and she was able to make it happen and the drink came out Perfect. She was very nice, patient and understanding Thank you So much Wendy! We will definitely be there again.
Good service but they never have the medicine ball tea every time I want to order for pick up. Been last 3 weeks shows on the app the store is out of it. I believe it’s called something else now but they do not have it. Something to consider for this cold/ flu season.
Great staff, the customer service here phenomenal, this starbucks is the one of many on my route to work. But I will place my order place here. Im always greeted like a friend you havent seen in awhile, yet I was there the day before. Plus my cold brews seems too made just "right" here.

Loved this Starbucks from the minute I walked in. I was instantly surrounded by the deliciously comforting aroma of espresso. The shop itself was warm and inviting. The staff were friendly and caring. For some reason this particular Starbucks reminded so incredibly much of my son Shane, (whom I lost 5 years ago)...so much so that I had to sit for a minute. I ended up staying 30 minutes. It felt familiar...like home. I will definitely return!
I drove an hour and 30 minutes to the Starbucks to meet up with someone for a laptop I was purchasing. I have the venti pistachio latte with oat milk and it was absolutely wonderful the restrooms here are immaculate I was expecting some shoddy rundown restrooms but I was very pleasantly surprised. One of the best Starbucks locations I've ever visited
Great shop, overall a nice space full of highly kind peeps. A very receptive and gentle floor layout. Not too loud, the right amount of liveliness inside. Few tables here and there to dine in! The lead barista Lili read my mind practically and offered a large water cup before I even asked anyone!! 🧘 Travis the GM is a very accommodating gentleman. Abi on register today is wonderfully friendly too! Thank you for everything you do to give us something we love..practically every day! And thank heavens for decaf. I love this starbucks! However, it is annoying when i tell them to put oatmilk and they don’t! when it’s clearly on the tag. This happens quite a bit now. Other then that this is one of my favorite starbucks!
It was quick when I picked up my mobile order just needed to be a little cleaner in some areas at the tables.
Got my wife the cold brew salted cream cold foam and they give it to me unstirred, she said she didn't care for that cause they don't include a stir, so she sat there slowing whirling it in her hand to try to get the cream to fully mix for 6 minutes
That's the thing with Starbucks they offer good products with the convenience of pain with your smartphone and a great ambiance. All of that together equals a great business plan oh, congratulations to you Starbucks you've struck gold!
Staff was nice. Place was clean. Order was right. This location has a drive through. This makes it busy. A bit longer than I wanted to be in that cramped parking lot.
It was great everyone is great nice atmosphere. Next time I'm there I'll bring a game console or my phone. Sometimes reading and while having noise background I just rather go to a public library
I walked in and asked where were my damn rose pedals I'm an African-American I want to be greeted appropriately... we all laughed. I know the recent situation is no laughing matter, but I thought maybe their training involved special attention to those of color 😄😊 be blessed all. spread the love and laughter
Starbucks was great good service I asked one of the employees Kenny about the drinks and she was very informative friendly and helpful. It was cool inside, plenty of seating and light music playing in the background. A very good experience.
Tremendously friendly and efficient staff. There are not as many tables inside as I would hope and the lack of available of power sockets is a bummer. However, the Wi-Fi is great and doesn't lag even with all the users.
Its Starbucks so coffee and bakery items are always great. Service is nice too. Changed my review to 4 stars because this location always has the music up too loud that it is impossible to hold a conversation without raising your voice. Also the bathroom smelled horrible and I had to breathe through my mouth despite it looking very clean.
I went thru the drive-thru. My drink was good, but didn't include the caramel swirl I paid extra for. That was disappointing. I was off to an appointment, so I didn't have time to go back and exchange it.
i give starbucks a 3 because of there ability to make people think they are getting a premium beverage but its only for their marketing prowess. You can always find a better cup at any local mom and pops cafe for half the price.
This Starbucks did not leave a good first impression on me. I ordered 2 iced Caramel Machiattos and ordered them with no ice and with Salted Cream cold foam. They both appeared to barely have any foam, I asked for more on the side, then they were gonna charge me for more. I told them it was for the drinks I got and then the person who made drinks said to the person at the window that she put it in. Rarher than just giving me the foam, they were arguing with me that the foam set in because I ordered it with no ice. It just made me upset because every place makes their drinks differently. They did fix it by pouring more in, but why did they have to argue with me?
Very good customer service, but the store location, although highly visible, has a shared parking lot that doesn't allow for easy parking. The drive thru spills into the main lot, which is an abandoned Kmart store. Be careful of transients.
They suggest you pre order on app, which is perfectly ok, but once you get in line to pick up your order is often waiting a bit and its gets watered down. Most of the AM mon-thursday staff are very good and courteous. A few times I've recieved coffees filled to the brim and no lids in sight twice I've had pants ruined by this . A few times orders were completely wrong. Which is a pain since lines often snake out the parking lot.
Construction, slow lines, and an over crowded parking lot add up to make this a Starbucks that I avoid if I can. Tonight we were stargazing with the girls, and this was right on the way out of town, so we stopped by. The Boss was not pleased. I'm sure when construction clears up, this will go back to being fine, but for right now I'd rather avoid it.
They were friendly and quick, but they can't get 5 stars for charging $6 for a cup of coffee. Come in in this economy people can't afford that. I'll stick to ma and Pa coffee shops thank you.
So I go here pretty often, sometimes everything is perfect, and other times, the service is bad, food is a mess, and / or my coffee is not made right. But for the most part, I still go and just hope for a good crew... I do try new items often, so I am the person to ask the staff about different items and how they taste. Without holding them to the new items, not fitting me or my taste buds. But when they get my normal stuff wrong or don't greet me back, or give me attitude for no reason, it's another thing. So that's why I didn't give more stars or fewer stars. I'm trying to be fair...
i came here once to get drinks with my family, and it was silent when we walked in… as a fellow starbucks barista, the “good morning” is the most important part. then, we get to the cash register and the barista turns around with an annoyed face, and asks “what do you want today?” then didn’t ask questions, and was super quiet and kept with the rude facial expressions. when i asked for a side of oat milk because she imputed my drink wrong, it took five minutes for them to do that.
Came thru drive thru with a partner. They did not want to use their discount as they had just gotten a new phone. They ordered 3 blonde shots in a hot venti cup. 2 pumps white mocha, Oat milk topped with brown sugar cold foam. They made it cold in a venti hot cup? They insisted to pay for a full new price of a latte instead of just adding steamed oatmilk. We understand products cost money to create the beverages, but this interaction felt as though we were being gaslit and spoken over. I'm not sure if the partners in the store are just stressed due to understaffing, customer base, or what.. but It's pretty understandable I wouldn't expect cold oatmilk in a hot venti cup.. to try to charge for a latte instead when they made the mistake is the whipped cream on top. Normally I wouldn't leave a review like this but I know this is important for management to be made aware of. I understand my drink was not supposed to be filled the way I ordered it, I just didn't expect it to be cold when I asked for it to be hot..
Nothing bad to say about this spot but I ordered a venti and I expect a full cup, not to the brim but at least almost full. I would’ve just got a grande if this is the case. This is happening quite often and I’ve usually not said anything but the last two times I’ve had to go back because it’s getting too repetitive and constant. Cup is literally 2/3s full
Sorry, but this is probably one of my least favorite starbucks locations that ive ever been to. Why? I needed a place to go for a quick work call where I could charge my laptop and was away from him. Poor choice. The Wifi signal was very poor (couldn't even pick up from front patio area), there was not enough outlets to charge my laptop so I had to sit right in front of the door next to the loud speakers and the barista shouting orders while listening to super loud (I think it was jazz) and very annoying music. I looked at the barista more than once while i was in the phone with probably the equivalent of a death stare and even gestures once to consider turning the music down. They didn't even consider turning down the music or even turning it to something more calm and less noisy. I would never go back to this location.
My last 3 coffees have been messed up & now my venti cold brew is almost half foam half coffee... this use to be my fav location but they are lacking so bad lately... wish it’d let me post a photo. Literally to much foam to coffee... I just want my decent caffeine fix.
When I order it takes long to get my orderived in the walk in ...been to a lot of different Starbucks this is the slowing one ...😯 In when i took this survey I was new here in Hemet since then i see how hard they work and and how friendly they have gotten i am very pleased of the Starbucks i go to ... Ordered two drinks and waited. Waited and watched people from behind us yet their two drinks served first. Drive thru got theirs fastest which is expected, but not to be the last served when we were first to order. Very slow, no rush at all, and no organization between team members. Drink was at least made properly.
Used to be my favorite Starbucks in town to go to because they were always on point. But the last three times I’ve been there they’ve goofed my coffee in one way or another... Today I ordered a peppermint mocha and received it without any peppermint flavor in it at all.
Friday Nov 4th around 8am. I was trying to use my rewards. I ordered a venti chocolate cream cold brew and snowman cookie ⛄️ it's my first time redeeming rewards. I was being discounted the cookie which isn't really convenient since it's 1.55. I wanted my drink discounted. Anyways I thought it would be free for both cause like I said it's my first time using rewards and I had 132 stars 🌟 So I was being charged for my drink which I thought was kinda useless I don't get to choose how to use my stars? I didn't have my wallet with me thinking it would be free so I went out to get it and on the way I thought I should go to another Starbucks and buy them separately so I can get the drink free 🥤 So I'm on my way back to work which is more than an hour. On the way I find a Starbucks and there I go to claim my free drink which I didn't get cause I didn't have enough star rewards. I guess that girl cashier never put them back or took them away from me. Not sure. I didn't get anything after all. My gf asks about my morning and I let her know what had happened. She couldn't believe it and she has star rewards herself and she comes to tell me that they're supposed to give you the option of how you want to use your rewards. I couldn't believe it! I just wanted a free drink with my rewards I felt like my money, my options and my time was being taken from me. It wasn't a pleasant morning. It could've all been avoided if she knew how to do her job properly. Or am I wrong? Last Friday same girl gave me a Salt & Caramel cold brew that's the worst one to get in my opinion I always get chocolate cream cold brew. I didn't make a big thing of it I just thought it was honest mistake but 2 Fridays in a row? Come on. Not cool! Depeche Mode would agree that's not cool!
I primarily use the drive thru. The voice says order when resdy. I order a rather long order and the reaction? What was that again? I have been there only a couple of times in yesr of going there I did not have to repeat my entire order twice. I am seriously not happy with their customer service!
I give it a 2 because the line for drive thru was ridiculous just because there dinning room wasn’t open, having a mobile order and waiting in line defeats the purpose. Just because your to lazy to clean the lobby throughout the day isn’t acceptable
I recently ordered through the drive through. When I arrived I had 3 cards in front of me and the employees needed help inside enough that it took them 10 minutes to take my order. In taking my order she wasn't unfriendly but the abruptness and frustration was on display and easy to hear. Both of those issues would be easy to understand during peak hours but not an hour after open.
At entrance I said good morning, no one answered. I got to the counter said good morning. No answer. The cashier turned to me said how can I help you. I said good morning, she responded, what would you order today. 5 people no one can say good morning. And the wait is always long .
If you're cashing in on a reward, don't bother. The drink i ordered for mine was so awful it was undrinkable. I got the salted cream cold foam cold brew with one add shot, something I have ordered several times at other stores. Could not taste any caramel in the drink and they definitely did not use vanilla sweet cream for the cold foam. Service was relatively fast and baristas were friendly, however, the drink was absolutely awful. Either this location is not properly trained on how to create the drinks, or they do not put any effort in when customers collect their rewards
Ordered a dirty chai and got a shot with milk. No chai. Slowest drive thru can’t even get a drink right. This location is terrible
I came into the drive through around 5:22 pm and received my order when I was drinking my Frappuccino I felt something in my mouth and it was a piece of metal and I looked through it and found multiple pieces even a big chunk 😠 This is my first bad experience at this Starbucks
The drive thru cashier gave us the wrong drink when she finally got our drink correct she didn't say one word couldn't even ask for a straw because she walked away.
The line is Over Acting. Too much we are already in state street . Risking ourselves from getting hit. Hurry up. Use to be okay. But Starbucks here is situated where the traffic would always block other establishment. It's both a challenge and a risk.

So starbucks shud really run there cameras she's keeping money that was not given to her.
I'm not asking for much, just give me the items I paid for. You REGULARLY forget items off mobile orders. You have the audacity to waste my time but you can't even be professionally courteous about YOUR MISTAKE. I'll order from another location from now on, I hope your allocated labor suffers.
I asked if they could put extra caramel ontop and bottom and 1/3 of the cup was just caramel syrup. And all the other times there's hardly anything. Beyond that, the employees are rude
This place is by far the worst place to get a drink at. every other starbucks in town and san jacinto makes the drinks taste better than this place. don’t waste your time here or you’ll get a watered down drink 👎
This store uses the Starbucks app so you can order ahead. They open at 0430 unfortunately they will make you get in the long car line to get your mobile order as they do not open doors until 0700. If you want a refund they will tell you to come in the store after 0700. 🙄 Avoid this place!
Took forever to even acknowledge me. I've been here 20 minutes now still waiting on my drink. Everyone waiting is upset because they have been waiting even longer than me, and they keep asking everyone what they are waiting on. Very slow and unorganized
Drive-thru I was waiting the only one there for 8 minutes when someone finally came back they had the car behind me order and I’m like that’s not mine. I proceeded to tell them my order and they haven’t even made it yet. Someone dropped the ball! He asked me “you did pay for this already right? Seriously! I said yes. All I got was I’m sorry. To think I tipped a 1$
I really only go here because it's literally down the street from my house. This store is inconsistent with there drinks and I've had reoccurring issues with them not making my drinks correctly or waiting in the lobby for a long period of time for a simple iced green tea. Customer service is ok but could be better. I think the only thing that this location is lacking is simple communication with the team members as well as management.
I absolutely dread going through the drive-thru not because of the wait but because how rude the women at the window is “Rosie” unfortunately this is the most convenient Starbucks near me on my way to work but this lady is so bitter. I ve been going to this Starbucks for years now and EVERY time I happen to pick up my coffee from the drive-thru it is the same unhappy face and rudeness. It makes my experience and morning unpleasant please replace her with ANYONE at this point.
After years of coming with a 50/50 chance of getting disrespected vs. good service really takes a toll on the atmosphere and credit ability on the reviews of this place. If you are a regular, expect to be gossiped about. They may do it behind your back or flaunt it during breaks, gossiping even about their own coworkers. After all the times coming, only three employees I met were genuinely respectful to me. Overall horrible service. I could come there whenever it was open with nice clothes, car, and attitude and I garantee I'd still get harrassed by a disrunted employ. For whatever reason? Who knows. Glad I moved.
just poor quality .. this used to be the spot for my coffee but after giving so many chances things have changed .. my drink is just always off .. tastes to strong or it tastes like they forget to add something .. my order is always off . I've done DoorDash for six years and never had issues with this store. Now, the service from one particular employee is horrible. He ignores women's orders and serves the men first! The other servers are great! This one has a huge problem with women. Men get their orders while my customers are getting melted whipped cream and cold breakfast sandwiches. I'm going to start requesting that the customer complain, and I'll start taking pictures. Because all three of my last experiences were instances of horrible service, I watched the order completed and just sitting there. I'm sending the customer the photo.
I go to Starbucks everyday. I know exactly how much my drink costs. I went to this location twice recently and noticed the first time I was overcharged by a dollar and conveniently not offered or given a receipt. I let it slide because I figured it was a mistake and didn’t say anything. I went again this morning and they overcharged me AGAIN. Took my debit card, never asked me to answer the tip question on the pin pad. And charged me what they felt appropriate. Again, didn’t offer or ask if I wanted the receipt. Apparently they are giving you a total with the tip already added on and not offering a receipt and getting a tip for themselves. Imagine if they do this to each customer, a dollar each time. They’re cashing in! I’m calling corporate and complaining
Sadd day when you order a simple oatmeal and on my 4th visit they forget the fork or the spoon. This time I caught it and advised the employee that once again you forgot my fork and HE REPLIED OK!?! STARBUCKS LETS CLEAN THIS UP. AND YOU GUYS WANT TIPS FOR THIS!! GET REAL STARBUCKS!!
Went to get a coffee had such a terrible experience, worker who took my order was rude including the manger aswell for taking my coffee back . The customer service at the Starbucks on Sanderson is way better please take you’re money there instead.
We just passed by to get some cold coffe drinks at Starbucks in Stetson and State street in Hemet Well we ordered a few drinks 1st Able my ice caramel machiatto was to waterly Second i recuested a kittychino for our little michita , and the attendent wasnt able to comply , so my little kittie didnt got her treat
Ordered 2 brownies with a coffee through STARBUCKS SITE for delivery. Chose Uber eats. The brownies weren't available but still on their menu. Uber driver said to contact store for refund. Called store & somewhat rude employee said to contact Uber for the refund. Basically a $21.00 coffee that was poorly packed & leaking all over bag. I'm done with STARBUCKS. This store SUCKS.
On Sunday we went to grab some drinks and my nephew got a peppermint hot chocolate and when he started to drink it he soon realized it was just hot water. So we called the store and talked to the shift leader who handled the situation very well and let us know we would have credit and can go any day to claim our credit for that one drink. We go today and they said they had nothing written down with the name we gave for the credit and didn’t give us our credit. Very disappointed because we had to pay for a drink we didn’t get because of the employees mistake. And yes I did make sure to go to the store we called.
