They take at least 30-40 minutes everytime I come here. Ridiculous.

This place was completely filled with drama! The first drama event started with the drive thru. The 2 cars in front of me had a huge argument over pulling their car up in line. There was only 6 cars in the drive thru but I was in the line for 46 minutes before I got to the window to pay and get my order. After paying for my food, the young lady "The Cashier" was extremely unprofessional and very unpleasant. After receiving my food ,the curly fries were cold and twisted like they were cooked last week. After all that waiting time, instead of correcting the issue,the rude Cashier got the manager and he allowed the rude Cashier to continue to escalate the already unpleasant situation. The Cashier refused to correct the issue and I ended up with no food after all of this time and drama!! At least I was given a refund, but left hungry. Stay far, far away from this place people!!!!!

This has been the second time i have gone to this location and the service is very slow. We were the first ones to arrive and people who came in after us with orders “to go” were served before us. I would see “drive thru” order coming out but no sight of ours. After almost 30 minutes of waiting we finally asked they if it was almost ready and they replied with “we are just waiting on the tacos” mind you once we received the tacos they were soggy. They had 5 people working in the kitchen, I have seen other fast foods working with less people and are fast paced. I said next time I will be saying my order is to go instead of dining in so I can receive my meal and not have to wait for almost 30 minutes, but there won’t be a next time that is for sure.

Was just there this morning at 7:35-7:40 ish told the person my order 4 times and they still got it wrong. Won’t go back they are always slow and don’t seem to understand anything you say.

TERRIBLE FOOD!!! Come on! How can you get tacos WRONG! We ordered 6 and got five! All five had no lettuce or cheese!!! Really?

10-24-2024 Just stopped in to crab a quick meal. I drove off pulled over to eat was very Disappointed the Bigger was cold, and the meat was Black like it hade been sitting all day. At that point I went back, and they corrected the problem on the spot.

Crabby drive thru attendant, slammed window, rude. I have not been for months because last time I threw away all the food. So, here I go again!!! Are they re frying and actually serving food from previous day? Gray lettuce?? Greasey. I don't want my $$ back, I think from now on I want to bring food back and make whoever served it - eat it. Food service 101 NEVER serve something YOU would not eat or serve to your grandmother.

Management here is the worse I’ve ever experienced. So bad that I left without the food. A simple order (1 sandwich) not even a meal, just the sandwich turned into pulling forward with a 20 minute wait. If the wait time is that severe maybe let the customer know before taking their money and time.

Very short staffed!! The staff was great and busting their buttoms to be quick. This location need to hire more help even if it means paying more money. Don't be greedy$$$ oh and I know your French fries box got smaller 😉
