Normally I come during dinner and it's always wonderful service. But coming in the morning is a way different story. The woman who is the only person bringing out food is always so cold and puts off a vibe that it's an inconvenience to bring out the food. I always order on the app, and I always leave a tip. And let me stress that yes, she is the only runner bringing out food. There are no more than 3 parked cars in the lot. So it's not like she is running like a chicken with her head cut off. I think I will continue coming during dinner hours when I know I'm gonna get got food and great service .
Hey, it’s sonic it’s not the freaking Ritz Carlton, but they do what they do and they do it good. The burger never really been disappointed with the burger you get from sonic, big flat patty good crisp lettuce onion nice tomato. How can you go wrong with that? Cheese sticks Ooey gooey cheese sticks those things are incredible! Who does not like fried cheese? If you can’t find something to drink here, there’s probably something wrong with you. They had every flavor you can think of to any drink that you want, some of my favorites are of course the cherry limeade, vanilla Coke zero, fresh lime slush, and a ll of the shakes are amazing! I tried the new mocha, it was really good. But it’s really hard also to mess up ice cream so you know. If you’re not worried about spending some time waiting for your food this is where you need to go. They do take a little longer but it’s always hot in the ice cream’s always cold. So you can’t be mad about that can you?
Good food, fresh and well made. Unfortunately the ordering speakers weren’t working properly.
After leaving WalMart we decided to grab something from Sonic. This Sonic has the classic setup where you order from your car. This was my first time seeing one like this as I’m accustomed to the ones with the drive-thru. It was dope to see the classic setup and make for a fun experience. As we hadn’t eaten too long before I got the classic Hot Dog. I loveeeeeeee the sweet relish. It paired well with the natural saltiness of the hot dog. The bun was soft, not warmed but at least it wasn’t hard. The chopped onions were the right amount for the size of the hot dog. As a heads up, there’s no mustard or ketchup on the classic so if you want it make sure you ask for it to be added. The food came out within a few minutes and the young lady who delivered it was pleasant and dropped it off with a smile. If you’re in the area and looking for a quick bite, def pull up and place your order. Good food. Good service. Good prices. It’s a win!
It's hit it miss..... They don't carry plastic butter knives to cut your foot long Coney dogs... Those are messy and we need a better option than a spork to eat these with 😭🤣
Very large newer and very busy (at noon) Sonic. Took a couple minutes for someone to answer the button. I ordered 2 Jr breakfast burritos and was told they don't have those. Every other Sonic does... so i ordered a small tater tots and a regular sausage egg & cheese burrito. With 3 packs of salsa..I was charged 25 cents a pack, never, ever been charged for salsa at any other Sonic.... carhop brought my food, she was nice, burrito was tiny and tots were half filled in the container, I brought this to her attention, she went in came back out, brought a full container of tots and 2nd burrito was not much bigger and it was made from not fresh ingredients. I was like well I guess I'll just eat it, I was hungry and they were busy. Took a couple bites, it was awful. The manager (thankfully) came out to check on me and she went back in and made me a fresh one that was so much better. I would come here again because the service was great and attentive. Maybe they just had a bad cook inside that day. I know it's hard to find good help. Thanks to the manager for making things right. I'm not a super picky or difficult person but I expect hot fresh good tasting food for the money. Especially since I chose to come here and there's so many other options around.
Order 2 milkshakes and people who ordered after us and got food got thiers before ours..... im a gm at a restaurant and this is not okay.
I've worked in restaurants and kitchens for 20 years. The main expectation anyone should have from any establishment that serves hot food is for the food to come to you....hot. It's usually a 15-20 minute wait for food when we've ordered, whether busy or not, and the food always arrives luke warm on a good day. 15-20 minute ticket times is standard for a casual sit down restaurant, not fast food. Order accuracy is hit and miss. Also, if you're going to charge patrons for sauces, you should probably make sure the sauces make it into the bag. I've had to step into the doorway of the kitchen to get the sauces I was charged for - but seriously, charging for marinara sauce for mozzarella sticks? The service has been hit or miss. Some days great, other days it's incredibly lacking. We've gone when it's been slow and left because no one answered the call button. Honestly, the fact that we havent ever been given hot fresh food is the reason why we won't be coming back. Yes, ypu can taste when fries are old, and we honestly have no idea what fresh sonic fries taste like since this location hasnt ever served them to us.
It's usually a struggle when I take the chance on Sonic but this time was really bad. While the service was fast and the staff pleasant the food was even more rough than usual. The burger I got was thrown together in a way that suggested the person making it was angry. The onion rings were objectively horrifying. Bits of burnt and crumbling onions that looked like the bottom of an old bag. Another regretful Sonic experience.
Brought our sundaes and there was hardly any topping on the strawberry sundae. It was dripping everywhere. Called back and asked for napkins, because the boy didn't bring any. They never did bring any. Wished we hadn't already tipped him.
Waited 35 mins went up there it was setting there and our food was cold and they tried to give us stuff we didn’t order and they took for ever to even take our order and when we pulled up we could see people rough housing in the window never will I eat there again
It is absolutely terrible here. There was a time the food tasted like chemicals. The staff constantly smoke weed at their back door. It takes over 30 minutes to get 2 large drinks.
I went Sonic yesterday. I was giving them my order over the speaker. It was hard to understand anything. I had my two granddaughters with me & waitress over the speaker told me to LEAVE. She screamed at us bc my grand daughters said something like this weird the waitress kept going silent and we couldnt order our food & our was order not coming on the screen. It's worst service I've ever had & to deny us food bc the speaker on #27 wasnt working, was not right. This is the Sonic located in Henderson KY . Before I left Sonic i tried talk to the waitress who is an older women with a blonde pony tail( didnt catch her name but she was the on #27's speaker). To tell my side of the story, I did this by going into Sonic to try straight this out but the waitress flew out the other door, even before I could speak. Therefore we had to go to McDonalds. So is this how Sonic's business is now, if speakers are messed up YOU KICK YOUR CUSTOMERS OUT????.
I went this Sunday with my mom after working at a job nearby to get some food. We went and pushed the red button to order something and we never got a response after pressing the red button to order after waiting a few minutes so we left. Very disappointed at the service because I love going to Sonic and I don't eat here often. Last time I went before then I also didn't get enough chicken tenders and got less than what I ordered.
Update 4/25/25: i don’t know why i keep going to this place. They severed me an undercooked burger. This is the worst restaurant in town.
Their service is getting worse. The first time a few weeks ago it wasn’t crowded and waited 10 minutes after I pushed the button and no one answered so I left. Tonight every slot was filled and half were high school kids just walking around and hanging out. I ordered and waited 25 minutes for my food and it wasn’t even hot. The kid kept apologizing when he brought it but what was really going on was his buddies were there hanging out and getting their food first. They kept walking up to the door and talking with their buddy who worked there. There were cars filled with kids just driving around with some would park and stand around their cars talking. This Sonic used to be excellent with hot food but it’s gone to crap which is a shame. People who want to buy food can’t even park so they leave. Management needs to come see what’s going on.
Very unhappy with food and service. I ordered a corn dog, fries and a strawberry drink. It was on its way at 1:07 and I guess Jean got loss if there was even a Jean to begin with and was received at 1:36. Pissed is not the word I’m even looking for. My food was cold but my drink was fresh I have to give the gentleman credit for that. There just no reason this place is as pathetic as it is. Can’t use the excuse we’re busy. It’s like this every time I have been here. Which will be my last time. Do something with your management and crew. It’s ridiculous.
To start in the middle of placing our order we got disconnected, so we had to reorder all of our food. Once we ordered it took 20 minutes to get our food. The burgers were cold we didn't get our upsized tots or the space for the chicken bites. I will be returning.
This was a bacon double cheeseburger with mayonnaise, pickle, and onion. No bacon, might as well been plain, basically no mayonnaise,pickle, or onion. This was the worst burger, fries, and shake. My wife’s shake , burger, and fries went to the trash. The food was horrible, I will not visit Sonic again. Best thing was the peppermint and Tums afterwards.
Just ordered blt combo meal with a slush. ( that apparently doesn’t come with the meal and they finally changed tots on the screen and still gave me fries. Will not be back. Service sucked and the rainbow slush doesn’t even look right. I should also note that all the manager did was laugh in the background, while our order was being taken.
Husband and I completed a mobile order. Checked into our stall only for us to wait like 20minutes before we had to get out and go up to the door. There were multiple people working and only one employee running food. I get home and get my son settled, as he was fussy, && finally sat down to take a few bites, only to find HAIR IN MY SANDWICH . I couldn’t even pull it out, it was melted on with the cheese. I call and Malachi informs me that he is the manager. I’m beyond disgusted that no one is wearing hair nets and also that he asked for the nasty sandwich back and the recipes. Horrible customer service & I will not be eating at this location ANYMORE. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!
I ordered a large Reece’s peanut butter blast. I added hot fudge, peanut butter, and whip cream. I didn’t see any hot fudge on top when it was given to me so I was concerned. Most people would put that on top then add whip cream. Of course the kid who brought out my order assured me the hot fudge and peanut butter was in there. Let me say this kid should be ashamed for flat out lying to me. I took it home and as you can see from the pic, I dug into it to find this hot fudge and peanut butter. You guessed it I found none. They simple loaded my cup with ice cream, added some Reece cups on top, and then the whip cream. May I remind you I paid for those extra things. But I’m not upset about not getting the items but the fact that I was lied to and I detest that more than anything! I tried to call to ask what happened and no one answered. I don’t think going forward I will trust them when they say “don’t worry it’s in there” Shameful!! Oh and I probably wouldn’t of made this review if they just answered the phone and fixed the issue.
