Best chicken ever so juicy not dry food was super hot and staff was extremely polite . Coming thru town and was really impressed with this location!

The first thing I noticed about this place was how clean it was! You really don't see that as often as you should anymore. On top of that, I had three different employees greet me before I made it to the front counter. The food as hot and fresh when I received it (and delicious!). I will definitely come here more often! Great job everyone.

Fresh and Delicious! While traveling there are time we do a fast food(more than we should) this location is clean, the staff are sweet and helpful! Would stop again since we travel through a couple of times a year.

Chicken was hot and fresh. Love there pot pies great for this weather. Great atmosphere and very clean. Thank yall will be coming back.

I have to add a star for the service we received yesterday. The manager was very helpful and made sure there was enough chicken to fill our very large order. I hope they continue to improve.

The young lady took our otder with a smile..and we received our meals fast and at a nice hot temperature...I had the original and the crust was well coated thin , crispy still n well seasoned.

Chicken was hot and fresh (3pm) but the biscuit wasn't. They really mean finger licking good cos they didn't me any napkins either for this to go order.

I will pleasantly surprised with my visit. In past visits the staff made you feel like you were bothering them. Today the gentleman (I believe a supervisor) was very cheerful and inviting. I hope this trend continues for this location.

Very disappointed this location didn't have Nashville hot flavor. They were out of white meat also. Spicy chicken sandwich was ok though.

Half the time my order isn't right, isn't cooked well, or the wait just to go through the drive through is rediculous for over priced fast food. Save some money, there are better places in town to get chicken.

So food was ok, service was good, the restaurant was very cold inside. I mean like they forgot to close windows and say heck with turning on any heat. Staff was wearing sweatshirts as was so cold in there.

I would give another star for the workers there, but whoever is in charge of rule establishment is far out of their minds. Want to make a separate order? Gotta go through the line again (As if notepads didnt exist). Want to edit your order? Too late (Because somehow the technological revolution missed this KFC).

You know, most of the time, I like KFC. I like their Famous Bowls minus the corn. I like their Nashville Hot Chicken Tenders. Yet here in Hereford Texas the employees just can't seem to grasp how to get an order right. So far I've gone there twice. Both times the place was dirty and both times they couldn't get my order right to save their lives. Can someone please tell me how "one zinger sandwich with no lettuce" gets translated into "one zinger combo meal, medium drink, potato wedges, cookie with extra lettuce?" They even managed to mess up their own mistaken order on top of that.

Food needs improvement. Was served more crumbs than fries and tenders weren't full tenders. Staff needs improvement as well. Took twenty minutes to get Mt order taken when employees were standing chatting towards the back.

Had to wait for chicken which is fine we all like it fresh. In their haste to make it they cremated the outside with the inside still cold in most pieces. Mashed potatoes was let down with watery something but not gravy. Almost entire family meal went to the rest stop trash bin. Hereford KFC i considered one of the few places that made chicken original recipe still the right way. But no more. Something changed and not for the good. At least the biscuits and apple pie bites was good.

I dont usually post comments but I just don't understand why they post a 9pm closing if they close beforehand. I arrived there 7 minutes till closing. They were nice about it atleast. But still.

Ordered a famous bowl, literally had like 3 1 inch size pieces of chicken in it…….it I wanted a bowl of mashed potatoes then I would’ve asked for that.

Ordered a 5 piece chicken strip meal and one of the chicken strips was an actual chicken wing and I nearly chipped a tooth from this poor quality of work and quality assurance. Don’t recommend eating here as it’s not as tasty as the ones in Midland, Lubbock, Austin, Houston, Bastrop, Kyle, or Odessa TX.

The young lady told me it will be about 6 mins ..30 mins later im still setting there . I went in and asked if my order was ready. They said it will be a few more mins .. the kicker was ...no body was there . Im the only one here ...

I ordered 1 thigh 1 breast meal n got 2 thighs of which one was NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY.Was not happy paying for something I did not request plus could of stayed in fryer 1-2 more mins.Mng should teach the difference btwn Breast bone n thigh tail n timing on cooking

Ordered from here to go and didn't receive one of the combo meals. Called and asked for a refund as I paid with a card and was from out of town. They told me it would take 2 or 3 days to go through. Still have not received it and will probably not go back.

I can't speak to the food because I never got in the door. Google states they open at 10:00 a.m. I arrived at 10:15 and found that on the door and drive thru it states they open at 10:30 a.m. I waited until 10:40, went to the door and they were still closed. It didn't look like anyone was inside despite two cars in the parking lot. Who knows when they actually decide to do business. This location needs new management that pays attention to details like hours of operation posting. I had to make last minute adjustments and find other food for my family sized meal.

Stood there for 10 minutes before someone acknowledge me then after waiting 15 minutes at home they started my order when I asked for my order when I got there

🤦🏻‍♀️ Worst 60.00 dollars and no refund!! Tenders were old!!! I placed 3 orders of 5 piece tenders which 2 orders were old and new order was not fully cooked!!! 🤬🤬 They had no mash potatoes no corn no tea 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ and then fries were cold! I requested a refund and was told by cashier she couldn’t help because they didn’t have a manager on site!! My loss 60.00 worth freaking pathetic!!! One star to leave a review but honestly don’t go to KFC in Hereford unless you want employees being rude!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Worse service! Got to kiosk and message reads at 805 sorry were closed. Called in to see if I could still order considering there were customers still coming in and out of location. Talk to lady who answered phone and she promptly wrote my order down 10 piece meal with pouch drink. Total Givin was 32 and some change handed my card given pouch drink then told to drive around. I waited for a good 15 to 20 min Then for manager to bring my order and was only chicken then when I notified her I ordered meal she went to get my receipts and showed I was only charged for chicken and pouch but verified what I had ordered by telling me what other lady had wrote down. I didn't want free food I wanted my order and would have gladly paid but she wasn't having it

If all you sell is chicken I would get running out but I don’t think the request of changing out the last couple of pieces that you don’t have to complete a order (This was 3 hours before closing) is too demanding when you’re paying over 30 dollars. Not only that but then “forgetting” a part of the order and causing them to go back to the restaurant after making it home is not very great. The chicken seemed as if they’d just grabbed it and thrown it into the box, the breast were all just coming apart along with the rest of it. The tenders were also just dry, I’m not sure what happened there but my stomach hurt after consuming whatever that was. The mashed potato was also missing the gravy. You will honestly get better tasting food and better service at McDonald’s, If you want chicken just get McNuggets. I get not caring about a part time job put please don’t take it out on your customers, I’m not sure if I upset the employees somehow but I hope they just have a better day, I’m sure this was just an off day or something but I think McDonald’s is more worth your money than this. The only positive experience I had was the biscuits, they were the only good thing and the only reason this isn’t 0 stars.

The food is fine it's KFC. My one star is due to the employees. They're not rude. They'd actually have to talk to you for that. They literally ignore you while standing at the counter to order. Sometimes they will come to the register and just stand there waiting for you to start ordering without saying a word. A couple times one of the employees came to the counter and says "what do you want"? Who talks like that? This place needs some SERIOUS work on it's customer service.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. We stood at the front waiting for service for about 5 minutes before anyone even came to check on us. All tables and chairs were dirty and had food on them, so did the floors. And the trash cans were over flowing. They don’t have any customer service. I will not be returning to this location.

The ice machine was out of order, but they failed to give us ice. We drank lukewarm beverages. No napkins on our tray nor any in any of the napkin dispensers. The staff repeatedly used profanity, spoke to their friends at the counter without tending to waiting customers, and lacked good judgement. The booths were sticky. All of them. The eating area was dirty. Like they failed to clean it for many days. The food tasted like any other KFC. It was as good as anywhere. This was disappointing.

Long wait, food wasn't even remotely close to being fresh. Chicken was dry and rubbery. Faces were made when we asked to add an item at the window. We were missing part of our order. We were rushed through ordering as well. A bunch of kids with attitudes is what you'll get here. Don't recommend AT ALL unless you like to choke down your chicken. 🥴
