The evening manager is great! He treats his staff great and his customers great too! He's funny and interacts with customers. He tried helping a homeless woman by giving her food vouchers. She was not nice in receiving them but he still gave them to her. He also covered the cost of an order of cinnamon twists we ordered to go after we were done eating. He did not have to do that. That's just the type of guy he is. Other staff was very friendly. Very quick service. Food was good. Fresh and hot. Restaurant was very clean. If employees weren't helping a customer they were finding something to clean. Rare find these days.

The staff was friendly and helpful. This is a fast food restaurant so this not going to have michelin star level food. However, the food was served fresh and hot and was tasty. The food was prepared in a timely manner. The restaurant was clean. There was ample parking available. I had the doritos nacho cheese tacos. I like the taco shells. However, they do crumble easily so eating in and not while driving is recommended.

Everyone at this Taco Bell seems to love their job they are always happy! I love that! It's always clean and delicious. The one complaint I have is this particular location is pretty slow, so if I'm in a hurry I usually go somewhere else. Other than that great place to get your Taco Bell fix!

We ordered through the Taco Bell app, which allowed us to choose to pick up the order inside. When we got there the lobby was closed and it didn't really look like the drive thru was open. We were traveling with our dogs and walked them around outside before going through the drive thru. It was open, we received our order and while I was checking to make sure my burritos didn't have any dairy in them, the lady opened the door again to tell us she had a timer on the drive thru. That's cool - but there was no one else waiting for food and I'd generally like to eat mine without a serious allergic reaction.... Luckily, the burritos were made correctly and we went on our way. Hopefully it's great when the lobby reopens.

9:15pm go inside can't read the dining menu lights were off. All lights were dim. Waitress ask what I want. I reply back can you turn lights on menu. She had a attitude like why ask her turn the lights on. When I get my meal to go. I was checking to see that I got all 3 tacos and burritos were cold. i mentioned it to the waitress and she got her boss. He stated he would make a new taco. I tried to tell him everything was cold. I got the feeling they did not want to work, they just wanted to play with the little ones and listen to loud music and play on there phones.

Jesus Christ Hereford Taco bell,.....we just ordered the 12 pc tacos for 24.00 and these sucked! You must have sprinkled the meat on there, you hot sauce packets were heavier than that dang taco!!! You've lost my business. 00

They close earlier than they're supposed to which is an inconvenience. Taco bell isnt the same anymore. It really sucks. Next time I'm posting a photo so you guys know we're not kidding. They're in the lobby with the lights off. It's really freaking ridiculous.

The workers are very rude. They don’t have manners and they just stand around talking to eachother. They couldn’t even get a simple taco correct. Do not go here.

I am very dissatisfied with my first trip to Taco Bell. This was my first and will DEFINITELY be my last visit EVER. You could’ve had a loyal customer but instead you chose to not listen to my instructions and screw up my order. I did not order a supreme hard taco specifically WITHOUT tomatoes but, I received a supreme taco with tomatoes instead. I am highly allergic to tomatoes and sour cream so I will not be visiting with this business again.

Poor service, was on a doordash order earlier for taco bell and they closed early, when they were supposed to be open until 1am, not really a good way to do business

Worst taco bell ever. Never have a good experience going to this taco bell. Something is always wrong and you can a party pack of tacos and never get more than 4 or 5 packets of salsa. I just let for there. Only person in line mind you. Simple order just a number 5. Asked for fire salsa and a few extra please. Got home and found they didn't bother to so much as put one. Waste of money as usual.
