Opiniones de Fusion Sushi Hermosa Beach
Every time I come to the south bay I make a trip here. It looks like they raised their prices by quite a bit (think 40-80% from 5 years ago) but it's still worth it. Just eat a little bit before hand so you can leave full without breaking the bank.
This place had amazingly fresh sashimi, seafood salad and garlic edamame. Iced Green Tea was great as well. Our server Delfino was attentive and very personable. We did not want for anything thanks to him.
Our fave go-to sushi bar. They had some excellent specials today: Spanish Mackerel, Toro, and King Scallop. The fish is always fresh and has, so far, never disappointed. It was even open at 2:00 in the afternoon. Most sushi bars won't open for dinner until 5:00 pm.
We eat or order in from Fusion 0often. Quality and consistently delicious sushi dishes at a good price. Dining in, the service is warm and the space is huge. Order in and the food arrives quickly.
Really great. The rushing rolls are much bigger that that of the typical all-you-can-eat sushi. Wonderful service too. My only regret was not ordering more!
Wow...we actually got out of there after eating a satisfying Sushi meal for under $15. They have quite a few inexpensive selections that were delightful. I recommend Fusion Sushi for anyone. The best part was the bathrooms were Las Vegas quality.
If you are going to eat any sushi in Hermosa or Manhattan Beach it better be Fusion Sushi at Hermosa!!! We get the sushi blossom, yellow tail star roll, and dynamite roll, and ITS THE BEST TRIO EVER. Love the servers and the food is exceptional <3
We absolutely love this restaurant and the wonderful, kind staff! The food is fresh and delicious and the service is excellent. We live in Las Vegas but eat here almost everyday when we visit Hermosa Beach and stay in the hotel nearby. We can walk from our hotel and have wine without worrying about having to drive home. Our kids love it, too. My 13 year old said if he came on vacation here would eat almost every meal here.
Great sushi rolls.. But the house ginger salad, which I love, is $7.99. For that cost I think they should double the size of the salad. Service is always great.
The ahi was a bit rubbery the first time we went, but upon return when i ordered a variety sample of sushi and sashimi it was quite good and very fresh . Considering great price, speed, and availability this is a solid go-to for your daily sushi fix. They gave us an extra soup and salad for free without asking. With fast food prices rising, you can get a sushi meal for the same price as a drive-through burger meal. A lot healthier option.
This has been my favorite restaurant since over a decade now. It started when I had my shop a walking distance away. The sushi is always freshow and their lunch special is amazing. The portions generous and the price more than reasonable. It's like home to me and I know everyone who works there, so the service is also second to none. At leat for me :-). Over the years I have invited countless foreigners to join me for lunch or dinner there and they still remember it fondly.
Love the sushi here, the sparta roll is my absolute favorite. Pretty average service and atmosphere for a sushi place, no problems there either. Parking is unfortunately not the best thou.
Best value for sushi, taste was great and portions were good as well. I ordered the California roll, which was ok. What wowed me was the pop corn roll, it was topped with crunchy crawfish, mayo, some hot sauce, and I think honey mustard or really close to it. Was recommeded by a friend and will definitely be returning, a little out of the way for me by 45 minutes but well worth the drive. Come down to the ocean and have this for dinner. If you are at the beach take a small walk up the street and Chow down here. Only foreseeable inconvenience has the limited parking spaces. They had a sign saying don't park in Trader Joe's parking lot you might get towed, and their lot only accommodates 8 cars or so. None the less they are great, I will recommend, and will be returning. I think that it is the best sushi I have had.
Everything about this place is great. We come here about once every two weeks. The sushi is good and the service is great.
What a wonderful place - Fusion Sushi! I thoroughly loved the TNT Roll and the Monster Roll; both were absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. Joy greeted me warmly at the door and made me feel right at home. The entire staff was so kind and welcoming, creating a great dining atmosphere from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in California!
Food was really good and everything tasted fresh. The spot itself was nice and clean when we went. Service was smooth and friendly. We ordered a mix of rolls and sushi — Bora Bora roll, soft shell crab roll, Snow Cone roll, TNT roll, plus albacore, yellowtail, and mackerel sushi. The Bora Bora and Snow Cone rolls were definitely my favorites. The yellowtail and mackerel sushi also stood out and tasted fresh. They had some solid deals going on too, like buy one roll get one half off, buy two get one free, and drink specials including alcohol, which made it feel worth it overall. I also like that they have two locations close to me, so it’s convenient if you’re in the area. Overall a good spot if you’re craving sushi and want something reliable
Found this place when craving for sushi, I like the ambience, very peaceful and nicely decorated, not loud music blaring or kids running around. Food was amazing, so many dishes to order along with alcohol and dessert! Servers were all attentive and polite. Come here for amazing sushi, all fresh and very tasty!
Went here for dinner on Tuesday and it was not too busy. They sit you down and serve a side of edamame. I ordered the Cajun Tuna Roll and it was delicious, partnered with a hot sake!
We always enjoy coming here.. service is efficient and the food is always very fresh and tasty. The hours are great as they are open later than most any other spot in the area.. not everyone is in bed by 8pm.. some of us are young power couples LOL. They ways have specials on sushi and there is a huge menu with all the standards and some creative, unique dishes as well. The menus are enclosed in clear plastic on the table which at first I thought was odd but hey it works and you get used to it. The prices are very fair for what you get especially considering it is Hermosa and the rents are insane. Overall this is a really solid sushi spot and we continue to come in even with all the other options.. and our waitress always knows I'm hungry and will be eating for 4 people as I'm want to do .
The place was quiet and the food was great. The waiter checked constantly on whether we needed more water or drinks or anything. Overall a great experience!
Not sure when the last time was that I had such fresh tasting and down right amazing sushi... they have a very large selection and everything there looked great, wish I could’ve had one of each! I got the Cajun Roll and the Triple Crab Roll... both were fantastic.
Came in for a late night dinner, chicken teriyaki and salad were great. Service was good as well
The cooked lobster roll with crawfish and the Korean Bbq Short ribs were excellent!

I really enjoy fusion’s takeout. I would recommend it for the price point. The ambiance is not fussy and is casual. My favorite rolls are the blue diamond and Hawaiian roll.
The locals are gonna hate me for ungatekeeping this. Located on PCH in Hermosa Beach, Fusion Sushi has been a local favorite since 1999, and to celebrate their 26th anniversary, they're doing a special all-you-can-eat during lunch for under 20 bucks--yes, even on the weekends too! Only catch is that sushi and sashimi aren't included, BUT I've got a hack for you. Order the Hawaiian roll, it's a no-rice roll that has all different kinds of fish like salmon, tuna, and yellowtail, so it's basically like sashimi plus the cucumber is a nice palate cleanser ;) Creamy jalapeno is always a must for me, and they even have Korean-inspired items like gimbap and bulgogi rice plates available during AYCE too. Thanks for reading! ^-^
We absolutely love Fusion Sushi in Hermosa Beach! The fish is always fresh, tender, and full of flavor, and the sushi is consistently amazing. Suzie’s service is exceptional—she always takes such great care of us and makes us feel genuinely welcome. This restaurant truly feels like home, and we can’t recommend it enough!

I had the avocado roll it was delicious! Basically rice and avocado since I'm a vegetarian. It didn't taste like mayonnaise like some other sushi places do. My friend had more variety, everything was fresh and made to order. Staff is very nice and friendly.
Sustainability rating minus one. I got take away, almost everything came paper packaging, however they gave me a plastic bag which is harmful to our wildlife. The food was really good and the prices were great.
Great service and good sushi! Love how spacious the place is, bigger than the one by PCH and Anza, that one is way too crammed and you sit too close to other people. Love the green tea ice cream really good!
Fusion is our go to for a mid week sushi craving. Very good pricing and very good quality. Is it the best sushi I've ever had? No...but it is consistently good with great service.
Always come here for work lunches. Not the best in the area, but close to it. Great for everyone, even those not into Sushi. Parking can be a pain, not any fault of Fusion though (awkward location). Great for business related functions.
Standard fusion fare. Sushi bar is good alternative to their fusion food menu if you're looking for authenticity. Menu has wide selection. Gave avg rating for std fusion fare -- though Fusion is in the name and mash-ups have been on menus this year (2017); greasy tempura menu item; high prices. Nice orange for dessert. Lunch has been better than this. Dinner menu higher than lunch, and busy Sunday dinner may affect quality. Sushi bar excellent, set away from dining area. Atmosphere authentic. Clean. Lots of menu items for a wide variety of tastes.
Comfortable and fairly large sushi place. Food is 4/5 / service about the same. The roll portions are pretty generous. Moderately priced. Overall a good place to go if you are not a sushi snob.
Nice little place to satisfy your sushi fix. Definitely recommend if your in the area. Service is slow though. Only 2 ladies working the restaurant including to go orders.
Came here with my cousins. I don't remember the names of the rolls but my favorites were the salmon roll and baked scallops. 😋 parking was easy, there was a whole lot.
This is not your nicest sushi spot (especially with its location and limited parking) but the food is consistently good. The servers are not always friendly (even to us, who happen to be regulars) besides a particular server but the food speaks for itself.

We dropped into this place after we decided not to go north for a different sushi meal and it turned out to be really, really good. The tempura with some of the best I've ever had. The sushi was fresh. The chicken teriyaki bento was huge.I would recommend this place to anyone.Excellent food grade service

Alone or with our kids, this is our favorite place for sushi in the South Bay. Update 4 months later: we've come here quite a few times and recently the staff has been less accomadating for kids ($11 for a fairly small serving of plain noodleswhich comes with a California roll for lunch. But for dinner, they decided (on the fly) that it's the same price but no roll). The prices have always been on the high side but I think this is my tipping point to find a new sushi restraunt.
The food was pretty good, but the service wasn’t great. It took about 15 minutes to get our order in, and we weren’t checked in on regularly, even though the restaurant was mostly empty. We ordered a White Tiger roll that was made incomplete when it arrived. It was missing two ingredients and so we asked to have it remade. I’ve never been to a sushi restaurant where an order was made incorrectly. Very disappointing.
The food was good. Overpriced for what they serve. Portions were good, and the taste was fresh. Service at best, fair. Not the most friendly staff. Very stoic, lethargic temperament. Restaurant is a bit dated and can definitely use a good scrub down. Parking was easy, either top around the corner of the building or the lot itself is somewhat limited.
The food was good and service was great, but felt that it was dirty. I didn't eat everything. The portions were good though. I may try going during the day instead of before closing to see if I have a better experience.

For a place currently rated at 4.5☆ I expected the sushi part of the name to stand o. Its own not rest on its laurels. This is the second worst sushi place I have had, including buffets! They didn't know what Omakase was and there was no sushi bar seating. That was the first red flag. The Edamame was warm and several were soft and mushy. The menu didn't have the items not available crossed out (not abnormal really on its own) The sushi rice was so warm by the time I got my sushi plated it was already warm sushi. The Salmon Roe was just squishy and didn't have the right flavor. I was worried about eating my second piece that I will regret this sushi the next day. I was so turned off by it I didn't even finish the order and just paid and left, happy that I at least didn't get the items that they were out of at the time! They had fast service and their Nigori is the brand I like, however they don't put the names of the brands they use on the menu and have you just hope that its a brand of that type of sake that you enjoy.
We brought my husband to this place for his birthday and it was also our 27th anniversary for just a family dinner celebration but was so disappointed about their service. They had given us each the wrong dinner and to top the long delay the server argued about our order. Towards the end they even forget an order that was placed!! Do not come here!
The location was convenient and the food was acceptable but nothing special. The service on the other hand is HORRIBLE. i think I ran out of courtesy and patience. This is the second time they do not give us part of the order and give us a hard time about it. They claim that we are scamming them. This time. We ordered 4 rolls and an order of sushi and a crab hand roll and 2 miso soup and extra ginger. I pick up the order and ask to check it. The lady says no. Of course when I open the order at home, no extra ginger is included. The big issue was the pink lady which is spicy tuna on crispy rice. She corrected me for what to call it while picking up but it was missing from the order. We called to get a refund or go pick it up. The lady on the phone claimed we are trying to scam them. What!? With a $10 roll!? Are you mad!? Anyway here pictures of the order with NO “pink lady” in it. Never ordering food from here ever again. Too many other sushi places in this area to be loyal for someone to offend you like this. See ya!
