The service was great; I didn't know which flavor to choose, and they gave me samples. To be honest, I wasn't thrilled with the flavors. I tried five, and the only one I liked was the coffee.

We know the ice creams are delicious, but this store always has bad service. It seems like they're in a bad mood. They're overpriced if you don't offer any. Today, they gave me a half-baked scoop. I told them about it, and their response was: "That's what they're made of." I've been there many times and know what size they are. This cost me 75 pesos.

The door was open, and the sign said it was open until 10 pm. However, upon entering the shop, I was told it was closed. The ice cream is very good and delicious, and the brand itself is excellent, but they need to improve their customer service significantly. I'm a frequent customer. I hope they've improved this aspect on my next visit, and I'll gladly rate them again. Regards.
One of the employees, the heavier one, is extremely unpleasant. She serves you with an angry face. Honestly, I only go back because I like the ice cream. But they should choose their staff better.
