While my wife had a nail appointment nearby, we decided to treat our kids to a quick bite at the Little Caesars Pizza in Hewitt, Texas, with the intention of grabbing a Hot and Ready pizza. Upon our arrival, it was evident that they were quite busy. Unfortunately, the only aspect of our visit that posed any challenge was the behavior of some customers. In the midst of the bustling environment, a young gentleman named Elmer was valiantly holding the fort at the front counter. Despite the relentless demands and pressures, he remained remarkably respectful and composed throughout. It was disheartening to witness some customers directing their frustration at him. Eventually, he removed himself from the situation, and a young lady named Elena stepped in to handle the situation. Once the chaos subsided, we were able to place our order, opting for a Hot and Ready pepperoni and cheese pizza. Though there was a 15-minute wait due to the overwhelming number of orders, it was evident that the team was working diligently to meet the demand. I want to emphasize the exceptional customer service provided by Elmer and Elena. Despite facing unwarranted impatience from some customers, they maintained their professionalism and composure, making our visit more than worthwhile. It's unfortunate to see people becoming agitated over pizza when the staff is doing their utmost to serve everyone efficiently. Elmer and Elena, in particular, deserve recognition for their outstanding service and grace under pressure. Despite the challenges they faced, they exemplified the kind of professionalism that leaves a lasting positive impression. Little Caesars Pizza in Hewitt, Texas, should be proud to have such dedicated employees on their team. Our overall experience, thanks to Elmer and Elena, was a testament to their commitment to quality service.

Pizza was good. The family always likes it. The thin crust is very good with a nice crispy crunch. There is not an excess of sauce. It has a good amount of cheese and pepperoni. As always the pizza was hot and fresh. The only reason for 4 stars was the extreme wait. I was told it would be approx. 20 minutes but waited in excess of 45 minutes. This is not the norm though.

We ordered 4 large pizzas one thin crust with extra cheese and three regular prep. We received 4 medium pizzas and regular cheese was charged for the four large and extra cheese. When we called to let them know the manager was not professional about the situation and did not help with the problem. Poorly handled. Was not impressed.

I usually love this place, the food is always good especially for the price, but unfortunately this recent visit has me and my brother down with food poisoning which is very unfortunate. I don’t care to do anything about it because its cheap food, but I definitely wont be back, and encourage others to be wary.

Usually a good spot, but just sold me an EMB that was just regular pepperoni. The woman at the desk refused to acknowledge she sold me the wrong pizza. She tried to pull out a regular pep to argue there were extra and it only further proved my point. I didn’t have time nor is it worth the money to argue. But in one single instance they have jeopardized my patronage after years as a regular satisfied customer.

This restaurant, unlike some others, doesn't have pepperoni Italian cheese bread on their menu. DON'T ASK FOR THEN TO ADD PEPPERONI HERE. The bread is $4.99 on its own, and I was charged $4 for like 8 pepperonis. You could get another entire Italian cheese bread for a dollar more. It's criminal to charge $4 for this few. It should have at least 20 pepperonis and shouldnt cost more than $2. I generally have no issues with this particular restaurant, despite the fact that often times, they don't cut the pizza all the way, undercook the pizza, or put 8 gallons of sauce on their pizza that makes it unpalatable. Just a warning to anyone who thinks italian cheese bread would be good with pepperoni on it, it's a ripoff.

Don't go here unless you want a bunch of kids that don't care about their job handling your food, and a manager who blames you for what's wrong with your order. They forgot half of my order and blamed me for using doordash. After a long heated conversation about this, where the manager mostly blamed me and the doordash driver. The manager just popped off with, "Well, do you want me to send out the rest of the order or what?!" I very agitatedly said, "YES! Of course, I want you to send out the rest of my food. I didn't call just to talk about it!" He hung up on me, and I never received my food.

Very disappointed! It used to be my favorite pizza place to go every weekend and I spent plenty of money every time but lately it is outrageous. Undercooked pizza, very few topping, the marinara that comes with the bread sticks used to be a full cup too but even those are half filled. When the app gives you the time to pick up your pizza, it's almost guaranteed wrong and you can wait an additional 30 min in your car. The employees are very snappy as well, not sure what happened to this location but I do not recommend this specific LC anymore!

It is unfortunate that I must leave this review but this location is haphazardly incapable of being consistent with their food and service. Usually well made pizza and even nice staff, this location suffers from a inability to hire competent staffing for all shifts and days. So more than normal you will get the "bad batch" and your food and service will will match that sentiment. Do not give them you money or service if this is the solution to their employment problem. They work for us and our money is louder than this review or any review. Stop going to this location. Go any where else. Teach them a valuable lesson in competency, standards and quality.

I will say that this store is going down. Management is unprofessional and need more training at this store location. Also, they are Bias, if any Minority anyone come into this location ordering food, you hope that their food is good and, Correctly made, not dropped on thefloor. Sometimes a person hate to complain because they may do something to your food. I have noticed that in the last 2 weeks are so, even more like management is Bias at this store location. They don't really hire minority at this location. The few Minority I have seen working there, they seem to talk bad to their Minority Employees. Minority parents I will say be aware of allowing your children to work at this Hewitt Drive, location. This is not a angry message. These are from experience.

it took 45 minutes to get ONE pizza. we ordered an extra most bestest, was rudely told by an employee named Zander S that they didn’t have anymore, we asked that they make a fresh one and was given an eye roll and attitude. 10 to 15 more customers came in, and got their order before we did. they gave our order to the wrong customer, had to remake it, then they dropped our pizza & had to remake it again.

If i could i would give them no stars. I went in asked for an extra most bestests from the the oven to which i was ignored and they went to grab the already made ones. I repeated myself and the cashier argues with me. Then tells me i have an attitude. I ask for the manager and she treats me the same way then argues about how i want my order. And with a smirk tells me it will be 45 minutes for a pizza. I have always ordered mine from the oven and never had a problem at any little Caesars and they never took 45 minutes to make. 10 to 15 minutes but never 45. I won't come back to this store. I'm the customer I'm allowed to order how i want and there is no need to try to punish me for how i prefer to get pizza from here.
