This place is seriously incredible!! Me and my friends randomly found it one day and it became our new place to eat! The service is great and it’s a perfect mom and pop shop. Support local businesses and go to this place!! We’ve tried several things and every single thing we’ve tried we’ve loved!! The lady who runs it is a older gal and she’s so sweet and so helpful! She remembered us everytime we went and was super excited to see us. If you want a good pizza place go here!!

I ordered online through grubhub. The food was delivered exactly the time grubhubb estimated it to be. The delivery driver was nice and courteous. The pizza was hot and tasty. My picky eater son only eats Domini's pizza and he actually tried this pizza. The wings were delicious and the fries were Salty. But it was my fault for not stating that I didn't want additional salt on them. Overall, I will order again.

The pizza is really good at Als pizza. It’s got its own flavor and both the specialty and familiar pepperoni and cheese pizzas are great. We usually order for carry out and find the experience very easy and convenient when picking up. It’s great to contribute to a mom and pop business rather than a national chain so we order here when we can.

First time eating at Al’s Pizza and was not disappointed one bit! I would highly recommend a half and half pizza. Also, the patio where you can enjoy your treats is beautiful!

Price, quality and quantity are all key points these days and Al doesn't mess either! The atmosphere felt very inviting whether it's a date night or family outing. We're dining in next time for sure. Only thing it was missing was music. There's something about eating good food while listening to good music is euphoric to me.

We've sworn off pizza chains since coming to Al's. They can't compare to the delicious crust and toppings quality of Al's pizza. We also like the pasta dishes and burgers. Plus the service is always amazing and friendly. We spend between $40-$50 on food, appetizers, and drinks for two adults and two kids and a toddler and have enough leftovers for a whole nother meal for everyone the next day. Nobody leaves hungry. Our favorites so far are the BBQ chicken pizza and the chicken carbonara pasta. The garlic cheese bread is amazing too and they don't skimp on the cheese like some places. We can't wait to try everything on their menu

I literally don't understand why they only have 3stars! Their fire wings are addicting. I have ordered them 4 times in a matter of 2 weeks!! Sad I know. Their pizza is very good with great quality ingredients. The Mediterranean salad is the best. Only thing I would suggest is better coupon offers and give complimentary sauce with the wings like y'all use too. It's definitely my go to wing place still!

Food is wonderful, they have more than just pizza options. The owners are so friendly and will talk to you if they're there. The recent cashiers are very friendly. Especially the young cashier that works there, she helped me find the best deal with what I was ordering. On the other hand, their delivery time could be better. If you order from 6:30-8:30pm it seems that's when the wait is the longest. The wait time is my only complaint, but it's worth it for the quality of food! Overall great service!

The food is gooood!! I had the Meat Lover's Stuffed Crust Pizza with the BBQ wings. Everything was delicious and I definitely recommend it. My order was ready on time and I didn't have ant issues with delivery during dinner time on a weekday.

At first this place didn’t look like it was open, but then again it was 1:45 in the afternoon when I came. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. The pizza came out fairly quickly and was very hot and fresh. It was very good. I strongly recommend eating here.

I once ordered a pizza with extra cheese and the cook knew how to do it well! He put the cheese on while the pizza was finishing in the oven. It was delicious! The cheese was melted so well and it was a great pizza. The restaurant feels nice and they have plenty of places to enjoy your food.

Interesting place. Stopped by on a whim. Great burger and fries, homemade lasagna was good, a bit runny but good. Portion sizes for cost was very reasonable. Now, with some TLC, this place could be an amazing event venue. Imagine the back seating area with fairy lights, live music and small playground.

I've lived in Copperfield for 25 years and have passed Al's countless times. We decided to give it a shot today as we were at Special Pals Animal Hospital with some of our pets. Overall Fantastic food! Everything we got was delicious, well cooked and hot. We took advantage of a $20.99 special that had a large pizza with two toppings, 10 wings and a 2 liter bottle of soda. The wings were huge! The only issue was they sent the wrong dipping sauce. I asked for blue cheese and I got some kind of vinaigrette. That wasn't an issue for me, as I have blue cheese at home but if I didn't I kind of would have been upset about that! Other than that though not a deal breaker for me. They were also well cooked and the sauce was very good. I've had wings at other pizza places before and usually they have wings that have a lot of bloodlines and dark meat in them. These wings were delicious & very flavorful! The pizza was also very good. It had plenty of toppings on it, it was nice and thin and a great flavor overall. Plus, it reheated good as well! Both ladies that were there, one that took my order & at the counter and the other that was doing the cooking were both very pleasant. The atmosphere of the place inside was very nice too. It has a cute little dining area, in the front, that was sectioned off and an outdoor patio area, if you want to brave the heat and sit out there! Lol We will definitely be back!

This place is awesome. I've been eating from here for almost 15 years. Pizza and wings have a signature flavor that I really like. Order taking and service was excellent!

My wife and I love their pizza. It's been our favorite little pizza place since it opened. Priced comparable to Papa John's, Domino's, or Pizza Hut but with much better quality ingredients. Their pizza could sell for twice the price or more at a pizza specialty restaurant, and the staff has been friendly every time we've gone. Their wings are really good, but we haven't tried any of the other Italian foods on the menu. We have always ordered carry-out, so I can't comment on the delivery service, but I would definitely recommend this local gem over any of the corporate chains. PS - Try the garlic and marinara sauces with your next order. You won't know how you ate pizza without it before.

Pizza was great, but the muffuletta was not on par. Only had one layer of meat and one layer of cheese. I hope by my review, they update this. Would definitely love to try again and give a 5 star 🌟 review.

The pizza and food are good! The ovens are a little slow though. It took us close over an hour to get some wings and a medium sized pizza. The staff were exceptionally friendly but they seemed defested because other families were coming in and yelling/cursing at them for the extended wait.

Pizza is good but wait time is not so good. We're order to pickup and are quoted 20-25 minutes, we arrive at that time yet the pizza is still not ready and they tell us another 10-15 minutes. It has been this way each time we come. I like their pizza hut I wish it was ready when they say it'll be ready.

I ordered thirteen pizzas from Al's for my sons birthday party which took place near by. There were two different sizes and ten different kinds of pizza in the order. The delivery arrived within 5 minutes of the requested time and was 100% correct. The pizza was very good. In fact, the staff at the party venue who very regularly have pizza there, said it was the best pizza they had ever had. There is a nice variety of specialty pizzas. The toppings were plentiful and it was not greasy. The price was affordable, especially compared to other non-chain places in the area.

We ordered a Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza and as far as pizzas go, it wasn't bad, although I prefer a thinner crust pizza. However the accompanying order of chicken wings did not taste or look fresh, as the bones had a dark discoloration and the meat was not juicy and tender. We will go back and give the pizza another try but we will definitely pass on the wings.

Fries, not good. Jalapeño poppers weren't very good. However, the pizza was fantastic. Food was done on time. Would come again.

It was our first time ordering here and was definitely impressed! Being from the East Coast, pizza can’t be from anywhere. The wings were AMAZING! The pizza was also great, the crust could use something, but all in all, great pizza! We will definitely be ordering again very soon.

I drove past here a few days ago and said to myself, self…you need to try this Al’s Pizza house. The counter person was very friendly and polite. They have a lovely dining area and an outside eating area. Although it appears that they do carry out for the most part as no one was in the dining room. I ordered the margarita pizza… medium. It looked very nice upon opening the box. It was fairly tasty. It needed a little more seasoning. The crust was pretty good, but a little heavy around the edges. I will have to try another flavor on another day. When I called, I was told 20 minutes. I arrived promptly paid my bill, and I still waited another 10-15 minutes. Not sure what the delay was. They did not appear to be overly busy.

The only issues I ever have with Al's Pizza House is they seem to never be able to deliver in less then an hour and when they say an hour expect it 15 minutes later then the hour and you may have to call to re-confirm, We did a comparison with other like restaurants and ordered same items from each and received food from competition in 30 minutes and still waited 45 more minutes for Al's to deliver. We still try to support them as a local home grown but they need to improve delivery times...

It's hard to believe how good and fresh the pizza and ingredients are compared to the rest of the food. We ordered a burger med rare and it came looking worse than a cafeteria burger so small and had all the life totally cooked out of it. Philly cheesesteak was horrible as well. Meat is definitely frozen and almost non existent. I'm glad I like peppers and onions bc that's basically all it was. Guess it's just pizza from now on

We love the food but customer service and third party ordering is a nightmare. Placed an hour, said it would be delivered in an hour, hour and a half go by and I call and they say they never got it and I need to go through slice to see what’s going on. Turns out Als fax wasn’t working but I had to then spend another hour going to slice for a refund and new order. Guy in the phone claimed to be the manager but he was no help, it was just “call them to figure it out” Could have taken my new order or something so I didn’t have to wait an additional two hours for food. If you’re going to use someone to do your online ordering may want to work out the kinks so people aren’t waiting for an order you never get.

Usually the pizza is good but I'm not happy with my last order. The slice app kept messing up. The pizza's toppings were all over the box when it was delivered and I was unhappy with the food. I was just tired to complain but if I order from them again, I will use the pick up option only. The delivery was trash. Plus the fees are too high not to have good delivery.

Food always tastes great but the wait time and customer service is awful. Was told my food would be ready at 5:18 when ordered at 4:11. I called at 5:45 when it hadnt arrived. Was told on the phone that it was just being made and would be another 30 min. This honestly happens every time we order but normally they just say its on the way when I call 30 min late. After tonight though it has us looking elsewhere for our pizza and wings.

Pizza and wings are great. However, the ordering and processing times are ridiculous. Ordering delivery time is well over an hour each time. So we opted to order online for pick up and every time we arrive at the shop to pick up, 5-10 mins after to allot grace period because no times are to be exact at said completion time BUT we still end up waiting an additional 20-25 mins for pizza to be ready. It’s really frustrating.

This place has a really cute and cool looking ambience to it. It almost seems like a pizza joint in some college town like Austin with “we’re too cool for a front entrance so walk around to the back entrance”, along with both inside and outside dining options. The decor is not a traditional chain pizza restaurant, and therefore it seems like an inviting mom and pop place that must have otherworldly food. Unfortunately the food is very average. It’s not bad food at all, I’ve certainly had worse, but I’ve also had much better wings, pizza and sub sandwiches. There’s a lot of bad reviews here, I’m certainly not going to trash this little joint. It’s decent. But average places tend to spit out more clunker bad meals then they do exceed themselves and occasionally produce that great meal. I’m sure if I grew up around this cute little Katy pizza joint I would love it and have fond memories of it. Kids aren’t as judgemental about eating out. The prices are great, the atmosphere is cute, if you want to fill yourself up on the cheap, go for it. But be warned it’s just an average joint.

Ordered lemon pepper wings with mild sauce when I received order my wings were just lemon pepper. When I called to speak with the gentlemen that I spoke with and confirmed what type of wings I wanted he told me that I did have both mild and lemon pepper, I know the difference because I’ve ordered them before and these were not it! Never again!

This is the only place I can get a stuffed crust cheese pizza that my kids and I both enjoy. That being said I don't understand why the owner hasn't gotten the hint from all these reviews. Every time I order for pick up it's never ready. So, I decided to download the Slice app so I could see when it was ready. I arrived 5 min after the app said it was ready. I asked about my order twice and was told 7 more minutes both times. 14 minutes was actually an hour. I told the lady at the front that if a customer waits an hour you should offer them something, because that's good customer service. She shrugged and said sorry. I don't think we will be back. So disappointed.

Disappointing. I used to order from here regularly but I'm moving on to other businesses that care about the people they serve. Tonight it took 2 hours from when they got my order to get the delivery and I am less than 5 minutes away. No call to explain, I had to call them and when I did, they just wanted to know if I still wanted the food I already paid for. I just ordered a small pizza and wings, and at 4 pm on top of that --not even peak meal time. Avoid the frustration and give your money to another pizza place.

This is my very last time ordering here. The food is good and the low score is not due to that. Delivery is horrible. I’ve ordered from the Slice app 5 times and my food came at a reasonable time. Today, I ordered at 4:30pm. It’s 6:15 and my food is still not here. Never again! Find somewhere else to order from. I used to love this place. Years ago, the quality and service were 5 stars easily. Im not sure what has changed, but the food is a hit or miss, and it's been missing a lot lately. The service is poor. No matter what, they will not change their quoted delivery time. Even if it says 25-35 mins, it can be over an hour and a half before you see your food. I've just lost my faith in the place and probably won't order as much, if at all.

The workers attitudes are rude! But the food is great but Al is very disrespectful to the students who come to store and the adults.

I had to stand there for awhile before anyone said anything. Finally, the man told me that pick up order was in another line but the young boy was rude and they didn’t even have the 2 liter soda advertised on their website! This is why businesses don’t sustain when you advertise and don’t deliver what is in your website and have rude employees. Not to mention pizza had no flavor!!

Disgusting! Is the only word I could use to describe this food. Ugh so disgusting. The pizza tasted like it came out of a microwave. It was all rubber and grease. The wings were just as nasty and greasy. Not to mention the girl on the phone taking the order bearly spoke any English and was totally incompetent. She took my husband's credit card info over 3 times before she finally got it right. Took just as long to order the dang pizza than to get it delivered! In short...NEVER AGAIN

Should have listen to the other reviews. This place told me 45-50 min on delivery. 1hr and 45 min later pizza shows up. Cold and wrong. Called the manager to let him know he told me "Sorry we are really busy tonight, have a good one" then hung up. I let the hotel manager know and she dumped their menus in the trash and said it would be the last time she would recomend them.

I placed an order at 6:23pm and had an hour wait time. It is 8:00pm, the pizza is a half hour late and when I called to find the order, the less than enthusiastically on the phone couldn't find it. When he finally did he just said "yah, it's on the way." When I reiterated that it has been an hour and a half, his response was "yah its been busy, I don't know what to tell you". Their pizza and food isn't that great to begin with but to have nothing offered to me for the inconvenience is just not the way business is run. Go somewhere else for your pizza it'll be just as good and you'll actually receive your food.

I ordered two pizzas for delivery at 3:36pm and was told it would take 45 mins. It is now 5:25pm and still no pizzas. I called and was told that they were waiting for the delivery driver to pick up and deliver. I am a very patient and understanding person but two hours is an extremely long time to wait for pizza. If you set an eta, then adhere to the time or don’t set an eta in the first place. It is extremely upsetting and completely dishonest. I’m a huge supporter of local businesses but it’s hard to support a business that leaves such a stain on customer service. Needless to say, I will never order from here again and will make sure not to recommend this place to anyone.

You might have had a repeat customer for the wings because we did not like the pizza. Instead because you chose to forge a different payment on my receipt I am reporting you for fradualent charge you added to my card. Unacceptable business practice you do not steal from your customers.I assume you thought you could get away with stealing because it's the holidays and you thought I wouldn't check my transactions.

Wish I could rate this place zero stars because of my terrible experience. Was overcharged not once, but twice. Twice because the first time I called and placed an order I was told getting the 25 boneless wings instead of two 12 piece orders would be cheaper. After hanging up and realizing that wasn't true, I cancelled the previous order and placed another with my original order of two 12 piece boneless wings. Was overcharged about $7 more on both orders. But the real problem was that I was told the delivery guy was already on his way with our order, keep in mind we live about 10/15 minutes from the place. Almost 2 hours had passed and I called back, wondering where the food was. The woman on the line (Emily) answered as if she was expecting my call, she apologized and admitted to having put the wrong address AND wrong number on my order. This baffled me because I literally spelled out the address for her and if she thought she hadn't completely heard correctly, why not ask for me to repeat it? Ended up cancelling the entire order because if I hadn't have called that last time, they would still have my money and we would've never gotten our food and wouldn't even know the reason behind it. And STILL waiting on my refund for both orders.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I was trying to get an issue resolved after getting charged, but never got the food I ordered. NO one was helpful over phone, I was told management was not in , but the lead cook would be able to help after waiting on the phone for about 20 mins for someone to help. I decided to just drive over there to speak to someone in person.I get there and magically the owner was there.When I told him about the situation. He began yelling at me that "I'm not giving you anything back, you have 2 mins to leave." What kind of customer service is this ? I will NEVER return even if it was the last pizza place on earth. Plus … the food is not great. This was the second and the last time I order from here.

I ordered 2pizzas and cheesy bread at 3:30pm. I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour. At 4:45 I called because it hadn’t arrived and was told it was on its way, “He just left”. The room we were in was to close at 5:30. I called again and was given the driver of my order. He said he called and sent a text but got no answer. I did not receive the text and the caller ID was from another state so of course I didn’t answer a call I was not familiar with. So I had him deliver it to my apartment and had to have all seven of us go there. When it did arrive only one pizza came and the “cheesy bread” was French bread slices with some cheese but the bill was the same. At the time of my second call I suggested that I should get a discount and asked for a manager but she said there wasn’t a manager there and no one there had authority to give a discount. Needless to say I won’t be calling there again.

Horrible. Ordered at 4:37, called to check at 6:11 after no pizza had been delivered. We were told our food would be ready and on its way in 3 minutes. Called back at 6:45 and we were told our food had never been made, and they canceled our order. We waited over 2 hours to then be told “our kitchen is backed up.” WOW, thanks. We won’t be back. Similar recent reviews on Yelp say the same thing!

Just a small mom and pop on the corner like a pizza shop should be. still love this place but its hard to get everything you order. for ex. 7 mozzarella sticks served with fries per menu. doesnt come with fries often.... One time my food never came. The kids just closed early and went home. I gave them another chance. I'm done. I ordered 2 hours ago, it's more than 20 minutes late and they told me the driver is out and my food is waiting on him to come back.. I live right down the street. It's a 5 minute walk. It's now 2 1/2 hours since I ordered an hour past the ETA and they call me saying my food is ready but the delivery driver is still not back do I want my food. I asked if the delivery driver quit or is he drunk. They said maybe. Just shut this place down if they can't get help

Didn't want to put this review we been coming here since forever and on 6/29/2022 we had a bad experience. We ordered 2 Large pizzas and the pizza was awful. The pizza crust had chunks of dough still uncooked and the pizza had no tomato sauce. They used to cook good pizzas now I can't say they do. I went to give them the feedback at the pizza location and I wasn't going to write a review but after I gave the feedback to the lady she didn't seem to care. That's the reason I will write this review so people can be aware if you decide to go make sure to check on your pizza before leaving the store.

I went there in the summer of 2014. I recall two people working there at the time; a woman at the front counter and one guy in the kitchen. I literally saw their attitude and moral was a poor one. I got me a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and my sister had some wings (if I remember correctly) and for dessert we had Tiramisu. Well, the sandwich I had was nasty. The food was overall, greasy and whenever I picked it up to take a bite out of it, it would just fall apart. My sister had the wings and those with were super dried and hard to chew on. There was little to no sauce on those damn wings. I bet for sure these had already been pre-cooked, kept in their fridge and reheated whenever a customer would order them. The tiramisu we had that day was obviously super frozen, it felt as if you’re biting a rock. Overall, a terrible experience. Over $30.00 dollars wasted, good thing I only went there just that one time. Never been back since and don’t plan to. If you’re wondering as to how the hell is that place still in business; look no further – the two schools next to them are a huge reason as to why they haven’t gone out of business yet.

So my son went to this place after he and his cousins got out of school and spent $20 for some food and was waiting for their food, there was only 2 seats available so my son sat on the floor and a little bit later the Owner came to him and told him no loitering and that he had to get out... I have always told my son to be respectful so he stood outside and waited for his food to be ready. If this is how you treat your customers I'm surprised they are still in business. I am a veteran and a Healthcare worker who travels for work, I will make sure to let everyone know how my son was treated...

Worst experience ever! I ordered $78 of food and the only thing even worth mentioning was the pizza. The food was cold, the mushrooms were not cooked in the middle, we got I ranch dressing for 35 wings. The fries look like they sat in grease. All this and the order got here 45 minutes late. When we call in the first time the person who answered said the order left 20 min prior... 20 minutes later, the same guy who answered the Call, said the order left 10 minutes prior. The driver blamed it on the cook and the guy who answered blamed it on the driver. No apologies and no effort to correct. Glad I don’t have to order from there again!

I called the store to inquire about why they accepted the order despite my address being outside their delivery range. Crystal, the so-called person who gave me this name over the phone, continuously interrupted me while I was explaining the situation. I requested her to let me finish speaking, but she insisted there was nothing she could do to refund the money immediately. This was concerning, as it was the last of our money and we had no way to feed my kids that night. Crystal then directed me to contact Slice since the order was placed through them and abruptly ended the call. I called her back and asked to speak with a manager, only to be informed that she was the manager herself. I inquired if there was a corporate office, but she laughed at me over the phone, completely disregarding the seriousness of the situation. I expressed my disappointment in her behavior and lack of empathy, emphasizing that her laughter and hanging up on me were not at all amusing, especially when my children would go hungry due to the lack of delivery boundaries set by their business.

Al's pizza house has ZERO customer service skills!! I ordered a pizza with garlic crust and wings with ranch and blue cheese. Guess what I got? A pizza with REGULAR crust and wings with ranch and NO BLUE CHEESE. When I called them not even 2 mins after the driver left they asked did I want a refund or for the driver to come back I said driver come back. Guess what?!! TWO AND A HALF HOURS later still no driver. So I call them and I told them they didn't have to bring the blue cheese they could refund me my money and come get the wings. They say that they cant refund my money I have to call slice to get the refund. I call slice and guess what they had to do call Al's to confirm a refund which says that if Al's had any customer service skills they could have called slice to have my money refunded I shouldn't have had to!!! So in conclusion you only get ONE time with me and Al's BLEW IT!!! And its mediocre pizza so save your money!!!

Worst service ever. I called in a pizza and sub order at 3:30pm today and the man on the phone told me it would take 45-60 minutes for delivery. A little longer than I expected but I cut them some slack since it’s raining. After 90 minutes, I called to ask where the delivery was and was told they had just cooked the food. Really, I ordered it an hour and a half ago and you just cooked it. They were very apologetic and said it would be another 15-20 minutes to get it delivered. Fearing I would never get my food, I opted to pick it up. I got there and they couldn’t find my order then they couldn’t find a record of my phone payment. Almost 2 hours after ordering, I sit down to eat and find they DIDN’T EVEN SLICE IT! Terrible FIRST impression. I chose this place based on a friend’s recommendation who says the food is great. I’m about to find out but I’ll never be back.

Pepsi instead of Coke no call no notification they just send you Pepsi instead of Coke the only real options apparently are Pepsi Dr pepper and Big Red refused to make a special delivery to bring me something other than a 2 liter beverage that I don't drink and didn't order. Quite frankly I would have gone someplace else and I know I was going to be getting a Pepsi. The fries were cold the pizza which was supposed to be a thin crust was not it was basically just a greasy mess and the cheesecake was frozen hard as a rock. I would highly recommend you check out anybody but this place. Their customer service is non-existent and they obviously couldn't care less about their customers. In this day and age it is not that hard to hop online and change your menu what do you have switched from Coca-Cola products to Pepsi products we're taking all 5 minutes and save me a half hour talking to the slice online people after dealing with their non-existent customer service there at Also. And getting partial credit isn't good enough I paid over $35 and receive $5 of it back when I have this dissatisfied yeah it'll be a cold day in a very hot place before I ever order from these people again.

They have a dining area that you are not allowed to sit in ever, they also don't let the kids eat in there. They are to order and leave! The owner sucks and is very rude as well. Why be open next to a school if you aren't going to let them eat in the empty dining area?

Please don't waste your money on this place. One of the worst pizza I ever had. Bad service. We threw both pizza away.

Thy are so rude and don’t even have a bathroom you have to spend 5$ or more and the workers are rude but the food is very good

If I was able to give 0 stars. I would my kids go to Alice's pizza with money almost every day after school. My daughter said the young man at the counter. Snatched her debit card out of her hand and my son said that the young man threw a honey bun at him. Another young lady who was there said he yelled. At them to shut up, they were very rude. When I brought this up to Al himself. His exact words were. He doesn't want the key. Is there his business will do just fine without them He doesn't like them to come in His shop Anyhow, so if I was a one of the other parents whose children go there. I would advise them not to. I see no reason for him to have his restaurant next to a school. If he doesn't want children or kids to come in there and for them to spend their money in his establishment where they are not wanted.

I went in there yesterday to pick up a doordash order and waited about an hour for the order. It was 1 pizza and a thing of wings. When I asked every employee there how much longer it would be they all said they would find out and just walked away and never said anything to me while I was standing right in front of them all. This place has the worst service ever, also they do not even acknowledge you are there.

I placed a phone order at 4:18pm they said it would take 20min to be ready. I arrived at 5:00 to pickup for them to tell me the order was not even in the oven yet. They asked me to wait 20 more minutes for my order. Insane. Never go back to this place.

0☆'s Because of them putting Parmesan cheese on the pizza when it doesn't even say anywhere! I'm not happy cus this was my dinner and was really hungry w a few bucks. There was soo much Parma on the thing it was nasty to eat, as it didn't go well with the sauce (even taking off what I could). Places that do this should let people know when ordering if they want it on there or not, heck just give dem a pack of it on the side. I mean even the site asks if you have any dietary restrictions!... u could do that but not tell people about putting Parm on the pizzas? And if you put any Parma it had better be the expensive real Parma. For me if any place puts Parm on the Pizza they're covering up how bad the pie is, since the Parm's flavor profilr is Significantly different than mozzarella, and it would just make u think it was just the Parm that was bad and not the pizza. Aside from that the crust was good when it was kinda crisp at the edges 👌 but that was a few bites. The cheese texture was good, and I would guess the sauce would have been good as well the slice if it weren't for that cheese. To see this done to a Pizza is just sad. Even worse if it's your dinner w the last few $ u got. Just came by to try but definitely not coming back.

We have ordered from Al's over the years and they have been okay. We ordered tonight and specifically requested crispy crust. I asked it we needed to order thin crust to get it crispy. The guy who was taking my order asked someone else (male) if thin crust was crispy and I heard the other guy say they could many the thick crust crispy and I said okay, as long as it is crispy. Got our pizza and not only was it not crispy, the dough was raw like it had not been cooked. I called back and the young man asked me what I wanted him to do about it. I asked if we could get another pizza or a refund and he said he didn't know what to tell me. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he wasn't there. I asked the managers name and he said he couldn't tell me. I asked for the name of the young man I was speaking with and he said I wish I could help you out. Terrible service, terrible pizza and terrible attitude. Also, the pizza smelled horrible. I don't think this deserves any star at all. I'm thankful we can at least write to the BBB, FTC and others organizations to at least get these things on record. Hope you all have better luck than we did!

We went to this place in the afternoon because it had been our favorite, but yesterday I was very disappointed with the service. I'm actually very patient, and it took them about 50 minutes to deliver my order of wings and a medium pizza, which they usually serve me in 20 minutes at most. Yesterday there weren't many people when we arrived. Several guys, between 8 and 10 in total, arrived behind us and they were served first, and our order took another 20 minutes. So I went to ask, and the lady who had seemed friendly before wasn't yesterday, and the guys taking the order didn't even have a good attitude. Of course, I won't be going back. The service is very important to me because we're not asking for anything for free…

Al’s was one of our favorites for a long time (almost weekly) however recently they’ve gone downhill food and service. We loved the cheese pizza and bbq pizza but after our last 3 visits, to give them the benefit of doubt the pizzas has not been the same quality. Taste is off, sauce portion is horrible so it’s just mainly cheese and crust. I am so disappointed and so is my family. Also last visit they were rude, no one wanted to help the hot lobby full of people expect the one person that was on the phone. Also, you place an order and it says “ready in 15 Mins” it’s a lie. Expect to wait 30+ mins. Maybe we will try again after some time but unlikely.

Called at 7:50 PM and put my order in. I was told 25 minutes. I show up at 8:15 PM. I didn’t leave until 8:40 PM. While I was sitting there and getting odd looks from the cooks and being ignored, I had a look around. Just a glance around the kitchen area, I’ve decided I can never eat here again. I am utterly disgusted. Floors and walls didn’t look any better. This isn’t the first time I got attitude from the staff but it is the first time I noticed all of this nastyness in the kitchen. So, when I get home, the wings have barely any sauce, pizza was cold (I live 4 minutes from here), and my son found a hair in his pizza. Obviously the lack of hair nets, gloves, and just regular sanitary things a kitchen should have in it resulted in this. I would highly suggest no one eat here. If you care about not getting attitude from the staff and food being prepared in a dirty kitchen then avoid this place.

A few months ago, we looked online and saw mixed reviews about the wings. We ordered anyway and they were pretty good. (Nice size, cooked well...although the flavoring was a bit dry) A few months later we try them again and got the worst little dry, shriveled up, flavorless wings imaginable. I'm not sure how long ago they were cooked but we're hoping we dont get sick. Super disappointed.
