One of my favorite coffee shops and roasters in the greater Houston area. I have been to over 25 different local coffee shops and New Heights Coffee Roasters has consistently been one of the highest quality coffees out there and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

This is in my top 5 for work space coffee. I love they roast their own coffee and the coffee menu is curated. I normally order drip coffee (which is great) but when I want a sweat treat their Chantilly Cream is heaven. You will find their roast in several Houston restaurants! They have a customer rewards program which is pretty cool and lot and street parking.

Wow, this is an amazing place! I love the atmosphere and vibe. Large space and lots of options to pick from. Their Matcha specialty drink that I ordered was amazing, so much flavor and was very refreshing. I highly recommend this place and would come back

New Heights Coffee Roasters has become my favorite coffee shop in Houston. I appreciate the passion and care their team has for coffee and all of their delicious offerings. So far I’ve had a lavender matcha, the “Chantilly” and the “The Clearing”. The Clearing was my favorite! I had it with the insanely good chai biscoff snickerdoodle. Try it! It will not disappoint!

A cute coffee shop if I ever saw one! Parking was a little tricky,but not a deterrent from stoping in.The staff was friendly and greeted me when I walked in.Ordered a Matcha w/oat and Vanilla syrup (it was mid), a breakfast taco(pictured), and a chocolate chip Banana bread (delicious). I didn’t get a chance to explore the other side of the café which looked really cute, but I’m sure I’ll visit again.There was plenty of seating-though a little uncomfortable after sitting for an hour—which makes it a good vibe for work or a nice place for a meet up.

Great staff and hospitality!! Place is very green (literally) and has plenty of room on the inside to sit down and chill. They are also beside a clay pot store and a retail store, check those out if you can for a fun adventure! All drinks I've gotten from them has been spot on from matcha, long black, to the alcoholic drinks. Chantilly is probably the best thing I've had from there. Nice cozy vibe, yummy drinks 🍻

Stopped by this hidden gem on a whim after being let down by the many coffee shops driving down on Studewood. Like, how does a plethora of mediocrity happen to pop up like that??? Anyway, I ordered an iced mocha and a drip coffee on my way to work. I was blown away by the exemplary black coffee & hospitality provided by the barista Angie. They informed me about the coffee club subscription New Heights offers, a monthly exotic coffee I can have shipped to my home before it even hits retail shelves! I got a bag of their recent release & also took home a tin of their espresso beans to use at the office. I was sold on everything New Heights Coffee has to offer, so they got my loyalty.

Great coffee shop with excellent lattes and cozy environment. I also really appreciate their consistency. I know my drink will taste the same every time I order it. The parking lot is limited, which isn’t their fault. Their menu is slightly more expensive than some of the other local shops but to be honest I would rather pay the difference for their quality, consistency and also excellent customer service. All of their syrups are also made in-house and they’re delicious. I recommend the iced caramel latte.

Was interested since it's a roaster. Had The Holly (seasonal, cold brew spritz with cranberry extract) and a flat white. The flat white tasted great. The Holly tasted a little like apple cider; good combination of flavors and presentation of the drinks. Atmosphere was relaxed; they have nice deco, including a small assortment of records (vinyl LPs) on one wall. Staffers were friendly. Would like to go back.

Absolutely awesome. Had my usual Oat Milk Latte. The beans they used that day were their Neighborhood blend. Very nice taste with some floral accents and very smooth. Had to go back one buy a bag for myself. Highly recommend but parking is pretty tight.

Cute coffee shop with a great atmosphere! The chai is delicious and spicy, and there is a big outdoor patio in the back with tables (though it isn't wheelchair accessible. There is only one accessible parking space, and it is in the worst part of the parking lot. The restroom is also not wheelchair accessible at all.

Great location. Nice and quaint lil shop. Fantastic espresso and coffee drinks. My only complaint would be for y’all to put pricing on your retail coffee. You’ll definitely ease stress of your staff from having to answer “How much is this one?” Over and over again.

I hope they keep the Boomtown beans in that location instead of basically expanding their current location with the same offerings. Update. The brewing methods used by NHC are impressive. It appears they use new wave water and also moccamaster drip brewers. I’d say nobody else in Houston does that. I’d love to see lighter roast beans, African beans. But I am impressed.

Only one size to-go cups. No almond milk. Limited flavors (like 4) and No cash. And staff there are not very friendly. I feel like if I'm gonna pay $8.12 for a one size only coffee I should have it my way. I got to the register and waited a little while for a young lady that was talking to a customer. I requested my coffee and soon enough knew I was not gonna enjoy a coffee my way. NO almond milk, NO hazelnut, ONE size and cups .And the final blow np cash and a outrageous 8.12 for a cup of coffe that didn't have ONE THING I like. So I gice this place a 1 star because service is meh lack of variety for coffee flavor and the ridicilous price. Also the vibe is just not welcoming.

She spoke very quickly, and I misunderstood, thinking I had to choose between the two rather than being able to receive both. Since I was really looking forward to the drink I originally ordered, I chose that option. When I noticed I was being charged for both the drink and the beans, I asked for clarification. After being told the drink was not included, I asked if I could still purchase my original drink and receive the promotional drink for my husband. The barista responded very rudely, saying, “No, it’s too late now, you’ve already checked out. I can’t reopen your order.” I was taken aback by the tone and lack of courtesy. While the coffee itself was excellent, unfriendly service can easily overshadow an otherwise great experience. Unfortunately, this interaction has made me hesitant to return. Great coffee, but friendlier, more accommodating service would make a huge difference.
