When requested a special pizza - the staff did not want to make since some other customer had ordered something similar- I re asked again to please make it since that was someone else's order and they only made half. To which a 3rd person came and grabbed half. So I only was able to eat 2 slices of what I usually enjoy eating. 😩 Everything else is delicious. Cashier was very nice

not a good variety of pizzas only 2 workers, would not make a hamburg and cheese pizza for my kids. only 2 flavor of sodas in the machine the others needed to be changed out. waste of money we went at noon time and service was bad. like the workers did not want to be there. there were kids like 6 to 8 touching the pizzas to get pieces, I asked the staff to do something about it, and she rolled her eyes at me as if to say leave her alone . train your employees properly so this is not the problem for the city to shut you down

Salad bar is basic as basic can be, no bacon 🥓 bits , no spiral pasta, very minimalist salad, Pizza is subpar and poor looking, there was not even spaghetti LoL, but they thought it a good idea to double the price of the buffet.. All in all don't waste your time for $19 for two meals ... For $25 you can feast anywhere else with better ..

From the moment I walked in the customer service was awful, the guy at the cashier treated us horribly. I had never been treated or greeted like this or had any other place provide this type of service. Never going back again!

11/15/25 they ran out of pizza after my family has been here for 5 mins. I've never seen that before.

I will not be going back to this location the cashier was rude there was no cheese on the pizzas and the place was trashed. I feel bad that they were short staffed but still not ok to be treating people rudely.

I was just there me and a couple of my friends One of my friends just got through done eating so they wasn’t even that hungry so it was only me and my other friend that was in the mood to eat we paid for two buffets One of my friends was just tasting. The pizza was not even hungry did not have a plate did not eat more than a pizza. When I’m telling you, they only tasted it that was it we was chilling out and the Manager accuse him of eating and made us feel very uncomfortable to the point that me and my friend who did pay the $10 to eat had to leave I will be taking this to corporate, and I will take this to a higher level they threatened to call the police and was forcing him to pay 10 dollars I knew it was all my fault for even wanting to go to just a low establish because this was the end result, it’s basically like they took our $20 for free but as now as I’m reading the comments, me and my other friends our Hispanic, but my other friend is not, and they treated him with the lowest respect very racist if you’re not African-American or Hispanic, you’re not allowed to go here we are filing a lawsuit against them for being racist against whites jokes on them they have no idea who we are and how big and known we are in Houston

Sorry I am white and I wanted to eat some pizza. I have never been treated so badly. And I ordered a taco pizza and after the first bite I felt sick. And when I finally made it home I got so sick I had to go to the hospital. They did not know what I had eaten but it was definitely making me sick they pumped my stomach and I had to be put on liquids to get to feeling better. I have called my lawyer and he is looking into the issue at hand a lot closer. If you are going to eat here be sure you are not the hated race of the year. Rude service and stares from the workers when you try to order anything. I will never go to this place again. And that I am sure was their wishes anyways. I will hopefully see the owner in court soon

Last time I came I had a horrible experience so I wanted to give it another try. I took my boyfriend for his birthday and it was a horrible experience once again. Every time I come all the people working are moving slow or on their phone. Alls they put out is pepperoni everytime and it’s really greasy to the point it’s getting soggy because it’s so much grease or there is no pizza out at all. The cinnamon rolls feel like they have been out all day hard as a rock. And when I was in the way to get a salad I saw a roach crawl out of the salad as soon as I saw it I left that’s unsanitary and unacceptable. And you guys need to call an inspector. From the looks of it the workers are lazy and if they are that lazy to work they don’t need to have a job. I will never be eating at this location EVER AGAIN.

Would rate it 0 stars if I could. Employees move slow. Most of the pizza is dry. Sticky gross kids unattended to on a regular basis touching all the food and their parents don't seem to care. Can't expect much from the run down area anyway but the quality of the food definitely sucks compared to other locations.

Cashier denied us at first because she said our 10 year was too tall and would charge her as an adult and then told us we were lying about her age. We are not people to tell lies. And we explained that our daughter is 10yrs old, then the cashier got mad and told us to stop making a big deal out of nothing and kept mumbling unprofessional comments. She was Extremely rude. She is a short Hispanic lady. Would not be going back because of this situation

I get it! It’s CiCis ,but wow! This place is terrible! The staff is miserable. The drink machine hardly works. The pizza has barely any toppings. Steer clear of this place.
