Opiniones de Los Tacos No.1 Hudson Yards
Really great taco spot with authentic flavors. I tried the al pastor chicken and carne asada tacos and they were juicy and well seasoned. The tortillas were fresh and the salsa added the perfect amount of heat. Friendly service and a lively atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back.
When I say these are the best homemade tacos of all NYC, please believe me! They are scrumptious and juicy! Flavorful and oh so good! If heaven were a good item, it would be either the carne asada taco or the adobado taco lol. 10 out of 10.
This place is amazing the food, the people are working there are so friendly. When I try to find a place to eat the first thing I see is a clean, the food , and how people treat their customers. That place is all that. And if you want to eat the real tacos 🌮 Mexicanos this the place you need to go.
This place is amazing! The food is delicious, but the service is incredible. The manager, John, was very attentive and always looking out for me and the other customers. Highly recommended!
If you are in NY make sure to check out this place, good food, cheap for NY standards. Great staff and good vibes
One of the best tacos I’ve ever had! It’s hard to match California tacos and this hits the spot. The ingredients form a beautiful orchestra of fusion that honestly leaves your mouth wanting more! Try the Adobada, ask for con todo and you are set. Definitely a place to visit again and again
Stopped here to try some Mexican food in the city. It was also recommended by a local in the area. It was easy to find the menu was clear and concise. We waited maybe a minute or two for those in front of us in line to order and move we ordered and they have a system. Where after you order you then give your ticket to the cooks who prepare it for you. We waited a few minutes, not knowing this and they noticed we were not in line. The would appeared to be manager. Call us over to make sure we got our food and then checked on us while we were eating. Fantastic Customer Service in such a big city.
Los Tacos No. 1 had been all over my social media, so when I visited New York, it was a must-stop—and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The cashier was incredibly helpful and, once he found out it was my first visit, gladly recommended his top picks. I went with the beef corn tacos, and they were outstanding. The meat was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. Simple, no-frills, and executed to perfection. Add a squeeze of lime and a few condiments, and it took everything to the next level. This spot is a must-try for both locals and visitors. Highly recommended.
Absolutely great and authentic tacos. I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the carne asada tacos tasted. Living in SD Ca for 20+ years and eating tacos for awhile, these reminded me of home. The flavor of the meat was on target. Service was excellent! Staff was friendly and provided a great presentation of food. Highly recommend making this a stop for authentic Mexican tacos. We tried to stop by the Times Square location and the line was super long.
Los Tacos No.1 had me questioning my entire heritage - like maybe I was secretly born in Mexico and raised on the wrong side of the tortilla. This isn't just a taco - it's a religious experience wrapped in a tortilla My taste buds did the Macarena, salsa danced, and then proposed to me. The tortilla was softer than my ex's excuses, the meat juicier than a telenovela plotline, and the hot sauce hit harder than a mariachi trumpet at 2 AM.
I’ve never tasted anything like this before! Their tacos and Mexican lemonade are absolutely amazing. We discovered them while visiting NYC and ended up going back two days in a row. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would have given 5 stars if there were chairs available for sitting, but the food alone is worth the visit.
So delicious! It’s a must visit in NYC. I come here every time I visit the city. There’s many locations so it’s likely there will be one close by. After you order, make sure to bring your receipt/ticket to the counter so the chefs can start making your order. Highly recommend the quesadilla con carne asada and the agua fresca de Jamaica. Get the tacos “con todo”.
I came here for the first time because I had heard all about it and I was not disappointed! My wife had been to the other location near grand central, and she had loved it, so I had to try it out. I got a steak, chicken, and pork taco. Al there of them were delicious. Their Horchata was very good and not too sweet. There’s nothing that goes better with Mexican tacos like a Mexican Coca-Cola! They have all of the traditional Mexican drinks and their food portions are perfect. The prices are a bit on the higher end for tacos, but they were absolutely worth it. You get what you pay for. The flavor was amazing and the service was fast and very polite. I’ll definitely be coming back here soon!!
This place is pretty amazing. They only have three types of tacos here so you know if a place focuses on just a few ways to do things that they’re gonna do those things extremely well. The tortillas are made and cooked right in front of you and the freshness cannot be beat. The flavor is pretty amazing. I will say although it is nice that they offer guacamole without an up charge. It does tend to overpower the tacos because they are very generous with it, the guac does come off like the pre-packaged kind, I’m not saying it is but it has a bit of a gooey texture that freshly made doesn’t have. The. Agua frescas are really good as well. If you are a taco connoisseur you have to go try.
First time trying Los Tacos. Been hearing the buzz about it so thought we’d check it out. It’s easy to find. Just 2-3 mins walk from Hudson Yards. My colleague told me it’s new. Just opened a few months ago. Anyway, everything’s simple. The design of the place, how to order, and even the menu are already posted on the wall, along with descriptions and prices. So it’s very tourist-friendly. Make sure you bring a credit or debit card, since they don’t accept cash. I probably just don’t like how swift they expected the customers to decide on what to order and at the same time how to transfer from the cashier to the claiming area. They want everything to be fast but their accent doesn’t really make everything easier. I mean I feel like the cashier wants my answer right away to her questions but it’s not easy for me to understand her at least in my experience and she wasn’t even warm and friendly. I ordered Adobada Quesadilla and my husband ordered Carne Asada Tacos. It tastes good! But they both look the same so when it was served to us we kind of had to figure out which was which. It tastes good! But if you’re starving, one wouldn’t be enough. Probably order two!
Famous place to stop by and enjoy tacos but for the price I don’t think it was worth the 30 minute wait plus the $20+ cost for a drink and 2 small tacos. The space inside was very lively but it was so full that it was difficult to enjoy the environment and overall savory feel of the food which was very good. Overall it may not be recommendable to wait in line but the food was definetly good and worth a try if you’re willing to wait.
Overall, i think this place is overpriced. You are paying for the environment/“culture”. Employees are rude. Theres 4 options of meat -adobo -asada -pollo -nopal (cactus) The size of the tortillas are around 3 1/2 inches, fairly thin. The meat ratios are ok. I ordered 4 tacos 2 adobo 2 asada. Each priced $5.95. Small 12oz drink is $5. Overall adobo would be my suggestion. The salsa has flavor that adds to the meat. Meat itself has somewhat flavor. Would not recommend if this is your place to eat and feel full. Would recommend if you’re just trying to cross another place in NYC.
