Editing my previous review from 1 to 5 stars. This location has gotten its act together and serves very fast. Orders have been accurate as well, food is always fresh.
Go to this t-bell a couple times a month. They never get my order wrong or anything. Even when the line is long, they are fast. Good always tastes good and you never get sick from eating here lol. This is a good one to go to :) keep it up y'all!
When I'm in the mood for a 7 Layer Burrito and a Chicken soft taco, no one does it better like Taco Bell. Their employees are nice and fast at getting my order done. Highly recommend it.
I have been coming to taco bell for over 10 years and this location for over 5. This location has recently become home to a taco making GOD, though I don't know his name off the top of my head my nacho cheese cheesy gordita crunches with steak are always steaming, the sauce to meat and cheese ratio is always spot on making for a delicious amalgamation the likes of which have existed in no other place. Make this dude the owner, whatever he is doing, he's doing right.
Polite staff, food portions best taco Bell ever. Usually you get a giant tortilla with little meat & cheese beans or rice. Drive they staff polite as heck & prompt. They know service. That little extra with fast food sets them apart from All others!! Seriously that extra pinch of cheese, or 2 tiny chunks steak. Keep up the great service Taco Bell

One of the better Taco Bell’s I have been to! Great location and super easy to get to. Drove through was very fast and food was really good. Gave us plenty of napkins and we were really friendly. Employees were wearing masks and handed out food on a tray to be conscious of germs. Would recommend!

Service was Amazing. Drive through was quick and efficient, employees were kind and understanding. I’ve never had anyone mess up my order. The Nacho Fries are delicious. Personally, nothing beats the Spicy Ranch inside of the Cheesy Gordita Crunch.
Yeah, I know. 5 starts for a Taco Bell? Insane! It's all about context though; The Bell is my favorite fast food; this restaurant is always clean, the service fast and the staff friendly. Twice now I've tried to order of their app with disastrous results, but the management at this store just made it right both times, no trouble. Also - fresco style chicken soft and hard tacos are both tasty and great for watching calories when you have to eat fast food!
This Taco Bell is better than any other! I know someone who was a manager there, and I can tell that he trained the crew there very well. They are fast, professional, get your order correct the first time, and they always give you lots of hot sauce! Keep up the good work Hudson Taco Bell! 👍🏻
my mom and i went through the drive thru at this location during lunchtime and everything was pipin’ hot, the crunchwrap was made by god himself with all the inside ingredients evenly distributed and made with love. the nacho fries were crispy and fresh. the person at the speaker was very friendly, there was a line of maybe 4 or 5 cars in front of us but we got our food lightning fast, around 2-3 minutes from the speaker to getting our food. 10/10 give these people a raise
I honestly love Taco Bell, do this is a biased review. The Employees at this particular Taco Bell have always been top notch, super friendly, they go out of their way to help. I needed dinner one night after picking the littles up from day care, I did the mobile app to get a couple rewards but accidently selected Walk In pick up. It would take a little longer in the drive through and they asked if I could walk in. Not wanting to leave the boys, nor do the process of unbuckling them I asked if they could bring it out. They were more than happy to meet me at the front door, it probably seemed annoying to them, but it made my evening.
I went through the drive-thru today (5/10/22) at 5:45pm. I had to let the staff know just how awesome they are and follow that up with a 10 star review, bc these people deserve it! I ordered 12 soft taco supremes, 2 fiesta vegetarian burritos, 2 nacho cheese fries and 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos. I drove up, ordered, pulled forward to pay and received my food in 3, MAYBE 4 minutes time. They have lots of competant, efficient, super friendly staff working there. Then to top it all off, the food was ON POINT!!! That.Is.Incredible. when you consider the long waits at ALL the other fast food places in Hudson and the food at these other joints is never right, not good, and/or something in the order is missing. Taco Bell thank you for treating and paying your AMAZING people well because you seriously have the best place in town BECAUSE OF THEM!
Whoever made my power bowl on 02/10/23 between 12:30-12:45 deserves a raise. Haven’t had such an apt portions of my customised choices in my bowl for a while. Keep up the great work.
This is my fav taco bell. On Sunday I popped in very late. Super long line, pretty sure people from Northern Invasion all came here. Despite the back to back customers the staff were so polite and even called me the easiest customer of the night. Day or night the staff and food here is great. Love you guys!!
I only use the drive-through. Whether it's lack of attentiveness or simply complacency, I RARELY end up with the sauce quantity I ask for. Something has changed with their "sauce mgmt" for sure, haha, but it is frustrating to spend $20 on food and then receive a FRACTION of the sauce you asked for 9/10 visits. The sauce makes or breaks the food for many customers such as myself.
First time there for us. Clean facility and polite staff. Carter is one of the best CSR you'd ever deal with. We thank the managers for hiring him. He's an asset to your team! Food was delicious and was prepped and presented in a package that showed how this facility is strictly adhering to COVID-19 Health guidelines for food establishments. Good job, Carter!
Both Nick and Cameron were extremely friendly above and beyond anything I’d ever expect. Nick greeted me by telling a taco-related joke which made me burst out in laughter. Once done ordering, he made a cheese related joke (I got chips and cheese) and asked if that was all I needed tonight. I said yes, and Nick made sure I knew not to hit the car in front of me by telling another perfect joke. Nick made sure not to interrupt me or his work flow with jokes, which made it absolutely perfect. Once I got to the window, Cameron greeted me again and made small talk while I awaited my food. Cameron was super friendly and had a great big smile the entire interaction. I’m very VERY happy with both Nick and Cameron from tonight.

I came through a few weeks ago and I just have to say that Michael deserves every possible award, total class act and possibly the best Taco Bell employee I have ever met. Perfect service from start to finish and got my order 100% correct even with all of my add ons and stipulations.

Driver through worker called me boss... Five stars
friendly staff, fresh fast Mexican food, but I'm not a fan of the order only at the kiosk. The three people that were in line with me for the kiosk were all upset and one actually left without ordering food because they were so frustrated that no one took their order. The tables were not clean from the last person eating and everyone was in the back, there was no one out front taking care of the restaurant atmosphere.
I have never had a bad experience at this Taco Bell. Always gave me warm food and the employees are normally very nice and fun! One of the best locations I've ever been to. The one in St. Paul can't compete with Hudson's customer service. St. Paul location gave us cold food and the employees were very monotone the whole time. Granted it was around 2-3am so I have to give them some credit for working those hours. Overall, great job Taco Bell! Especially the Hudson location!

Okay. It's Taco Bell. I get it. That said, this was perhaps the best Taco Bell I've ever had (in 50+ years of occasional TB visits across the country). Properly made. Ample portions. Friendly staff. I wish all Taco Bells were so good.

The food to me is always fresh. Everytime I go to this one just for a ride to here from Roseville mn it is worth it.

August 9th 12:50pm- I don’t know who is working but they all need a raise. The grilled cheese burritos were perfection, with the fiesta strips inside still crunchy and the other internals nice and hot. The fiesta potatoes were full in the cups with the perfect ration of cheese and sour cream. Everyone on this shift needs a raise.
I stopped by this Taco Bell pretty late at night on my long drive home, and I have to say, the service was absolutely amazing. The team was fast, friendly, and efficient—even at such a late hour. The food was delicious and hot, exactly what I needed after a long day. I was genuinely impressed by how superb the staff was—they turned a quick stop into such a great experience. Top-notch service all around!
Taco was not secure in wrappers and fell all over my lap. Rarely get fast food, but i was ravenous.
A well maintained and managed location. They only forget to throw in requested sauce some of the time. Unfortunately the roads around this TB kinda suck. The traffic competition between the spurring business entering/exiting has led to quite a few fender benders.
80% of my order was correct, however the one thing I will say something about is when I order a Crunch Wrap Supreme and I don't ask for the vegetarian version but I get the vegetarian version. Please if you gotta forget ingredients don't forget the MEAT!
There are two general states for food at Hudson Taco Bell: tolerably fine, or pretty bad. I'd say it's something like a 80-20 split depending on when you go and who is working. It's one of the only places in town to get food after midnight, so if you need a late night food fix without getting out of your car this is the way to go; but the drive in line might be correspondingly long as a result.
Through the drive through, I ordered the new shredded beef cheese taco thing. Not bad at all, but it's not a traditional "birria" taco as people have talked about, if that's what you're looking for. Good sub if you aren't near a place with birria available, though. It was cheesy and tasted great, and came with a side of taco sauce and cheese sauce. I like dipping, so that was a great addition! Service was great!
Taco Bell is my go-to fast food restaurant. Had my usual Mexican pizza. I also decided to try the chalupa. Ok, but not great. The Diablo hot sauce has a great flavor with a bit if a kick but I like hot.
Typical fast food experience. Nothing negative...it was what was expected. Good service and food was what I paid for.
It used to be affordable, now it's just an addiction that I need every once in awhile. Like McDonald's fries only with a bit of spice
Ordered thru the app, and did drive thru. Had the new cheezet crunch wrap. Tasted really good but the cheez-it wasn't crunchy and the wrap fell apart but over all was good. The fries were really good and fresh for 10pm. Very happy.
Pretty inconsistent. 2/3 of the time great food with no waiting. Other times there's a long wait at the drive through (one lane and trapped), sub par quality food, or something else wrong. Today I was delivered a meal that was prepared for a Door Dash order. The only thing wrong with the order was my soft taco was soaked with water somehow. This kind of stuff makes a weekly customer into a monthly customer. You can do better.
Great Taco Bell with a very friendly, clean staff. Very modern looking Taco Bell located just a few minutes off of I-94 in Hudson. Very spacious, and clean atmosphere, and convenient for travelers. Food here has always been very good. Never disappointed when I come here. Like almost all Taco Bells there is no kids area, but there are great kids choices.
This location makes taco bell standard food which is good, but they often forget items that were ordered and paid for. Many times we have discovered missing things.
Every time I go here they forget at least 1 thing from my order. It makes no sense to drive all the way back for a taco but it's irritating. Today we just ordered a chalupa box, a steak burrito, and a doritos Supreme taco and they missed the taco. I don't think that was that complicated of an order and if it happened infrequently I'd forgive and forget but it literally happens every time.

This is a kiosk app ordering store. Order accuracy was terrible. Missed the add-on completely, and I was not the only one. I was ignored by at least 3 different employees while I stood at the counter for 7 minutes to get what they forgot on my order.
Food is great, I live nearby so this location is the only one I go to. But I’ve noticed they rarely to never put sauce packets in the bag unless at the window you ask for it. I recently heard the lady at the window ask if there’s the hot sauce packets in the bag and I heard the person in the back say “no I never do sauce packets”. Pretty disappointing but answers the question as to why there’s never sauce in the bag.
Seems like hit or miss whether food is actually hot when you get. Attention to times seems minimal.
It's Taco Bell. Decent food what more can you say. Taco Johns is a little better if a choice has to be made. Breakfast is pretty good..get an extra bag of donut holes for breakfast you'll thank me.
I have decided I will no longer be a customer at the Hudson Taco Bell because the freeze machine always seems to be in defrost between 2:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. I love this Taco Bell but half the reason I go there is for the Baja freezes and out of the last 10 times I've gone there I was able to get the freezes twice I'm tired of substituting for soft drinks and orange juice or waiting 3 to 5 days for my refund. The food here is great and the service is nice just tired of the situation. As someone who averages Taco Bell three times a month that shouldn't be the going trend.
I love Taco Bell during a road trip! However, it took a long time for our order as nobody was working the front counter... or at all! We ordered using the self-serve order machine... Then waited for someone to come from the back to come up and make it. The windows had finger prints all over it. Then men's room was out of order, and the women's room was dirty as reflected in the photos...
I have had lots of bad luck at Hudson Taco Bell. Many times have gotten home with my order and have been shorted items or wrong one in the bag. One day I sat in line at the drive through and it was very busy and got to order and was told the drive through computer was down and I had to come inside to order. Now I'm stuck in line and can't back out because 4 cars behind me! Had to wait until I could get past pick up window to leave. Was stuck there for a pretty log time. I didn't go inside after that I drove to Taco John's instead.
this taco bell gave out coupons for “any taco”for me waiting 20 minutes for my food in a short line. I returned with the coupon, asking for a Crunchwrap. Then I was informed that the coupon was good for “any taco” meaning any 79c soft or hard shell. Had to complain to corporate about the bad coupons to have the problem rectified. False advertising -1 Waiting 20 minutes in line -1 Needing corporate to fix your constant incompetence -1
The only reason I don't like Taco Bell is because when you order something that they advertise as "double-stuffed" or for example a " triple-double crunchwrap supreme" you essentially get the same amount of food for a higher price tag, because what comes out is certainly not triple or even double what it's worth. You order a regular one and sometimes it's like you're just eating the tortilla with lettuce, so they have a topping quantity issue. On the plus side they're open until 4am on the weekends for a good late night after party food run, you get alot for your money and it fills you up fast and tastes great as far as fast food goes.
Hey, it's Taco Bell. I wouldn't even be writing a review, but just in case managers at this location check such thing, I thought why not. I give it 2 stars because on the off chance that Linda is working there, it's great (5 star Tbell when she is around). If it wasn't for the times that they have a good staff, I would give this Tbell no stars. This location seems to have a larger amount of turnover on employees than most Tbell locations, and due to this my co-workers and I consistently get our orders messed up. Just today they forgot our bag of Doritos for a meal deal (half the meal), and forgot meat on both of my cheesy gordita crunches. Lol, seriously, you forgot the meat... I could call and complain, but it is really a very frequent occurrence at this location, and I'm sick of free hard shell tacos to "make up for it". Try to add anything to a menu item (i.e. hold 1 sauce), and what you receive is an empty shell. Even when ordering with no special requests, I'd say they have about a 50% success rate at best. I don't know any other fast food location, of any franchise that gets orders wrong these days. Anyhow, wall of text coming to a close, just thought I'd share another frustrating experience at the worst Taco Bell I've ever visited.
This drive through is slower than a sloth on edibles.
My only problem was that my Baja Blasts had NO flavor. And they couldn't do anything to fix the problem, no refund or exchange, nothing. When someone pays almost $4 for a beverage I expect somthing will be done to fix the error.
Tables were NOT clean. tacos were good. Chips and cheese tasted like plastic and peanuts. Got two cinnbuns wanted strawberry twists instead got a refund easily though.
The employees were pretty nice and welcoming. However the welcoming atmosphere quickly turned sour as the manager started yelling at everyone. He was also blasting music that you could hear everywhere. While I normally don’t mind music, hearing constant swear words and the n-word while I ate was not enjoyable.
If you like cheap tacos, this is the place for you. Edit to add: In 2024 they started to prioritizing the drive thru. They do not complete food orders in a sequential order. Example I ordered at 5:30 in the app. I got to the store 6 minutes later. I then waited 13 mins for my food. In that time 10+ cars went thru drive thru. When I finally asked about my order the got it done in a few minutes.
I wanted a plain meat and cheese burrito. Was told can't make that. Why not? You can make a soft shell taco that way. I would have paid for the burrito. I guess I will go to Taco John's. Way more accommodating
The parking is ridiculous, most of the spots are taken up by employees cars. The person never greeted us, unless you count, what would you like to order. Told us the price, gave us the change, not a thank you or any form of it. The food was just ok.
So annoyed and I wish I could say this is the first time. My whole meal was messed up and I didn’t realize until we were on the road. The Diet Pepsi I ordered was regular, tacos without lettuce had extra lettuce and the cheesy fiesta potatoes didn’t come with a fork and it was less than half full. I tried to find an email address on their website so I could email someone and nothing. I get messing up but every item is not ok.
Poor POS system at drive-thru. Had several online orders with a group and were forced to go around 6 times even though we had already paid and we could see food was ready. By our third time, several cars had accumulated in front of us and our food was cold when we got it. Not impressed by this service and will be taking my money elsewhere.
Literally the worst taco bell I've been to. They consistently get your order wrong and don't seem to care in the slightest. Bunch of 18 year old kids that aren't trying at all. I'd recommend going elsewhere
I ordered the 3 soft shelled taco supreme combo and two burritos. I got 2 soft shelled tacos, a hard shell taco, and one burrito. I understand it's minimum wage, minimum effort but getting an order wrong is unacceptable.
Terrible slow and harsh service. I went in there to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready. I waited over 10 minutes and watched people come in, order and leave with their food before I got mine. When I asked about my order the manager, yelled at me. Saying they would work on it in a minute. Waited another 5 minutes before finally deciding to go somewhere else.
Pop machine was down, got up charged for getting a slushie. If you didn't get a drink at all you still paid the combo price whereas if you would just purchase it a la carte it would have been cheaper. Called manager, got a I was on the other side of the store excuse. Was supposed to send me a coupon for another meal. 2 weeks later of yet to see it...
Order was missing a drink, burrito supreme was just beans with little of anything else, cold too, no spork for the beans, no napkins either. Not the first time either. The staff here just doesn't care about quality food at all.
Have not eaten at Taco Bell in over 8 years. Now I remember why. Their tacos & burritos are terrible. And to add to it this place is dirty, the kid would wipe the table somewhere on the top & walk to the next one & touch it and that was good enough. I will stick to cooking them at home.
This is the most painful drive thru I have been in ever… did an online order to save time, took 10 minutes at the speaker before they told me they were ready for what we wanted to order.. told her the online order name and then waited another 15 minutes at the window… girl in the window is sitting here eating ice and food, awful awful awful. Should of done Popeyes chicken
I went there and ordered a crunchwrap supreme meal with 2 $1 burritos. There was 1 car ahead of me and nobody behind me so it's not like they were busy. Got my food pretty quick and customer service was nice, but when I opened everything and started eating, there were almost no fillings. My crunchwrap ONLY had tomatoes and sour cream, and my taco broke and all the fillings fell out, so they threw it in a new shell and put lettuce on it and gave it to me. 2 items in my order had a total of 3 ingredients. Completely unacceptable and if that's how they are when they aren't busy, I'm afraid about how future orders will come out if they are.
You know, I just can't understand how difficult it must be to make a supreme taco with substitute beef for potatoes. I mean I understand if you mess it ounce or twice but this is third time they messed it up. I get all the way home each time and it's wrong. I drive all the way back to this establishment to get it corrected. Overall, this place needs to improve and get up to speed with there customers. I hope my next visits will be better but I doubt it. If you want low priced and low quality food I guess this is the place for you.
Today the food was absolutely below mediocre! Hard shell tacos appeared to be premade. Hard shells were gooey and stuck to the paper. Inside of the tacos was 30% less filling. Yet the price was almost 30% more that 6 months age. VERY DISSATISFIED!
Terrible customer service. Sent my boyfriend to get us a meal after a long day and not only did they mess up our order and we had to drive back, but when he got there they proceeded to argue with him and yell at him. We will NEVER be coming back to this Taco Bell. If I could give no stars I would.
We asked for three nacho fries and they only gave us one. I love it here and will be back but I am taking this personal because I hit a deer last night and all I wanted was nacho fries to share with bestie

I have ordered the chicken taco bowls 3 times on different days and I haven't received what I asked for yet. 1st time - Asked for guacamole and sour cream to be put on the side because I have a sour cream allergy. They were put on top of entre instead. Brought them in and asked for a remake. Received them back with the g and sc scraped off the top of both and g and sc on the side. Explained that's not what I ordered and was refused a remake by manager. 2nd time - Ordered the same thing again asked for g and sc on the side. Opened at home and the g and sc were on the entre, not on the side as asked. 3rd time - Ordered the one regular and the other "no sour cream and received one regular and the other with both the guacamole and sour cream scraped off the top of the entre leaving a trail of sour cream on the top. Now, what should I expect next time? Or will there be a next time?
Just over all bad. I wouldn't recommend ever eating here. They should be shut down. Food was nasty and very little to nothing on everything i ordered. I was looking at pretty much empty shells of a taco supremes and 5 layer beefy burritos. I took 1 bite spit it out what little bit I did swallow i got sick as hell from. The lady I talked to was okay though. 🤷🏼♀️ I got refunded and I will never go back.
Manager cussed me out and said he was gonna call the police on me for trying to order a Baja Blast, will be following up with corporate and getting manager fired
I went at 11pm, it was totally dead no drive through people, I went inside and ordered on the kiosk. Every food item was customized, they did not follow a single customization. One of my order included sauce cups, which I never recieved.
Got the orders on the taco wrong, when we came back through they were very short and rude about it, got the correct item but since they were clearly offended that they had to make it again they only put a tiny amount of meat on the tacos, raging with cheese and lettuce. Just childish and not people who should be working customer service. You mess up, you fix it, it's really not that deep I promise.
Just gross. And $50 for 5 chalupas, a burrito, a crunch wrap, and 3 drinks. So expensive. Food tasted bland. Chalupas were dry and didn't taste fresh. Crunch wrap was very poorly filled. All items were missing filling and felt old. It's wild to think we spent $50 for this to feed 3 people. We could have gone to sooo many other places and gotten better food for that money. So disappointing.

It started out with an employee telling us that they did not have enough help to take our orders and asking us to order from a kiosk. When the order was done she sat the bag in front of me while talking to a co-worker, never once looking at me and then walked away. It was obvious that the idea of actually saying, “Thank you”, to a customer never entered her mind. I won’t stop again.
I asked for extra nacho cheese on my crunch wrap and they put absolutely none on these . I asked to an extra bag to split my order sense a friend was with at the window and the girl gave me a horrible look and rolled her eyes and I had to explain to her why I needed one . My food was ready but she told me to pull around to front and I sat and waiting for 5+ minutes and she was so rude when she brought the food out ! If you hate your job so much along with people go work in a warehouse where you don’t need to interact with clients !

Manager is not professional at all. Just had to post these all so everyone can see who she really is. I choose a job that paid more and she was mad that i still order food from there and when I do pick up food she insults me or harasses me by making the kids in the window switch with her so she can say things to me through the drive through..
Refused me service because of someone else problems, even though I have no part in theyre issue, very hostile tone coming from Amanda a manager by the way, you'd think better training and more respect for customers and keeping people problems separate from others, really just a mood killer, I hope they genuinely do some re training, or re-hiring.
Never returning to this location again. I pulled up to the drive-thru and immediately a male with an awful attitude said "what do you want" I was so stunned, but just responding with can you please just give me a minute. When I told this person I was ready he again with attitude said "go" I started to give him my order but he interrupted that order with "what do you want to drink" mind you I wasn't even finished. Stunned again I didn't even know what to say anymore. He proceeded to ask me if I wanted anything else rudely two more times. I finally said can I just speak to your manager. His response...Oh my god!!! The manager on duty must have noticed this behavior because she jumped on quickly and said sorry for that. I finished my order and I spoke to the manager while I was waiting for my food about how awful this individual was speaking to me (not at any point was I rude back or had any tone with him I was just so stunned I didn't even understand), I was told to give a general manager named Melinda a call at 5:00 p.m but not worth the trouble, they have rude and inconsiderate staff. Don't go here unless you are looking for verbal abuse.
Had a night out, whole group decides we are going to taco bell. We honked a total of 4 times between all of us, as we were pulling up. Which we have done to mess with one another before and never had a problem, even at this taco bell in the past. Anyways, we were told before we drove up, from the first car in our group that whoever honked was "gonna get there food spit in" Realizing that the workers thought we were trying to mess with them, we were ready to apologize and tip them for the inconvinience of our 2 honks that came from our car. But when we got up there, we got more questions like, "ever heard of manners" we said sorry twice and tried to explain thay we werent messing with them(taco bell employees) but they just said "nah have a good night" so we left and got food at kwik trip. Cheaper, better tasting, and always 24/7 they have jacked my order up here before anyways, which is honest mistakes i think and i dont carry much weight to those problems. Attitude or lack of customer service i do think is a choice, then again its taco bell, and they aint paying these guys enough money to be working that late at night and dealing with shenanigans, no matter how light hearted and miniscule those shenanigans are. To those who were offended by our two honks and believed my friends when they said, "its all that car" Im sorry again we made ur night much more difficult than we realized🤷♂️
They got the order so so so wrong. Usually I can be lenient when they mess up on one or two things, but let me tell you. I ordered a normal burrito (which contains, meat, lettuce, cheese, and cheese sauce) but with no cheese and added jalapeno sauce. It came with no lettuce, no meat, and THE CHEESE I DIDNT REQUEST. Oh and the wrapper had it labeled “no beans”. The main ingredient on this burrito was BEANS.
