We had a very good late lunch here on Thursday 24 July. We chose various options from the 3-course menu of the day, which is excellent and reasonably priced. Drinks included. Very friendly staff.

It offers seasonal cuisine that respects and showcases local produce, with flavorful, well-prepared dishes and meticulous presentation. The portions are generous, and the price is very reasonable for the quality offered (we tried the traditional menu). The service was impeccable: attentive, friendly, and with excellent recommendations. Special mention goes to the wine pairing, which was perfectly matched and enhanced each dish without overpowering it. A highly recommended spot if you're looking for good food, quality ingredients, and a complete gastronomic experience at a fair price. Definitely worth a return visit.

We had dinner there, and the service was good, the food excellent and of very good quality. We had the tasting menu, which also included a bottle of white wine and a bottle of red wine.

We went for lunch today and loved it. The set menu for 23 euros, including bread, wine, and water, is unbeatable for the quality and the carefully prepared dishes. Excellent service and a wide variety of dishes to choose from, including starters, main courses, and desserts. We highly recommend it!

We loved it!!! We booked a lunch menu featuring Aragonese products. Everything was very good. We really liked the timing of the food, allowing enough time to enjoy the dishes and wine. Unhurried, with very good service. I will definitely return if I have the chance. Some dishes are missing from the photos.

Faultless. A perfect example of a Michelin Guide establishment. Simple, elegant food made with good ingredients, great care and huge skill. The dia menu is an absolute bargain offering a wide choice of three courses - we couldn't fault anything we had. Lovely staff and a very nice atmosphere. Every table was full on a Thursday lunch - and no wonder.

We returned from a weekend in the Pyrenees, and this restaurant was the one most recommended by several friends. We managed to book a table by a miracle (call well in advance). They have a €22 set menu that includes: starter, main course, dessert, water, wine, and bread. Everything is based on traditional cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients, and the decor is both beautiful and simple. We opted for… - Roasted potato with blue cheese sauce and pork jowl (I felt the cheese lacked flavor, or perhaps the sauce could have been a bit more liquid; it was all very dry). - Creamy Brazal rice with squid in its ink and saffron mayonnaise (spectacular, perfectly cooked rice and a fantastic flavor). - Lamb stew with aged wine and potatoes (it transports you to those cold days in any village when they take the food straight from the pot). - Trout ceviche (I didn't take a picture, but it was spectacular. A generous portion and everything finely chopped made every bite a delight). - Carrot cake (very tasty and beautifully presented). - Aragonese cake. (Ice cream and cinnamon lovers, this is for you!) The rice and both main courses were spectacular.

Recetas tradicionales y de buena calidad. La carta es amplia y los platos son abundantes. La cocina de este restaurante recoge recetas de lo más variadas desde un ajoarriero hasta un tartas con mango. Yo pedí un arroz negro con calamar y alioli que estaba delicioso. Y de segundo un ajoarriero de bacalao con pastatas panadera y huevo trufado que estaba delicioso. La tarta de tres quesos es espectacular y el café también muy bueno. Un lugar para repetir

Buen sitio para comer pero, desde mi punto de vista, deberían abrir antes. A las 9 de la noche es tarde en invierno y luego lo que sale en el menú de la cena es más para la comida que para la cena. Para grupos de 10 personas, aún reservando el servicio es lento. Una hora tranquilamente de espera, sino una hora y media. La calidad/precio es muy buena, eso no hay duda alguna.

A restaurant in the center of Huesca with two rooms: a smaller one at the entrance and a larger one upstairs. Super attentive service and a pleasant atmosphere. We ordered the Aragonese menu, which requires a reservation in advance. All the dishes on the menu were fabulous (tomato heart, rice, cod in garlic sauce, and lamb neck), plus two desserts (mini cheese board and Aragonese cake), all half portions. The portions were adequate so you wouldn't be too full, and the price-quality ratio was excellent (€33 per person). I'm giving it a 4 (it should be a 4.5) because, for a pre-ordered menu, the wait time between courses was very long (in its defense, it should also be said that even though it was a weekday, it was practically full). Even so, I highly recommend it. The dishes on the daily menu were lighter and also looked delicious. A good option in Huesca.

El menú correcto, precio 21,50 €. No hay aire acondicionado o no lo pusieron, hace un poco de calor. El tiempo de espera entre plato y plato unos 15'. De cuatro personas que fuimos a comer, 2 pedimos lo mismo y tuvimos problemas intestinales durante la tarde, por si acaso no volveré a ir. Estaba bueno, buen emplatado y correcta atención, limpieza y amabilidad.

I can't say the food wasn't good. It's the same old story: the descriptions of the dishes set high expectations, only to disappoint later on. The service was professional and attentive. I ordered fideuà with a touch of truffle, which cost extra, and my taste buds couldn't even taste it. The capon was fine, nothing special. The dessert was a good portion and very tasty.

I won't be back. It's a small restaurant with a €22 weekday set menu, which I consider very expensive for the amount and quality of the food. I ordered grilled pork shoulder, and it wasn't marinated at all, so the flavor wasn't very good. For dessert, I ordered cheesecake, which was very small and very, very thick. When we paid, they asked how we had eaten, and when we said we hadn't liked the pork shoulder, they told us it wasn't working very well. They didn't even offer to waive the coffee charge. I will NOT be back.
