I picked up a shift on January 24th and decided to grab a quick bite before heading back to the yard around 5:45 a.m. It was rainy, cold, and I was completely soaked. Susana let me in a few minutes early and greeted me with the biggest smile. You don’t usually get a welcome like that at 5:45 in the morning these days. We talked for a bit and shared some laughs. The food was amazing, but more importantly, Susana made me feel truly valued as a customer. Whataburger, you’re truly blessed to have someone like her on your team. Thank you for the amazing experience.
AAA+++ Whataburger was extremely clean and well managed. The facility was very nice, the staff was extremely friendly, and the atmosphere was great. Everything ran smoothly and made for a great visit.

Fast in, fast service. Good food. While we were there, a bus of softball players arrived, this crew handled that bunch of young people quickly with no problem! Great bunch of employees! Store was spotless!

I come to this location often, but today’s experience stood out, all thanks to Morgan. She actually took a moment to ask about my day and suggested adding grilled jalapeños—which, by the way, were a solid addition. Her genuine attitude made the difference. Most times, people just rush you through the line, but Morgan took the time to be friendly, and that alone made my day. Appreciate the great service. Order #1656546
Great burgers and fries, its not Inn and Out (I'm from CA what can I say) but you don't have to wait an hour for a great old fashioned American burger thats double the size of the double double. I really enjoyed the spicy ketchup, it's not really spicy but it has a nice flavor. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Texas.
It has been a while since I have been able to enjoy one of my favorite burgers, the Monterey burger. The food was hot, prepared to perfection, and came out to the second-lane drive-thru very quickly.
My husband and I live off 59 and Tidwell and go to the Whatabugar@ Will Clayton and 59. The service here is excellent. This is our Whatabugar from now on.

This is one of the best managed Whataburgers in the Humbe area. I will drive past 4 closer restaurants because the service is that good. Today I did something I usually do not do and used curbside because I had my dog with me. To my surprise they brought out my drink first and shortly after that the rest of my order. The food was hot and the order was fulfilled correctly.
I picked up a huge order of food to bring to my girlfriend and our friends at the dog show. And by huge, I mean enough for and drinks and milkshakes for 12 people. I used the curbside pickup, and I didn't have to wait long. I can personally only vouch for my buffalo chicken strip sandwich, which was great. But I can say that myself and several others commented about how very well made the French fries were. Easily the best fries of any fast food spot. Pricing was on par with the quality of food you would expect to get, meaning that it wasn't going to leave you saying that it wasn't worth it. They brought out 3 bags of drinks, then brought out the food a few moments later, because they were waiting on fries. I think from the moment I checked in until the time I left was maybe 7 minutes, which was not bad considering the amount of food they were preparing for us. Overall, this Whataburger location is one of the best I've been to, and whenever there's a dog show at the Humble Civic Center, we always get good food from here. Very friendly staff, also. The gentleman that brought the food out for me was super cool.

I usually come to this Whataburger and it’s usually decent but tonight whatever girl was working the curbside needs a raise, I don’t know her name but girl was running car to car checking on folk and brought drinks out early something I’ve never had happen before and I always use curbside. Food was great but service was even better give that girl a raise. Phenomenal job👍
Being Native Texan I know a thing or two (or three lol) about Whataburger; so with that in mind I can honestly say THIS Whataburger location is outstanding. Sadly I've found many locations lackluster lately with so-so food, flavor & cleanliness. With service that feels more like......McDonalds. 😢 But not this location. Nope, not by a longshot. At least not during the weekday lunch rush awa being close to IAH. Although it did appear more locals than travelers when we were there, but I had a flyer in my group lol. Management is obviously doing their jobs. When our small group arrived we were greeted immediately by a friendly employee. Our orders were taken correctly and we were thanked. When filling our drink cups the area was clean and that extended to the seating area as well. The biggest surprise was how FAST our meals arrived. Hot, fresh & tasty. We noticed that the employees all work TOGETHER as a team, as they should, and not everyone doing their own thing. And it wasn't just us that received the same quality service. Looking around we noticed other diners getting their meals quickly and also being asked if they need anything else. So for a quick meal in an up-to-date Whataburger with nice employees, fresh food that's flavorful in a clean restaurant you should absolutely stop in. I'd mentioned this location to some others and they all agreed with my experience when they'd dined too. It's too bad it's out of the way for me. *I'd ♥️ to recommend this restaurant to the MGMT of the one I most often frequent. That way they can see a great Whataburger in action!* 😉
Would like to praise our order taker at the drive through, Raul. We ordered a bugger patty for our dog. He asked, which we hadn't ever even considered it before, whether or not to add the seasonings. So he was extremely polite, and also thoughtful.
First time to this location! Went because I downloaded their APP and got a free Whataburger with a purchase of a medium fry and drink today, so make sure you download their app for rewards! Food was great, came out correct and everything. This months special shake is BANANA PUDDING!! Must try! Also coming soon next door to them is a Panda Express!!
Always try to hit Whataburger when I am in Texas and I always have a great experience. Today was no exception. The food was cooked great and Susana at the front counter was friendly and helpful. She should be part of your marketing department as she is a master in the art of upselling and got me to purchase an apple pie even though I had no intention to. 😊 The interior of this location was clean and inviting. Even though the food is a bit spicy, it is still delicious.
Food is pretty good the Spicy ketchup is really not that spicy. But I like it like that because it's not to hot.
Coffee has been changed😓. My parents have been going for Whataburger coffee for over 50 years. This was their favorite newer Whataburger. Today is my mom's birthday and she wanted Whataburger this morning. Very disappointed but found out they just changed it. It was very dark and strong like oil. I can adjust and add water but it was just a not so good surprise for Mom and Dad. Not sure what was the reason for the change. We love the employees who are super sweet and I must say the food was still great. My dad asked if they could get hot water next time to dilute it and the sweet employee said sure and that she was sorry. Her name was Ruth and she was so polite. Ate inside. Quality of the food was great, the service at the counter was lacking, but the drivethru was pretty busy and a lady did change her order twice. So I'll cut them a little slack. Parking was a bit tight due to construction in the area, but not impossible to find a spot (just took a little effort). All in all, not a bad experience and I will be back.
It's Whataburger. As fine a burger joint as any for fast food. Everything was good and got some of the freshest fries I've had in a long time.
Everything from the customer service, the cleanliness, and for the most part, the food was good. The only issue i had was it seemed they let the onion rings cook a little too long, but other than that, all around, they receive a 9 out of 10 from me
They were great and the food is always great. However we ordered an ice coffee and it took soooo long to get and several people to confirm if we have recvd it.

I normally enjoy going to Whataburger. This location is quick, the employees are friendly & the food is good. However, this morning, we picked up breakfast & there was a hard piece of plastic in our food. Unfortunately, we won't be eating the rest of the food out of concerns for safety & not ingesting foreign objects.
Can't understand why an online order should necessitate a 20 minute (after the set ready time) wait in a drive thru line at 630am with only two cars in the drive thru. Then to top it off I get handed cold food. If a customer has an order that takes more time, someone has to make a decision to move them so that others can at least get their food before it ages in a paper sack.
First time eating here the burger was really big I had a double cheeseburger but the seasoning was lacking compared to other fast food restaurants in my opinion In and out burgers are better
If Anna isn’t there you know your food will be messed up! Explained I wanted half sweet tea and half unsweet lady looked me in the eyes and gave me lemonade. If the girl with a bun and attitude is there she won’t give you ketchup and if she does it’s spicy.
Walked in, and no other customers were inside. There are no clean tables to be found. Cleaned a table with napkins for ourselves. Then a bus load arrived. They were talking over us as they were scattered at tables around us. We moved to another table so we could hear each other. I ordered the Patty Melt. I thew it away after a few bites and ordered a Whataburger. My burger wasn't even warm. My daughter ate the chicken sandwich. Fries had a good flavor. Ordered sweet tea. Even told the server that the dispenser was empty. Ended up having coke because sweet tea was not provided. This was at 8pm.
Almost $10 for 2 flavorless breakfast taquitos. Will pass from now on.
I recently placed an online order, and it was being picked up and delivered by some delivery company named Favor, and it was taking kind of long to get my order, so at the 40 minute mark I decided to call the location and inquire about the order, Kenneth answered the call and I began to explain to him about my ONLINE order he cut me off and told me, “YOU NEED TO TAKE THAT UP WITH THE PEOPLE DELIVERING YOUR FOOD, WE HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM”, so I matched his tone and said, “LOOK, KENNETH, I’M JUST WONDERING IT MY ORDER HAS BEEN PICKED UP ALREADY SINCE IT HAS NOW BEEN 45 MINUTES, OF IT HASN’T, I CAN PICK IT UP MYSELF”, he proceeded to ask me for the name on the order, which I relayed to him 2 times and spelled it out for him, he did recognize the order and ina softer voice, he let me know that it had been picked up already and I just hung up. Whataburger IS known for its friendly people and atmosphere, but not on this occasion, Kenneth seemed very frustrated and bothered in receiving this call, it seems like he doesn’t make a very good fit to your team. With the diet that my Doctor has me on because of my health issues, it’s not too often that I get to eat what I like, but every once in a while I like to indulge in a nice burger here and there and my choice WAS whataburger, but not anymore, I’m going to have find another place, I will never go back to this place again. Oh, by the way, I did eventually receive my order over an hour later, my patty melt was cold, the fries were half eaten and there was no seal on the drink and the ice had melted, so I didn’t drink that, shame on you whataburger and Favor delivery service.
Against my better judgement I gave this location one LAST try to get it together and tonight was IT !!! There was HAIR in the Burger !!! Not one small hair but TWO long hairs at that. I'm absolutely disgusted and so done with this place. I'm not sure what nasty person was back there working WITHOUT a hairnet but you'd be fired if it were up to me !! 🤮🤮🤮 We'll never ever eat here again, I don't want the meal replaced I want my money back, obviously we can never seem to get the right food without issues so I'm done. This was so stomach turning I swear !! Maybe there should be more adult supervision and/or leadership at this store at night because the staff of school kids isn't cutting it.... obviously 🧐🤬
I came here for the usual, Usually I get a patty melt with no onions I told the cashier to please take the onions off then what a surprise My burger had onions when I got my order they only gave me ONE napkin what am I supposed to do with that one of the employees offered sum “gas” not sure what that means also most of the drinks where out the wifi didn’t work I got diarrea the next day worst whataburger ive ever been to
As much as I love whataburger, I’ve never had anything like this happened. Got home to eat my food, and once I poured my fries out I found a fried ROACH OR FLY IN MY FOOD. Immediately made me sick to my stomach and everything came up. Been eating whataburger all my life and I definitely can’t see myself eating here again.
Don't waste your time stopping by the Will Clayton and 59 location of Whataburger if you like being healthy because they have a very nasty and lazy crew obviously cannot even clean their drink fountain machines to keep the mold off or the slime out of her ice machine so gross almost made me sick I had to get a refund for me and my family and take them to the location at 4040 Little York Road and 59 so that we can get a nice clean meal it was hot fresh and great service..... I want to say thank you to the Whataburger restaurant at 4040 Little York Road for a great breakfast experience instead of the nasty location on Will Clayton parkway and eastex freeway that are lazy and do not clean the restaurant properly slime and mold were found on their fountain drink. This is the box my 3 piece chicken strips was served in. I had to take my food out... 3 pieces of chicken, fries and toast nothing that could of possibly gotten this box dirty. Which leaves me to believe the employee that put the food in the box was extremely careless! This is beyond unacceptable! I will not be back to the location!!
I have lived in Houston my whole life and have eaten at Whataburger almost the entire time. I have loved them the entire time. I am so very disappointed in them right now. My last 4 or 5 visits have been horrible. The burgers were not good at all and my 7 yr old granddaughter even complained. The sandwiches were so flat you couldn't see anything except the bread. The meat patty was not even a full patty. The lettuce was white and I ask for extra pickles and got 3. For the price I might as well go to Smashburger or Culvers. I'm done.
Every time either cold, soggy fries or something is missing in the order. The least consistent Whataburger I have ever visited. Also the employees are rude at times or act like they don’t want to be there. It shows in the quality of food and temperature of food. Do better. I don't understand why they offer online order and you still have to wait 25 min to get your order! This is ridiculous. I place my order at 6:45 am, get there and now it 7:20 order still not ready. Take me 10 min to get to this location. Got my order at 7:22
Few days ago I visited my favorite Whataburger place in town for years. Unfortunately not long ago management changed. Food is inconsistent and sloppy. I walk in to line when one attendees was finishing customer's order. I waited for my turn, however she grabbed her phone and started to clean counters ignoring me. I waited for about 10 min. and line started to form behind me. She called another attendee to inform me and other customers that they closed and we need to leave. Some shift leader show up and started to asked what is the problem. I let him know that his employee as soon she saw me started to talk on her phone and I asked why she did not inform me that they closing. When I opened door to leave with out order, attendee and lead laugh at me. "is this customer service Whataburger provides now?" Can't believe. Worry now that those laughing trolls will spike my food. Missed Maria who I think kept evening shift in tact. Next Whataburger is not far. I will be visiting soon on FM 1960.

The you lady said sorry I gave your order to the wrong car. I said ok where my order. She just looked at me. Said sorry. Like I was just going to leave without food or money. I ask is my order being remade. Manager. 2. (Curbside)My order was wrong didnt ck til I was home.3.( Curbside) The car that came after me got there order first. I went inside the young lady said I was just being your order out. You order small fries. No. Manager your order was given to the wrong car. I'm remaking it. Julia at the drive through has a nasty way of speaking to customers. From the moment you pull up to place an order to when you pay at the window. It’s too early to not have someone with a friendly attitude receiving customers.
Ordered a vanilla shake with my meal and as I discovered it started off as chocolate. I am very allergic e chocolate. If I had not removed the top this could have sent me to the ER
We went through the drive thru to order. The order taker was less than kind and kept interrupting me while I was giving the order. Because of her rudeness I forgot to order a patty melt & onion rings. When we got to the window to pay I told her (Rochette G) I needed to add those items. She said while scoffing "You want to add something now?" I told her yes and what it was. She turned toward her register, rolled her eyes and with condisending tone told someone in the back "she wants to add something now". The other woman came to the window to complete the order. Whole she was completing the order Rochette G stood behind her and would look our way and back towards the kitchen rolling her eyes with a look of disgust at us. After paying she told us with annoyance in her voice that she was going to make us pull forward. Told her that was fine and thanked her Rochette G had no reason to act like that towards us. If she wouldn't have kept interrupting I would not have forgotten to order those items. Less than pleased with our visit to this location. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Customer service and quality food is not up to par.
This whata burger never fails to get my order wrong and it always tastes horrible
today was maybe one of the worst experiences at whataburger, the staff was very rude and didn’t want to help. I ordered a fish burger and the filet was burnt and very dry, I didn’t want to ask them to redo it so I asked for some extra tartar sauce her first response was “we don’t have any” when I asked her so there’s no tartar sauce in my sandwich she looked at me confused and went and got me some sauce. Same thing happened to my brother, he asked for extra mayo the person at the register told him we don’t have any, a few minutes later a customer who overheard my brother ask for mayo came to our table and gave him a cup of extra mayo telling him I overheard you asking for mayo and they gave it to me. In addition there were no straws nor napkins I had to ask the employees for some.
I honestly don’t understand the hype around Whataburger. I’ve tried this place twice now, hoping the second visit would be better. Both times were a huge disappointment. First time my order was incorrect. The second recent time the bun was hard, cracked, and old. The burger itself was dry and barely edible. Even the fries didn’t make up for it. So many people brag about how good this place is, but based on my experience, it’s just not good at all. I won’t be giving it a third try. #TRASH
Ordered curbside and when I got there they claimed they never received the notification for my parking spot so I got cold food that was made 30min prior. They told me I could call the customer service on the app to get a refund but the number was out of service. Nothing else they could do for a $18 burger
I placed an order for four meals that was completely messed up. I called and spoke with Marcus, who was very polite and assured me they would replace the meal with no questions asked. However, when I went in today, the manager on duty had another employee tell me they wouldn’t replace my order. Instead, I was told I’d have to come back at their convenience to fix the mistake they made in the first place. That’s really disappointing, Whataburger — you can do better.
There is plenty of parking here but WATCH OUT FOR THE BIG POT HOLE WHEN YOU FIRST COME INTO THE PARKING LOT. The food was good and the employees were nice and friendly. As for the reason I gave it a one star is because of the massive pothole when you try to get into the parking lot. The management told me that they have been going rounds and rounds with owner but no luck. Come on Whataburger help this franchise or corporate store out.
My online order was supposed to be ready. The Manager told me to wait on Lane B , all employees saw me . 30 minutes later!! No one helped me . In the end the order came with Hairs (I have long straight hair that doesn’t match the pictures). The manager ERICA was very rude and wasn’t even trying to help me nor bring satisfaction . She knew the order was ready and told me “you knew to wait on B” . Ok but why didn’t she go on the other window to remind me , because obviously I don’t work there and I’m not familiar. I will be reaching to corporate with all of the evidence. Very unsanitary.
