Not sure what's the drama about this place all about. Ordered online, tracked the status on the website, went to pick up when it was ready, entered my code into the machine, and had my pizza less than 40 minutes after ordering. Great taste too.
Haven't been to this location in awhile and glad I did. The place has undergone some renovations and looks good. Sylvia assisted me and will be the reason I return. She greeted every customer that came in with a smile, provided prompt service, treated other employees with respect, and delivered a hot and delicious meal. Was so impressed that I left a tip. Sylvia is an amazing contribution to the franchise and look forward to encountering her again!
The reason for the 4 star.. is because they stay busy so at times you have to wait.. BUT... it's worth the wait... If that makes sense... 😏
The only reason I’m sharing a 5 star review is due to the exceptional costumer service Silvia delivered!! After a long day, coming home late & not having the chance to Cooke something we stopped by to grab two orders of pizza. I could see her smiling and laughing with the costumers all the way from my vehicle. I was truly impressed, as I’ve never had someone from Little Caesars bring the pizza ordered OUT to our vehicle. I’m not sure if it’s required and no one simply does it, or if she just did it out of the kindness of her heart? Whatever the case is, she didn’t have to do that & I appreciate when someone cares about costumer service. Keep up the good work Silvia 🤍
Food was good and fresh service was quick and the place was clean tho the drinks needed restocked but overall good experience for pizza
The manager Terrence at this location is one of the best! If you need anything he is helpful and attentive. He knows how to run a store and so does Phoenix. Way to go guys! Come to this location you won't regret it.
They are very short staffed and my order was wrong. I only ordered 2 pepperoni pizza. I waited over an hour for my pizza. They don't have enough ppl to even run front counter and drive thru. I felt bad for the one employee that brought me my pizza cause she was in the back making the orders but she literally was doing everything from taking orders to making them. She's was very respectful though and friendly. Management is either needed or they need new management.
Was very disappointed.... It took over 30 minutes to get our food. There was alot of non-communication going on. When we sat down to eat, the calzone-pizza was not fully cooked in the calzone part. It was doughy and only had cheese in it. The pizza was also not cut. The cheese bread and extra most bestest pizza were both really good.
Placed an order at 1:06. Online it said it'll be ready between 1:25-1:30. Got there at 1:29. Told it'd be about a 10 minute wait. Get an email at 1:53 that the pizza is ready, but it actually wasn't. Around 2:00 they asked me if I ordered the pepperoni pizza (it was a lunch combo). Finally got my food around 2:23 I'd also like to mention that this was probably a staffing issue since I overheard an employee ask where's everybody at to someone on the phone, and then loudly complained about being backed up with orders. I think I saw maybe 4 or 5 different people go in and leave without any food. There was also a Door Dasher who also left around the time I got there, and came back and said he was able to do 2 orders at different restaurants in between. This seems to be a common occurrence at this location because I remember waiting 40+ min for some Crazy Puffs around the time they first launched, and my brother also ordered earlier this week only to leave without food because of how long it took. I'm not exaggerating when I say it's faster to go to a different Little Caesars that's further out and come back
Ordered delivery and pizza was an HOUR late! I could of waited for it to be late but then it also came cold. There were wings missing. Only 3 wings and they added a bunch of sauce I guess to hide it. Also a bunch of times I have been missing drinks. Also was missing sauces. I don’t know who’s manager there but they need to fire them and hire hard working people who actually care about customers. This is ridiculous.
I really do not like leaving bad reviews but I just can’t with this Little Ceasars! They never have Ready Pizza, it takes 20-30-45 minutes for even a simple cheese pizza. The person making the pizza is usually gossiping on her phone, playing with co-workers, or just being unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go to Marco’s Pizza at the next shopping center over. PS Marco’s has excellent specials, better ingredients, and I got two fresh pizzas in 10 minutes for $13 bucks. I feel like I would still be waiting to order at Little Ceasars right now.
It's not the food it's the employees! EVERYTIME I order something from this Little Caesars they ALWAYS forget something, ALWAYS! I ordered a large pizza with Italian sausage and Bacon with extra bacon, NO BACON! I also ordered 2 brownies 1 M&M and 1 Twix, both came as M&M's, I don't do M&M's plus I ordered dipping sauces of course, NOPE! I'M TIRED OF SPENDING $30 - $60 DOLLARS A POP AT THIS PLACE AND NOT GETTING EVERYTHING I ORDERED!
Management is horrible, the people working there have something going on. Had an online order for 1 Pizza, nothing special. It was at a time that was not rush hour or nothing of that matter. Tell me why it takes 1hr to have 1 Pizza Ready.. No words
This store never has a cashier they always have like 4-5 people in the kitchen a line out the door and no one helps you, you have to call them to get someone to help you same as drive thru they let you sit there I drive 17min away to the other location because last time I ordered online I waited 1hour and a half for my food
The people that make the pizza were steady eating not caring if anyone is watching. I waited for 20 minutes even tho I ordered on the app 30 minutes ahead of time. When I first arrived 10 minutes passed before I was even acknowledged by anyone. Just go to a different location cause this one definitely ain’t it.
I've been going to location for 10yrs and I always gad a fresh pizza. However I received a pizza that looks like it had been sitting up for hours. I bought the pizza back, the service tried to give another OLD/ COLD pizza, I was told I couldn't get a fresh pizza at that moment because the fresh pizza someone had order them. All the back m forward pissed me off
Nah took an hour just to get crazy puffs and one pizza. We placed the order WELL before we got there and it still took another 30-40mins once we got there. When we asked who i assume is one of the managers, he just kept saying 'almost out of the oven' no it wasnt. We finally got the one pizza but was still waiting on the crazy puffs. We got about 2-3 emails saying the order was ready but they said it wasnt in person.they legit had ORDERS packed and ready to the side but not calling out their names. Which were orders for the other customers that were waiting for a while. It wasnt just us who got screwed but every one and there weren't that many customers in the lobby. Anyway when we finally got the order, the guy didnt say anything about it. Im sorry but I've worked food service and if my previous manager caught us lacking like that, it'd be instant write up. Little ceasers do better, youre supposed to be the fastest pizza place in the area at least. Yall promote yourselves like that.
Edit: refunded my order after an hour and a half. Got hostile at me for daring to ask for my money back Always trying to get pizza here. Doesn’t matter if it’s peak hours or dead quiet. They never seem to have my pizza ready in less than an hour. Photo provided, my order was placed 60 minutes ago as of leaving this review. My pizza isn’t even in the oven yet.
I couldnt even get my order, been waiting for more than 45 minutes, worst service. Manager i believe Justice was just playing with the other 2 ladys with no hat not putting attention to any customer, only the old men was working hard. She was eating and drinking and maybe cooking since she had pepperoni on her hand and cashing out customers. Very disappointed.
Yesterday I ordered a the Bacon Slices N Stix on Uber Eats. My first issue was that they gave me the pizza regular cut! There was no Stix, just slices , and no Parmesan cheese. Mind you , the Stix comes with the marinara on the side because there isn’t any on the Stix side. So I had a half and half pizza cut unevenly with the bacon side not having any sauce. I called the manager and she said that the employee was new and she must of missed it as she stepped away. She was pretty nice and even offered to remake the pizza. But I don’t have any transportation to bring it to the store! Which is why I ordered in the first place. She then recommended me to reach out to uber support. Uber refused to give any compensation due to me receiving the order. I was going to take my loses and just move on. But literally almost 2 hours later I started getting stomach cramps. I then started vomiting and have diarrhea. Idk if it was a stomach bug or food poisoning. But I have been sick since then. I literally had to miss work today. I 10000% think it was from the food I ate. I was perfectly fine before I ate it and that was the only meal I had yesterday. I won’t ever be ordering from this location again even though it’s 0.6 miles away from me. I’ll just pay an extra delivery fee from another location IF I even want to eat from little caesars again..
I cannot complain about the food, but the service is pretty bad at this place. I wanted to give it a couple of tries before doing a review, but every time it has been the same. We waited up to 45 minutes for 1 pizza and only 2 customers were waiting before us. There was this other time we waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes and the girl was right next to the window she didn't take our order. So if you want a good and fast service this is not the place.
Really disappointed with my order. I ordered stuffed cheesy bread and the over roasted wings. It took almost 30 minutes to get my order. Then after all that wait this is what I get for my stuffed bread. Look at the picture. They are smaller then the regular crazy bread. It is unbelievable. They had no bread it was only cheese smothered in garlic butter sauce. I ordered them before and they are normally much bigger than this.
