We have been a Dominos family for a few years now, but recently we have ran into Dominos and their delivery service. So, we decided to give Papa John’s a try and we were not disappointed. We ordered the Shaw-A-Roni, a Medium pizza and wings. The food was fresh, hot and very tasteful. We are now a Papa John’s family. Thank you Papa John’s!

Door dash driver carried it sideways and completely destroyed the pizza, The manager Gabriel comped the order and sent replacement pizza, The new delivery driver was polite and respectful.
Door dash sucks - however store management "Gabriel" and their inhouse drivers are on point. Everytime. ONLY issue ever - 20+ orders - has been door dash issues.
This store just installed a new General Manager who actually knows what hes doing. As a delivery driver I'm amazed at how quickly his changes are making differences. Pizza made to order, hot fresh with the requested sides and drinks. "Go Papa Johns"
I actually work here so i might be a bit biased. However we do hundreds of orders a day and i only see 40 reviews from mostly disgruntled people with too much free time. I mean someone gave us 1 star 4 times for no subs? Are we a perfect business. No. I mean we are constantly getting new employees who this is their very first job. Mistakes happen. But the managers are more than willing to help you out if something goes wrong. I've never even seen them be rude to a customer, even if the customer doesn't pay them the same courtsey. If you are quoted an hour or more delivery time and then complain? Come on. I eat here all the time. I find the food delicious. Even after almost 3 years. Just saying.
We order from Papa John's all the time. The dough is awesome!the garlic sauce that comes with it is just fantastic and actually would like another one per Pizza. The wings are great they are perfect size and delicious.
Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, they 3rd party out for delivery witch is kool , in till you don’t get it.. called store spoke with Emma and she was so nice, she refunded the order and re maid it for free. Thank you Emma.
My pizza was super soggy and I had asked for it to be basically super toasted. I was very disappointed in the Parmesan stuff crust pizza if it's always soggy like that.

I love the Pipeline Store team. They are funny, friendly, efficient & a great team. My food is always cooked great. It's extremely RARE but if there's any mistakes, they fix things immediately. If you got delivery, they will redeliver corrected meals. They remind me of the extras I always want but I sometimes forget. If I'm beyond their delivery area but still want pizza, I will pick up. I refuse to order from any other pizza places. Yes, I'm a real customer that orders atleast once or twice a week.

I ordered on a busy Saturday night closing time and had a slight hiccup with my order that was probably my fault but Jeremy and the staff at this Papa John's were amazing and fixed my issue with no hassle. 10/10 would definitely recommend coming to this location; the food is amazing and the staff are both outstanding!

Came for the heart shaped pizza for Valentine’s Day. It had been a long time since we had been here and tonight reminded me why we love it. The pizza is great and the customer service tonight was next level amazing. I was immediately greeted upon arrival by multiple staff members and Jeremy, the shift manager, was so incredibly helpful and kind! We talked about all the various dipping sauces and seasonings that were available and he made sure I had a bag to carry out all of my choices so I wasn’t just balancing it on the top of a box. Sadly, it has been a long time since I have picked up a pizza from any other pizza location and had a positive customer service experience. This was a breath of fresh air!

Great location but always closes early. Need to change hours on the website to open till 12, or stay open the last 45 mins- hour of the shift smh. They left their sign on as well, we went to dominoes (the location off pipeline is great if they’re closed early and you want good pizza and friendly staff)
I have been a big fan of Papa John's Pizza for years but not so much at this location. While it tasted good, the presentation left a lot to be desired. On a scale of 1 - 10, this was a 5 at best.
The food is great. I'v visited it several times, and I kind of like it. The down side is, almost every other order gets messed up. I normally order online, and when I put an ingredient on half of the pizza they put it all over it instead. Most of the time I put Jalapenos on half the side and they mess it up almost all the time. Although their food is great, they're not exactly the best at keeping up with orders.
Meh... I had a coupon. Tbh PJ is just not good but the staff is nice! It's good for being papa johns... There's just so much they can do with trash ingredients
Update...Worst management that doesn't accept accountability for wrong doings....blames staff for not making sure order is given correctly. Then when asked if there's any accommodation that can be made. Blames the doordash service when they spoke up about the order....[update.... they do make good pizza everytime...which needs to be known]
Ordered from the website. My food was hot but I didn’t like it. I had the bbq chicken, cheese bread, and cinnamon rolls. I only enjoyed the cinnamon rolls.
For a Papa John's Pizza, that pizza was horrible. It just did not taste good at all. I bought two pizzas (cheese and one ground beef) and I didn't like neither one of them. There was something about that crust... the hand tossed and 🥳the thin crust, they hardly had any pizza sauce, and the pizza just did not taste juicy like all my other Papa John's Pizza's. The dough was too thick and like I said it didn't have much sauce on. I watched one of the pizza makers handle money at the register and go right back to the pizza making table and continue handling the dough and the ingredients with his bare hands. It was very obvious to me that he cared deeply about fast service and it was obvious he had exceptional interaction skills with the customers.

Please handle the delivery driver that only brought half of my order and threw 3 reciepts all crumpled up at my front door. They weren't even my reciepts. I even tipped well because I know that covid has affected delivery driver's income, and they still just dropped and ditched. The last time I ordered here, the driver waited by his car until he saw that I got my order, and new everything was right. He even yelled across the parking lot "thank you!" So my hopes for this location were pretty high already, but then this happened and it honestly just makes me feel bad for the people working at the store making good pizza that they hired a driver can't get their act together. Stephanie was great at handling the situation, and even offered to bring me my correct order on her way home from her shift because she recognized the issue quickly. I ended up getting a free pizza credit on my account. All of that effort and money being needed now because 1 driver was getting toward the end of their shift and could not be bothered.
They've recently changed up their dough, and now it's a lot drier and more flakey than it used to be. Doesn't taste as good either. Really loved getting pizza from this place but now I'm hesitant about it. Been a customer for over 10 years and I might as well find somewhere else to go.
Decent pizza but the delivery driver told me he didn't have any parmesan or crushed red peppers because I didn't specifically say I wanted them when I placed my order online. I'm sorry pizza delivery man but what? I kind of wish I could revoke my tip. I will happily return to ordering Marco's Pizza going forward.

For a billion dollar company you could you at least slap some pain on the front of your building? Your store looks so bad it looks like it's devaluating the neighborhood around it. I would think you would want better corporate image and have your store sign painted the weeds out front removed. In short your building looks like s**t and when the building looks like that it makes me think that nobody cares about the pizza or the food that's being put out the door.

Ordered pizza for pick up. When I entered store, the first thing I noticed was the prep-guy making the pizza……..no head gear preventing hair from falling out. Didn’t think anything of it until the wife gagged from seeing hair on her pizza after taking a bite. They delivered another to the house; nice of them, but…… more hair. We’re done! Been ordering from them for years; but we’re done!
Subject: Complaint About Rude Server Dear Papa John’s Customer Service, I am writing to formally complain about the behavior of a server at your location 132 W Pipeline Rd, Hurst, TX 76053 During my recent visit, I encountered a server man wearing glasses that was not only rude but also spoke obscenely and disrespected customers in a manner that was unacceptable. Additionally, this individual interfered in matters that were not related to him and made inappropriate gestures, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. I believe this kind of behavior is detrimental to your brand and customer experience. I kindly request that this situation be investigated and appropriate action be taken to ensure no other customers have to deal with this level of disrespect. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Worst customer service experience ever, and unreasonable delivery time... If i could give no stars, I would. I ordered pizza on Saturday 2/29 at 8:03pm online and the estimated delivery time was 38-48 minutes. Our delivery came 2 hours after ordering online... We ordered one more pizza after 20 minutes of placing our original order online by phone. We then called 1.5 hours after the initial online order and they said they were short staffed and slammed... understandable. They said our pizza was in the oven and it will be on the way. I called 30 minutes later to ask for an update and refund for the late delivery (maybe not coming delivery?). It was unacceptable to have it delivered over 1 hour from the estimated delivery time. What is worse is that the person at Papa John's HUNG UP on me when I was still in conversation. The delivery driver showed a few minutes after I made the call who worked for another store and who was disappointed at this location. What is even more worse is he then informed me the manager told him not to pick up my phone call (I was on hold before speaking to whoever hung up on me). What poor customer service. I am a disappointed avid Papa John's customer. Management at this facility is rude and not should be considered leadership to this company.
unfortunately I had a terrible encounter with the “Main Manager” in store. I reauested for the corporate managers number and he refused to give it to me. he criminally trespassed me. it was one of the most insane encounters ive ever had. contacting human resourses and his bosses number until he is out of there for his dishonesty and disgusting attitude.
If I could give this a zero I would. I placed an order with estimated delivery of 42min. One hour goes by…then an hour and a half, I’m fixing to call when tracking finally updated to on the way. 2 hours later!! 2 hours and I finally received my order. The pizza was ice cold. Looked like it was cut but got cold..cut on the bottom and top was solid. And the order was wrong!!! Wrong toppings!! Really? I wish I could take back my tip and in all honesty I’d like a refund. This pretty much sealed the deal. Will never order Papa Johns again! Ridiculous!!

Seems another franchise bit the dust. Not only is Papa Johns outsourcing to DoorDash despite ordering directly from their app, but they don't care about quality of service anymore. I got a delivery tonight and the poor dasher was horrified to find out I had a decent chunk of my order missing and there was no way to contact them cause they closed by the time she got to me. What's worse is that there was an "unknown item" that was charged but not shown on her order list, which ended up being the pizza they shorted me on. According to her, it was some kid working alone and didn't give a dang about what's being sent out, just concerned to close the store before their scheduled time to close. Won't be ordering from them again which is sad cause I loved their calzones (papasidias) and roasted banana peppers. Update: the manager was willing to give me store credit for what was missing but didn't give credit for the tax or tip despite a near $50 order after tax and delivery fees, something they fail to show on their app final purchase order.
THIS IS THE LAST TIME I ORDER PAPA JOHNS FROM THIS STORE, MAYBE EVER!!! Over 1hr 30min for my "Approximately 44 min" delivery and the pizza was cold! They couldn't even deliver, doordash did! Then when I tried to reach a member of management I spent another 20+ min on a automated recording and THEN when it did pick up I could hear people's voices in the background before I was hung up on. Highly recommend NOT ordering from this store!

Haven't ordered from papa johns in awhile and now I distinctly remember why. WORST LOCATION EVER! Ordered a 2 large 2 topping from them and asked if I could move my extra toppings over from one pizza to another. He said yea sure. So I got double pepperoni and extra cheese with light sauce. They drowned my pizza in sauce, barely any pepperoni, but they did make it light on the cheese. They said 35-40 minutes. An hour an ten minutes later they showed up. This is at 1:30 mind you when it's not busy at all! How hard is it to make a pizza? Apparently very difficult. Never ordering from these guys again.
This store sucks. They either don't make your food right, or forget extras you pay for. Go to Watauga. DO NOT put money in this owners pocket.
Around 9:30am I called and placed in order for delivery @ 2:30pm. I placed the order. I ensured the team member who took the order understood where the location is for the delivery( inside the mall). I even went the extra mile and called the location and gave very complete detail instructions just in case. there was never any issues but because this was a very important staff meeting. While leading the meeting, I had to ask my ASM to take over because the delivery drivers was calling my cellphone to tell me she was on the opposite side of the mall. I politely explained to her where we were. 10 minutes later it’s now time for the meeting to break for lunch..And we are still waiting for the food to be delivered. I called the driver back and she rudely yelled to me she could not find our location. She states she was told we were on the 1st floor not the 2nd.And that she was to tired to walk! Clearly she was upset by her tone and proceeded to scream in the phone how Papa Johns should have never agreed to mall delivery. Again not my issue. She then told me to come get my food or she would take it back! For about 2 minutes I’m listening to her angry rant. I listened to her yell scream and curse through her frustrations! Your driver was extremely rude and unprofessional! In my personal world I would have accepted her treats and returned the food. However I had 7 hungry staff members to feed. So I had to ask my ASM if she could continue the meeting so that I could leave my meeting and go find your driver. the driver never attempted to deliver the food inside the mall. Once she realized we were inside the mall she shut down and demanded I come to her in order.
Ordered my pizza and it came fast but was missing a liter we ordered didn’t really think it was a big deal. I called right away and they reassured me they would have it on the way it was about 40 minutes ago so I gave them a call and now have been on hold for about 30 minutes no exaggeration... Now the store is closed and I have to call to get a refund tomorrow. Turned a easy situation into a unnecessary hassle. Awful customer service.
The promo code they mailed to me did not work on their website. It was advertised as buy one large or extra large pizza at regular menu price get a second large pizza of equal or lesser value for free. The pizza's cost $16.99, but the code only removed $7.00. I called the store believing the website was not working properly and they quoted me the same price. When I tried to do the math with them, they just kept repeating the order with the same wrong price. You can't fix stupid, so I went to Freebirds and got a burrito. Won't do business with Papa John's anymore.
If you order delivery for a certain time don't expect it to arrive at that time. Nope, that's when they will send the food out for delivery - not actually deliver it. And remember when pizza used to he delivered within 15 minutes or it was free? Yeah, well, those days are over. Don't expect to get your pizza for at least 30 minutes - possibly ever. Also, normal apps show you the route of your driver and the Papa John's app just shows a map and tells you that your food is on its way. What's the point of the map? It's been years since I've ordered food from Papa John's and honestly today will be the last time I ever do. Once your food does arrive please don't expect it to be correct. I got all the correct number of items I ordered which is a shock based on the other reviews I just read but none of the food is what I actually ordered. The food also looks like it was cooked 6 hours ago when I put the order in for the delivery tonight. Worst pizza experience ever. I'm not even going to call and complain because I'd rather just get pizza from another company.
This will be last time I order from Papa Johns. $50 on pizza for my family. Does no one quality check before the order goes out the door? The pizzas clearly were backed up in the oven running atop of one another. Yet they send them to the customer anyways.
Walked in and asked man at counter if they had any specials. He then said just what is on line. I responded so if I order a pizza I will pay full menu price. He said yes. Think it was the same blonde dude with glasses. Sad thing is I think he is the manager. I walked out and went to Marco's. They had a sign saying ask us about our specials. Had my son with me and he just smiled.
Every single time we order from this place, it’s has always been a huge disappointment. This is the worst papa John’s in the HEB area. First of all, this place didn’t even deliver through papa John’s. They went through DoorDash. Guess what? They took over 30 minutes to get here after finishing the food. Then it ended up with that the girl who delivered the pizza didn’t even pick up the right order lol. We ordered 3 things and the girl pulls up with the entirely wrong order with only 1 item that wasn’t even ours. So another 30 minutes pass before we even see the pizza. Which resulted in the pizza being COLD and gross. The crust is the part I love the most from a pizza from papa John’s. Somehow the managed to run that. The pizza does not have an original crust. It’s a thin crust pizza, which is so disappointing. There’s barely any crust? I mean how does that make sense? The pepperoni and green chili pizza was awful. The pepperoni was not cooked at all. It’s still soft and squish, I don’t know how that’s possible. The veggie pizza was okay. The cheese sticks? How dare you call them that. These are not cheese sticks. There’s a whole section in the middle that has 0 cheese. I never get heartburn but someone the pizza from here gave me heartburn. I would avoid this papa John’s at possible costs. Don’t give this place your money. They don’t deserve it. *edit they also didn’t give us red pepper flakes or cheese*
Don't order from papa johns I order a Philly steak pizza double meat the picture show that they put some meat on the half and the other half is just cheese and bread that's the last time order papa johns pizza iam disappointed 😞

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an unpleasant experience I had at this location, and I encountered rude and unprofessional behavior from a staff member. Specifically, the blond hair man with glasses As a long-time customer, I expect a higher standard of service from Papa John’s, and this experience was both surprising and upsetting. I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention so that steps can be taken to ensure such behavior does not happen again.
We sat outside when we ordered . The app timer said it was cooking, then when it said ready we came in to get it. When we picked up, it didn't feel that hot. No way are these pizzaa fresh. The crust is rock hard & the cheese dried out . I'd bring it back but it's 30 degrees outside. And ! Fix your outside lights.
Don’t waste your time and money. They won’t correct the problem. I’m waiting for my refund for 3 days after dealing with THEIR 3rd party delivery service. The incorrect pizza that was sent to my house is even cold and under cooked. The door dash driver said “sorry I don’t speak English.” When I tried to call him to return my food and bring back the correct order. Shame on Papa Johns and shame on Door Dash delivery drives. Go to Dominos. They will make things right for you immediately.

The crust is rock hard & the cheese dried out . I'd bring it back but it's 30 degrees outside. And ! Fix your outside lights.
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an unpleasant experience I had at this location, and I encountered rude and unprofessional behavior from a staff member. Specifically, the blond hair man with glasses As a long-time customer, I expect a higher standard of service from Papa John’s, and this experience was both surprising and upsetting. I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention so that steps can be taken to ensure such behavior does not happen again.
Don’t waste your time and money. They won’t correct the problem. I’m waiting for my refund for 3 days after dealing with THEIR 3rd party delivery service. The incorrect pizza that was sent to my house is even cold and under cooked. The door dash driver said “sorry I don’t speak English.” When I tried to call him to return my food and bring back the correct order. Shame on Papa Johns and shame on Door Dash delivery drives. Go to Dominos. They will make things right for you immediately.
