This location is ran on all cylinders. The mangers here display excellent communication with all staff members. They show perfect manors to all customers as well. The food is hot and fresh, and tastes terrific. Even when this place is mobbed on Veterans day, the foot comes out as fast as it should and holds the great taste that McDonalds lives up to.

No line for drive thru at 6 pm on a week night! Every employee I interacted with was very friendly, polite, and had a smile on their face! Food was fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. Couldn't have had a better experience!

Always fresh in the past 5 years of going to this place ! The bathrooms are clean if not ask a manager and it will be fixed fast !!! One of the busiest McDonald's in Collier county if not the whole Southwest Florida! A main reason food is always fresh nothing sits on a heat lamp and the coffee is always Hot and fresh !!!

Great place! Service is wonderful! Very clean and the employees there r wonderful as well. The service is fast and u don't have to wait like in other McDonalds. Food is always nice and hot and I've never had 2 return and food because it was made wrong. This is why I give this place a 5 star rating.

How do you review an icon? I have eaten at this McDonalds since it opened, sometime in the early 70’s! On my wedding day, I stopped there for my “last meal!” A new fresh look, with healthy food and even better levels of service. Other than the departure of long time “ Ronald McDonald” statute, this is McDonalds!

Being on the road for meet and greets and sighing autographs for the dark echoesparanormal show an amazon prime, we always want hot food and this place did amazing job for lunch everything was hot and fresh. The hospitality at this one took my breath away and how professional the whole teams were. They served your food and asked if you needed anything else. Highly recommend and will eat again next time out there.

My son prefers a very specific custom order and they always get it right. Drive-through and curbside service is always quick, friendly, and correct. Makes it much easier to grab something quick when you know it won’t be a hassle. I appreciate places like this making things easier for the community.

Very nice modern McDs. Dine-in and food was excellent. Steak & Cheese Bagel meal w/ Hash was sublime. The hash was perfectly made, with the right amount of crunchiness/crispiness on the outside and moist tender inside. Order & table-side person was polite & cordial. OJ was the standard industrial McDs OJ, not too sweet, not too tart, good tasting & thirst quenching. Hot Carmel Latte was quite good. In-fact, McDs coffee offerings are much better tasting than that large coffee company selling a heart attack in a brewski & it costs less too. You know who I'm talking about... ;-) The bathrooms are unisex, well maintained, modern & very clean. Soap dispenser is locked-n-loaded + automatic water faucets + hand air dryer. There is a very nice lounge seating area by the front window, where you can observe life pass you by, with a very upscale view of their designer shrubbery, as seen in my pixs. There is very fast free Optimum WiFi at appx. 300Mbps UL & appx 40Mbps DL. There are outlets by the bench and lounge chairs where you can charge your peripherals & electronics. Very nicely laid out & modern McDs. Highly recommended!

Came here at 9PM today, 10/16, and the people working were so nice and funny. Get them a raise!! This is an amazing McDonald's! The place is super clean, and beautiful! It has great service and pretty grounds. The place has self service kiosks, and the staff assist you if you need help with the kiosks. The staff in general are very friendly, and the building looks more like a house than a McDonald's.

While I have not dined inside, I can only assume it won't be that nice, since the line is always long. They do however offer great deals, such as a 40 piece nugget bundle which includes 2 large fries and it is only 20 bucks! Great for big families!

With the face-lift, they're on another level. Food was good and kiosks were available to assist in busy times. Employees and manager served and checked up on you during the meal. Foods right 98% of the time. Staffs fast and friendly. Only beef is the app. Even though you can be right next to the store you want to order from it can toss you around to other locations so double check your location.

We had a large order given there were 5 of us in the car however the employee stopped taking our order halfway through which was odd. Also they said they had no Lemonade which is sorta odd to me and of course the ice cream machine was broken! Apple pie and fries were pretty cold as well.

Get your order right most of the time. Willing to make it up to you if you bring it to their attention, but of course the few times I don't actually check the bags, there's something missing. Things are bound to happen when moving and serving so quickly. Otherwise a clean and well run McDonald's.

McDonald's is tasty fast food. HOWEVER, they mess up my order almost every time I go there and I use the app so there's no excuse as the order is all typed out. When I have contacted upper management asking for refunds or credit for multiple items that I paid for and were missing they said I had to go into the branch I visited and ask them for a refund. This is ridiculous, your business made a mistake you fix it. 😡

57 dollars?!?! Drive thru...For 4 burgers, 2 fries, 20 nuggets and 4 apple pie . Burgers were dry, entire meal was Luke warm. Not worth the cost. Kids working there need more training. They seem like they couldn't care less.

Mobile ordering is a hit or miss at times. I have an onion allergy and despite me requesting no onions/ putting the allergy notice. They have ignored it through the mobile app but in store ordering is fine. Staff is friendly :)

I’m very disappointed. My son and I went to there the other night and he got two large fries, and when we got home he said they tasted like they’ve been there all day. After spending almost $10 for two large fries, the least they can do is have them be fresh!

The food took a long time to be ready, I was asked to move forward to wait for my food, but they gave me the ice cream at that time and by the time I got my food the ice-cream was already melting. They also did not have trays to carry the ice-cream and or the drinks.

I've been coming to this McDonald's for years. And over the last few months, the quality of service has significantly decreased. Early in the morning or late at night-- the drive thru line will be out onto the road; no sense of urgency. And there's always a 50/50 chance your order will be wrong. However for the most part the staff is always friendly.

Just another fast food joint. Don't visit too often but I enjoy their milkshakes.

Lately the quality has gone downhill. Cold food, waiting in drive thru to get a lame ticket for a free fry, incorrect order fulfillment, then the latest debacle with my quarter pounder (see picture). There’s nothing more annoying than to explain to a 3 year old that wants yogurt and milk why they got apple slices instead.

Did you know that this McDonalds charges more money for everything on the menu, than any of the other McDonalds in at least a 10 mile radius? If you don’t believe me, add items to your app at this location. Check the total, switch the location and you will see that total go up drastically. I drive to the one on Vanderbilt about 5 minutes up the road and save money there. You also can’t add cheese to your kids Happy Meal here for some odd reason.

I ordered a #7 she gave me a number 4, no.drink. it was so busy she looked at me like I was stupid.

They never seem to get orders right on a consistent basis, last two times I went they forgot the sauces I specifically asked for and recently they forgot one out of two snack wraps. Start hiring more competent high school kids at least.

It’s really sad to say I never dealt with such poor customer service... the person who took our order was beyond rude and had a horrible attitude. I know dealing with the public can be a lot especially during this time but there’s a way to speak to someone. On top of that we had a random man sneak up from behind the car and came to our window to ask for money. It made us extremely uncomfortable and scared us. When brought to the staffs Attention the same guy that took our order brushed off our concern.

Without a doubt one of the worst McDonalds around... breakfast foods are always awful, hard bagels and gummy McMuffins... Warm iced coffee.. and absolutely No sense of urgency in the mornings when people are trying to get to work... the kids they have working take their sweet time getting the orders out... I watched the kid run out of the caramel sauce for my iced coffee and then lie to my face and say no it wasn't empty, but then proceeded to just put a ton of caramel drizzle in my drink, it was disgusting!!! They need to make some changes!!!

Didn't feel accepted. I'm a Puerto Rican man and I said thank you when I got handed my order and in return I got a weird look from the young woman and no reply. It definitely felt awkward and weird 😞. However the food was good.

**EDIT** My god this place does not get any better. Its not that the staff is young, everyone needs their first job. I think the problem is that either nobody cares or nobody is training the staff. I give my order at the intercom, they read back my order incorrectly at the cashier, I fix it only to get the wrong order at the final window to then have to pull to one of the spots of shame to wait for my order. You guys just can't get it right. Look at your reviews, abysmal at best. Every single time I say give them another shot my kids need something quick, there is a problem. Failure is the only thing this store seems to be consistent at. Disaster. I come to this location because of convenience since it is close to my house. Due to the way the location is run, I’ll be going elsewhere or to a further McDonald’s. Nearly every time I go here my order is either wrong or I have to wait in one of the spots. When we have to wait, it’s never quick either. I am always waiting for an extended time. Sometimes, I have to go in and let them know I’m still waiting and grab it myself. One of my biggest irritations is if I’m grabbing food for my family on the way home and I have 5 drinks…. Why do I need to ask for a cup holder. Who’s carrying 5 drinks and the food into the house. And for the love of god, get rid of the paper straws. They crumble and my drinks taste like wet paper. Won’t be back.

I think some of the folks who work at McDonalds would benefit from some extra traning before putting together orders. For me it's a 50/50 shot if my order will be made correctly. Today I ordered the Double Cheeseburger meal with ketchup and cheese only. The labels on the burgers even read "Only Ketchup" and "Only Cheese". Can someone at McDonakds explain to me how someone reads that and thinks, "Oh hey, these burgers need some pickles!" I can't stand the taste of pickles. This is the main reason why I never have an urge to have them on my burgers. I guess in the end its my mistake for ordering McDondalds. Sincerely, Only Ketchup Only Cheese.

If you plan on going through the drive through and ordering French Fries or a burger, you will need to park and wait. The broke ice cream machine has been replaced with slow ovens apparently.

I honestly don't know why I keep going to this location just got to cheeseburger meal I didn't specify so they gave me a large fries I requested fresh hot n salty because lately they have been cold n no salt for some reason.. they were fresh but not fully cooked n still no salt n the container for the large grow less than half full un real. Continued incorrect order delivery w very little concession, and at a less than busy time.... consistently long waits for basic foods, always under serving the fry orders (2/3 full on a large order is common), and I couldn't even get a slushie for my son- 1st it was not delivered, then a cracked and leaking slushie, then they told me the machine seemed to "break".... only to get my $2 back and a 20 minute total wait- FOR 2 undersized large fries and a burger.... absolutely unacceptable and more than disappointing.... but, does anyone care a this McDonald's?????

I cannot believe I am even writing this, but one evening, I was feeling for a Sweet Bbq chicken speciality burger and when I tell you, this was the worst experience; I promise I will not be visiting this Mcdonalds ever again. We decided to sit in because we were with 2 hungry kids and I literally saw that the young man was cutting veggies on the GARBAGE can...Like What?! I have never seen that in my life. Also, the burger looked the worst and was put together like it was a race and presentation didn't matter. The chicken meat for my sister's $3 chicken sandwich was not fully cooked. This was just the worst, I was truly greatful that the fries were fresh.

I will never go back to this location. Everything was fine with our order until we went to pay. The price on the screen was shown, and when I went to pay, the cashier told me a different price, which was .27 cent higher, which obviously is no big deal, but I took a look at the receipt, and the cashier had charged me more to make a donation to the Ronald McDonald's house. It's called rounding up, and the extra money goes to charity. I give a lot of money to many different charities every year. But when someone who lies to me and tells me it's the extra tax. I have a problem with that. I felt totally violated by this staff member at McDonald's. She has no right to spend my money that I work very hard for. I think I am more upset because of how many more people this is happen to with even noticing this. The manager was helpful in hearing my complaint, and she understood this. She had wanted to give me some manager discounts/ coupons for free meals. But this was not about the money it was about how someone can lie, cheat, steal, and defraud customers. I told the manager to keep the coupons and give it to someone else who may actually need it.

Very poor customer service staff refused to sell toys for kids. We are vegetarian and we don't eat meat, I ordered 2 large fires and ask for two toys which I was paying for it. Staff member showed finger infront of my family. No respect for customer.

I would not go here ever again. When I go here I try to order food without cheese on it and they like to charge me for the cheese even though I don't get it. I know it's a small thing but really I try to very calmly tell them please I just want regular hamburgers and they still charge me for cheeseburgers. The manager Vinny is absolutely the rudest manager I have ever interacted with. After they messed my whole order I called he told me to come back which was not a problem, I walked into the dinning room which may I add the doors were unlocked and as I stood there waiting Vinny did not ask any questions just said were closed and you have to wait on the line did not even give me a chance to say I just spoke with you on the phone. So whatever I got back in my car and got to the drive through mic and Vinny and his “lovely” personality and attitude was there and continued his rude attitude toward me. As this whole thing continues he doesn’t even continue to inform the girl at the window of the situation nor does he show an ounce of professionalism or any sort of apologetic attitude about the mistake. I can honestly say he should not be a manger with how he handled this minimal situation.

I was second in line and was listening to the cashier give attitude to the customer in front of me. I could tell he was getting really annoyed with her. When it was my turn the cashier gave me the same attitude and even managed to get my order wrong, therefore I received the wrong food. It doesn't take much knowledge to do this job and the fact that she had given attitude to multiple customers is completely unacceptable.

I have gone here twice and both times the service was terrible. I've experienced long waits in the drive thru and once was told to pull over to the side because my order was taking too long (it was just a 10 piece nuggets, nothing else). That same trip they said they were out of both ranch and honey mustard sauce (which I found hard to believe considering it was early afternoon). On the other trip, I waited almost a half hour in the drive through and my fries were cold, not just "not hot", but the already long wait prevented me from even having time to go back. Not a great McDonalds franchise at all.

This Macdonalds used to be good.Quality has gone down so badly since last month. I bought filled o fish meal today and when I came home , fish was rock hard tasted like days old.I live few miles away otherwise I would have returned it. They are always out of ice cream whenever you go there. Now it is worst place in the area.

I could have picked up the fries under my seat in the car and they would have been warmer. This comment is about all of the mcds in suffolk...im boycotting them all due to the paper straws , the glue that holds them together is toxic ..nassau doesnt use paper straws nor does any other fast food restaurant in suffolk . Highly debated on leaving a review as I try to give people the benefit of the doubt however after the past few visits here I can go unheard and the people need to know what is happening at this location. I have come here for many years and it just keeps getting worse. At first it was just them being slow even if it was not busy and the drive thru line being backed up onto the road that even if you wanted to come sit down and eat you can't get into the parking lot. However, it just kept getting worse with them going from getting my orders wrong to legitimately forgetting food items and claiming that they are there and not giving me the food that I paid for. I always ask for no pickles and without doubt they always put them on and when I ask for them to remake it is an attitude and nasty look from the workers. One time I ordered an in restaurant pick up through the movbile app. I ordered 2 Big Macs, 1 medium fries, and 1 large fry for me and a friend. I get into my car and check and first issue was there wasn't a large fry. I said something they were like oh no it's in there and I'm like ok well it isn't and they all start looking at each other like I'm making it up. They did give it to me but definitely thought I was scamming. I thought that could be the only issue and just went back into my car and drove to my friends house. Well it wasn't, they put pickles on mine despite saying no pickles and they put cheese on my friends again despite clearly marked on the order that she did not want cheese. This just keeps happening it's always something and I'm tired of having to park my car at a drive thru to deconstruct a hamburger to make sure that they can read properly. Honestly, maybe that is why the drive thru is always backed up because people have to sit there and fine tooth comb their order.

I just waited 30 minutes for Apple pie. This was for a GrubHub delivery order instead of telling me that there were no Apple pies and that they had to bake and it would take over 25 minutes and that they already started backing up their order. they left the food in the bag the entire time it took to cook the apple pies, which means their shake was already melting when they gave it to me, they do not care about their delivery drivers they don’t care About the customers at all🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Ordered Uber eats and my entire order was wrong and missing items and this was about the 4th time in the past year. Guess laziness runs through here since the quality was low and they were about to close. Did not know that since Uber lets you still order. Maybe shut Uber eats off if you cannot fulfill the order correctly?

This place is terrible, first time I ate in they forgot to give me a sandwhich. I ordered table service and they never came to give it. Then I realized they gave me the wrong sandwhich so they had to make a new one. Second time I went to the drive thru with a mobile order they gave me the wrong breakfast sandwhiches. The manager on the Sunday morning shift should be fired… I went through the drive-through and they rush you right off without giving you a complete order and make you wait in a parking spot… After 10 minutes of me being calm and waiting, I go in there and they had no idea who I was… They had to rush and make my order and once I checked it, it was wrong… They’re asking me after taking my receipt what I was missing… I told him that she’s the one handling the order and has my receipt. Is this fast food or slow food you go in there and they don’t even acknowledge you. I do not know how this place is run, but they need better management here and not little kids as managers. You walk in there go to the register to order but nobody acknowledges you. They all see you there. You gotta call them and they ignore you until finally someone decides they want to take your order. Well, it's 1030 on Monday evening.I'm getting off of work.I'm hungry and it says the thrive through is open til midnight. The outside lights are completely off.But the inside lights are on the menu, light is on, but they don't answer the drive through.I got a picture of the kid on his phone inside. I guess he's getting an hour and a half pay with doing nothing. This location is gone downhill.

I had a really disappointing experience here. The female employee was extremely rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. Went through the drive through. Ordered food for 6 people. One of my kids wanted a ranch snack wrap and sweet tea. I get to the window and the employee tells me they are out of sweet tea. So now I have to get my kid a different drink. I pick up the food and get home only to discover my kids’s ranch snack wrap is not in the bag. No sweet tea and now no snack wrap = very upset kid. Had to order snack wrap from uber eats so my kid could have dinner. It wasn’t even busy at this McDonald’s at 8pm.

I have seen (and been employed by) mismanaged establishments before, but this location writes the book on inept and untrained staff. I placed the order through the app. I waited at the first speaker to give my code, but nobody was there. We drove up to the next kiosk and the person behind me was being assisted. AND, still no service!!!! I parked and when my wife went in, all she heard was an irate staff, complaining that “Michael” did not show up again!!! He only works one day a week!!! Great!! Let’s air the back of house grief with your guests. When my wife was FINALLY addressed, she was told they gave our order away by mistake. She waited another ten minutes. Boy!!! How efficient! The food was inedible garbage, which we threw out. I only started coming back here after an incident years back when a team member threw my order across the counter to me. The manager clearly works from the office and the DM must spend their working hours on TikTok. Simply put, this location should be restarted from the top down. Shameful!

I went in late at night just to get some food for dinner and I see a bunch of kids running around and no one caring about them. People literally putting their stuff everywhere in the workers not even being helpful. They weren’t even at the register and there was a family taking up 8 seats with all their things

Horrible.tiny brown patty no resemblance to a burger. Not even a piece of pickle.When the fries cooled a bit tasted like cold margarine or other hard fatty substance. The person taking orders didn't speak clearly. The chicken nuggets also tasted as foreign substance non food. I wish I could get my money back. Complete waste .
