Least hassle of any drive thru and they are busy but quick to get the order ready so no long drive thru lines. Food is better than Taco Bell and costs less. I like Taco Bell too but the Del Taco has a way better drive-thru.👍
Del is my favorite fast food place. Great vegetarian options. Nice cashiers. Easy drive thru, clean dining area. I love their menu. So much broader than taco bell. Their strawberry shake has real strawberries and is delicious. Their fries are just right, crinkled and thick, lightly crisp outside and fluffy inside. I adore their fish 🚖 and order it often. The Beyond Soft 🌮 is another favorite of mine. This is a nice but busy location, especially the drive thru.
I freaking love this place 😍❤️ 😋 After a long day of work or a late night out, Del taco never disappoints. They are open 24 hours! seems rare in a city like Glendale where places close early. And this one is close to my place in Los Feliz. Just visited last night. Got a couple of turkey tacos 🦃🌮 and man it hit the spot! So good

Visit once a week - drive thru customer: Really quick service with an affordable and varied menu. Staff at the drive thru are courteous and prompt. I believe they got my order wrong once in the 3 years I have visited this location. I usually come on taco Tuesdays as the tacos are good and the price is great. If you want simple tacos or filling affordable burritos this is the place to go.
Yo, so let me put ya’ll on!!! Come here at around 4, before the rush. They make everything fresh! I had the shrimp quesadilla taco and some other tacos and I died. It was so good!!!! Management keep working hard and making your food fresh! Its so good!
Time I come to this place I'm always taking care of Beyond just the price of food. Everybody is very nice they greet you they say goodbye they make sure your food is good throughout the entire visit. You have to check out there Monday Tuesday and Wednesday specials every day they offer a new item on the menu for a cheaper price Like Mondays is $4 burritos Tuesday's is taco Tuesdays for $1 a piece and Wednesday is pollo bowl for $4. If you're honest rap for cash but don't want to substitute good food this is the place to come to

My favorite of the fast food American Mexican foods... The better taco of the tacos don't need a bell. First time in years and it was like I should never go without that long again. Chicken soft tacos are still incredible however; not being $1 anymore was a huge disappointment. Small inconvenience. But the Cali bacon asada burrito...oh my lordy! Pure stonie baloney propaganda and I loved it!
We used the drive-thru for this visit. The wait to order was quick and no issues with the order. Everything was correct and tasted like Del Taco burritos. We had a large order, so we were asked to wait in a parking spot for the order to be delivered. The staff was friendly and preformed their responsibilities as expected.
Never had a single problem walking in, buying my food, waiting a reasonable amount of time, and then I'm out the door. Never disrespectful, and when they kick someone out, it's cuz they were using their choice of living situation as an excuse to be inhumane to humans....5/5
Very, very awful service, holding up the line the window attendant. It took me about almost 25 minutes to get attended. Lack of customer service, and my order was completely very cold. I went inside to complain about the female who doesn’t follow orders and lack of listening. I called headquarter today, I left a voice messages with my direct number to reach me. I hope to get a response because honestly, no customer service and my food was called, and the burrito the meat wasn’t good neither

I live around this area been coming here for 10 years came here we'd on the 13th haven't seen Anthony working there for along time he's a great worker fast and asks what sauce I would like great drive thru experience everytime like when I used to see him he used to be working night shifts all the time put him back he says they tell him because it's slow they cut his hours but yet I see another person working in drive thru and they have no drive thru experience there a guy named Arthur there and he isn't polite doesn't have great customer service
Not my regular location but the food is the same as far as taste and presentation. The location itself was not as spotless as others but not too messy, we were here after the lunch hour so maybe hadn't had time to clean. But im on a budget and del taco has decent food for decent prices .
This Del Taco is on the border of Atwater Village and Glendale. It's across the street from Toys R Us Costco and Best Buy on Los Feliz. The customer service was great they accommodate to your needs I asked for a special request of no meat extra cheese on my fries and they did it with no extra charge.The food was really good very tasty great portion size overall great experience.
Fish tacos got real small over three years. Employees are nice, but no eating indoors. So they tell you to hit the road very politely.
It took forever to get our food and the taco shells were half filled and the burritos were puny. I ordered mine with extra green sauce and they charged me an extra 50 cents for it!
We visited this location close to the zoo and had some great food. Service folks were understaffed and hustling the best they could. Bathroom was quite disgusting and they could take a page out of McDonald's restaurants corporate playbook and have their bathrooms clean and presentable so that you don't need a hazmat suit on when going in.
Still the best crinkle cut fries in the game. Love the chicken soft tacos, they're my staple. They have all the standard fast food Mexican goodies and a few extras. The Del Double is one of my favorite burgers! Still miss the grilled XL burrito, the Supreme isn't a worthy replacement.
Tasted great. They did forget to remove the lettuce on one item even though it was specified on the receipt but not a huge problem.
Maria was great! So sweet and kept her composure even though the customers were very demanding and seemed to be pulling her every which way lol (it was taco Tuesday) The ground beef soft tacos are bomb and I like the del combo burritos as well as the tacos del carbon 🤤🤤🤤 Customers can be a little eccentric (and sometimes make you feel slightly uneasy, but I've never actually seen or had a problem and as long as you're chill usually no one will bother you) Drive thru is a life saver late at night, and I feel like as long as you are kind and respectful you should/would never have an issue here with customer service (and I've never seen anyone have bad customer service here regardless)... literally just don't take your issues out on employees (here or anywhere for that matter!) Outside of that, just don't go when it's slammed and expect your food to be ready before everyone else that ordered before you (because that's not how it works lol)

Honestly, this is just like going into any other Del Taco, you know exactly what to expect with the food. I’ve noticed they have a lot of mixed reviews, which usually means a place has good days and bad days. Fortunately, I caught them on a good day. The most important thing for me was that the restaurant was clean. If it had been dirty, I wouldn't come back, but because they kept it tidy, I’ll definitely give this location another try.
Food is mostly always up to company standard...aka what it should be like for a "fast food" place. The thing is that when you go through the drive through, mostly during night to late night hours it literally will take a staff member anywhere from 5-10 minutes just to take an order, in the drive through for crying out loud!!!!!😵😑😐 There's no "oh please give me a moment I'll be right with you" the majority of the time. If you're up to it you'll have to play a bit of a cat & mouse just to get your order taken. That may explain why there seems to be a revolving door of new employees every other week. Please Del Taco get it together. It feels like the staff that's on is not on long enough to actually be properly trained.😩
Came here for lunch during work hours. Had trouble communicating my mobile order name through the speaker as the employee couldn't understand me. Ordered the new guacamole jumbo shrimp tacos and unfortunately there are no pictures because I was absolutely starving like a madman. Waited for my order at the last window for a couple minutes and then the employee hands me a bag and drink and never said a word which was odd. Wasn't sure if I needed another bag or not as he just looked at me and closed the window. Anyway, I drove off and pulled over by the nearest open parking spot and got into the bag, which I then realized didn't even have guacamole! Tacos are pricey, small and you might not even receive guacamole buttt the tacos were delicious nevertheless.
I was lost. The bus top I was chose to get off the bus at was a crossed the street. I walked to Del Taco, excited to order chicken soft tacos with sour cream. Disappointed, although the diners hours indicated being open for another hour, doors were locked and the dining room and kitchen were dark. Bye bye bye went dreams of chicken pieces wrapped in warm flour tortillas. The outside of the restaurant looked clean.
Food as always is great we had couple of those boxes that they have now and everything was good and scrumptious french fries were hot as always as well. The only complaint we had and it really hit us a sore spot because we were in a hurry was the wait at this particular location. Very slow and the team seems very disorganized over there. It was so bad people were honking their horns and in the 15 minutes or 20 minutes that I waited in a short line three people in front of me left and one person behind me good luck and keep up the good work as far as the taste of the food goes.
I just went into the Drive-Thru seconds ago. To be almost exact on the time, between 11pm - 11:06pm, Sunday February 4, 2024. Dude that took my order made a mistake punching in Fish Tacos combo which another guy corrected and I got my #1 Del Taco Combo which comes with a side of fries and a soda. I also orderef a Snack Queso Quesadilla. I also asked for a receipt and the Drive-Thru employee, immediately said, "It should be in your bank account ststement." Unfortunately he was rude in the way he said it. I have seen this guy before and he was rude to customers in front of me, months ago last year in 2023. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, thinking the other customers were rude and unfortunately he was the same with me. Obviously he does not remember me but I do not forget people when it comes to experiences I can recall vividly. In conclusion, that employee needs to be suspended or get his hours cut and prepare to find a new job because he needs a proper lesson in customer service. I do not normally do this but if it happen once to a customer before me which I was a witness to and now the secind time with me, do not make it a third and just suspend, transfer to another location or terminate him. The guy is young enough looking to find a new job.
My visits to this place usually starts with an almost 5 minute wait at the order speaker in the drive thru. If I'm lucky enough that they take my order and don't just ignore me, they are usually pretty friendly and accurate when packing the order.
Taco 🌮 Tuesday promotional offer starts at 3:00pm and only last a couple of hours. I arrived at 1:00pm for lunch thinking that it was an ALL day Taco Tuesday promotional pricing. I got the $1 Tacos 🌮 normal price which is still a great price. Some of the employees (not all) on the day that I went didn't seem to happy to be at work which gave an overall funky atmosphere vibe 😕 There wasn't many people inside or a long drive through line and my order took forever and the Tacos 🌮 were basically 50% shell. It tasted good I, I was happy that I purchased 6...because the 6 half filled tacos 🌮 equaled 3 regular filled Tacos.
This store needs attention to appearance and trash around outside building. Ordered green burritos, some fries, fish tacos. Nothing hot. Fries oily and limp. Burritos filled minimum with sprinkling of cheese and green sauce maybe an eye dropper worth. Really disappointing and not worthy of any other Del Taco drive thrus I've been to. Some better than others but none bad. This place needs improvement all around.
I love Del, but the fries at this location are pretty bad 90% of the time. Lukewarm, old, and smell/taste like the fry oil hasn't been changed in a while :\

The burritos were pretty good. The classic grilled chicken was a bit too salty like they put too much sauce in it. Condiment counter was completely closed. The location was not very clean. There are litters on the floor. Staff was very nice! Much nicer than what I expected from a quick service restaurant. They were patience with customers too.
The food just isn't good. I ordered the #1 combination which consists of two tacos, french fries and a drink. I ate part of one taco and threw it and the second uneaten taco away. The seasoning and meat were awful. The french fries were fine but serving french fries with tacos isn't authentic. There shakes are also too sugary in taste. However, their churros are good.
Bathroom is absolutely filthy. I was legit gagging when I saw blood under the toilet seat when I lifted it. There was a deodorant cap just left on the sink and a sign that seemed to be someone's prank saying. "Sorry, out of toilet paper. Please use your receipt." Clearly no one cleans the bathroom or else they would've noticed. The kitchen and dining area looked clean though from what I could see. Just don't step foot in that disgusting bathroom or you might catch something.
Food is decent but the young Filipino girl doing the drive thur is very rude! On the speakers “no welcome to del taco” no “you’re welcome” no manners!! She practically threw the hot sauce at me when I asked for hot sauce. Yikes. Happens every time when I come by, not sure if she hates me or what. Dang, I feel bad every time I leave this location.
This location was once great... Now a thing of the past thanks to a single manager. This hot headed, short little woman treats customers as if they're beneath her, as if shes some sort of burrito princess royalty and any and all entering her kingdom better not ask for a napkin, or god forbid salsa, which is never stocked. Oh and don't expect them to honor their hours of operation either. They'll close early ... And when they are open- refuse to let you order grill items. At eight pm that grill should be open, half the menu needs it. Oh and if you aren't Spanish speaking... hold on, Cause the manager I spoke of will not be pleased. I'm sorry, its not my fault you can't talk to your customers. This place sucks. Get rid of the little manager with the burrito up her butt.
It's frustrating at times when you frequent an establishment and experience different levels of quality. Especially when we post our reviews for others to see. This is one of those times, bottom line, if you decide to come here in the early afternoon, bring allot of patience with your appetite.
Meh. The Del combo burrito I got was okay though it seem like they put way more beans than ground beef. This was the worst order of fries I've ever gotten from a Del taco. Not a crunchy fry in the whole thing. All the fries were soft. I also got a fruit punch with light ice and it tasted like water with a splash of fruit punch. Shortly after I ate, my stomach was not happy. I am assuming that is because of the fries.
I’ve been going here for years, and it is consistently inconsistent, especially with its late night service. They really need to take their management situation more seriously here. I’ve never seen a place closed down so often or just running so extremely slowly and shamelessly so. Don’t really know what else to say about it. I almost never leave reviews, but I like having this place here, and I wish they’d run it properly. I’m in the drive thru right now, and I just asked for hot sauce and they couldn’t give me any “because it was all spoiled.” I think that makes my point?
The ingredients were dry. Like the beans in the burrito were dry. Also they don't announce the number so your food just sits there and they make no effort to let you know your food is ready.
Not judging the people but for the area the quality of the food and the cleanliness/tidyness r VERY bad.. had a hard time trying to chew my tortilla to my chicken rollers and the cashier taking my order didn't seem to use common sense but she was very nice. This is the only del taco I've seen this bad even coming from my home town palmdale and Lancaster area, I got faith for y'all tho lol

del Taco regular customer ordered food for here. Another person working there gave me my food in the bag I told kindly told her I ordered for here,.. two times. The second time the female employee threw everything on the tray from out of the bag and did not give me napkins I asked for napkins and she grabbed them from the dirty counter and slam them on my tray rolled her eyes and walked away. So rude not sure I will be coming back to this establishment.. so disappointing when I'm such a loyal customer.
this location is definitely not as good as other locations. and this is the size of chips and queso you get for $2.99 whereas other stores you get the paper bag of chips and the cheese that's like twice the size. they usually ask me if I want the little one or the big one and I have a feeling they gave me the little one for the big one price. won't be coming back here
I drove through a couple nights ago and they took way too long to prepare my order, didn’t give me a receipt and forgot my quesadilla (the main reason I was there. I tried calling but I don’t think their phone even works. This was once one of the best locations, it’s become one of the worst. My friends and I all work at bars in the area and it’s become a regular thing to joke about how bad this location has become (especially at night). Also, the inside of this location isn’t well taken care of.
Im a nurse at night, and I ordered my food more than ½ hour early, just go to the drive thru at 3am, and wait til 3:30 to get my order given to me. Ive worked previously in fast food, for more than 10+ years, this is not different than Subway, burger joints, or even a taco stand. So why did I have to wait ½ for my order? Im assuming they never got started on it. What else would they have said? But anywho, aside from that, food was good.
Customer service sucks. The food takes forever and half the time it’s not even prepared the way you asked. Good for a quick lunch or snack, but eh. Honestly though, what would you expect from a Del Taco?

Just placed an order and it was suppose to be a total of 20 items only got about 9 items. Half of my things were not there what kind of service is this. Got the carne asada fries and there’s only 4 pieces of meat on it what the heck is that poor food quality too. No good . Ordered a strawberry lemonade and I got a Mack coke. No good. Also missing my cheesecake bites.
The burritos were just ok. Not properly folded, so the contents poured out the opposite end with each bite. The restaurant was filthy. Almost every table was a mess. Food, used napkins, empty sauce packets lying on the tables, chairs and the floor. And nobody seemed to care to clean any if it up. No napkins in the dispenser, and the sauce packets were in need of restocking. And finally, the person that took my order "forgot" about the 2 for $5 (and change) burrito deal that has been going on forever and tried to charge me full price for each burrito. I said I intended to eat it there (before I noticed the condition of the place), so naturally he bagged it up. The only thing he got right was my name on the receipt (which I did spell out for him, so it wasn't too difficult).
The guy in the drive thru at 2:20am tonight told me that they're only taking pick up orders because they don't have a cook. So I backed out of the drive thru, sat and watched other cars pull up in the same drive thru right after I backed out and order food. Discrimination maybe? I'm not sure but this place is ridiculous and I'm reporting this with corporate immediately.
Employees do not wear gloves while bagging food. After handling cash and god knows what else. Once I told the girl she should wear gloves while bagging the food. She claims she did not touch the food. I watched her put on gloves to bag my food without washing her hands. Someone show these people proper sanitization.
My second time placing in a mobile order,, they keep telling me that their system is down. Then instead of helping me, they just ignore me. They’re very rude to not buy food here.
If I could give them - stars I would give them -10. The lady in the mornings on the weekends always has attitude and is rude the moment you pull up to the drive thru. She'll either start with " What's your order?" Or " If you order something big you'll have to wait" I talk to her in English cause that's how she answers and she speaks it fluent but I guess she doesn't hear me properly cause she always misses some itmes from my order or doesn't bag them. I worked at a Del taco back in the days and this ladies customer service needs a lot of work. I won't be surprised if they fail inspection. Doubt I'll be coming here ever again. Especially having to wait freaking 24 minutes in the drive after ordering and there was only one car in front of me.... And at the end I get stale food........
Ordered some food and a drink and asked if they had refills, first Latino lady said yes, went back to get my refill and second lady, African American who said she was the manager and her name I guess is Louis, (that's what I heard, she hadn't a name tag) said no refills, I told her the lady who took our order said yes, and she said, she is not a cashier, she doesn't know. So no refill, no sign that they are not serving refills, rude manager, never coming back to this restaurant (her attitude said she doesn't care) well, me neither.
The Hispanic girl in the Drive-Thru has a major attitude problem. I asked her if there are any specials on Tuesday and she said "yeah" and just sat there in silence. I had to ask what the special was three times and I still don't know. She said you get an extra Taco for free but didn't say which tacos or how much they were. She started getting an attitude so I just left. Not going to chance getting a loogie in my food today because I asked what the special was. P.S. they allow panhandlers to sit right next to the menu
Order a Sprite and received Carbonation Water and fries were old. Called, and employee said they forgot to hookup Syrup. That I could go ALL the way back and get a Sprite and fresh fries. On Taco Tuesday ordered tacos with Extra Lettuce and paid 75 cents. Got home and no extra lettuce.
Went in and stood at the counter for 10 minutes before I got to order. When they put my bag of food on the counter ready to be handed to me some guy that was in the drive through came in and said he was missing a burger they then took my burger out of my bag and gave it to him. So I had to wait for them to cook it again. I then went outside to tell my family members why the wait is so long then when I came back the door was locked and they said we are closed and I had to bang on the door tell they brang me my food. And witch was not made correctly. I spent 40 minutes waiting for food not even made right. And the big girl was so rude to anyone coming in with her mannerisms and that condescending side eye she gives. If you dont like your job there are plenty of other things you can do!
Been coming here for years. I never new horrible service could get any worse. Every time I walk in for a sit down order I'm always given a to go bag like a vagrant. The manager is racist and gets more bitter every passing year. If I wanted a to go order I would roll through the drive through.
Indoor dining closed, they just locked the doors. No reason given. I am driving with small children, this is an unacceptable way to do business
I love del taco tuesdays, Im always here on Tuesdays for the taco deal. And I also been coming to this location since I was little and never had any problems. But lately this locations service is horrible. I came in today (night shift) and every employee ignored me and my family, it was not busy for it being a Tuesday, they did not take our order until five minutes had passed. They were also just dogging us. And to top it off I heard one of the employees who makes the food make a mean comment about my family. And the cashier was also rude. And this is not the first time I had a problem, but the first it was in drive thru. That cashier who was also in the night shift was a horrible and very rude person. This location use to hire some good employees before, I can remember two girls who were awesome. But I guess They don't work there anymore. But for sure I'm not coming to this location anymore. I really recommend your company to fire or relocation your night shift employees for this location. I can see that everyone I would see that came here also changed location. Please hire people who are energenic and friendly and want to serve the people, not snobby unprofessional rude people. I also for got that I order a small regular drink and they give me a super small cup that looked for water and I paid two dollars for it, what a waste. Never again!
The cashier was very rude to me when I came in order my food and during the middle of placing cuts me off and takes care of the guests from the drive thru window, which there was someone helping at the window. Then I had asked kindly for 2 sides green chile, which she gave me 1. I had told the cashier that I was willing to pay for the 2nd one but told me, very rudely, that isn't allowed. I'm definitely not coming back here!!!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE all the time with a male employee that works during the late hours. The last time I encountered him was 04/14/2024 at around 3am. I felt compelled to write this review as I saw someone else having the same issue! He has disgusting customer service and it seems like he plays with the food! The burritos come out messy, last time the fries were hard and was a small amount despite ordering a large, and the order comes out wrong.
Like I said before, this place never opens dining room as listed on door and internet, at 6 am. End up standing around about 10 to 20 minutes. Long time to wait for breakfast, and what if you need to use the restroom? Simply horrid place. Other people have showed up too at around 6 am or later, and have gone away, disappointed it isn't open. I am not the only one. And I am never going back either. Place lost a good customer. Plus the manager who works weekday mornings and day shift is rude...has a bad attitude, snide comments, does not address complaints, and chooses to completely ignore customer questions or concerns about order when she does something wrong. Last time I visited, I had a mobile order in already, which can not be cancelled, at about 6:03am. She shows up, refuses to get my order, and then doesn't open up dining room at all that morning for me. What is the problem? Just telling the truth about the awful manager. This review is not going away, by the way. Hopefully the owner will rectify the problem this manager has operating the place and customer service properly. She does the company name and reputation a disservice. Many will dislike del taco after going here.
Worse Del taco I’ve ever been. We’ve been waiting for like 15 mins and then she didn’t hear what we wanted, and then we order 2 kids meal and she made us go back to the drive thru and we had to wait again. The fries were so dark and smelled like burn oil. Come on it’s food it shouldn’t look bad that I had to throw it away.

I finally get to the window to get my food and pay, the guy says, “you don’t have to pay” I waa confused but grabbed the bag and left. When I finally check my food, I got 10 tacos with cheese. I intended to pay for my food and use my receipt to call/address management but they decided against it. I feel bad for this owner, thus the review, you should know how your business is being run.
First time I choose to get breakfast there and all I can say is Na did not like the Taste, I always give the prays because of the Scorcho sauce it’s really good but the breakfast was no good taste and I was not sure whether I got a burrito or a breakfast roll they were both the same size that disappointed more but anyways terrible taste of eggs and bacon and cheese …. Terrible terrible don’t recommend it … not coming back specially not for breakfast
Hours state opens at 6 am. But never opens on time as stated. I have other things to do. Unreliable, like many other del taco locations, which don't open until whenever, never on time, and are unsatisfactory in other ways on top of it all. 😭 This place is especially bad. Manager who works here weekdays in mornings is horrible. Never ever addresses your complaints about anything or apologizes when she messes up. She was incorrect several times when I went here and behaved and spoke inappropriately to me. She needs someone to answer to, a boss or owner to correct or punish her perhaps, if she doesn't do right and is wrong with a customer...She always gives you a bad attitude too. Who is the owner? Does or did anyone else have a bad experience(s) here too? Does the owner know the manager here is bad? Maybe complain to owner. Don't go here, or any del taco, if you want your breakfast on time as advertised or decent service. Go elsewhere where there are prompt and kind and correct and at least decent. I am not asking for perfection, just decency at least. I mean is this location totally in joker mode or what? Don't really care about when someone needs breakfast or may need to sit or may even need the restroom in time. C'mon. Just open on time. And without the attitude. You are only an employee, not Queen Tut.
I was there with my family. We got no greeting no explanation why no one was coming to the counter. I asked the guy who was in the back with the food if there was a cashier and he said “we only have one” and all I saw was the girl in the drive thru. So my family and this other older man that were there left the place. Please hire better people for this spot.
This is bad service.i have yo wait about 30 minutes for 6 tacos, and when I got my order, they just tossed my food with a hint of annoys on them. I will not go back to that place again. They also got my order wrong, and I said 6 del la tacos, and they gave me 6 snack tacos instead of 6 del la tacos.
The food and service has really gone downhill in all of the Del Tacos. The food is so salty I have to throw it away and I like salt! I tried to call corporate but that was impossible so they obviously don't care or want complaints. I tried again to have a burrito and tortilla was ice cold and the rice dried up and hard probably been scraped from along side of the pan. The beans were dry and tasteless. The chicken way over salted. Very disappointed!
1. Bad experience while placing order at drive thru, Executive should have some decency and attitude is just like he is giving me food for free. 2. I don't understand why they are not wearing hand glows.
They rip you off. I bought a del taco and they charged me but gave me snack taco and when I told the employee they laughed. Also my crisp fish taco came w uchy fish and it was so small like they forgot to complete it. What a waste , I could if gotten a way better meal for 8 bucks. The one on lis Feliz is not goid!!
Bad service. We always have problems with Velasquez but nobody else that works there. Here’s the latest. I ordered a del combo which on the menu board lists two combination burritos for $5.49 so I could save $1.50. Instead I got one combo burrito. I asked where’s the other burrito and she said I only ordered one. How can I order one when I told her I wanted a del combo which is two burritos. Since it was busy and there was a lot of customers I just left.
Went in for a quick taco and the guy working at the drive through was automatically a jerk, my mom asked me what’s on one of the tacos and he answer thinking she was asking him, he just said “You need to hold on lady” with a rude tone, we were there for 2 minutes and no longer than that, I’m not stopping here again, not even worth it while your starving
Was ignored at the drive thru window for 5 minutes, apparently they were too busy to help me, yet there was only 1 customer inside. And they charge for their salsa verde now! Geez no wonder I don't do fast food anymore
The slowest Del Taco EVERRRR! They don’t acknowledge you. Just rude and slow. If I wanted to wait 27 minutes to get my food I would have gone to a sit down restaurant. I actually would have gotten it faster. Never again! If I could give negative stars I would.
One of the worst Del Taco experiences I’ve ever had. Heading out of town and wanted a quick bite before a long drive. Took forever to order with one car ahead of us. The burritos were sloppy and don’t get me started on the fries… have they changed their oil in the last year?! Doubtful with the way the fries tasted and how disgustingly brown they were. 🤮 Never again.
Ordered a value meal which has one cheeseburger, and on the same order an additional cheeseburger. I did not get that burger but did get charged and when I try to call them, the number is disconnected... WTH With that?
Food wasn't great. Store was dirty Bathroom was disgusting Do not recommend
WORST service ever! Stood around for 10 minutes waiting to order while they did drive thru orders. Not 1 person came up to the registers. The drive thru chick said someone would be right with me and then proceeded to not look at me again.
The customer service was terrible. I ordered two Del Tacos but they forgot to put tomatoes in them. When I let an employee know, they insisted that the tomatoes had been included. I had to unwrap my other taco in front of them to prove my point. My order was not corrected, and I didn’t receive an apology. Instead, I was given a 2 oz cup of diced tomatoes. What a disappointment!
