Sometimes the best measure of a place is how they handle it when things go wrong. My wife and I grew up with Sonic in Oklahoma but don't have any near where we live now so getting Sonic tater tots and a coke is a special treat. We drove quite a way to visit this one and, sadly, they were out of tater tots AND Coke. But, the manager couldn't have been nicer or more apologetic. And, the burgers were fantastic! As always.

Good food! Fast service... lil hiccup in the order but I'm not a crybaby like the rest of you so four star! Understanding that it's a new business and all associates are high school kids working their first job! Definitely coming back soon for cherry-limeade!

We sat at a car hop station for over 10 mins. before we went through the drive-thru. The staff told me the car hop station wasn't working. Why not put up sign? We put in our order only to find my 4 dollar hamburger was twice the price. Apparently they have more than one burger with the same name. When I asked about the mistake the staff member did nothing to remedy the issue. No discount or we will replace it, no help. The food was good so there's that I guess. Put up some signs and take responsibility for your mistakes.

Food was good but here is my complaint. The picture of the beautiful breakfast burrito on the menu showed it stuffed and overflowing out the end. The burrito I received was about an inch or two around and looked nothing like it.

We stoped to stretch and get a quick bite to eat. The cooks were fast and the food was good. We got a hamburger with tots and a few corn dogs. I wish to give this five stars but the restrooms are not family friendly. The resterooms were clean... cleanish. Last person, employee, did not flush the toilet and he threw his paper towel on the floor, but hey he washed his hands. They did not have anywhere to change a baby. Not the first time I have changed a diaper in the car but it would be nice to have a changing table. One of the folding ones would do.

My first time. Nobody to take order inside for 3 mins. Finally went thru the doors to the kitchen to let them know I was ready to order. Wasn't busy but 2 orders of tots were cold. Burgers were barely warm, Cherry limeaid was really good. Overall disappointed.

I used to come here pretty regularly to go to the drive-through just to grab a cold soda with the best ice in town. And the last time I came through I ordered a cherry Coke with extra ice and do you know that cost almost 6 dollars?! That was my last trip here I see it looks like it’s going downhill quickly. Popcorn chicken is to salty and very hard to chew. Not enough meat in the Popcorn chicken. Not worth buying also the drive thru lady was rude and had a bit of attitude when I asked for some ketchup. The hotdog was messy and all the ingredients where on one side. Tater tots were warm and a little cold.

Only thing i like about this sonics is that its near my house. Every time i go they always mess up on my order or they dont know how to do certain items. The slowest service i have ever experienced. The take forever.
