Very good pizza! We had extra cheese. We also had garlic parm wings and everything wings! They were very crispy and tasty! Quick friendly service and relaxed cozy atmosphere. We eat there every trip.

Not much on the menu to choose from and that is good ad it will take you awhile to make a decision on one of over 50 beers on tap. Mix drinks as well. Not many places will make you a mojito usually because they can't be bothered to have the mint on hand, this bar had it growing on the deck out back, picked fresh, how awesome is that. Food is really good, great price, and they have yummy choices for dessert. Family friendly and groups out for the night. Enjoy here.

Screamen Eagle is always our first stop when returning to Inlet, NY. No matter what time of year the staff work hard at what they do! And that shows with the consistency of their food and service! Their wings are our favorite, and we’ve also fallen in love with their Margherita pizza! The atmosphere, whether you’re inside or on their deck, is classic Adirondacks and it always provides us with a sense of homecoming every time we’re there!

Amazing food and a great relaxed environment. Brought our toddler and she had a great time playing the claw machine.

Good pizza and fantastic wings. Friendly staff.

Surprisingly great! While it may come off like a standard bare minimum tourist bar and pizzeria, the quality of the food is outstanding. Amazing beer selection on tap. I ordered a veggie pizza and it came out actually covered in a dense forest of vegetation, and it tasted divine.

Great food, atmosphere, and tons of draft beer to choose from.

Screamen Eagle was great best chicken wings I’ve had in years!! Try the drunken Buffalo wings their the greatest and they also make a really good pizza. They also have a lot of taps in the draft room you’ll like.

Camping near Inlet, my son and I wanted to take a break from bush hash and knorrs rice dishes with canned chicken so we had dinner at Screamen Eagle. The service was super friendly (they made sure a TV was tuned to the Mets game) and the food we had was delicious. Great place with a good, casual vibe. Amazing beer selection. Great food at a great price. I recommend the wings with the peanut butter sauce. Off the hook delicious. Highly recommend!!

C

Great beers on tap, best wings in Old Forge area hands down (drunken buffalo), and good pizza. Well worth the stop any day!!! Maybe best wings in all of Eastern NY. Crispy, moist, and flavorful! A full dozen like they should be.

Greg Crossway

Busy as usual when me, my wife, and 3 year old son went. BUT its always a pleasure to stop by and see everyone having a great time. Pizza, chicken, and subs make a majority of their menu. Business hours are based on what season it is and weather conditions. Prices reflect quality. 10/10 would eat again.

Big shout out to Screamen Eagle for making 44 pizzas for our wedding welcome party! The food was delicious, ready on time, and the communication for the order was smooth. Thanks!

The wings are phenomenal! Both the peanut and Sriracha honey style packed a lot of heat in a great way. Pizza is great too. Crust was thicker than traditional NY style but it was extremely delicious and hit the spot for sure.

Consistently great pizza every time. We always make sure to have dinner here when we're in the area. The blue cheese is the best I've ever had!! The pizza with the ricotta is incredible, we loved the texture it gave it.

I love this place! Awesome food and awesome service! But my praise comes with a warning. DO NOT get the Garlic screamers! They even come with a little sticker of their last victim on it!

Love this place! SO MANY beer (and wine) options. Current and in season brews at a good price. The pizza is a must try!!! Indoor, outdoor (weather permitting) and bar seating. Super friendly staff! One of the best bar and restaurants in the area.

Very good pizza, hit the spot! The beer is very good, and there’s free WiFi... couldn’t ask for more! Prices are reasonable. We’ll be back!

We stopped on snowmobiles on Saturday March 8th. Incredible drink selection and the portions were VERY filling. Recommend the pizza and wings. Kids food was excellent as well. They loved their chicken fingers.

Didn’t have a meal but stopped in for a snack and a beer and loved it! Service was great. Their draft selection is pretty epic. My wife and shared an appetizer - the cheese balls with hot honey dipping sauce - they were great. Although our first visit - I can see coming back again. Really enjoyed the vibe, food, service, and beer selection.

Our first time there and we will be back the next time we come to the area. It came strongly recommended by our friends and they were right! We have a lot of local places near home that make pretty darn good chicken wings, but these were amazing! A meal by themselves. I ordered the garlic parmesan and my husband ordered the peanut butter panic wings and both were wonderful! We also ordered a couple of hot subs and quickly realized we over ordered and had to take some home with us. The staff was very welcoming and helping us through the ordering process and although it is a change from how most restaurants work, it works really well. I think I like it better. You pick your table, figure out your order and then go to the counter to place it. They bring everything to you and the servers are very accommodating and ensure you have everything you need. The drinks were also delicious and lots of craft beers and ciders to choose from.

Really enjoyed our meal here at the Eagle on 8/15/24. Have been coming here for years and always have had good service an good food. The atmosphere has changed a bit but I still support it. They have some of the best bleu cheese in the Adirondack's hands down, bought some for the road! I'll be back!

Of all the places we have stopped on our snowmobile adventures - this was one of the best!! The food was amazing - some of the best “everything” wings I’ve ever had! The service was fantastic- we will definitely be back!

Pizza and Mild wings were amazing, we also got some sweet treats a carrot cake slice, slice of coconut pie and slice of peanut butter mousse. It was all amazing! Great service at the counter the place was packed and everyone was so attentive. We will be back!! Great job staff!!

I visited the Screaming Eagle during my vacation at Golden Beach Campground and this was one of the highlights of my trip, aside from great food the people were super friendly. I'm sure at some point I'll be visiting again in the future.

Unbelievable beer selection! Great food to go along with it, too. Don't know what to choose? Matt'll help you.

The tap maintenance is elite. The beers taste better here than at the breweries they originate from.

We love to camp and visit Old Forge. Every time we are in the area we make the short drive to Inlet just to go to the Screamen Eagle. The pizza and wings are great! If you like blue cheese, you gotta try theirs....delicious! We also enjoy trying some of the many draft beers they have on tap. A great night out and break from cooking! Enjoy!

Excellent roadside pub. Awesome pizza. Wide selection of draft craft beer and several seltzers and hard ciders also. Nice atmosphere, good service, and reasonable prices. There is a nice outside deck that looks like it would be great in the warmer weather. Recommended and we will be back.

I love this restaurant. The amazing beer selection brought me in originally. But the food, oh the food. I almost always get at least one (sometimes more) pesto pizza and an order of wings. I like the garlic wings, peanut butter, and traditional. Beware the super hots. I love them in moderation, but a full order is a real challenge even for a chile head like me.

I consider myself a chicken wing connoisseur and have eaten chicken wings from all four corners of the United States lol. There are none that compare to the Screaming Eagles wings. If you want a life-changing experience, make the trip up to Inlet and definitely go there. The staff is awesome. The atmosphere is great and the food is indescribable.

Best pizza in Old Forge. They're not IN Old Forge, but given the other options, they're worth the drive. Also, driving by a sea of Trump flags on the way through the park, it was nice to go to a place that was LGBT-friendly.

This is such a great place to get pizza and wings! We go to this place everytime we are in the area and the wings here are the best wings I have ever had, phenomenal! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for pizza, and the best wings in the town of Inlet!

I've live in NY for 20+ years and this might be the best veggie pizza I've ever had! Completely LOADED with fresh veggies that were cut right for being on pizza! They were really great and let my dog on the porch too! I didn't have any but everyone said the wings were top notch too.

M
Matthew Meckley

The Drunken Buffalo wings are my favorite that I've tried so far. The peanut butter panic wings are good too and are definitely worth the try if you love peanut butter. They simply have the best wings in the Adirondacks. They also have an excellent variety of beers on tap. They really don't have waiters or waitresses. Instead you just order at the counter and a server will bring your food out to you (which is better because then things don't get screwed up as much). This place has good reputation and deservingly so.

So far, after approximately 10 years of visiting this place, I have yet to find a reason to complain. The food is darn good. The atmosphere is welcoming to families.the pricing is within norms for the food and hospitality industry so no complaints there. My family and I look forward to eating here every year we visit the adk's. 100% recommend trying this restaurant.

I got the deluxe Pizza with extra cheese. It was like a supreme pizza on steroids, one of the best pizzas I've had in a while. Delicious, and the cuts were the perfect size for my family of 5. I would definitely eat here again.

Love this place! It’s a recommended stop every time we come to the adks. We even drove 20 mins out of the way just to have lunch here. Sometimes the wait it long...but we don’t complain because we know the food is well worth it! Pizza, wings, drinks are all on point!

Great bar/restaurant in the Adirondacks! Lots of choices for both beer and food. We had chicken wings that were plump and juicy, not the common skinny and dry. Recommended for informal gatherings of all kinds. And that do takeout!

Be prepared to wait on yourself. The "wait-staff" only brings out the completed food. You have to grab your own menu, plates, cutlery, napkins and condiments. You also need to bus your own table. Also bartender was not the nicest person in the world. Anyway, do yourself a favor and ignore the staff. The pizza is topnotch and the brewski selection is huge. Love this place.

Simply the best pizza and wings hands down. No other pizza place comes close. Screamen Eagle is alone at the top when it comes to pizza and wings. This is a must stop for anyone visiting this area.

My first time here...have family nearby...tons of pizza options!! This is caprese...it was good except the crust was a little bland and believe it or not it needed a tad bit.of salt . I've never put salt on a pizza but that's okay, better than being too salty...i suspect because it just had mozzarella balls on it vs traditional shredded cheese.....another present ordered the ranch chicken bacon wrap- which she said was excellent..curly fries were great too.. .you have to order at the counter and they bring it out to your table, but that's about it. Oh and the pie is peanut butter chocolate... homemade..and it was delicious!!!...re:;the pies...they have a lady come in every morning that bakes the pies several available and all look delicious!

Love this eatery. We stop every time we go to enchanted forest. No servers, hit the counter order your food, stop at the bar add drinks to your tab, grab a funky table marker and claim a spot. Great food, amazing actually. We are food snobs and have no complaints amongst the whole family. Staff is super pleasant. Keep adding to your tab by going up and ordering until your done and try to checkout without buying all their yummy delectable baked goods.

First of all, you are in luck of you love craft beers. you will have a very hard time deciding! Second, the food is very good and arrived quickly. There is something on the menu for everyone. I had the BLT salad and hubby had honey siracha chicken wings. Nice and crispy; you won't be disappointed. **Note, there is an outdoor deck to sit at. Also, you have to order at the bar. No table service. 🍻

50 plus drafts, be aware, the micro/craft brews are up there in price, $8.50 each. Food is always good. Peanut butter panic wings are a do again. Pesto pizza is great too. Also during weekends in the summer waits for food can be over am hour. Also, you order at the counter, food will be brought to your table. Enjoy!

This place is incredible! The staff are friendly, the pizza and wings are something my family look forward to all year long, and with 50+ beer on tap, they can't be beat. If you're looking for a suggestion, go for a three cheese chicken and broccoli pizza and a dozen peanut butter panic wings. Picture of wings is included to commence mouth watering.

Pizza and wings were pretty good. Great beer list and taps, but to have that many and have only one sweet cider and no dry ciders, I disagree. If they had one dry cider, I'd really like it.

This was an epic little find after our hike up a local mountain. Three of us ordered the large nachos with chicken…it was hands-down the best nachos I have ever eaten! Seriously, nobody was scrambling for the chip with the toppings because there was cheese and toppings (even chicken) absolutely everywhere! Also, my wife has Celiac (serious symptoms) so it had to be GF. She had no issues after. I would give 5 stars but it seemed to take a loooong time to get a plate of nachos. It really was a masterpiece though! Creds to the cook there! Thanks!!

Great Dive bar in the ADK. We love stopping here for their legit 20+ beer taps, a variety of pizza and wing sauces. Plus in the summer time dogs are welcome on the back porch.

Awesome selection of beers! I got a chicken parm sandwich with my drink and it was absolutely delicious. However, their service was lacking. Even though I was the only one there, it took the front desk a few minutes to speak to me because she was talking to her friend. Then when I got up there she was very short with me like I had rudely interrupted her and her friend which I had not. Overall it was a decent place, and if you love good beer it's definitely worth a stop.

Amy Johnson

Delicious wings, great atmosphere and huge selection of brews. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of 5 is because when I asked the waitress for a to go container for my leftover wings, she poured them into a gallon ziploc bag, which caught me off guard. I’m not sure if this is standard, but I felt weird leaving a restaurant with a “sack of wings”. I’ll still return next time I’m in the area, I’ll just make sure there aren’t leftovers next time!

J

I wouldn’t recommend the peanut butter wings as other review’s recommended. I wasn’t a fan. Wings themselves are good. Garlic pizza was real good. Tons of cold beers on tap.

My wife and I discovered Screamin Eagle last year when we randomly strolled through Inlet. We visit Old Forge every summer and wanted to change it up. This place offers a lot of great drink choices from local brewerys/distilleries etc. I will admit however that the prices are a bit high in my opinion for some options, but the amazing atmosphere on the back porch paired with a cold brew is a good way to spend your afternoon. We got some appetizers as we weren't very hungry when we went there, however they were pretty good and I am tempted to make a trip back to try their pizza. I saw a lot of families there with pizza and wings and hadn't heard a single complaint. They are child friendly and I'd recmend spending an hour or two at this great spot! 4.5/5

Great place one you understand how it works, no table service. Head to the bar for drinks & refills, and the backside of the bar to order food. You're table topper is your tab ID (cool idea). The wing variety is on point, as is the draft selection. Pizza and wings were excellent. 100% will be back next year 👍

My fiancé and I ordered 2 of their jumbo wing orders - 12 mango habanero and 12 garlic parm. We washed them down with a hard cider (Angry Orchard) and pale lagers (Confetti). The wings were delicious & I'm not a fan of blue cheese, but fiancé reported it was the best he'd ever had, $70 later. Patio is dog and hornet friendly. :P Thank y'all for having us!

I forgot to take a picture of the pizza before we ate it... but it was good, it is a little strong on the doughyness, which was fine. Overall a good pizza. We also had an antipasto salad. It was fresh and a good starter. They also have a wide selection of beers to choose from, which was nice. The only problem was that they were inefficient. You had to order at the bar, and there was only one bartender, and the experience was slow moving. Also even though the food is brought out to you, you have to get your own silverware, extra plates, and napkins. With that being said it was still a decent experience.

Mark Saetta
Mark Saetta

Screamed Eagle generally has really good wings, depending where you come from. The Buffalo wings, while tasty, just aren’t a traditional Buffalo wing, but, they aren’t bad either. They’re cooked very well, but don’t buy them dry. Also, if you’re familiar with Sals Birdland, Boss Sauce or Country Sweet sauce, the sweet and sour is a Chinese base, and personally, I didn’t like it. I can’t speak for the pizza, which looked pretty awesome, but the salads were fantastic. The service was great and the experience enjoyable.

M
Mandilynne

Bittersweet, it was really crowded, it's self service, so you have to squeeze in to get your order conveyed. My husband described the Wings as good, crispy, however they were not hot, yet tangy, more citrus, bbq , mild, not Buffalo style. The pizza was good, but NOT authentic, "NYC" style. The slices were thick, saucy, the ricotta, and mozzarella were good, but th center was completely doughy, not cooked thoroughly. The atmosphere was definitely lively, the bar was packed, they have a soda machine, salad bar (iceberg lettuce), and the draft list is vast, 50 beers rotating! They were completely responsive and welcoming to our 2 small Chihuahuas, when we were too chilly to sit outside. The patio is nice, huge sitting area, and view of the canal (which had a strong sulfer smell). We couldn't say anything about the pizza, because they were incredibly crowded, (we did eat and bring it home and recooked it) this why my review is 'bittersweet'. Definitely would try again, it is Labor day weekend.

C
Christopher Thompson

One of the few sit-down options in Inlet. The beer is fresh, but pizza prep time in peak season can run 45 minutes. Outdoor seating overlooking the creek is a highlight, but don't sit in the first table on the left, as it sits over an air conditioning unit that will make you feel like you're in a sauna.

M
Myra Fredericks

Not our first time there. The food as always was excellent. It is summer so the wait was significant. My complaint is we ordered nearly $150 worth of food. Asked for a container of ranch dressing…you know the tiny plastic container with a top. I had to go back to my table (the one I cleaned and wiped off on arrival as they were so busy) to get 75 cents for that tiny container after shelling out nearly $150… really a bad business move!

M
Mike Whitcher

They are very fast but perhaps too fast. My wife ordered the chicken caesar wrap and paid extra for black olives but there was not a single black olive to be found. Also, it came out 10 minutes after my hot sub which was in the oven and presumably would have taken longer than the wrap. One advantage is they are open later than just about any other food establishment in Inlet. If it wasn't for them, we might have gone hungry. Finally, I know it's a resort town but it seems a little pricey for this type of food.

Stephen Downey
Stephen Downey

Food was pretty good, not great but good. Beer selection was broad but nice. The thing that really really bumps me is that you have to go up to a.counter to order. They bring it to your table but then YOU have to go and get your plates, utensils, napkins etc. Every time you want a drink, you have to go to the bar to get one. It's like you are in a cafeteria or something. Very strange to me but I guess it works for them.

J
Joshua Wolff

To Our wait time was Hour and 30 minute for a medium pizza and a single order of wings. Which is reasonable when you have a packed house. However when I arrived to get our food 90 minutes later. Everything was warm. Not.even remotely close to being fresh out the oven. We don't mind waiting as long as we receive hot food. Idk maybe recommend who ever handles the take out to stay up top of the orders. And if the food gets done early. Try to give the customer a call.

D
Dan M

Wasn't very impressed when the 4 of us went here this past weekend (8/2018). The wait for pizza was over 45 Min and the wait for fryers food was over 1.5 hours. They did warn us of this wait and so I am not too upset about it but for a place that advertises a wide wing selection, it doesn't seem to make sense that they wouldn't have the capacity to fulfill the amount of orders they were receiving. We got the chicken bacon ranch pizza and it tasted like the chicken was from a can. We also ordered the garlic parm chicken wings which were decent. A little overcook and nothing special. You have to order from a counter or the bar for all your food and drinks which was fine once we figured it out. The bar selection wasn't great. They advertised over 50 craft beers but what felt like 45 of them were from the same brewery (south tier). The bartender didn't know much about each beer when we asked her about it which was disappointing. She also would recommend us a beer and just give it to us instead of giving us a little sampling which was odd. We made the best of it though and they very nice to offer a candle the birthday girl's pie. The Pie was great. I wouldn't go back to this place and cannot recommend it. The reason for the 2 stars is the pie was good and the atmosphere outside was nice but the food, beer selection and bartender wasn't great. We also were not the only ones who felt like this since we overheard many people asking for their food. The table of 10 next to us would get a pizza and then latter on get the wings and then the nacho's. They don't serve all at once, only when they are ready which isn't ideal for a big table or if you want to wait for everyone to get their food before you start eating.

C
Cheryl Watkins

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Food was decent. Wings were good sized, pizza had lots of toppings, garlic bread was delicious. However, the owner was walking around in just his socked feet (eww) and after tipping a decent amount because we had to order at the counter rather than at a table, which was odd, the wait staff was rude and unhelpful. She brought our garlic bread but no napkins, or paper plates. No biggie, I just asked for them when the pizza arrived. We were told they were inside and we could get them ourselves. Turns out, they have to walk right by the hutch where the plates and napkins were located to bring the pizza...what the heck?! Also, ordered a coke and wasn't handed a cup or anything, after asking about it, I was told it was around the corner and the cups were next to it. Would have been nice if you told me when I ordered. Our wings came out way after our pizza and garlic bread so we took most of them home. Not impressed and will not recommend.

M
Michael Long

Expensive for the quality of food. Nice atmosphere but doesn't make up for the low quality of food. The subs were sub par, the wings were good, chicken tenders were fine but still on the expensive side. Long wait to get a beer over 20 mins. 8 of us cost $190.00 with $19.00 tip. Probably won't go back.

J
Joe L

This place is hit or miss on the food. I just had the worst subs in the world. Bread was so dry it would fall apart to the touch. The food has become very inconsistent.

The pizza and blue cheese sauce is their saving grace. Don’t expect much in terms of service since you get plates, napkins, silverware, and to-go boxes on your own. And apparently you’re supposed to know this because the bartender acted like we were inconveniencing her just by asking where to find these things. Used to love this place but will only be ordering online for pickup in the future.

Service was terrible. Went in for drinks and went straight to the bar. None of the three bartenders greeted any of our party or said they would help us soon. Flat out ignored us until one in the party stated we should go else where, then all of a sudden two bartenders wanted to wait on our 10 person party. I get when places are busy, but at least an acknowledgement would have gone a long way.

If you aren't a local, dont bother. Ok food, terrible bartender. Whoever the older heavy set lady was needs some training on personality. I literally thought she was joking when she said I had to get my own water from the fountain machine. At the same time as overserving several people that could barely order their drinks right. It's a great way to treat a recovering alcoholic that still decides to patronize your business. Hopefully she is family. As far as their "great tap list" it was comprised of mostly beers that can be found at most gas stations these days.

In years past the food has been okay, this trip it was horrible. The pizza tastes like the cardboard disc it was served on and the mild wings we're so hot that we could not eat them and they were slathered and barbecue sauce, that we did not order and do not like. When I asked the waitress about the unedible wings her comment was "I'm sorry but that's the way we make them". Extremely disappointing!!!! We will not be returning!!

Went there once during the pandemic. When I asked if they had any seltzers on tap the lady snapped at me and said I needed to order food first. I said I wouldn't be ordering food if there wasn't seltzer available. She wouldn't answer me and walked away. So we left. It was so unprofessional and rude. My boyfriend begged me to give it another try because he loves the beer selection there. We stopped their on our snowmobiles and again the same lady was working. She refused to give us service on one end of the bar and told us to walk around to the other side of the bar (but through the long way so we didn't interrupt wii bowling) then she never came over to serve our group. There was about 6 of us. We waiting ten minutes while she stood on the other side doing nothing. We left. Never going back there again.

Notice: Service is self served, sign in front said seat yourself which we did, and no one came to our table. 15 minutes later we then went to the bar to order drinks and found we needed to order food there, which was indicated nowhere. We also saw other tables going to get plates and silverware themselves, which we also put together we had to do by no indication anywhere. We finally put our food order in for pizza and waited a good 20 minutes to receive the WORST pizza i have ever eaten. This was a frozen pizza with fresh toppings placed on it to be sold as a fresh pizza, and it was still on the cardboard! Me and my girlfriend each had one slice of our 16$ medium pizza and had to throw the whole thing out. I delivered pizza for over 7 years and it is my all time favorite food, this should not even have been considered pizza. This place was extremely disappointing and extremely confusing, I will not be back. Spare yourself the time, aggravation and worst of all the money and DO NOT GET THE PIZZA!!!!

As close to zero service as you can get without having to cook your meal. Was there several minutes before I had to hunt someone down to get a seat (no hostess/host). Called ahead looking for a table, which they refused to reserve. Only to get there to hear they it's going to be an hour AFTER I ordered my food. Had to walk back and forth to from our table to order drinks (for which there was no drink menu). Avoid if you want a relaxing evening out. Rude/apathetic/unhelpful staff. I would give zero stars, but the bar tender was chill and made a good suggestion for a beer. They earned this "restaurant's" sole star.

Was so looking forward to a family dinner that they've been waiting for to come here .. two pizzas twenty wings over $100.... The pizza tasted like frozen pizza and the wings were too well done. The server/bartender was absolutely the worst, extremely rude and short with us. Would never recommend it nor will we return.

That was supposed to be a roast beef sandwich. That's cooked deli meat. Server was rude and you had to get your own plates silverware and napkins.

It was hot after we worked in the sun putting up our tent and unpacking at Golden Beach so we drove to Inlet and decided on this place. Ordered a hot kids meal for the little one, and two salads for us. Waited 30 minutes and they finally brought the hot kids plate. Waited another 20 and no quick to make cold salads arrived. I went to the counter and asked about it. They said they could make it soon. I said forget it and we ate somewhere else that could make a cold salad in less than 5 minutes

Stopped in for some pizza .. Ordered 2 slices of pie that were under the heat lamps .. Cheese was burnt from sitting out too long and dry overall not a good choice.

The food was terrible. Sub roll was a large spongy hot dog roll with very little meat. Garlic bread was burned in some spots and not cooked in others. Salad is as ok if you can manage a tablespoon of dressing. Wings were "ok". Definitely not worth $50.......

Oh where should I begin? Screamin Eagle is like the cousin you want to like, but they're just so annoying that you can't. It's mistake after mistake with them. I usually love this place, but the past couple times I've been there have been very frustrating (I only get to go there once a year due to location, which makes this review even more disappointing to write). Let's start with the first incident, which was dine-in. I ordered a GBO pizza (garlic, broccoli, onion). I thought "oh, there's only two toppings, it cant be hard to mess up". Boy was I wrong. Not only did they mess up our pizza, but they did it twice. The first time with no broccoli (which they didn't even tell us. They just said it had to be remade for some reason), and the second time with no onions. By that point we were just hungry so we ate it anyways. We kindly let someone know that the pizza was messed up a second time so that there hopefully wouldn't be any issues in the future if someone ordered this pizza. The second incident, which was take-out, took place the same week, not even 3 days later. I decided to give them a second chance, and ordered a buffalo chicken wrap that came with curly fries (which were straight out of a frozen bag)..... Worst wrap I've had in my entire life. The wrap was completely cold, as well as the curly fries. I'd also like to mention that it specified nowhere on their menu that the wraps were cold, so I assumed it would be a hot buffalo chicken wrap, just like every other one I've had in my life. But no. It's like they took the ingredients right out of the fridge without even so much as microwaving them, threw it into a cold, wet tortilla, and slapped it in a box. They didn't even cut it in half. I was told I had to wait 30 minutes for a wrap and fries that were completely cold.... Needless to say, the amount of money you have to drop at this place to get mediocre food is ridiculous.
