Excellent food, authentic flavor of homemade pasta, the meat melts in your mouth because of how fresh and tender it is, friendly staff and very quick in taking and bringing the order. We have truly never tasted dishes so good. We will be back! My husband wants the trio of caccio e pepe!!!

At La Cascata restaurant in Introbio, we enjoyed excellent lake and other fish, cooked to perfection, as well as equally delicious traditional dishes. The atmosphere was welcoming and meticulously maintained. The value for money was excellent. Convenient parking was available nearby, and those with mobility issues could use the small internal garden. We'll definitely be back.

My experience at La Cascata restaurant has always been very positive on the many occasions I've dined at this charming mountain restaurant. The owner, Titti, and the staff are always courteous and smiling, always available to explain and recommend the delicious dishes of traditional mountain cuisine. Both the appetizers and first courses are excellent and fresh, but above all, the game main courses are incredibly delicious and surprising, with tender, flavorful meat. The prices are very fair considering the excellent service and the attention to detail and flavor of the dishes. Furthermore, the restaurant is located near two large parking lots, so parking and getting there are easy. I highly recommend dining at this wonderful and welcoming restaurant! Before or after dinner, don't forget to visit the charming village of Introbio, with its rustic wood and stone architecture typical of the mountains.

Ristorante carino do e abbiamo gustato degli ottimi formaggi locali soprattutto di capra. Ottimo anche il filetto di maiale.

In my opinion, this is a historic restaurant in Introbio (it's been there for at least 30 years), located on a road leading to the center. The cuisine is refined, often featuring typical products from the valley (the cheese platter is excellent). The desserts are very unique but equally delicious. The prices are high, but fair enough for the quality of the ingredients and the efficiency of the staff. I should mention that there were at least thirty of us in the dining room, and the wait time never exceeded 10-15 minutes. The wide selection of liqueurs and grappas is also good. Recommended. The restaurant also has a small outdoor area with about ten tables...great in the summer, but not on particularly hot days.

The dishes are good, but the prices are a bit less so. I think they're taking advantage of this with the prices. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable, but the menu selection is questionable: few dishes they claim are local. The local cheese selection is highly questionable: two are local and two are not, such as the Gorgonzola, which, besides being local, is not very suitable for August. The wine selection is good, but the prices are a bit higher than average.

A modern and well-kept restaurant, not exactly mountain-style, but more metropolitan, like the prices. A first course, a second course, a quarter of wine, and two desserts cost €57. The food was well-prepared and good, but out of line for the area. This perhaps explains why it was empty on a Saturday night...
