We needed a quick break and got a nice outdoor spot. We knew beforehand about the higher pricing. We were generously given plenty of potato chips, appetizers, and olives along with our drinks and a couple of cakes. The staff was really great.

Today we had the pleasure of enjoying a glass of wine at a stunning terrace in the heart of Milan. Our experience was made even more memorable by Cristina, our wonderful waitress. Cristina's warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put us at ease. She was attentive, knowledgeable about the wine selection, and her recommendations were spot on. If you're in the center of Milan and looking for a fantastic place to enjoy a glass of wine, this terrace is a must-visit. Ask for Cristina – her service will make your visit unforgettable.

Nice place to set and eat …. Have a lot of deferent type of food and they have a good sweets and coffee .. really recommended to the people how will visit Dumo … also reasonable price

Mi sono fermato per un cannolo siciliano e un cappuccino meglio lasciare spazio ai turisti per consumare qualsiasi cosa in questo bar... conosco questo posto da tanto tempo sempre elegante.. Location strategica Ma pecca di qualità!!!

Nothing bad to say. We had wine outside and the staff were very nice. Didn't use the toilets. Snacks were provided free of charge with the wine so felt like okay value for money.

Licale alle spalle del Duomo, prodotti buoni, personale gentile e premuroso. Prezzi troppo troppo alti una colazione base non può costare 39 euro, va bene la location ma anche la ", madunina" avrebbe da ridire in merito.

Ordered a cake and some tea. The cake was good, but tea could have been better in my opinion (they could have provided more better tea bag rather than a cheap one) considering how high they charge customers for tea. This place is a bit overpriced but it seems to be because of the location.

An absolute robbery. Walk somewhere 5 extra mins and save 50% on prices. Juice is 10 Euro, lol. 🤦‍♂️. Service was good. Staff was good, but prices were an absolute robbery. Juice was good but anywhere else it's much less. And I get the economics it's near the duomo. Maybe the city needs to set rent control or i don't understand why the prices would be so high.

…locale che si trova in posizione strategica!!…lungo il Corso Vittorio Emanuele II…e quindi!!…in pieno centro!!…proprio vicino al Duomo!!…per cui mi trovo al bar Madonnina!!…a Milano!!…mi sono fermata per fare un aperitivo e mangiare qualcosa di veloce!!…per poi proseguire la visita della città!!…complice la bella giornata di fine settembre!!…mi sono seduta a un tavolino all’aperto!!…personale indaffarato!!…tavolini tutti pieni!!…ha preso l’ordine da me al tavolo!!…una dipendente piuttosto imbronciata!!…quasi infastidita!!…lei ha detto che era solo stanchezza!!…forse troppo lavoro!!…mah!!…comunque prezzi abbastanza alti!!…si!…locale per turisti!!…questo si sa!!…siamo vicino al Duomo di Milano!!…e i prezzi lievitano!!…anche qui al bar Madonnina!!…in pieno centro a Milano!!…almeno ci fosse personale accogliente e sorridente!!…non mi farebbe nulla dare anche soldi in più!!…anzi!!…lascerei pure la mancia!!…questa è stata la mia prima esperienza al bar Madonnina!!…a Milano!!…🇮🇹🍕🍸🫤☕️😒‼️

Waiters not very friendly. But the most is : the quality and the price. It's clearly not good enough for the expensive price that it was. We ordered 4 sandwiches and 4 ice creams that were melted even before reaching our table, and it cost 131 €. Which is I think too much for the quality and service that we had. I mean, we just ordered a sandwich and an ice cream per person, the price is not acceptable even if it's a few streets away the Duomo.

Mai più al bar Madonnina. Colazione per 2 persone pagata 21€: 8€ (2 croissant dove la crema di pistacchio è appena accennata all’esterno), 9€ (2 caffè macchiati), 4€ (una bottiglietta di acqua da nemmeno 50cl). Mai visto un bar dove addirittura i caffè costano più dei croissant. Tra l’altro le brioche esposte hanno il prezzo di 1.60€, come siamo arrivati a 8€? Forse perché la colazione era servita? Ci sta, peccato che il servizio al tavolo NON si paghi per ogni singola cosa che ordini, ma UNA SOLA VOLTA per l’intero pasto. Li ho trovati molto scorretti e poco trasparenti perché, in fondo, sullo scontrino non c’era nessun riferimento a eventuale servizio al tavolo, mance o altro. MAI PIÙ. Sconsiglio!

Buongiorno. Abbiamo fatto colazione nel vostro bar qualche giorno fa. Su cibo e servizio il voto di 2 stelle è quello che abbiamo potuto giudicare. Per quanto riguarda il conto, siamo rimasti totalmente sorpresi quando ci hanno portato uno scontrino con il doppio della cifra realmente spesa. E purtroppo lo staff ci ha velocemente liquidato dicendo che non poteva fare niente. Questo atteggiamento quasi di sfida non potevamo aspettarcelo. Speriamo sia solo un evento straordinario.

Prezzi fuori di testa (nessuno mi obbliga a comprare ma non pensavo di pagare 7 euro una bibita in LATTINA), cassettina siciliana terribile, 6 euro, cioccolata calda con panna piccola 8 euro. Ripeto, nessuno mi obbliga a comprare, ma prezzi di lusso in un ambiente e un accoglienza del genere non hanno senso. Personale gentile.

Personale al banco scortese! Un aperitivo con spritz 15 euro: pizzette e stuzzichini vecchi, secchi e quindi immangiabili! Un mio amico aveva preso inizialmente un dolce al banco. Dato che poi abbiamo deciso di sederci per prendere aperitivo, abbiamo chiesto se potevamo portare al tavolino il dolce e che avremmo comunque consumato e pagato altro. Ci hanno risposto non solo sgarbatamente ma il cameriere al banco ha anche tolto il piattino del dolce al mio amico dicendogli che glielo avrebbe portato se pagavamo la differenza! Ovvio che avremmo comunque pagato la differenza prendendo aperitivo! Evitate! Vergognoso tutto!

Il barista mi prende le tazzine dai bordi dove dovrei appoggiare le labbra, con le mani che zozze è dir poco. Mi passa l'acqua prendendo il bicchiere da sopra agganciandosi tipo ragno dove io dovrei appoggiare le labbra. La tazzina del mio collega era macchiata. Chiediamo due usa e getta per travasare, ce li passa prendendoli dai bordi il mitico!! Sembrano una banda di dilettanti allo sbaraglio, agitati e rumorosi. Vorrei ricordare al propietario che nulla è eterno, e anche se sta a galla grazie ai turisti, prima o poi la barca si ferma. Oggi ha perso noi tre, domani altri, e così via....

Oggi 01 novembre 2025 esperienza pessima acquistato un caffè macchiato e una festa di torta ai frutti di bosco da 9€ arrivata al tavolo l'ho assaggiata e detto al cameriere che era congelata il cameriere va dal responsabile davanti al mio tavolo e la responsabile gli risponde vedi che e congelata dopo pochi minuti la responsabile ai tavoli mi riporta la stessa f feta con la frutta squagliata e mi dice se non va bene devo cambiare dolce veramente pessima esperienza

Delusione su tutta la linea. I camerieri chiacchieravano tra di loro con un linguaggio volgare, completamente incuranti dei clienti. Il cappuccino era impietoso. Il croissant era identico a quei croissant confezionati da discount: insapore, con quella consistenza preconfezionata. E per finire? "Dieci euro e cinquanta, grazie". Una follia totale. Da evitare assolutamente.

Una pasta alla carbonara 16 euro . Non più di due forchettate. Ridicolo. Il bagno al piano di sotto lurido e la porta del locale donne non si chiudeva ( chissà da quanto!). Invierò pec al dipartimento di prevenzione dell’asl perchè a questo punto se sono sporchi anche la cucina sarà nelle medesime condizioni.

Low quality food, shoddy service, and far too expensive for what it is. The food was bad, and the portions small. Possibly the worst meal I've had my entire trip in Italy.

I was shock, because here I had the most horrible ceasar salad in my life, there was so so much mayonnaise that it was disgusting. I asked also americano with double shot. I got double espresso and hot water and the espresso was 8€ and hot water 2,5€ and salad 16 and little bottle of still water was 4,5€ so total 31. So for the tourist they have different prices. Everything seems to be double for them. I will not recommend this place. After this salad I had to go throw up.

Do not walk in this cafe!!! Tourist trap and dishonest service!!!! I wish I saw the reviews before having breakfast there. Any price you see inside will be 3 times more when you are paying. They don't give you price breakdown because they are robbing you! We wanted to order inside and they offered us to have a seat and prices went 3 times higher without disclosing it with us. We thought we are paying 1.5€ for pastry but they charged us 4€! Coffee was 3€ but they charged us 14€ for both!!! This cafe is a tourist trap and robbed us and on top of that they are very rude!

Very dishonnest service, robbing tourists seems to be a norm... We have gotten 2 coffees (5€ each) + 2 sandwiches (price displayed inside: 6€ as seen in the photo). Total price would be 22€, right? Well, absolutely not :) Sandwiches prices almost doubled to 11€ instead of 6€. At the moment of paying, the card machine was presented very fast, not allowing me to see how much I was paying. Really dishonnest service.

Dishonest service. They double the price of the panini if you sit on their terrace and they don't tell you about it (price is displayed inside but not on the printed terrace menu). Modern tourist stealing basically. Waitress was unfriendly as well when asked about it. Stay away and keep your hard earned cash for other things Milan has to offer.

I’m their customer for long time, I came today twice and I asked the second time for cup of boiled water I surprised that the manager charged me 6€ !! The waiter didn’t tell me that he will charge me!! I am not blaming the waiter I am blaming the manager because he was bad attitude and unprofessional!! If you have a customer for more than 5 years and every time I bring my family and friends to the cafe and still you want to charge me for hot water!!! Shame on you!!

We ordered drinks, the Aperol can be served with nicer glass, caffe was bad. I cannot recommend Toilet was discussing only one toilet for all!
