Pedí un combo de $129 que trae un subway de 15cm, refresco, galleta y sabritas. Estaba rico y no se demoran, no tuve problemas por el servicio comparado a otros comentarios.

Por cuestiones laborales, llegué a las terminal de autobuses de Irapuato y aproximadamente a las 7:00 pm, me acerque a hacer mi orden, pero me dijeron que el pan que tenían era para "pedidos" y que no me podían hacer mi orden, al día siguiente, no tuve otra alternativa, tuve que ordenar para comer en el lugar, me dijeron que solo tenían pan de avena y miel e integral, a pesar de que ví que tenían ajo rostizado, que esi favorito.

I don't know if they don't want to serve or if orders pile up or whatever, but most of the time I go by they don't have service even though they're there and I see them preparing subs. It's supposed to be open 24 hours.

They don't serve you well; they serve you "as a favor," they're incredibly slow, they ignore you because they're ordering Uber, and there are easily five people in the store. They don't know how to make sandwiches; they make them poorly and reluctantly. Besides the fact that the portions are too small, the proteins (chicken, bacon, ribs, etc.) are served raw. Terrible, TERRIBLE experience.

Their products are declining in quality over the years; an Oxxo sandwich is better than a Subway sandwich these days. And their prices are like a three-course meal, but with a baguette containing terrible protein and vegetables, and to top it all off, raw sides like their fries. Me párente hoy 28 de nov 25 a subway Plaza civeles, y la saludar al joven del mostrador veo que no responde a mi saludo solo volteo a verme,,como si estuviera enojado.. considere que no escucho mi saludo, pero al momento de solicitar el alimento de mi agrado simplemente me ignoro como si nadie le hubiera hablado,, lo solicite nuevamente y paso justo lo mismo me ignoro totalmente, detrás estaba otro joven quien pensé que el era quien me atendería pero resulta que de igual manera me ignoro totalmente y solo volteo a ver aun tercer joven, con tristes al ver su reacción, solo me retire, que mal que haya jente con esa actitud y educación, no volveré acudir,, me sentí vilmente descriminado.

Son tan miserables que no pueden hacer un simple Subway bien, le ponen lo que se les da su gana.

Terrible service, the staff's attention is the worst, they make faces and serve reluctantly, and they pay more attention to chatting amongst themselves than to the customer. The young woman refused to serve me, claiming the white bread was hot and could burn me. I waited for 20 minutes and returned, asking another young man if the white bread was cold yet. Seriously, the service at this branch is terrible. They send whatever they feel like when you order through the app, they send the wrong things, they don't send the complete order. I ordered through DiDi and this time they didn't send the drink, blaming the delivery driver even though he showed me he didn't have the drink. I had to go all the way to the store and complain about my order, plus one of the guys with piercings was mocking me in the food area without a mask. I'm so disappointed with this branch.
