Rubios Coastal Grill is a great choice in the fast casual restaurant segment. The menu is simple: tacos, burritos, and quesadillas, with the usual appetizers you know and love. The chips and guacamole taste fresh, and I like that I don't have to look for jalapeños so I can share with my kids. The burritos were flavorful and the ingredients tasted fresh. They do manage to put plenty of meat in the burritos and it didn't leave us feeling like they had shorted some ingredients. Our host was friendly and did us a great service of providing some advice that saved us some money. Looking out for the customer is a rare gift and we're glad she was engaged with our order to recognize the opportunity. The restaurant is well-maintained. Our table had been cleaned just before we sat down. The salsas were fresh, and there really was no mess anywhere. As with any fast casual place, the atmosphere is not jarring and allows you to enjoy your meal at a reasonable pace. However, like all other similar restaurants, you will not stay longer that necessary.

We mobile ordered the Surf & Turf bowl and 2 Taco Plate! The cashier was very friendly and everything was prepared exactly as we requested. The salsa bar was fresh and delicious too. The store was clean inside! It was my boyfriend's first time going and he was blown away by how good it was. Will be returning much more often!

Great deals, look for offers. High quality food. The best are the nachos and less than $1 to add your favorite meat (I add chicken). For some reason this is not an option below.

Surprisingly good food. Better than you would expect from an “order at the counter” taco spot but the coastal trio tacos and the street corn bowl were really good. The ambiance was lacking as expected but the service and staff were amazingly friendly and kind.

My favorite seafood taco restaurant. The foods are great except for sometimes salty food and they omitted ordered food sometimes when I ordered for to go, but it is still good taco restaurant. They also provide good rewards and free meals like birthday gift. Recommend this for taco lovers.

Under construction right now and the service sucks. I order a kids chicken bowl and beans, my beans were frozen and I got chicken bites. And the inside was pretty dirty. Got a order of shrimp and look how small this was. Not impressed

I have been to Rubio's all over the place and when I use my rewards the QR code never works at any location I give my phone number and then it works at this location however the phone number didn't work so there was no way to get rewards. Not sure if the cashier was doing it right she kept repeating the number back to me and it was wrong. She wrote the phone number down but she kept telling me that it wouldn't work. I contacted the corporate office and they had some guest service person contact me back not a technical support person to troubleshoot the issue and the troubleshooting steps made no sense at all by asking me to turn off my VPN to get the QR code to work. That doesn't make any sense at all The person who gave me the troubleshooting steps was just guessing and after I responded via email requesting to be contacted by a technical support person I never got another response. I personally believe that it was just this location and that the person at the cash register was not entering my phone number correctly because the next day I went to another Rubio's and the phone number worked just fine.

Looks like less. I paid $45 for rice, tortilla and lettuce. Cava or El Pollo Loco will get me more protein and bang for my buck.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the experience I had during my recent visit to your restaurant. On the day I visited, I was completely ignored by one of your employees. When I entered, I greeted her politely, but she did not respond. I then attempted to ask a question, and once again, I received no answer at all. I was simply ignored. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. However, she is the only employee wearing a ponytail and glasses; she is of medium height, dark-skinned, and somewhat heavyset. I hope this description helps you identify the individual involved. Throughout the entire interaction, I felt a strong sense of indifference from this employee toward me. Even though we share the same skin color, her behavior gave me the impression that she may hold discriminatory attitudes. Whether intentional or not, the way I was treated felt disrespectful and unacceptable. It is unfortunate that such rude and unprofessional behavior comes from someone who represents your restaurant and is responsible for providing good service and maintaining a positive image for your business. I hope you will take this matter seriously and reinforce the importance of respectful and professional customer service among your staff.
