We used to have Cicis Pizza in Michigan since it closed my first time having it in years. Pizza was good & cheese sticks. The pasta was terrible… but The arcade was fun for the kids, the only thing I wish they had more vegetarian options or even halal would be nice. 11/2/2024

Pizza was good, service was good, employees were helpful and attentive. My concerns are cleanliness... The tables get wiped down but the chairs are gross, old and some torn into. My greatest concern was how grimey it was pulling the chair out and scooting it in. You could literally feel all the old sticky finger residue from patrons who've likely eaten here for a decade, if its been open that long. Also, it was strange that when I asked for lemons the employees were looking under the beverage dispenser where dry condiments are usually stored. Made me scratch my head. But I like salad and pizza and it wasn't too bad. At least not until I saw a gnat fluttering over the salad station I had just grabbed and eaten from.

I genuinely used to love it here and would come here as a kid with my family, but frankly I think it’s pretty bad now. The main reason is that old lady at the front and her attitude problem. She’s apparently the manager, but she acts more like a kid high on power. I miss the previous guy at the register who actually listened and didn’t treat the customers like crap. All she does when she is at the register is be on her phone and barely listen to people. Then when she actually gets something wrong because she didn’t listen, she practically yells and blames you as if you’re the problem. And yes, this is the same person that all the other negative reviews are talking about, so action clearly still hasn’t been taken against her. From what another post that matches her ‘trademark’ rudeness and description said, her name is likely Belinda. I won’t be coming back until she is either retrained, reprimanded harshly so she doesn’t continue acting this way, or fired.

Food is well, service is terrible, atmosphere is eh. Every employee is rude, annoying, and pokey. They look at you trying to catch you do something against this made-up rules like no drink sharing. Just straight up greed trying to prompt other customers to pay an extra drink. Manager is not good, employees aren’t either. This place had deteriorated in every aspect.

The cashier was incredibly rude with no context. We came in very happy and polite and her attitude was as if we were bothering her. She was struggling to use the cash register and took out her frustration on us and it was unprofessional. I think she was even the manager because she was the only one in a red shirt. I didn't catch her name but she is a middle aged woman, brown roots, blonde hair. We always come here and even though the customer service is never 10/10 we have never been treated rudely.

Did Cici's change management since March? We haven't been there for six months, but we used to always have a great experience. We always had a friendly greeting when we would enter. Today, the woman sat at her computer as she greeted us. Then, she came to the register to take our order, but she didn't have the "Welcome to Cici's" vibe. The salad tasted odd, the pizza and breadsticks were greasier than usual. The two cinnamon roll flavors tasted intermixed and were not edible. The brownies were ok.

Food is fine. I was bought buffet and eat there. And in the end when I wanted take 3 slices with me, they wanted to charge me for an extra 9.99. But in another branches they charge 0.75$-1$ per slice. And special pizzas very small.

I hadn't been to cicis in a while . What a disappointment. It had just opened. Pizza was cold. Saw a manager adding toppings after the pizza was cooked . I asked if I could get pizza without the grease on the crust . Do yourself a favor, SKIP IT.

Manager has the worst attitude if she don’t like her job she needs to find a new onejob. I work in the food industry and would never treat customers like they’re not worth their business.

Be Aware! they include the drinks charge without asking first. I went there to have my Lunch buffet today. When I told him that buffet for one people. The guy asked me whether I want any wings or not I said no. Then he told me the price which about $14.50 (included tax). after swapping my card I realized that I've paid extra. Because $9.99 buffet should never be $14.50. when I looked on to the receipt. I saw that guy included drinks without even asking me which is why my buffet price was much higher than it should be. When I asked him and asked for refund/deducting the drinks price he replied he can't do that. And tried to put the blame on me saying that as I didin't let him know earlier that's why he charged. When I pushed him second time that he didn't aske me then he tok the blame on himself and said sorry it was his mistake. ** this is the first time in my life in any buffet I saw that they charge for drinks without even asking ** STOP DOING THIS KIND OF TRICKS WITH CUSTOMER

I had a very disappointing experience at this location on August 1st around 3:24 PM. As soon as I walked in with my children, the cashier made an inappropriate comment about how many kids I had, then questioned their ages. While grabbing our cups, the manager accused me of not paying for two kids — even though I had paid for one as an adult and the youngest is only 2 years old. She spoke rudely and told the cashier, “Yeah, make her pay” after handing the cashier $20. I decided to leave , When I asked for a refund and her name, she scribbled it down, and when I politely asked her to write it clearly, she said, “Oh, you don’t know how to write or read?” Completely unprofessional and disrespectful — especially in front of my children. I left without eating. I won’t be returning.

Place was dirty multiple tables not cleaned up, the food out was old and very dry, they overcooked the pizzas, and the final straw was they had the sign I attached in the photos out saying the deep cheese was available for dine-in, take-out, and order. When I asked for it as dine in I was told that it's ONLY available for take out and that it's been that way for 2 months now. Which is ridiculous because if that truly is the case that sign needs to go off their window.

Been standing here for 5 min waiting on some cinnamon rolls just for them to bring them out and take them back in the oven. And it’s not even that packed. And let me tell you about the drinks no coke, no Dr Pepper, all soda water downed. And the lids don’t even fit the cups. Picked up my cup and my whole drink spilled. Payed 40$ for 3 abuts and a kid , for this…. Last time coming here. Had time to write a full review and still no cinnamon rolls. Also not to mention the dirty tables. Not one plate has been removed from the table. Horrible service and worse staff attitude. Definitely not worth my money.
