I’ve been coming to this location for over 15 years. Love the dark wood and cozy ambiance, food is very fast and delicious. Perfect place to reset during lunch hour. The girl in the bakery during the day, Lorena, is always so sweet and efficient. Loving the new menu items. I always look forward to them!

I love coming to La Madeleine, as a matter of fact I don’t miss too many days coming in for mango tea! More importantly the MacArthur location is my “cheers” and everyone (no matter how busy) takes time to recognize that I’m there. From the time I place an order or take out an order outstanding customer service is a top priority for all associates. Today, Claudia took my order and my omelette was cooked to perfection! I was in and out in a flash. I’m so glad that the customer matters to Claudia and the rest of the crew. Monday I have a business meeting and La Madeleine, and you can bet I will seal the deal over a great breakfast. The people, food (especially the avocado toast & omelets) and atmosphere make it a great place to eat. Thanks Claudia next time I’ll remember to take pics, I hope you’re not camera shy!

This is the hands down best location in DFW. The food is always fresh and hot. The service is fast and friendly. The manager Monty makes a difference in my visit and my day. If you’re thinking of going to La Madeleine, go to this one!

I got the Bacon bon bon brioche with the potato galette and it was delicious. I will definitely be back and recommend to others. The atmosphere was very nice and the service was friendly, with a French touch.

072625: it is Always so nice here! We escaped from the heat and rain to find a. Non crowded urban Oasis. I ordered the Croque Monsieur and chips, my wife ordered the Chicken Parisen and Cream Mushroom soup. Everything was served fast and , of course, tasty. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Earlier post: Celebrating Bastille Day, we came after church. We ordered the special. For me a nice Chicken Salad on croissant with Caesar salad. Man, was that tasty! Thank you for another excellent experience!

La Madeleine was a fantastic spot to kick off a day in Irving, as I took my friend who had visited from another part of the world. We had a variety of breakfast items and were extremely impressed. The food was top-notch - it was fresh, bursting with flavor, and truly evoked the essence of a French bakery. Each bite was a true delight, particularly the muffins and croissants. And, of course, no breakfast would be complete without a steaming cup of coffee. The coffee was impeccably fresh and expertly brewed, serving as the ideal pick-me-up to fully appreciate the beautiful morning. It was delightful to see numerous morning joggers enjoying their coffee, muffins, and croissants. I wholeheartedly recommend La Madeleine to anyone seeking a scrumptious and laid-back breakfast to begin their day perfectly in Irving.

The service was outstanding! Gabe made my day. I did not expect such a welcoming and hospitable experience. I was feeling very indecisive about the soups so he let me sample the ones I was interested in to help me decide. I loved their signature tomato basil soup, but decided on Gabe's recommendation - the creamy potato soup topped with bacon, cheese, and green onions. Yum. I picked the seasonal Strawberry Goat Cheese and Almond Sliver salad, but found out that it was no longer offered. Gabe made it for us anyway, which I thought was so sweet! His friendly and warm demeanor was so welcoming that my friend and I found ourselves talking about how great Gabe was and how outstanding his service was. I'd like to think we got special treatment, but as we were relishing in how amazing he was, we witnessed another customer go out of their way to tell Gabe how incredible his customer service was. We chimed in, "We agree! We were just saying the same thing!" Gabe, thank you again for making us feel so taken care of. You're a gem!

Simply delicious and wonderful service. Love their French breakfast set. Oh don’t forget to add a mimosa cocktail. Lots of parking space and tables inside. Private rooms are available if you prefer. Social distancing is in place. Very nice and friendly staff!

I ordered a mini fruit tart, chocolate tart, citron tart, a slice of chocolate cake, a brownie, a chocolate-dipped croissant, and macarons. Every item was absolutely scrumptious and tasted incredibly fresh. Each bite truly melted in my mouth. The macarons stood out for their freshness and delicate texture, while the chocolate cake was rich, moist, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. The tarts were equally delightful, with great flavor and freshness, and the chocolate-dipped croissant was a delicious indulgence. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and it was a thoroughly satisfying experience. 🍰✨

Delicious French food options. Service is good but not as friendly as several other places I visited with less promotion. It is more like a fast food adaptation with a French touch. Manager can do a better training with the staff not just telling to say bonjour!

Loved this place! The ambience was really nice cozy and welcoming. I had the avocado toast, which was fresh and flavorful. The chocolate almond croissant was absolutely delicious, and the cappuccino was spot on. Their breakfast potatoes/hash browns were a standout perfectly crispy and seasoned. Definitely planning to go again!

Food came out within 5 minutes of ordering- I don't think anything was fresh made. Terrible French toast, it was burnt on the edges and had no flavor. Scrambled eggs were watery and unpleasant. Paris hot chocolate was overly sweet and overpriced. Bacon was decent if thin cut.

I noticed that a reviewer described a negative experience at La Madeleine and gave a one-star rating related to an interaction with a manager. Shortly afterward, two new five-star reviews appeared from individuals sharing the same last name, both specifically praising that same manager. That pattern raises concerns about the authenticity of those reviews and warrants closer scrutiny. As for my own experience, it was genuinely disappointing. I am leaving this review not only to share what happened but also to ensure the company is made aware of the situation and can address it appropriately.

Placed a mobile order for a fruit tart to take with me to a dinner party more than 24 hours in advance. It was for pickup scheduled for today at 5 pm. The restaurant staff called me at at 4:47 to tell me they sold out of the fruit tart. Now I have to scramble for another dessert because I can't go in empty handed. The app said full-sized bakery items should be placed 12 hours in advance, which I gave them more than 12 hours in this case. Poorly managed which caused an inconvenience to a paying customer. Will never visit this location again.

The food here was disgusting, I do not recommend tho food to anyone. Is not like it used to be before. I order today the potato soup with a sandwich and the bread was not like the baguette bread it was just a regular sandwich bread. Overall very disappointed. Never going back. I wish I had the pic this show but I threw it away.

Visited La Madeleine on a Tuesday with my kids and had a disappointing experience. One child was energetic, and instead of handling it with understanding, the manager on duty (Ellen) spoke to us in a dismissive and unfriendly tone, saying they “can’t have kids running around and shouting” and directing us to sit outside. I understand safety concerns, but the interaction felt unnecessarily harsh. We were also charged for a cookie after my toddler touched it and the topping was damaged, and initially charged for a kids’ meal despite the Tuesday kids-eat-free promotion (only the meal was refunded after I reviewed the receipt). Families with young children may want to be aware of how situations like this are handled.

I have been ordering breakfast and lunch from here the last few weeks and my order is always missing something or they don't scrambled my eggs... I only like scrambled eggs and they never scramble them. I do not recommend that anybody order threw door dash or uber eats because they don't care if you get your full order even once you have paid for it.

Food seems overpriced, about $12 for one mediocre waffle. Service was nonexistent. You order at a counter, food is brought to you without utensils, and drinks without straws. If you’re looking for a fun brunch spot, this is not it!
