Great Jimmy John's store, these guys stay busy but they are FAST! The store has a large seating area and is popular for large orders. It's got a good vibe and a great lunch spot!

I've never eaten a bad sandwich from Jimmy Johns. This one in particular has a super fast drive thru that is open after 9am. It's right off the highway for easy access.

The slogan "freaky fast, freaky good" is freaky accurate. I walked in, said "the Italian night club" and put the money in the cashiers hand. Immediately got handed my sandwich. I got in the car and took a bite and was in heaven. Would eat at this Jimmy Johns every day if I could afford it.

Going around giving jimmy johns 5 stars because I love it so much! Anyone who complains about delivery times get over yourself and be happy you’re getting a sandwich and not a pizza because then you’d really be waiting! Remember you’re they one looking like a loser complain instead of complementing 😊

Ordered a 16" gargantuan, but got a 16" lulu. Which probably was better for me because it shaved off about 1000 calories. Must of known about my failing diet. Anyways that sando was fantastic. Great flavor. I will be back. Yes the music is a bit loud but who doesn't love to rock out while stuffing your face full of deli meat and carbs. Queen was really pumping me up to take down all 16". Love it great service and fast. 👍

BEST JIMMY JOHNS EVER. No doubt the FASTEST. and their workers exceed at getting their sandwiches out really fast!! Great food although slightly pricey!!! Also probably the biggest one I've been to before.. I couldn't help but notice that. THEY ARE INDEED THE BEST!!

Delicious sandwich, courteous young man with curly hair. Cut them some slack as it seems like he was the only one who showed up to work here. People who down vote this location aren’t ordering correctly. Order a regular number four, add cheese, onions, oregano with easy mayo. It’ll be like Christmas in your mouth. I won’t judge you if you ask your loved ones to smell your fingers afterwards. Just kidding, I’ll completely judge you. Do it anyway.

First time I stopped at this location for lunch. I was not disappointed at all. It is so hard to find a good tuna sandwich and theirs was by far the best I've had from a chain sub restaurant. No more going elsewhere for my sandwich, I'll come back for sure!

Came back for a second because my first experience was less than stellar. Bread was fresh this time, and the sammich was decent. Seemed a little light on the meat, but what was there was good. A few takeaways from my visit today: 1. If it's actually French bread, why did I get dirty looks for using my tongue? 2. Accusing them of racism by stating "Vito isn't packing much meat, what are you saying about Italian men?" Is totally uncalled for. (Vito is the Italian sub.) 3. If you follow the German sign in the men's room, it guides you to urinate across the room from a chair. If you follow this, i hope you have better aim than me, I just made a mess. 4. Loud moaning noises while slowly eating a pickle will get you dirty looks also. Overall, the atmosphere was pleasant, but the music was a bit to loud.

Its fast paced and some of the workers are new so they do make mistakes. The meat/cheese/vegetables is grown/cooked locally and it is sliced in store. The bread is baked daily. My favorite is probably the billy club on wheat. Also go ahead and get the large size soda it is only 20 cents more.

Food was good but not incredible like it usually is from Jimmy John's. I asked for peppers, onions, and extra tomatoes to be added to my tuna sandwich, and they added them but only a small amount. Also the tuna/mayo mix seemed flavorless.

This place is what Subway wishes it was. Superior quality tasting in every way. 16 inch subs $16 a piece pretty much and nice options. I'd eat here anytime if it was a sandwich day. I don't think they have non white bread option from what I could tell is my only criticism.

My only complaint about this location is they don’t use the pickup shelf for online orders. I’ve experienced this all ~5 times I’ve ordered at this location. When I arrive to get my order, I have to stand in line behind all the people ordering at the counter and then ask for mine, which is always ready and sitting behind the register. Online orders take 30 mins to fill and I have to drive to the store anyway…might as well order at the counter and get in in 2 mins.

I have eaten here frequently for lunch. The service is fast and they've never messed up my order in the store. The only time I ordered delivery they weren't very fast and forgot my drink, so I recommend dining in or carryout instead of ordering delivery.

Normally everything is good. But we ordered a BLT today from online ordering. Got it back to the office and my BLT had vinegar all over it. It was really gross. We were too busy to be able to go back and get it fixed. Check the online app to make sure we didnt accidentally click the vingar button. Nope. I was genuinely sad and disappointed and just want a normal BLT still....

I ordered a Sandwich from them it came with nothing but cheese, like… A LOT of cheese and little to no meat. I reach out to corporate about it and they said “well there’s nothing we can do” other locations don’t serve you a sandwich like that… trust me we have a few around this area. If you look at my photo any normal person can tell there’s an excessive amount of cheese! I’ll make sure that next time I go…I tip them in cheese slices.

First time here and George made my experience unpleasant. He was at the door sweeping when I walked up and I thought they were closed by the way he just stared at me thru the door. He did not greet me at all and barely moved out of the way for me to come in. I asked if they were open and he just said yeah and looked at me like an idiot. Thankfully his co worker Matthew was pleasant , and made sure I received my food. Hey George, be more like Matthew.

Placed a mobile order for pickup today. Got to the speaker and said, "I have a mobile order for" before rudely being cut off by the lady in the drive thru telling me to pull up. Then they had the nerve to ask the name on the order when I got to the window. I would have told them at the speaker if she would have shut up and not cut me off. There was nobody behind me and one person at the register. No need for you to rush people along. Also, bread was hard as a rock!! It's like they knew I was coming and made this sandwich yesterday. Should have gone to Schlotzky's. -_-

Used to work at Jimmy Johns and delays are supposed to be out 10-5 min before the time they are due. Put in a 12pm delay call the store at 12:05 guy hasn’t left even though it says he did at 11:48. Order gets here at 12:15 halfway through my lunch. If you can’t get the fast part right just don’t own a Jimmy Johns.

Don't know what was going on today at this location. I always come here because of the drive through but I sat at the drive through which seemed like 5 minutes and nothing no one was responding no answer so I drove off. With a 30 minute lunch I had to settle for a drive through that actually answers.

This is the second time this location has messed up my order. This time they did not follow the delivery instructions, and the delivery was not freaky fast. More like 30 minutes. I also asked for no ice in my drink, and not only did they put ice in my drink, it was also watered down. On a separate note, the parking lot at this location sucks. It is way to small.

I ordered through curbside pickup and waited for 15 minutes after the pickup time before having my sister head in to see what was going on. Turns out, they had the order all ready on the pickup shelf but had no plans to bring the items out to us. In addition, everything was in a box so my sister just grabbed the box and left. We later realized that they didn't fill up the drink cups. I don't understand the point of selecting curbside pickup, telling them your car model, and clicking 'I'm Here' only for them to ignore the request and have you come inside with no prior communication. Pickup took much longer than expected since we were waiting on them to not do anything. Sandwiches taste fine but they're quite stingy with the meat. I got a roast beef sandwich and there were only 2 layers of the thinnest slices. Since McAlister's is across the street and has better services and food, don't come here.

DON'T EVER... The reviews don't lie. This place, its food and service are not worth the hassle. I had to cancel my order. Delivery took basically an hour and never showed. I called twice and no one had any answers. Finally called for a refund, and that almost took just as long, with not a single APOLOGY! Factual, both gentleman, including the manager couldn't have cared any less. Jimmy John's will never get my business again.

I recently made an online order for delivery, maybe a week or so ago. The delivery took around an hour, definitely not preferable, but chalked it up to a bad or busy day. Well, I decided to order again today, but the delivery took even longer, an hour and a half, plus there were missing items. So yeah, done with this location. If an order is going to take an hour and a half, at least get it right.

This rating is based solely on the delivery drivers. Food is good, sandwich makers are always nice when we go in and if you eat inside that's good too. We live right down road from this one and the drivers can never find our place. CYPRESS WATERS. We are probably one of the biggest apartment complexes near by providing them with ALOT of business. I suggest they learn how to navigate it and not be so rude on phone when they can't find it.

At the drive thru they asked if I wanted a combo or just the sandwich. I say "Just the sandwich". Then they asked me 2 or 3 questions about their rewards program. I needed a fast drive thru sandwich which is why I went here instead of Jersey Mike's. I ordered a number 11 and got something completely different. Made an order via app, this past Saturday. Took over an hour, i cancelled it about 45 minutes into it, ordered door dash and door dash still beat jimmy johns here. Asked not to be charged. Still got charged, with the tip included. This owner must suck that he can not maintain his employees!!!!

I ordered a sandwich for delivery today and it took 77 Minutes to receive! That is not acceptable. In the past, I've always received my orders (sometimes for 5-10 sandwiches) within a half hour. This time.. over 1 hour!!! And in case you're thinking it was ordered at "rush hour", I ordered at 1:53pm and received it at 3:10pm.

Our work crew has been in a hot warehouse since 6am, so we decided to place an order for a party box to feed them after a hard day of work (with another couple of hours to go). This place is clearly understaffed or something because the woman working called us with an attitude, asking if we meant to place our order. And as I walked in to wait (not in a rush, just told her I was just going to wait for it) she began virtually scolding me about checking before we place a late order because there was allegedly barely enough bread to make the sandwiches (essentially the same message she conveyed over the phone). Would she have told us they were out if we did call first? I am very unappreciative of the lecture I received. It was very evident she is here working by herself and was unhappy she had to build a party box by herself. Management, do better. Happier workers make repeat customers. Our warehouse has ordered from here to take care of our crew multiple times before, but will most likely not continue using this location.

Staff is probably great and I’m sure their service is too, but we’ve always relied on Jimmy John’s for their delivery service. It would make it better if there was some communication on the delay, but there’s also no visibility especially when they set delivery through Uber.

Ordered a box of 12 half sandwiches. Got them to the shop and discovered none of them were marked as to what they were. After laying them all out and opening them the crew said these were the worst (shy on ingredients) they have ever had from a Jimmys. It was my first time at this location and I was disappointed.

Horrible delivery service. They advertise freaky fast delivery i worked at Frys across the street placed my order and only had 30 minutes to eat. My sandwich did not arrive until my lunch was over.

Do not order from this place. It's 0.6 miles from me and it took them 30 minutes to get the food to me. When I asked why they said it is normal for food to take 25 to 30 minutes for the food to get to you. Don't waste your time.

I've put up with this location getting my order wrong numerous times because it's so close to my job, but I cannot anymore. This location thinks it's okay to make food without COVID-19 facial protection. The employees laughed when I asked about it. I will not be returning. Very poor service all around!

Ordered delivery to the hotel I'm staying at, they forgot an item in the order so they gave me a $5 credit toward my next order. I called the next day and they wouldn't honor the $5 credit.

They gave me the wrong sandwich, I was charged for chips and pickle- didnt recieve either. Lastly they filled my drink 90% ice and a splash of powerade... to me that's terrible service. I wont be back!

I skipped breakfast because I was going to eat out for lunch. I wasn’t super hungry so I got a sandwich. The guy who handed me my change dropped some of it on the ground which was no big deal because it was only $.11 but when I left to come back to work there was no Mayo with my order. I don’t like dry sandwiches. So now I have to wait till I finish my work day to find some Mayo and eat my sandwich then.

I was dining yesterday and one of the male workers was yelling and cursing at a female worker. i cannot believe this kind of work environment is tolerated. As a customer, it was heartbreaking to see such an open display of demeaning behavior. Will be following up with Corporate as well.

I placed an online order for delivery at around 9:50 PM or so as this is my lunch time (I work nights). Then around 15 minutes later I receive a call from this restaurant saying they can't deliver the order because it was placed too late. Even though the website already took my money. Then he says the refund won't show back up on my card for 5 to 7 business days. So that's 5 to 7 business days that I'm out 12 dollars and have no sandwich. Dude was like said "sorry bruh" and hung up on me.

In this specific area, there are 5 sandwich places: Subway, McAlister's Deli, Jersey Mikes, Planet Sub, and Jimmy Johns. This is the worst of the 5. Would not come back. There were no less than 6 people working behind the counter, all the tables were dirty, and they were extremely slow making a single untoasted sandwich. Poor service, quality, and cleanliness.

Requested to have a sandwich whole instead of cut in half. The response was “our policy is to cut the sandwich in half.” Called back to speak with another employee and was told we should’ve asked immediately after the order, which is what we did in the first place. Apparently you can customize everything else, but with the wheat sandwich it’s too bad if you want it whole so the meat isn’t all bunched up in the middle.

This is so disappointing. hope I have the right store beltline and 635. second time I have been subject to employees yelling and cussing at each other. today the girl at the drive thru window yelled at another girl to give her the dsmn sandwich, gave it to me no bag or receipt or even wait to see if I had everything I ordered, more yelling and cussing at another employee then shoved the bag with chips and did not even wait until I grabbed it & dropped it. shoved another bag of chips at me and slammed the window. there were probably 4 cars in the parking lot, this is normally a very full and busy place. This issue today may be why no one was there. I will not be back to this store ever.

Stayed in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes without completing my order. The Jimmy John's experience that I'm used to will DELIVER a sandwich faster than that! I had to leave just so I wouldn't be late from my 45 min lunch!! People, Jersey Mike's is directly behind them! Don't waist your time with these folks!!

Be prepared to wait 3-5 minutes to be able to give your order at the drive thru. Apparently only one person can take orders and give it to the car in front of you. I assume it’s quicker to go inside. Just ridiculous.

I love Jimmy Johns but this location is absolutely horrible. They have actually NEVER gotten my order right, with the amount of employees there it's just sad. When I go in to order the sandwich makers get to me before I can order through the register, I tell them everything I would like and they get it wrong. I then have to reorder with the cashier but my order is ready before the receipt prints out with my actual order. The drive through is not freaky fast and I can hear the drive through attendant talking to their coworkers and not listening to the customer. Today for instance there was chatter, then I get "Hey what do you want" I had to order 3 times, they did not repeat my order to me and of course it is wrong yet again. It's really quite sad.

This is the worst Jimmy John’s location. Every time I go there was always something. I went tonight and waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes and no one answered. It says the hours are open until 9 PM. I went at 8:30 and could not get service. When I pulled around the worker was sitting at the table on their phone. Please do something about your customer service at this location.

Ordered my food on the app, the app said it was ready. I called to do curbside pickup (because of corona), and was put on hold. After 5 minutes on hold, I called again in the event they forgot and was immediately put on hold again. Called a third time and was asked to go through the drive through, sat in the drive through for 15 minutes before getting my food. Keep in mind my food was ready before I arrived at the store. After 30 minutes I got my sandwich. Deeply regret putting oil and vinegar on my sub, made the sandwich soggy after sitting for so long.

Terrible. Every single time I order from this location I have to call after 30 minutes and ask where my order is and it's always "on the way". miraculously arrives 5 minutes after I call. The reason I order from Jimmy John's is they are supposed to be "freaky fast". This location is not. My coworkers receive their sandwich in 10 minutes, mine is 30 minutes then I call and it arrives and EVERY time the order is wrong. all I ask when customizing is that my sandwich to be cut in half. It arrives NEVER cut in half. This location is terrible. I will not continue to order from Jimmy John's. It'd be one thing if it were every so often but every time I order I have to call after 30 minutes and find out where it is. Also, I order around 1/1:30 which is not a lunch rush. Noon, I could understand a delay. But I take late lunch. Get it together Belt Line JJ's.

Not sure what's going on with this location. Jimmy John's is known for its fast delivery, but I waited 50 minutes for a sandwich and I only work 5 minutes away. By my 3rd call I decided to just go ahead and cancel my order, the guy who answered didn't even have the decency to apologize. Never going to this location again!

This happen on 02/09/18. Around 6pm. I order 2 tuna sandwiches on the drive through, when i arrived to the window a young man took my payment he was wearing gloves after he took my credit card and touched the register he then proceeded to make my sandwiches without changing gloves. He then looked back to me and said please drive to the white lane, i will bring your food there. I thought that was kind of odd because no body was behind me the place was not busy. I was the only person there. He than brought me my food. I open one of the sandwiches and it looked like he just threw a scoop of tuna and lettuce. It looked so gross. I threw my food away because i was gross out that he didn't changed his gloves then looking at the condition of the sandwich. Please management remind your employees to always change their gloves after getting them contaminated with money, cards or touching the register. This was pretty disgusting experience.

This place DOES NOT hold up to the slogan "freaky fast" they are terribly SLOW! Ordered my food at 10:20 am here it is 11:30 and three phone calls later. The manager made my sandwich very sweet lady, however the sandwich has not gotten here. Offered a refund but that will take an additional 3-5 days not including the weekend.And to out the icing on the cake this establishment is only 4 mins away from my place of employment!!!!!! UNLESS YOUR PICKING UP - i WOULD NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!

Waited about 5 minutes to even be acknowledged when my daughter and I walked in. My sandwich was made wrong. They employees were yelling and talking very loudly. One of them was yelling at and making fun of other employees and swearing very loudly in front of my 4 year old daughter. Most unprofessional business I have been in. Very disappointing. Do not recommend eating here, when there are many far better restaurants in the area.

DO NOT EAT THERE!!! I ate at this location for the first time about two months ago and almost immediately got sick. I decided to give it a second chance and this time it was much worse. I spoke to the manager and he hung up on me. I called again and all he said was that there was nothing he could do. I just don't want anyone else getting sick so everyone should avoid this place until the food is fresh and hygienic practices are implemented.

One star, because i cant leave zero. I have been ordering from her for several years. They used to be super fast and accurate. Lately, orders are wrong, deliveries take over an hour, and any time I call they give excuses, such as no drivers or peak hours. I am assuming that they are under new management or something, whatever the case, they lost my business.

I always order and refer friends to this location because of the taste, quality, and prompt delivery service. Today my order arrived almost 50 mins from the time I was notified it was out for delivery! I was very disappointed with my overall experience. I requested my sandwich to be cut in half and it was not cut. The sandwich didn't taste as fresh as it normally does and the timing was awful. I understand staffing shortages, however that has nothing to with the quality. I am faithful customer that was very unpleased on today.

Have had good, fast service from this place prior. We are 1.4 miles away and usually get our food within 20-25 min. Today, at 30+ minutes the tracker did not show that the order was out for delivery so I called to make sure it was in process. The counter person said, after asking me to repeat our order number 5 times (and never finding our order that way) that it hadn't been "assigned" yet. Automatically the tracker turns to "Out for delivery." 30 min. later we still do not have food. Very pregnant co-worker is not happy. I call to cancel, and the guy who answers says "OK, I'll take care of it," with nonchalance. What does that mean? It wasn't even out yet? No confirmation that the order was canceled, and no indication of a credit to the account yet. Don't waste your time. This Jimmy John's is not freaky fast. It is super slow, and no one there seems to care.

I love Jimmy John’s but cannot stand this location. The people working there are extremely rude, the order is wrong almost every single time and the bread, which is the one thing this sandwich place has going for it, is often stale. And whatever you do, DO NOT order for delivery - you won’t see your food for hours. I don’t have any of these issues at any other Jimmy John’s location. This one is unique in its absolute awfulness. I avoid it at all costs.

I try to give management opportunities to do the right thing but after two back to back issues, there is no hope. We are 2.5 miles away and wait almost 2 hours for delivery. No calls. Nothing. Today they said “oh sorry we thought someone called. The wraps were still frozen we are making your order now”. This was an hour after receiving my order for my staff. Last order a month ago same thing but we were busy and just had to wait. Management is ruining the “freaky fast” brand. Don’t waste your time ordering delivery unless you Can wait.

Ordered a warm Chicken Bacon sandwich— and whenever prepped my sandwich decided let’s not warm it up. Cold shredded chicken and microwaveable bacon. You could tell it hadn’t even slightly been warmed up since the cheese was still cold. First and last time at this location.

Now I see why you ratings are low. I just had the worst experience in customer service of my life. The African American heavy set woman and African American slender male working the sandwich prep line are by far the worst employees in customer service I have ever in my life encountered. The rudeness that these two offer customers is outrageous. The negatively feeds off of both of them I not only witnessed them being rude to customers but also their fellow workers. I work at a place of business which serves food and if my staff ever treated anyone this way they wouldn't have jobs at my business. I'm honestly baffled and see why people prefer other sandwich shops.

Went into JJ today at approx 11:10am. Spoke with the cashier and told him I wanted a beach club sandwich with no mayo, no tomatoes and to add the oregano/basil. I told him I guess you don't have cucumbers (because the sign on the register), so I told him that was okay. He then asked me if I had a reward number, so I entered it in. He asked me again if I wanted no mayo and I said yes (and said no tomato). The (black) lady first in the line up was next to me and she threw the bread on the counter and threw the tomatoes back into the bucket like she was pissed off. She then spurt out saying "SO ALL YOU WANT IS LETTUCE, BECAUSE YOU SHOULD READ THE SIGN THAT SAYS WE HAVE NO CUCUMBER." I said "I was aware" and politely told the cashier that I was leaving. How do you have the audacity to have someone speak and act like that to any customer like that? Seriously? This place is seriously lacking customer service. The cashier guy was fine, nice actually. Won't be back, tried to give y'all a second shot after a serious delivery mess up before -- but this place has some serious issues.

The owner/management of this location seriously needs to retrain the staff. They were super rude and disrespectful. I love Jimmy John’s franchise and the staff in other stores usually are pretty nice. I ordered a promo item at the drive through microphone, the order taker confirmed about the promo price, and the cashier at the window (different than order taker) wanted to charge me regular price. When I mentioned that I ordered the promo, she stepped back a few steps and yelled some frustration out loud (because she had to redo the order), came back with a very bad attitude to retype the order, and blamed me for not mentioning promo. Very unprofessional. Even though I will still be a customer to Jimmy John’s, I will never come back to this location. Went to google to type this review, and found all recent reviews were all 1 star. No wonder. Which is a shame because it’s in such a nice and strategic location.
