While Little Caesar's is a fast food pizza chain, their hot and ready Pizza is always hot and ready believe it or not. I usually call ahead as I place an order of the Italian cheesy bread sticks with my pizza. The bread usually is ready in 10 minutes or so. If you have not had the opportunity to try the bread, please. please. please try it. It's greasy, cheesy, and has just the right amount of seasoning. Place it in the oven the following day and it's still delicious...IF you have leftovers!! Buahahaha!!

Came to pick up a Hot n Ready, saw the sign for the crazy bread combo for 2.99 and was charged 4.59 regular price. When I asked about the price the young man stated it's only for online orders only. Very misleading. No where on the sign does it say online orders only.

The service wasn't good at all. It would be a mouthful to say on here. I will say this though, tips are optional. Don't add in tipping if, you don't treat every customer the same. In the service industry, you get tips off the service provided.

Ordered my pizza online. Went to pick it up at this location. And the front guy and the manager were in the back discussing what orders to cancel to stay with the food. They came to the front to assist me and they thought I did not speak Spanish and the manager told him to let me know I had gone to the wrong location showed them my order and their address they stated they didn’t have my order saw they had an order on the side asked them to check they said it was not mine asked again and magically it was mine. Please be careful going here as they are not honest. And to the people that got there ordered cancel your food was there they were just deciding who was going to take what. Don’t assume people don’t speak a language.

David Scrivano, CEO Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc. 2211 Woodward Avenue Detroit, MI 48201 Dear Mr. Scrivano, I am writing to you directly because of an alarming and unacceptable incident that occurred on October 10, 2025 involving two Little Caesars locations in Texas: 1630 E Lamar Blvd, Arlington, TX 76011 (where Emmanuel is employed) 1503 N Story Rd, Ste 110, Irving, TX 75061 (the Story Road location) Incident Summary I placed an online order with Little Caesars at 5:28 p.m. CST. When my order time kept changing, I called the Lamar Blvd Arlington location at 6:00 p.m. CST. A polite young woman explained that my order had been stolen by DoorDash drivers and instructed me to call DoorDash. What followed was an appalling display of indifference and hostility from both companies. DoorDash admitted the order was stolen but told me my refund would take 10–12 business days. I explained that this was my last $30 and that my children were hungry. Nevertheless, their manager “Maria” was dismissive, rude, and hung up on me. When I called Little Caesars again, I spoke with Emmanuel at the Lamar Blvd Arlington store. His response was equally shocking. He repeatedly told me he did not care that my children were without food, argued with me at length, and gave me a false telephone number when I asked for contact information for his regional manager. Later that evening, I called the Story Road Irving store (1503 N Story Rd, Ste 110, Irving, TX 75061). The assistant manager on duty around 7:30 p.m. CST was even more disrespectful. He refused to give his name, raised his voice, and treated me with open hostility. Broader Context This is the third time I have had an order stolen when using Little Caesars with DoorDash. However, the disrespect, dishonesty, and outright lack of care shown by managers Emmanuel and the unnamed Irving assistant manager are far more egregious than mere service failures. Requested Action I request the following immediate steps: 1. A full investigation into the conduct of Emmanuel at the Lamar Blvd Arlington store and the assistant manager at the Story Road Irving store (1503 N Story Rd, Ste 110). 2. Termination of these individuals for their unprofessional, hostile, and dishonest behavior toward customers. 3. Written confirmation from your executive office detailing the corrective measures you will implement to prevent future occurrences. Conclusion No family should undergo the theft of their food, have their money withheld, and then endure rudeness and lies from store managers. The behavior of these individuals is a disgrace to Little Caesars and demands decisive executive action. I expect a prompt written response from your office. Sincerely, Tracy

Everything about this location sucked, I ordered an extra most large sausage extra cheese, got a dried out stale pizza no where near what I ordered, won't be back here again, trusted in them to prepare what I ordered and paid for, threw it away so disappointed! TRASH!

Pizza was good, it did look a little weird in the box as if it were messed around with. But I don’t know how to contact cooperative but the pizza gave me and my family food poisoning.We always get it and it’s always okay this is the first time this happens.

This location no longer offers the 3 and 5 meat treat pizzas. They dropped them to add a new kind of crust for their pizzas. I like pepperoni and cheese pizzas don't get me wrong...but there is very little variety now. I am not a big fan of pizza hut but I guess I will be going there for my pizza at least they offer more variety.

I would love to tell you if the food here was good, but there was nothing Hot n Ready to eat. We went on at 7 pm and we were told we would need to wait for 20 minutes before anything would be done. The front of the store was very dirty and unkept and the one and only employee we saw at the front was either high or needed a nap. It was Friday night so who knows. We didn't have time to wait 20 minutes so we left.

I made an online order of 10 pizzas a day before my event knowing full well it was going to be crazy due to school Christmas parties. I had a friend pick it up, and when they arrived the employee said there was no order whatsoever. I tried calling the location and kept getting transferred elsewhere without an answer. After many, many calls I was finally able to talk to someone helpful. They couldn’t find my order even after they saw my order receipt, all I was told is they could start the order right then. I refused, as the time for my event where I needed the pizza ended. Now I need to go in person to get a refund. Will never order from here again. Very unhelpful and careless!

This location is only used as last resort. The female that works the front is most always on her phone and will continue what she is doing before acknowledging a customer. Don’t expect any hot and ready pizzas. I try using the vault or calling in ahead to avoid the one hour wait for a hot and ready and STILL I am left waiting for the most basic pepperoni pizza. I hate to post such a negative review, but if you’re on a time crunch do not come to this location. Also, there is no such thing as a pineapple Pepsi at this location. Save your money and time. Unfortunately customer service does not exist in this establishment.

This place is the worst. I waited for an hour for this . The manager has the worst attitude and cant even run this place. My pizza was not even cooked ! The cheese was still hard and there was so much sauce on it where the cheese was just falling off . The dough wasn't even cooked right it was still white!
