Great customer service, The employees there were really helpful and quick building my sandwich. They have different sauces I chose the scorpion and man that was some heat I love heat 🔥 smoke house Cheever brisket is my favorite I add everything on it lettuce, cucumbers, onions 👍

First time here but not my last. The interior is really cool with of course a firehouse theme. I had the bbq brisket sandwich and it was awesome. I also donated to the firehouse cause and received a really cool pickle bucket

I really like there sandwiches, they taste so good, I usually order the turkey bacon ranch or the club sub. I've tried many of there other subs and they are delicious also. Great place to come eat. My dad loves it to. They also do a thing where if you bring a case of water they will give you a medium sub for free.

Horrible and bad attitudes. We stood there for almost 20 minutes, had to keep repeating our order over and over. SOGGY! & they tell you to go to FirehouseListens.com and it’s just scam websites. Stay away!

Ordered thru Uber Eats and I called the store to make a complaint about the food being cold when it was delivered. They said it was the Delivery Driver's fault that it's cold. The order was picked up at 6:04 pm and delivered by 6:14 pm. The bag should have retained the heat for 10 mins. The person i talked to on the phone was not trying to make things right and had a poor attitude.

Walked in at 835 made whole order than was told I couldn't pay with cash because they close in 10 mins but they close at 9pm that sounds more than 10 mins to me worse service ever

The service here was so bad. The blonde girl and the guy with the colored hair were so dismissive and disrespectful. I felt like a burden to them and the environment while waiting for my order was so tense. They have absolutely no Customer service and I did not feel welcomed. I won’t be going back to this location. It wasn’t like it was busy. I was the only customer inside

This place made my sandwich so wrong I went back and the girl working the register was so rude telling me I ordered wrong I usually have good experiences at Firehouse but the Irving location stay away bad service and the food was not good really look at the pic this is not a New Yorker

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered a hook and ladder and they put no meat on the sandwich. I make it home 20mins later called them and tell them the error and the guy who was on the register and rung me up laughed and did nothing to correct the issue. I will NEVER recommend this location. How do you forget meat on a sandwich that was 15 dollars and time wasted.

Extreme lack of quality control. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's not. 3 slices of meat for a 9 dollar sub. EDIT: To answer vendor question: I brought my sub up to the counter and told them about the meat issue. When I asked if they card to remake it, they said they could but it would have the same amount of meat because they slice it in advance (who knows how far...). I have not been back since (nor do I plan to return for a while), so I can't comment on if the problem has been corrected.
