Had just come out of a doctor's appointment, not feeling all that great, and the drive thru crew was very efficient, polite, and friendly. I was in and out of there really quickly. My nuggets were great and the coffee was really good.

I come to this Wendy's once or twice a week Raquel and the other employees are very very polite I usually order a number two double large plain meat and cheese burger and buns are always fresh and those new fries are awesome and the soda machine works perfectly as other burger or other facilities not Wendy's that is McDonald's they're soda machine is always messed up taste flat or wrong flavor mixed up on hoses I guess. I love Wendy's always come back and I feel the burgers are better than In Out burgers.

I have honestly never really are Wendy's but I came to this area and as it was an option I was comfortable with I was surprised beyond my expectations. The meat from the burgers was so big and juicy and you could taste the effort and I absolutely loved it! The fries are delicious with the burgers and the forsties never fail me they are absolutely delicious! I can't wait to come back!

i've visited this location a couple times in the past few weeks and it's been great. the lobby is always clean and stocked. the food comes out fairly quickly and they haven't gotten my order wrong. the team is pretty nice and they have a lot of parking available.

Wendy's is definitely kids sized now lol. Wasn't quick this time but at least it was good

When did Wendy’s stop having a six piece meal? The lady told me they only have 10 piece which doesn’t make sense everyone’s I’ve been to for my kid always have a six piece except for this one so yeah my daughter is very disappointed right now so I guess we go eat somewhere else even though Wendy’s is her favorite spot

Food was blah, potatoes over cooked and dry. Soda machine was out of almost everything. Dining room was clean.

This week on 9-26-23 ordered a Daves single cheese they removed a patty and made it a single with the old cheese on the old bun...... Where is the health dept when you need them. Last week 8-18-22, I ordered at the drive thru a Dave's double meal and ate my meal on their parking lot. I love Wendy's but why do they always have to microwave the patties? The burger was burning hot, cheese was see through cause that's how microwave hot it was. I don't get it why can't these burger places cook the meat when you order. Cooking it fresh makes a big difference just ask Baker's Burger in Upland/Ontario.......

I rarely have bad reviews but I have to share the bad as well... I'll never visit this Wendy's again. My issue was I wasn't allowed to use mobile pay, and Wendy's app and website states Mobile pay accepted. I use Samsung Pay on a Galaxy Note 9 for 3+ years so I know where my phone works and doesn't work. I pulled into this Wendy's at approximately 10 pm, after having a nice evening with my family. I ordered about $20 dollars worth food. Get to the window, have my rewards scanned because I dine at Wendy's few times a month, I could tell by cashier reaction he didn't want to scan my phone, I told him I was gonna pay with my phone, he tells/ask if its apple pay, I said "no it's samsung pay", he then says "we don't take samsung pay", now the old saying if I had a dollar for everytime I heard that I would be rich, but back to my bad service here, I told him "my phone works at most locations I'm told it doesn't", because of research of technology hardware in my specific phone, so I ask "if I could just try to see if it goes through", if it hadn't then I would know it doesn't work at that Wendy's location, and I would have paid with my physical card, so he tells me "no it doesn't work with samsung", I said again "let me try", he basically refused to let me see for myself where I can pay with my mobile phone at. I asked what his name was, he said "Matthew", I pulled off without my meal very upset after having a great day at work and fun evening with my family. I could have and wanted to invested my $20 in Carl's Jr. next door after this whole ordeal, but my family was set on getting Wendy's. I drove to another Wendy's in Baldwin Park, off 10 fwy and service was excellent 👌. I ordered food for family, was greeted with smiles, allowed to use my phone to pay, without no snap back of unhappy cashier. When I used my phone to pay, the cashier was shocked, she said "most people's phones don't work", I said "yeah I hear that alot but my phone is in a class of its own", she just laughed and gave me my meals and we went home and ended the night in a better mood. I recommend Carl's Jr, Farmer Boys, even McDonald's all right there for better service if thats what you expect. I want quality food, but if the customer service interaction is bad, then it's safe to say the service will be reflected in how the food is prepared. If your mouth is set for Wendy's go to Baldwin Park location off 10 fwy in my opinion or just make sure Matthew isn't there, hopefully he gave his correct name, he didn't show me his name plate. To Wendy's corporation, if your cashier terminals aren't updated to allow more phones to use this feature then remove the false advertising because i wasted 10 mins of my time, wasted gas and getting upset because of misleading information.

I usually enjoy breakfast at this location, but apparently the hours have changed, and it now opens later... Instead of putting up a sign or any notification for this change. When we pulled up to the window, the girl was so rude. Made an excuse that it's her first day back, spoke as the whole world knew of the change in hours, and we were the idiots. Then, she slammed the drive-thru window. Great customer service. It's sad cause they are usually incredible there, and my last time will be remembered like that. I guess all breakups can't be clean.

Don't ever order food from the app ahead of time. I placed an order several hours before I was going to pick it up. When I went to pick it up. The food was probably sitting there for hours, got home and the food was not fresh at all, barely warm. Even the buns from the cheeseburgers were hard and dry. Chicken nuggets were dry. Mind you it was a large order. I paid about $98.00 I have not gone back. One of the shift managers handed me the order. I think that was the worst part. The only reason I didn't go back it's because that day my kids and I had a very stressful day and everyone was very tired and hungry. Will never go back there again.

This location routinely puts DoorDash orders into the smallest bag possible, even if it means squeezing The food items into it and sealing the bag in such a way that the top of the bag tears. Please try not to order food from this location if they cannot bag your order properly and they cannot hand it to the dasher without telling them to just grab it from the bottom through the drive-thru window. It needs to be bagged properly without any undue ridiculousness from the worker.

1. Doesn’t accept Apple Pay. The only Wendy’s I’ve been to that doesn’t accept apply pay. 2. Went at 11:30am on 9/28/22, whoever the Girl was that is taking orders through drive thru was RUDE. moment I pulled into the drive thru she had attitude. Moment I went to pay she had attitude. With her boss or whatever next to her. Give the girl a lesson and to have better customer service. She seemed very unhappy working here, don’t like it ? Get a better job girl.

Negative 1 should be applied here!! Took literally a good 18 minutes to get our food after we went through the drive through and was told to go park and wait for our food. We got absolutely no apology from the manager or wasn't compensated for the horrible service we were given...never going here again!! Such a shame.
