The mochi was really good! I got the taro tapioca bubble tea. The drink was cold and delicious andthe brown sugar boba was warm and freshly made. The people were friendly, it was a really nice experience 👍

OMG I loved this place the tea was delicious and the atmosphere was awesome. I ordered coconut mango milk without jelly and with boba. It was awesome. The milk coconut and mango all were there withoit being too sweet nor too sour. Also there was a great little sitting area and it was fun to be there. Us the cup was solid and I was able to go home and wash it to reuse it as my one cup. 🙂🙂

Their other drinks are good though, but some can be a little too milky for my taste. The atmosphere is cozy, but often times there are not enough seats for everyone, and you usually just have to be lucky. If you’re looking for a quick grab and go, this is the place as you can be in and out within a minute.

Just across a gorgeous from the Cornell campus, Utea has a shockingly diverse selection of sweet Asian beverages. Although I've had Boba before, Utea was the first place I encountered many of their more foreign menu items. If you're in the mood for a sweet drink, exotic (by American standards) flavors, and a relaxing vibe, then Utea is for you. If you happen to be a Boba connoisseur, you may be a tad bit disappointed.

Ordered a milk tea with bubbles and it was good, but too sweet, so lower the sugar levels if you can. The tea aroma could be a bit stronger.

A good place to sit and relax with your friends (if you are lucky enough to secure a table). But personally I find the tea's taste below average. Not aromatic like many other bubble teas I have had in my life.

Pretty mid bubble tea- bubbles are hard and small, drinks are watery, and it’s pretty pricey. Service is generally not that good either. Only nice thing is that it’s a great place to hang out and play some board games. It also has more convenient hours than KFT.

The drink is good, but the male cashier I met today was not friendly. After I ordered the tea, he just rushed to prepare the tea and ignored my requirement about it. And it turned out that he didn’t listen to my requirements carefully and gave me a wrong one.

2/3 drinks we purchased were excellent. The 3rd was a cup of milk with a little brown sugar. The rap they were playing was not edited, and the lyrics were vulgar and cringey. Don't bring small kids. Unless you want them to learn new words.

Customer service was eh. My mongo milk tea was chunky I couldn't drink the beverage. It was basically a mango with some sweet substance. Wouldn't recommend. Wouldn't go back.
