Great service very super clean
Best subway I have ever been to. I used to eat at a different subway 1.5 years ago but changed after eating at the location 9708 Lower Azusa Rd, El Monte, CA 91731. Nadia and Rosa have the best customer service and attitude when dealing with customers that make them feel at home. For instance Nadia recommended that I try their new watermelon drink as it tastes really good but not too sweet. It complimented my Sweet Onion Teriyaki sandwich really well! THIS IS THE ONLY SUBWAY THAT I HAVE FELT THE EMPLOYEES REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. While sitting at a table and eating I have seen both Rosa and Nadia treat other customers really well.

The lady that works there or is possibly the owner is always kind and asks me how I am. They never scrimp on anything and the bread and cookies have never been hard or stale.

Went to buy $7 melt. Cashier was given a $20. She gave me $7 back. Then the machine "mysteriously" didn't give receipts. This was 10 minutes ago. One mistake is one thing, no receipt is suspicious. Sandwich was good though. Had to correct her to get my correct change.

Employee just eants to flirt with the customers for 40mins. Instead of getting help from the other employees. Dont recommend it to anybody, easte of your money.

Wow! What a tiny sub with the smallest portions. No fresh greens! Don’t come here you will be disappointed. I tried them twice in six months. These people are making Subway look terrible! I do not recommend. You will regret it.
Bought $25 subway gift card promotion over a month ago where you get a free sub. Catch is the coupon says not valid until 7/1-8/31. So I waited til coupon was valid. When I went to redeem today these ladies tell me it was only a free sub when I purchased. I showed them the display which says the same thing as the coupon I have and they still refused. I've purchased subs here many times and they have lost a customer. Update: went to the subway 5 minutes away on Rosemead Blvd and they didn't question the coupon at all and had me scan the code. I will not return to this location again, one poorly run store loses a customer of many years and another very friendly store gains a new customer. Life is great that way.

They would not honor thier own gift card with $18 available credit. Didn't offer a solution. So I went elsewhere. I will never return here ever again.
Horrible service!. I just asked for everything separately. All I get is meatballs & cheese. But I don't want it soggy. So they argue with you. Even though on the app it allows special instructions. And I guess for a $15 sandwich they can't spare a paper soup cup!. I don't believe this is why subways are usually failing financially! Especially this one!.
I went there to get the sandwich special they are offering, but I am a vegetarian, so I ask they they not put the meat on the sandwich. They can put it in the side or just keep it. They refused to give me the special unless I put the meat on the sandwich . I told them that makes no sense because it's the same sandwich but without the meat. Very disappointed they were not willing not to put the meat. It would even save them some money.

Order the Philly steak sandwich and it was terrible. No steak. Hardly any type of meat if any.??! , most stingy portions ever! Never again! Their spinach was bitter and just not worth $14.
Terrible customer service. The lady never wants to make the sub my way and when I order through the app they never give more like it says. I only come here because it’s close to work, but the employee that helped me is terrible.
I go to a lot of Subways and this was the worst experience I have ever had. The 9 grain wheat bread was hard you could tell it wasn't fresh and veggies where ok. I asked for Mayo and the garlic oil and the girl that was making my sandwich wouldn't put enough the first time so I asked for more and she gave me just a few drops more. The worst chicken rotisserie sandwich i ever had. I had to throw away the bread and ate the veggies and meat it was so dry. I told a different girl how bad it was and she didn't care and didnt do anything about it.The whole restaurant was very dirty. Never again! 😝
Terrible, expensive they never put enough of anything on the sandwich and charge you when you ask for more of something, you want a real sandwhich go to jersey mikes or better yet go to Rose Donuts and Sandwhiches on Rosemead blvd in temple city by little Ceasers
This store doesn't honor coupons put out by the corporate mailers. Per the employees there the prices can be changed at anytime before the coupon expires. False advertising@!!!@
They do not pay attention I just left that subway I asked for a meetball and they were giving me one of tuna The avocados are not served all hard i did not really like
It says they open at 9am and nope. They open at ten. Can you update your hours at the entrance and google?
