Brooklyn was AMAZING!! Everything was Great except for your pricing on your menus. I can’t believe it’s $20 plus for a fajita taco salad. I think we are gonna have to part ways with the cost rise here. Then the fact you don’t take AMERICAN express. That’s not even American. I am guessing it’s off to Rancho Grande next time. We travel to Alabama, Georgia and Shreveport and will admit, we always like to stop at the Jalapeno Tree for lunch. We stopped at in Henderson, Tx but our 2nd stop, coming back, our stop was in Jacksonville, Tx, Monday, Aug 4 for lunch. Will admit, the Jacksonville location is my favorite place of the two. The manager was nice enough to stop at our table, to check out 'how we were doing'. Admitted to her our dining experience. I wish Jalapeno Tree restaurants would open closer to home in Taylor, TX or nearby in Hutto, Tx and/or Austin, Tx to give other mexican restaurants a run for their money. Truly enjoy Jalapeno Tree for their fantastic food, service and love the atmosphere. I highly recommend this location in Jacksonville, Tx.

This is the 2nd one I've been to in TX & this one was fantastic! The food was exactly as ordered and our waitress was so nice. The apple dessert was delicious 🥧 One of my favorite things is the free soft serve they have available as dessert 🍦

Excellent Tex-Mex! My friends and I visited The Jalapeño Tree while we were spending a weekend in Jacksonville. Our server, Matilyn, was amazing, sweet, and friendly. Our food was delicious and we especially enjoyed the green salsa. We highly recommend this restaurant.

We had the best of times with our friend whom we hadn't seen in 5 years! I'm so glad we choose this restaurant. The food was good and our waitress (heading off to the Navy soon) was wonderful. If you want some good Mexican food I recommend the Jalapeno Tree.

Busy restaurant, especially at night for dinner. Family friendly w free ice cream machine (swirl and vanilla) with cones. Great bar and margaritas. Wide variety in menu selection.

Please follow us on Facebook and Instagram at SNDTravels Having my first lunch at a Jalapeno Tree restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed by all of us. The chips are nice and thin and the avocado and red sauces were both good. We had cheese enchiladas, beef enchiladas, fajita nachos, chicken fajitas, beef and chicken soft tacos, rice and beans and finally guacamole. Between the 5 of us we covered it all. The tortillas were very fresh and soft, both the chicken and steak fajitas were tender and with a good grill flavor, the ground beef taco meat was seasoned well but not greasy and while I always have the chicken tacos done with grilled chicken instead of the shredded in red sauce chicken I forgot to make the change. I actually enjoyed the shredded chicken. The enchiladas were tender and they have a good chili con carne sauce for the cheese and queso for the beef. Overall we were all happy and no complaints. They also offer free ice cream cones at the end. Two thumbs up. Recommended!👍👍

The service was excellent we actually received a stale cheese puff and when we let our waiter know the manager came over and bent over backwards to insure that we were happy she offered any menu item that we wanted to replace it. I jokingly said I’ll have the shrimp which was a lot more expensive than the item that we were trying to replace and she actually said no problem. I didn’t accept it but she was willing to give it to me just to make me happy. She ended up replacing the cheese puff and it was great. I highly recommend this restaurant for Tex Mex in the Jacksonville, Texas area. The food was great the service was great and the atmosphere was great. We will definitely return soon.

Came to Jacksonville Tx for a ghost hunting trip and decided to try out new spots to eat. Service was okay, food was good but my sister paid 20 bucks for her fajitas and it was so small, they forgot the chicken in my salad. But other than that it was nice to eat.

Wonderful food and service, really outstanding in every way. Our server was Dorothy who was funny, helpful, and worked non-stopped. The food was delicious (except for the "Taco Puff") and served fast. But... why would anyone put squeeze Parkay in their salsa? What the...?

Chips and salsa are fantastic , food was average. Service not the best as there were hardly anyone there when we ate so not sure what was up with that. I would stop again

Food was ok but the place was so cold inside the building my food got so cold really fast. Had to cover our legs with jackets bc of the cold.

This restaurant charges 4.99 to add a spoon of queso to an enchilada. I am livid that I was not told about the uncharted. I would have declined. Bypass this one and go to the one in Palestine. Where you aren't charged a ridiculous price for something so minute.
