I was in town for the night and called around to a few places all others was short and less then friendly...Aubry(sp) was so kind and helpful and Matt delivered was equally kind...the pizza was hot and fresh and the deep dish style crust was spot on just as suggested...I will get food here again!! The price was gthe quality. quality.

I had them years ago and wasn't impressed so I gave them another try. Friendly guy on the phone to take our order. Delivery was extremely fast and friendly. Pizza was good wings were amazing. Decent prices. We'll get them again in a heartbeat. Very good.

One of my favorite places to get pizza and wings. It gets a 3 star rating because you can ONLY call to order - and when you do, they literally put you on hold for 10 minutes before someone takes your order. They are notorious for that. Other than that, their food has always been delicious. It would be great if they could have an “order online” option.

Ordered a sub, took an hour, asked delivery guy if busy, he said no, but was polite , opened sub up,wrapper and sub were soggy, drenched with oil. Called owner, he was rude I asked why an hour wait and that sub was disgusting He argued about the time and said what do you expect to be 1st? Wow ok. I'm not ordering again.

Google menu said $15 for a medium and 10 wings, real price is $25. The people there are aware of this issue and said the prices were "18 years old". Seems intentional to me. Look up the prices yourself or better yet just order from somewhere else. Pizza was midling, lemon pepper wings were excelent, cashier (manager?) was a jerk.

Looked up specials on their website. Ordered two large pizzas and 20 wings at $39.99. when I went to go pick it up they told me it was $70 and they told me I had 30 wings corrected them and they said okay. So new total $60 ... Again questioned that price because the website I went to stated $39.99 but apparently there are two websites and because I didn't go to the official one, the price was $60 ...because we went on the wrong website. Well why do you have two websites? Very disappointed. They're lucky I paid for what I got because I should have walked out...get rid of the un official web site or honor the price!

Will never order from here again. Honest John’s all the way. Use to order here all the time and going downhill fast. It’s a shame and not sure how they still in business. Was told 30 minute for delivery and turns into hour and half. Call to check on food and on hold for 15 minutes. Just really sad to see a business decline like this after being good for so many years

It's very disappointing how this business has declined. I used to order frequently until the last year. Today, It's noon. I try to order two Grandwiches and a Sub and was told that the sub stations weren't up today... Half the menu is SANDWICHES!! Granwiches are what there known for.. I don't get it. It's a shame

I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered food and was told 30-35 minutes for delivery. I called after an hour and was told it was on its way. I called again 20 minutes later and was told it’s still on its way. I called back after almost 2 hours and listened to the delivery driver SCREAM in the background that they were here and knocked on the door. They didn’t go to the back door like I told the person I spoke with twice and apparently took my phone number incorrectly as well. All of the staff was just yelling at each other in the background while my card was being refunded and then I was told the “boss man” helped the guy on the phone out and the card is all refunded. So I requested to speak with him and told him how unprofessional and unsatisfactory the whole experience was and he scoffed said he was sorry, told me to have a good night and hung up on me. How sad! I’ll stick with Lena’s!
