Went late night and was the hottest and freshest fast food drive through we got in years! The night crew was on top of things!!

Fries were excellent. Not too much salt so I didn't have to cover them with ketchup. Service was excellent.

They do a great job! The mgr took our order last time and she's a valuable asset to their team. As a business owner myself, I'd hire her in a heartbeat! If you go during midday, the drive thru line down the road is an indication of good things here. And I see all team members wearing masks, and properly, so far.

God how can I even describe it, the food immaculate, the customer service to die for! I would 10/10 recommend this place to everyone i know :). I wish every Wendy’s was like this one. There’s this one girl that is super nice and I love going on her shift! She is poggers.

Stopped for lunch. The dining area was clean, tables had decorations, background music was pleasant and soft, not blaring. Service was quick and cordial. Hot food hot. I really can't think of anything better. Kudos!!!

Staff was lack luster in cleaning up dining area but food was to be expected.

It was a good experience the facility was clean, it didn't take long for them to take my order, and the food came out fast and tasted fairly well for fast food.

Quick stop to get a bite to eat with my kiddos and was not disappointed. Quick pace drive thru at 1pm time frame. Hot and fresh food. Lovely friendly drive thru staff. It was a Saturday also so you know they were busy but they were really on top of things.

I go during my lunch breaks on occasion and this location is always on top of speed and quality. The food is never overly greasy, and is put together well and quickly. I'm always impressed with how quickly they can get me through the line at this time because I have such a small, limited lunch break. I look forward to coming back every time.

We don't consider Wendy's as fast food because the food is so good. We usually get chicken sandwiches that we ask to have made fresh, which they do willingly. The fries are delicious and never soggy. The salads are all crisp and tasty. Their chili reminds me of homemade and we often take some home and freeze it to eat at a later date. The Frosty completes the meal or is a meal in itself. The staff is pretty friendly, too.

Can't Beat the fresh never frozen deal just be sure to remember it's a bit pricey but overall it's pretty good.

Wendy's Spicy Chicken is the best chicken sandwich. No other spicy chicken even compares.

It was okay, food was a little on the cold side, bacon wasn't crispy enough on my bacon cheeseburger but the service was fast, efficient and friendly.

Everything is made pretty quickly and so far the excellent service and fresh food makes you feel at home...cozy and comfortable :)

Food was good. Fries were warm. Courteous counter staff. Dinning room table and surrounding area was clean. Good atmosphere for children. 4 for $4 meal was great.

Its easy to get in & out of, has plenty of parking, service is fast & friendly. Ample seating, clean, & as the day progresses they Don't just add water to their chili . Generally good food all round...

In terms of wendys quality I have never had any issue with this location, nice accommodating employees, and quick service.

I never know what to say about these fast foot joints. It's close to falconer NY so it's in a safe area. They serve frostys right up until closing while the McDonald's a block away seems to always have there ice cream machine off. They were staffed the last time I went there which was around 9 .while the McDonald's again ablock away has literally one person working at that time. I mean at the end of the day it is what it is so if it isn't what it is then why go ? Fast easy cheep.... well fast food isn't cheap any more but ... you know. And oh yeah if you can't get ice cream with you fast food then for get about it. Anyways I hope that helps you pic of your in that area and reading a 200 word review on Wendy's 😁

One of the better Wendy's locations for sure. I had one mix up with an order and they were really awesome about fixing it right away. The burgers are always fresh and hot too. I would give 5 stars but the fries have varied in quality a few times.

Upon entering at 8:58 the cashier rudely says we are closed. I was still allowed to place an order because her supervisor told her she could clock out and she would help us but I sure hope she got talked to about how to treat customers in a much more professional and kind tone. The food was bomb and the supervisor was kind and funny!

Went through the drive-thru during normal business hours and was greeted with a sorry were close currently. Multiple employees standing in the store looking at me while I drove out of the parking lot.8:41 pm

Everybody knows Wendy's is Wendy's. It has some ok burgers dont really like there fries, But there the home of the frosty wich is delicious everywhere.. This particular Wendy's was ok, service is usually pretty quick. But it's a hit or miss, the food is fresh usually, but it's a 40/60 chance they will either mess your order up or get it correct.

I personally didn't like the bun for my cheese burger. The bun was firm& shiny! PLUS IT WAS MORE EXPENSIVE!!! OUR BILL WAS $38!!!! 2 CB, 2 SM CB, 3 SM FRIES & 3 FROSTIES (1SM. 1 MED & 1 LG)

I've always enjoyed Wendy's because the food has always tasted better in comparison to other fast food chains. The food came in a timely manner so not really much to say here

Fast food is not good to me at all, anymore. But I was in a hurry. My fries were not fresh. So expensive. If I had more time, I would've spent the same amount on a good meal. But in a time crunch, it'll do.

It was way too long for orders they didn't have no workers they got a couple of our orders mixed up I would what are hired more workers for in there like that was supposed to be tonight 3 hours for I order no the price for cold chicken nuggets or cold

The restaurant seemed to have been closed because it was very dark. But being that the website said they were open until 1am, we decided to at least try. But, I think we would have been better off just going elsewhere. The drive thru staff was rude and extremely unprofessional. They had forgotten a few of our items, so we had to re-enter the drive-thru to advise them that we were missing items, they became a bit testy and slammed the drive thru window in our faces. They then sarcastically advised us to check the bag that they had JUST given us with the missing items, and "make sure nothing else was missing". When I apologized and told her "No ma'am. Thank you", she again slammed the drive thru window in our faces and quickly walked away.

Cashier tried to charge me for fries burger and a coffee $25 and change. Asked if that was the value meal price, heard a big sigh and was asked to pull to the window.... And when are fake nails okay when working in the food industry.

I ordered a single with cheese, pickles and mayo, a small fry and a small Coke. They tried to charge me separately for each item which was over $9. When I questioned it I was told that's what the company wants us to do. They did end up giving me a combo meal price because I said I wasn't going to pay that and they could keep the food. I don't know if it was because I changed what they normally would have put on a single or not. I was not happy and I was very surprised. Wendy's has always been a good place but not if they're trying to rip us off now.

The cashier who took our order yesterday looked angry. The slip with our order was not ours. However, the order was correct. The fries were cold.

I did a mobile order and got in the drive thru line. 5 cars were a head of me and the line wasn't moving so I called the store and said I had a mobile order and gave them my name. The young lady who answered told me to come in. I get inside and have to wait in line and my order wasn't even started yet when I finally got up to the counter!!! It would have been quicker to stay in the drivethru line. I could not believe how long my order took! Why do you even offer mobile ordering? Can you please train your employees on how to handle them? Or get info posted on the app if you don't intend to start them right away so consumers can buy food somewhere else!? I don't plan to return to this store!

There is ketchup than there is Heinz ketchup! Why is it most places have gone to a cheap nasty cheap version? The chili, well most of the beans were hard and not fully cooked. Do they ever taste what they put out or does this generation not know what good quality food taste like?

French fries were luke warm and soggy chicken nuggets were overcooked and dry and not very warm double cheeseburger was pretty good

Went in here at about 11 pm and all the lights were off and the only car was hidden behind the building So I went around and saw 2 employees that looked like they were closing the place and asked if they were open and he gets boligerent with me yells WHAT then the female who looked like a manager approached my car almost whispering and wants me to repeat myself then just starts using baby words to respond. Then she smacked her inner thigh after she starts annoying me. The broad was disgusting rolls everywhere. Seems like they just try to either get people to think there closed or just upset people so they don't want to order. I went to Burger King instead. This Wendys has always had a problem at night. Big Bertha is always in the window

They no longer offer grilled chicken sandwiches, so I ordered the grill chicken wrap. I requested honey barbecue sauce instead of the ranch dressing. The outer wrap was dry and crumbly. The lettuce was mostly good, only one piece was badly wilted. They charged me $0.50 for Barbecue dipping sauce and Honey Mustard dipping sauce without notifying me of the small additional charge. I'm not sure if those two sauces mixed together are the ingredients of their honey barbecue sauce or something, but I only put the barbecue sauce on the wrap. The sauce was overly sweet so I read the ingredients list which revealed the top two are water and sugar. I expected a tomato based barbeque sauce if they had to charge for it. I also ordered the Cinnabon pull-apart. That was more disappointing. It came in a chilli cup with no utensils. It was a dry yet soggy mixture of bread and cinnamon smothered with the frosting. It did not pull apart, but rather crumbled. I suspect it was microwaved and thrown in the dish. Nothing like a real Cinnabon, this was very disappointing.

Rude, overcharged for a number 1. When asked why price was double of what was on the sign, manager stated he didn't have time to change the sign and blamed it on the times.

I never write these but this was the worst one I’ve ever been too. 43 minute wait on a order i put in 30 mins before the service was even worst I waited there for 43 minutes didn't get food asked for sauce i had 20 nuggets didn’t even get all them and the kid came back told him i was missing food that cost 20$ worth he 2 sauces for 20 nuggets u even took the order. This was the worst review i even had an argument i know i was missing food showed him the bags this was worst place I’ve ever been too.

I ordered a Seasonal Strawberry Salad that must have been sitting around for days. The lettuce had darkened, cut marks and the strawberries 🍓 were shriveled up. We occasionally eat at Wendy's for the healthy salads 🥗 and I have never encountered this before. Extremely disappointing 😞.

The large lemonades we ordered tasted like water and the full size salad was just over a half salad and they ran out of some toppings for it, apparently! Bad drive- thru experience!

Drove from Randolph to get our deal going by Burger King and McDonalds . Put is our order when girls says she did not get our order so gave it to her very slow .. Got the bill and she super sized both meals and totally screwed up the order which we ate when back home and not driving back ..28.51 2 burgers fries and a drink and to have it wrong sucks called back twice and no one picked up the phone .. Never again ..

Missing items despite being the only vehicle in the drive thru. Went back in for missing item. Get home and realize the order is still wrong. Ordering 3 items with no modifications shouldn’t be that big of a task, especially with no other vehicles in line and no one in the lobby.

Don’t normally get fast food but I was in a pinch and needed to eat. Thought Wendy’s had a good reputation. What a mistake! Food was so cold the cheese never melted in my 5 minute drive to my destination. Bun was stale. But I guess at least it was fast, right?

Never again! Just got iced coffee and there wasn't any creamer in it. I said that to the lady and she said yes there was. It was dark brown. I pulled into a spot so my granddaughter and I could taste it and it was awful. We went to take it in and no one would unlock the doors. This was almost an hour after the dining room was supposed to be open. We went back through the drive thru and no one would respond to us on speaker or at the window. We couldn't drink the coffee. If you're traveling don't stop here!

We walked in and they stared at us walked around counter lsughed then finally came to serve us. Although grilled chicken is on menu none is available. And why are people not in uniform and having very lengthy beards with no beard nets.
