Hands down some of the best customer service I have seen. Which was such a blessing having just come from the Popeyes in the same building. The Wendy's staff were helpful, made sure I had what I needed. Asked if there was anything else they could do to make my experience any better. Perfect example of customer service. I want to thank the team that worked there today. Amazing people.

Fries where good. For some reason they couldn't get those nuggets fresh hot. Eye ordered 2x smh . Good cashier

Food was ok, we waited about 10 minutes for food that wasn't even hot. Dinning area needed to be cleaned. We sat at 3 places, one sat in ketchup. 2nd sticky soda on the table, my son put his arm in. 3rd, I cleaned up for the 4 workers that were just standing around. Great location, right off of 35. Workers, not horribly rude but not enthused at all. I noticed one other customer in the dinner and two cars go threw the drive through, so it was very slow.

The Hispanic man working Saturday morning 02/28/26 is very rude and yelled at the customer for not having clearly heard them. He did not read the order back to customer and no screen on the drive-thru menu to verify the order prior to pulling up. Then when pulling away, noticed i was misunderstood and charged for a second fry I did not order. Language barrier issue with this guy and very rude behavior! Burnt fries and sloppy breakfast sandwich just slapped together carelessly! Get this dude out of there already! He was very passive aggressive suggesting " I make sure to know better " next time. Forget that dude! I was just passing through and won't be back! What a loser!

I stop by here pretty often and it’s always great! But today I went and ordered food for my family. I up to the window and they take the card and hand me my food but before they give me my drinks they tell me that the card reader didn’t read the card the first time and had to try it again, so they end up doing it again and it worked. I asked for some extra sauce and they wouldn’t give it to me and rudely told me they was already some, but they usually do no problem. Then they go to give me my drinks and forget one of them. Whatever so i get home and keep in mind i was already frustrated so i didn’t check the bag to see if they put everything in there and surprise surprise they forgot a whole meal and extra chicken nuggets.

I stopped today at 1210 am; first, they didn't have the completed menu available on any of the big bag menus. Then I get my order by the drive-thru; I order 2 kid meals and two other meals. The fries taste like were fried in old oil, and 0I order two nugget kid meals, and when I look, I only get 3 nuggets in each one when the menu indicates 4. That is the first time I have been so disappointed with the services here. I hope the quality doesn't start going down.

10-15 minutes to serve my food through the drive-thru because they have a “big order” that needs to be fulfilled. Unbelievable. It’s not bad enough that the sign is torn to pieces, but now they cant even serve food in a reasonable timely manner

Completely unappetizing and gross! I understand sometimes things happen- but I reached out to customer service over a week ago with no response. So here’s a review letting everyone know to take a second look at what you order from this place 🤢 disappointing- service here has always been great.

I order just regular Crispy Chicken Sandwich and they gave me old chicken that looks like its been sitting for a long time. Its old and hard I tried to break it apart

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! We walk in the WHOLE STAFF is talking by the drive thru window, on their phones and right by the registers a group of women just talking. Professionalism is needed... I asked for a sandwich add cheese...she repeats it back. With all the chilling around still get the order wrong. Instead she puts just mayo on it. Got an extra 10 piece nugget they overcooked that too. Broke in half like cardboard. They didnt have customers yet they made the food trash. If I could give it no stars I would. Wasted money to not eat. If no one does anything about which they haven't from the review I have all the time in the world to call corporate seeing that I don't have a meal decent meal to eat.

Had to go back in the trash just to take a photo of the nuggets I recorded that looks to have gone through the fryer 3 times. Fries where trashed too, and know just to stay away in the future.
