The service was excellent, the waitress was attentive the entire time. The food left a lot to be desired. We ordered a tray, and it came out lukewarm. And when we paid, how come a restaurant in a plaza doesn't accept cards? It's ridiculous not to accept cards.

I liked the place, the style, the atmosphere💡, I went to try the boneless buffet🍗, while the chicken and sauce were good, not great, but decent for the price. 💵 The only downside is the service, very slow. Each round of boneless dishes had a 15-20 minute wait time⏰👎🏻 and that's if the waitresses even looked at you...

The food is good, at least what we ate. We had the grill buffet and the Boneles buffet. Terrible service, rude waitresses, and everyone on their phones. The buffet is brought straight from the kitchen, and because they're busy chatting and on their phones, they don't serve you. They would come and take things (garbage) without any attention. They also made rude gestures when you asked for more or what kind of sauces or meats were available for the Boneles. At first, it was an acceptable order of Boneles and meat; the next order was a smaller plate with less. (I forgot to take photos, just one of the second Boneles dish.) We won't be back.

This is the first time I've given a bad review, but this restaurant deserves it. They messed up our drinks. I ordered a chicken burger, and the cheese was super cold. I asked for an exchange because I couldn't eat it like that. They said they made a new one, but this time it was impossible to bite into the chicken; it was super tough. I couldn't eat it. I obviously asked for my order to be canceled. The waitress was very friendly and apologized. The manager asked me what happened, so everything was fine with the employees.

My friends and I visited this place today (Thursday) at 10:00 pm with the intention of having dinner there, since Google listed the closing time as 11:00 pm. The waitress told us they closed at 10:30 pm and that the extended hours only applied on weekends. To avoid inconveniencing the staff, we ordered a takeout order. The service was initially friendly, but when they offered us the 2-for-1 deal, they didn't fully explain the terms. We ended up paying more because, as they informed us after the payment was received, the deal only applied to the same burger and not a combo. Furthermore, they didn't show us the receipt before the payment was made. The most inconvenient thing was the tip issue: when paying, the waitress directly asked us to leave between 12% and 20%, even though it was a takeout order. When we asked to leave only 10%, she told us that the terminal "didn't allow that option." However, when we mentioned we would pay cash, the option suddenly appeared and they charged it right there. This clearly demonstrates the intention to pressure the customer with this issue. Finally, when we got home, we discovered the burgers were burnt, which completely ruined the experience. We wouldn't return, nor do we recommend it.

I do not recommend this place, it has gotten worse over time, the waitresses took a long time to serve us and did not offer us the menu, the bathrooms were very dirty and the worst was the boneless buffet, they were too dry, cold and hard as if they were bought from a supermarket

VERY BAD PLACE, simply not worth going, the food is very bad, for example the boneless were cold, dry and didn't even look like chicken breast, the service is bad and the bathrooms are dirty.

Horrible experience. The food took 1 hour and 10 minutes to arrive. The music was awful. We ordered things and the waitress didn't tell us they weren't available until 20 minutes later. The lemonade was incredibly sour; we only told the waitress, and she said it needed sweetener. They took the drink away to "add" it and forgot to bring it back. The fries soaked up all the oil. Terrible service, terrible attention, the food was somewhat passable but overshadowed by everything else. I won't go back even if they treat me to a free meal.
