Top place to have a burger, nothing to do with Wendy's in the US, you'll never see an empty dining hall here. Try the jalapeno burger, you can only find it in Juarez. 😉

Not the most excellent, service but their promo of buy one combo and get burger free is good always maintain constant flow of costumers and you realize why when you visit it. The burgers are good and sometimes really good. Don't have complain about the food. Maybe.... you would struggle with the inexperience of some staff member but in general the service is good and efficient and the food is good. I recommend it. The place is always crowded and sometimes is not so perfectly clean but looks good and acceptable.
As far as Wendy's go this might just be one of the busiest. It's good, but you will always find a crowd at lunch time.
Pretty serviceable Wendy's! Stuff is good as always, although I've lately stuck to just chicken nuggets, as I feel like their patties have become somewhat crumbly and a bit too oily for my taste. Still pretty good desserts, though!

I like the Wendy's packs and the prices but if you are a healthy person I recommend you the apple salad. The place is outside the Rio Grande Mall in the parking lot behind Banamex and another stores. the service is fast and the people is nice. Wendy's has drive thru and a great menu. the food is fresh and clean and if you don't like soda you can ask for tea.

First time I have been in this place, don't usually go to fast food places...asked for the hamburger special, it was good..also asked for smoothie or whatever they call it, but got plain old ice cream, that really sucked, because I was fooled...never go back again and will tell everyone about my experience...so there!!!!
Never answers there phone , the customer service is not good and takes so much time just for a regular order.
Cold, greasy food, served with a side order of racism and attitude.Which they thought was funny. Then had the nerve to charge me over 13 dollars for 1single cheeseburger, a small onion ring and the tiniest chocolate shake. I had to order 2 shakes and put them in one cup to make the medium my mother wanted. Terrible food.. terrible customer service! 🤬
