Bummer

We parked in here in a Saturday and when trying to exit, the gate was down and we couldn’t exit the garage. They sent someone to fix it who said “oh, I don’t have a key to the gate”. Seriously. What a bunch of idiots.

Left a play at Kauffman Performing Arts and parked in the Webster Parking Garage across from the venue. After our walk to the garage, which was covered in snow and ice downhill (no snow in 2 days), we proceeded to wait for one full hour while patrons apparently tried to navigate the automated payment system. No attendant and no help for system issues or the number of older guests who were clearly struggling. Horrible way to end a beautiful evening at Kauffman. Literally one hour wait - please do NOT use this garage!!

We had multiple vehicles with windows broken out and belongings stolen from this "safe garage" with zero help from the company. It's safer to park on the streets in this area :-(

Don't park here. Paid $15 to enter, but when I scanned the ticket to leave, the machine said my ticket had already been scanned. I called using the help button and the person that finally answered said that they don't service the Webster Garage, then hung up. I had to pay $15 again just to leave.
