Juliana was absolutely killing it. She was the only employee and was juggling a ton of customers and online orders. She kept a smile on her face and was polite with everybody. My order took a little longer than usual, but I did not mind as she was doing everything she could to fulfill everyone's orders.
I love their new version of peanut butter mood coming from a person who been going since Jamba Juice opened in the galleria and Sugarland area days. Few years ago they modified this drink and it was not great and runny lol but they fixed it. I’ve had it a few times in the last few months between this location and galleria and both are now consistent. Manager was nice on my most recent visit. Staff is usually perky and nice at the La Centerra cinco ranch location.
My husband and I are big fans of the smoothies at Jamba Juice and we were glad to find out we have one in the neighborhood. We came in and saw the crew were starting to clean up so we were worried that we might’ve come in too late. We were then greeted with a smile by the guy at the counter who cheerfully asked for our orders. We wanted to try something new and Philip took the time to answer our questions, and then prepared our smoothies and handwiches. This young man doesn’t act like an employee, he acts like the manager! Now I’m not sure if he is, and if not, we hope management will take notice of Philip’s excellent customer service and the impression he leaves with Jamba Juice’s customers. 😊
This is by far the friendliest Jamba Juice in the Houston area! I walked in and was greeted with big smiles and joyful people. Merlin was so nice, she explained the items on the menu that I had not tried before and also made suggestions on what I should try next! The employees were all smiling and willing to help, they exceeded my expectations and will definitely return!
This is my favorite Jamba location. I've never encountered with a friendly and attentive manager. Marlin does cares about her costumers. They usually have my drink ready before I even finish paying. Keep it up guys! Thumbs up👍🏽👍🏽 Jamba this is the year :)

I have placed my orders for pickup, did not know they were not taking cash payments. Yet, manager Merlin explained they were not taking cash payments due to Covid. Have been a loyal customer, customer service is excellent. Merlin advised me to download Jamba app, to make sure I obtain my rewards. Thank you Merlin and team!!!!

The service was phenomenal! the cashier Jack was very friendly and made my drink perfectly, it was very delicious. definitely worth the trip if you want quality service and a great smoothie.

We were at the kvpac fest and dying for water. One of the employees bought us a water bottle! We didnt ask he just offered! You do not see that decency too often anymore. I do not usually come here but i will make a point to stop in once a month for a drink in honor of his upstanding character.
I love one of the staf there, she is so anthousiastic, she serves you the best drinks with a magical smile, always greets you warmly and makes you feel so welcome. She also works at Clair's. She has an ear pierce and has a beautiful set of white teeth that you can pass without noticing. She really inlighten the whole Jumba experience.

New menus come with new prices. A small smoothie is easily more expensive than a large smoothie elsewhere.
Seems healthy and on taste section it's a 4 for me. My passenger gave it a 10.

While we like Jamba Juice and often go there. Recently, I noticed staff messing up orders. In one incident gave a wrong order and today they gave me in a small cup when the charge and order was for medium. Looks like their process needs improvement.
Love the acai bowls and mango smoothies. The parking situation is ridiculous at times where you’ll have to make several circles before catching a spot. Some employees are teenagers that could use some basic customer service training - no ‘hello’, no ‘thank you’. It’s not a dealbreaker but more so irritating.

Cashier service is really bad, customer service is rude, restrooms are dirty, and it looks like nobody takes care of it. "Hopefully the owner reads this and doesn't let a bad manager ruin his business"

Jamba always tastes good but health wise the sugar content is not the best.

Prices are wrong, employee was very rude and this was my açaí bowl. Looks nothing like the picture and I didn’t see it until I drove off and I couldn’t turn back. It was disappointing and didn’t even eat it

I hadn't been to a Jamba in a long time. I ordered a Pink Star but this didn't taste like anything. It was like frozen water. Unfortunately I had to discard it.

employees complaining about how they “they couldn’t find bleach and fabuloso” “the machines were nasty back there” how lost they felt on the jobs procedures. the cashier seemed miserable on the inside and trying to fake like she wasn’t. i should have gone to starbucks. im sure the employees feel clean over there.the public toilet is nasty and it’s only 9 in the morning why is it so gross
They always know my order! Sometimes I’ll see them starting it as I’m walking up to the door! Best service ever. My one issue is this: It’s August now and it’s been over a year since the pandemic. Why have they started making their poor teen employees wear masks again? Unbelievable! I love the employees, but come on management! Now I can’t see their lovely smiles and I can barely understand them at the register, not to mention, some of them wear them under their noses because why wouldn’t you? Ridiculous. Wake up, the pandemic is over! At least let the vaccinated choose. I really wanted to always love Jamba, but because of this, I’ve got new views on their management team.
The mask mandate is over in Harris/Fort Bend County. My cousin and I walked in, were asked if we had a mask, they told us they required a mask to be in there. Mind you, I already talked to one of the cashiers and spread my germy breath everywhere and opened the door with my germy hands. I smiled, left, and drove to Smoothie King. Smoothie King doesn’t require masks!

The male cashier is relatively young, did not know it was on the menu and even asking about how to make it, it still was not quite right (looked nothing like the ad). It was tasty and refreshing, so appearance is not everything. The upholstered seats need a deep cleaning as visible stains were noticed. I am surprised to see food items for sale as I thought this was a juice bar. The food I saw looked good and smelled appetizing but not enough to come back to this location.

We were drawn in by the 50 percent off promotion that Jamba Juice offers upon downloading their app and signing in. However, when we started to place our order, the staff member informed us that we couldn’t use the promotion on our first visit and would have to wait until the second visit. This contradicted the promotion details on Jamba Juice's website, which clearly states that the discount can be used immediately for smoothies, although it applies to certain food items only on the second visit. Feeling misled by what seemed to be false advertising, we decided to leave and take our business to Wilkins next door. Below, I have attached the promotion conditions directly from the Jamba Juice website for reference. This experience was quite frustrating, and I hope Jamba Juice can address this issue to ensure better clarity and consistency for their customers in the future.

Spotted a kid who passed out today working here, so 1 star for employee safety. Other than that, it was decent, and I had an ok time with my family.
They supposed to close at 8pm on Sunday but they close at 7:15 because they want it! They do not respect the schedule!
I went to the La Centerra Location and ordered the 2 of Caribbean passion and it tasted like it was just orange juice+ my boyfriend ordered a waffle and it was burned when he got it out of the bag and had to replace it. I was so disappointed because it was my first time trying it and my boyfriend was really excited because he said that the one that he had before was really good I wouldn’t recommend or at least not this location we are so disappointed

I ordered 2 drinks. One came out very watery and when I asked for a different drink to replace my drink, the woman behind the counter, took my drink, asked me what it was, then put my drink that I was drinking from in the blender, added some sherbet to it and gave it back to me. I’m hoping that if this a standard practice, that the blender used was clean prior to putting my drink in it and cleaned afterwards.
I love how quickly they sent my order but this bowl was drowned in honey. I couldn’t even eat it because it was WAY too sweet. And the ginger shot they sent me tasted nothing like the ginger shots I’ve had at other jambas so that I didn’t finish either. I’m not going to try this store again. It was a waste of $20
My daughter came this morning and order her juice and after she ask if she can have a bit more of cloud whip and the girls who make the juice had a really bad actitud (been the first customers here). Please this it’s for the owner here, ask your employees to be nice to the customers!!! It’s not nice to buy your juice and have a bad face from u employees!
Today, was my first time trying Jamba. I walked in immediately had a seat to download the mobile app. As I approached the counter; where both the team lead Ana and another young lady was waiting. I greeted them . As I said help the first time; I was not acknowledged; so I said it again. Again, I was ignored the young lady whom name I did not see . Proceed to shake her head no, ask I inquired about the caffeinated drinks. As I waited for my drink to be made; there was a gentleman that walked in and was immediately greeted. I received my drink and told the young gentleman thank you; and again; it wasn’t acknowledged. Im not certain if this is the way this establishment poorly carries out customer service or not ! But my first impression, and encounter with these employees was very displeasing . I just hope my smoothie doesn’t taste like their attitudes !
Online and the times on the door states that they close at 8:00 I got here at 7:15 and the workers locked the doors, see me outside and turned to ignore me. No sign saying that they will be closing early.
Tried to get a smoothie. Paper on the window said back in 40 minutes. Knocked and girl said she couldn’t serve us because she was making juices. Still confused why this means you close in the middle of a busy Saturday?!
I'm disappointed in the consistent lack of food items at this location! First, no more wheat grass? True let down because we have depended on a daily wheat grass shot?? I buy my own machine but still thought I'd get acai bowls from you? WRONG? Today, I find out you have no soy milk??? So my acai bowl will taste different??? No thanks! I'm no longer going to visit this location... looks like it's about to close down permanently! Sad!
I go to Jamba Juice REGULARLY - today I went to the cinco location and ordered 3 smoothies at about $20 ... while the other two were thick like a smoothie I watched this girl make mine (kale breeze) and not only did it look like it was missing fruit- it looked like she used water as the base. I literally got blended juice. It came out like water and they didn't even have the decency to fill it up. I watched her co-worker tell her she didn't put enough in it!!! I went up to the counter and politely asked if it could be remade being that it was literally like water. She said no problem.. she then went back up to the other girl (who took the order, Juliette) and seemed confused so Juliette told her to just add ice! They dumped my already over blended smoothie back in with half a scoop of ice!! The girl realized it still was the same consistency and showed Juliette and she said that's fine they tried to poor it back in the used cup and hand it to me. I said I want a refund. Mind you I never took a sip of my fruit soup. She proceeded to tell me she didn't know how so she called her manager and they tried to tell me it was because Kale was in the smoothie. Uhm my other two smoothies had kale in one and it was thick like sorbet. I had to listen as the Juliette told her manager "we did try adding ice" "this lady said she didn't want a different smoothie". I am pissed and disgusted- my sisters smoothie had so much ginger in it, it was burning her mouth. Juliette and other said girl clearly don't know what they're doing while their manager is out of the building. Thank you for losing my business! Tropical Smoothie is better anyway. 0 stars
I have been eating at jamba juice for years now, yesterday i went & tried their blue smoothie bowl. Worst deduction of my life i woke up 3 times at night with a pain on my chest around 2 am i decided to go to the restroom & see what’s going on, I was throwing up since 2 am until 8 am all of the smoothie bowl, i couldn’t drink or eat anything without throwing it up, i didn’t eat anything out of the regular that day expect that bowl. Safe yourself please & don’t buy that one it’s currently 2 pm & i’m still recovering don’t feel good at all. Maybe some fruit were rotten or something i don’t know all i know is that im never trying that again.
I used to come here quite a bit, but now I really don't want to. The employees there don't even bother saying hi and just ask me what I want. And then the girl (probably some sort of shift manager) who makes the smoothies for me gets all irritated and makes the smoothie again, and I can tell by her actions that she's irritated for having to make the smoothie again. She slams the cover of the blender and tries to get it over with as quickly as possible. It still didn't taste like peanut butter moo'd. They don't apologize or anything since the first time they made the drink, there was absolutely no peanut butter taste at all. The other time I came, the employee was new and, even when that same girl was showing him how to make my smoothie, he had to add more soy milk after blending it a little, and by the time I got my drink, it wasn't even filled up all the way. It was 3/4's filled, granola topped and all. Not coming back since the other Jamba Juice I go to is a lot more friendly than this one.
Saturday night, open until 8pm but closed by at least 7:30p. Not an employee in sight. Probably need to hire some new teenagers.
I love jamba juice and the taste is not a problem, BUT today I ran out of work to the location you have in La Centerra and according to Google Maps they close at 8:00pm but it turns out when I arrived it was 7:52pm and they already had the doors closed waiting for 8:00pm to leave. Very disappointing
We arrived at 7:30 and they were closed, but the operation is 8AM to 8 PM .. please change the hours if you close early.
Avoid this location! People that don’t even work here are preparing drinks! Horrible sanitation; no washing of hands, drinking personal drinks while preparing orders! Who does that? Someone should definitely check into these unsanitary conditions. Worse experience I have ever had!

Walked in it was completely empty, first time i have ever seen a jamba empty. Tried ordering a drink they didnt have sherbert for it, okay no problem I’ll order another drink - guess what no lemonade? - do they have any items? Bummed couldnt get like half the drinks
Unbearably hot inside here. No AC at all for at least a few weeks now. It’s somehow cooler OUTSIDE where it’s 86°!!!!! Will not be coming back here until the management fixes the issue. I feel so bad for the employees working here in this nonsense.

Then this sweet boy comes in and asks to use the restroom and the staff is incredibly unwelcoming, saying there was a sign outside saying 'Bathrooms are for customers only'. This is clearly a stupid rule, especially when considering children wouldn't have cash with them. The boy had explained that he was on a long road trip but they still refused. Eventually he went to the restaurant next door, where we followed. Never coming here again. Looks like my perspective aligned with previous reviews as well. Why don't businesses understand how to treat people as more than walking wallets?
Jamba prices have increased and customer service decreased, if you have a price on display, it should be honored.

Nobody greets me, but that’s fine considering I’m clearly not ready to go. I finally moved the counter, but she’s too busy on her phone to notice. She finally does, and she walks over to me and still doesn’t say a word, just looking at me waiting for me to talk. It wasn’t that she was rude, exactly, but rather just showed a lack of any caring about me as a customer. The other girl there was only minimally better.

I was so disappointed because it was my first time trying it and my boyfriend was really excited because he said that the one that he had before was really good I wouldn’t recommend or at least not this location we are so disappointed
I walked into the establishment today and oh my God it’s burning hot. I frequent this location at it’s my favorite place every day. I’ve been coming here for years, but I felt so bad for the employees they were sweating. I understand that we just had a hurricane however you also have to understand the employees side of the view, it myself was very irritated. Just placing my order. I ordered five smoothies and a dragon bowl. It’s a shame I saw one fan blowing and I mean a small one needs to do better and treat their employees better. I did not address this with the employees as I felt like it wasn’t for me to address with them , but it’s so hot in there. You almost wanna place an order
