We had group of 26 and our server Christina and the manager and rest of the staff that helped out was awesome. Smile on their face the whole time we were there. The food was prepared the way we ordered. Loved the experience and highly recommend this place everyone.

*UPDATE* My friends and family stopped in one evening for beers. The staff recognized me and management unexpectedly came to my table and apologized for what had transpired between Sean and myself. They told me the meals were on them that night. I really appreciated that level service. Now that is the Red Robins experience I remember, not the Sean experience. *Problem Visit* I usually stop in and eat here several times a week. We've been frequenting the Red Robins chain for over two decades. Today I'm done. I no longer have the tolerance to deal with inept. I like to sit on the bar side with my family to enjoy beers and to unload and decompress. We walked in, no greeter up front. Hugo took the couple in front of us and seated them in the bar side. We just stood there waiting. Then some newer guy came up and we told him we want a booth on the bar side, that I don't like the other side. He told us that he only has a seat open over there, on the side i just told him I didn't like. I looked and there were 2 more booths where Hugo sat the previous couple. The guy was full of it and wanted our tip money, probably because it wasn't too busy. I just said then we'll just eat elsewhere. He said okay ...and we just walked out. He didn't even try to make it right. That's how we knew he just wanted us sitting in his section. We went across the street and got amazing service at Gloria's. In these times, given the state of the economy, one would think keeping customers would be the goal, not pushing them away.

Her energy, kindness, and attention to detail made everything perfect. Finding out she’s Puerto Rican like me made it even more special—her warmth and vibe brought a little piece of Puerto Rico to our table. I really appreciate this location because no matter how busy it is, the waiters are always really good about keeping up with drink refills and asking if our table needs anything. They work really hard to make sure every order is correct, and I'm happy to see them always going the extra mile for the best service. Also, the food itself is always fresh and hot. One of my favorite burger joints!

Jessica (the hostess) and Hailey (my server) took really good care of me on my last visit, I was in a rush but Jessica gave me all the info and help I needed to make it quick and easy to get my table and get going while Hailey helped me choose new things to try, get my order in, use my rewards and made sure I was all the way set up with sides and sauces even with the short timeframe I had and even said in case they didn't catch me before leaving (paying at kiosk) that they hoped I had a great day. it went better than I expected for the limited time I even had. thank you!

Writing this simply because our server, Angel, was so wonderful and accommodating to a party of 9. They explained to us about the bottomless sides, bottomless root beer float, and more. When we went to split the bill 3 ways, they understood completely and got it all right, as well as accommodating us when the payment/ipad was broken. They took the time to help us with orders, serving, and payment. After we paid and got into our cars, Angel stepped outside with our to-go box that we almost left behind. Angel is such an excellent worker! W Angel!

Really enjoyed my meal here. This Red Robin is tucked away from the highway a little, so it can be easy to forget. But it's worth a stop if you're shopping or seeing something at the nearby theater. The server was very nice and the manager came by to check on our experience. A really nice Red Robin that I would recommend and I'll definitely be back in the future.

Cannot understand how the other Burger Restaurants stay in business!! Red Robin uses high quality meat that is a treat for the Palate. We know that the food quality will be consistently great. Service is exceptional and friendly from a professional server staff. We ate there yesterday and Christina provided superb service. At every opportunity, she made sure that our drinks were always topped off. She also checked back often to be certain that the food met our expectations and approval. We will definitely ask for again and again. This is our preferred Burger place. We frequent it monthly!! You should too!!!

Me and my wife had Ilaria as a server this evening. The food was good but the service was excellent. Our server was relatively new but when she didn’t know something she made sure to clarify, she made sure we were taken care of the whole time we were dining and got our orders 100% correct.

We order take out often. We recently dined in to watch the Texans game. I was very impressed with how clean and organized the restaurant is. The staff is very attentive from the hostess to Mikeala the bartender so professional and making sure we were well taking care of. Our visit was 9 June 2023 for dinner. Four adults, one senior, teenager. Dishes were sweet tea, lemonades, Boneless wings, wings N chips, (3) crispy chicken burgers, guac burger. Jake was our server. Excellent customer service and the gentlemen that came from the back to translate for some of the family members was excellent as well. The food was great, customer service excellent, and the environment was a pleasure. We would come back again. I was in visiting with family from North Carolina and was delighted for this stop.

So good! This Red Robin has had a revival! My husband and I were regulars here for about 2 years until the food quality started to go down. Burgers weren’t cooked well, tenders were tiny, and fries seemed not fresh. We finally gave it another shot today after not coming in for about a year and the food quality has completely turned around - our burgers were incredible, the fries were fresh and crispy and our appetizers were amazing. We’ll definitely be adding Red Robin back into our rotation whenever we’re craving a good burger.

The hamburgers are great—juicy, flavorful, and cooked right—and the service has always been friendly and attentive when I’ve been there. Pedro stopped by to introduce himself and had another serving of those delicious fries. Sadly, I have NOT had this experience at other establishments. Great service, first I want to start off by saying WHY is this my first time eating Red Robin? Lol, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the burgers were!! Food came fast, hot and delish!!! Will be back ASAP! The first picture is the Royal burger, the egg on top was just right and the bun was toasted to perfection! I smashed the burger down and the egg just poured over the burger omg, it was great! The 2nd picture is the Veggie burger which my husband LOVED! He wanted to go back the next day lol, burgers are a bit pricey but WELL WORTH IT!

Service was great. Food was good. My only complaint isn't with this location... It's that red Robin's buns aren't thick enough and tend to fall apart with the saucier burgers. I ordered the ghost tavern double and it was hands down the best burger I have had here. I recommend the sweet potato fries if you end up trying the ghost tavern. It helps to cool your mouth down in-between bites! Also, I would like to thank Chris and his backups because they were swamped but stayed vigilant and extremely helpful!

For anyone with celiac or a gluten intolerance, this is a solid place to go. They have separate fryers for the fries, as well as g/f buns for the burgers. They go the distance to lower the cross contamination as best as possible. My kid loves the place, and he can have a burger without feeling horrible after.

Great everything all around. Friendly and prompt staff. Onion rings great like always, large and crisp. Tried the newish pretzel bites with cheese and they were hot, soft and plentiful.

Grab a delicious burger here before or after heading to the movies! This location is right next to a Cinemark XD theatre making it a very nice family option on movie night. Service is great and burgers are served hot and fresh. Our food was taking a bit longer than usual, so the waiter brought some fries to our table as an appetizer! This location also includes a bar area with plenty of screens to catch your game. Take advantage of their online reward members program which include free birthday burgers among other monthly offers.

Delicious food but it seems like everytime you order a refill on the fries it takes a while and then they give very few fries but other than that food here is awesome.

Love the burgers here. I always get the Royal Red Robin with the egg on top. Service is good....could be slightly better. It is noisy here even though they have upgraded with some baffles recently.

I always love the freckled lemonade. But I was disappointed that my sweet potato fries weren't hot. 😒 But Mayra our server was on it! She has fresh ones brought out and checked often to make sure we were ok. What a pleasure to have her help us. I hope y'all know what an incredible employee she is.

Feb 2026 - its a burger place that has a few other dishes to round out a menu. The burgers are good. I had fish & chips that were okay. The fries are the thing here bc ofvthe unlimited refills. The service was good and atmosphere okay.

It was my first time ever in a red robin. The atmosphere was very quiet as we went on Christmas Eve. Service was 10/10 our server was super nice , gave good recommendations and kept our cups full. She explained the meal and sides and the food was a 10/10. We ordered a cheese stick appetizer which was really good. I also ordered a jalapeno heat wave and my husband ordered the southern charm and BOTH were so good. We did call before we went and there was someone by the name of Brittany that picked up the phone that wasn't that kind and sounded annoyed I even called so that wasn't pleasant. It is a nice restaurant with Americana vibe in its decoration. It has a small menu. Nevertheless, they have a big variety on burgers. But if you don't want a ridiculous big burger, you can have a simple burger. I ordered fish and chips, and it was delicious.

Came with the kids. Loaded fries appetizer was just okay. BBQ chicken wrap was delicious and I wanted to take a bite of my sons cheeseburger. Also had their cookies for dessert and they were amazing…. They had a tinge of health bar flavor to them. We ordered to some for family at home, so 5 adult meals plus one kid meal one appetizer and one dessert was $120 pre-tip. Not bad at all

Food was great. Got seated right away; only two other parties seated when we arrived. Server, Gilbert, rattled menu info WAY too fast. Attitude was meh. I would have let it go except we waited 15 min after our meal to get the check and the to-go box my aunt requested. In fact, they never came. As I returned from the restrooms I saw Gilbert straight chilling in the other dining area eating a meal of his own. Guess he was on break. We had no idea. No other servers were assigned to us to help us wrap up our visit. My cousin went to grab the manager or hostess to get the check and a box. I grew up with Red Robin. This location is nicer than the ones I’m used to in PNW and Alaska, but service was not great. Food was great though.

My wife and I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with the Bottomless Fries to share and, while we got unlimited refills, it was disappointing that we only got like 5 fries each when our burger originally came out. We ordered the dessert for a sweet treat, but were also disappointed with the portion of the ice cream on top of the "Brownie Cake". As advertised, the ice cream scoop should have been bigger than it arrived. Also, the cake was very dense and hard to swallow without the ice cream. Props to our server Gilbert though, for bringing us an extra scoop!

Food was good and service was not bad. The issue is really have is that when did the burgers shrink? Not been since before we were all told to stay home as a whole country, but thought today was the day. It was still good food, but $1.79 to add what amounts to 1/3rd of a jalapeño....someone make that cost make sense please, cause I cannot. I'll start carrying a jalapeño in my pocket for outings.

Was seated in a booth by the bar. After receiving our food the waiter/bar tender didn't come check on us, and we could see him chatting with other co workers. I had to call his attention to get some refills. Had to get up from my seat the second time to find him sitting and chatting at a table to ask for a to go box and drink refills. Not a good experience. Burgers were good though.

The food was not cooked as requested. The burger was dry and had no pink, as requested. The fries were not only cold but were old and heavily salted, contrary to my request for fresh and lightly salted food. The wait time was 22 minutes but the food was sitting there for several minutes prior to my pick up time. There was no condiments nor utensils in the bag. The staff pointed to my food as they leaned on the host stand when I inquired about my order. Horrible all the way. The food was inedible and ended up in the trash. Waste of my money and time.

To be honest, this was our first time eating at Red Robin, and it will definitely be our last. The food was mediocre at best. My daughters both had burgers, and I had a southwest chicken salad. My salad was pretty much flavorless. My youngest daughter didn't get past a couple of bites of her burger before she announced she wasn't eating it. It was also flavorless aside from the ketchup. We also ordered an appetizer of fried pickles. The portion of fried pickles was really small in relation to the price, and the breading was over fried and hard. Honestly, the best thing on the table was the French fries, which is a sad thought. We spent around 75 dollars and walked away with indigestion and disappointment. However, even with all of that, the worst part of the experience was the ridiculous payment system. I don't know if every table had the same issues we did, but the payment console was impossible to use. There were 8 of us spread over 2 table, so we had 2 machines. One of them was broken ( screen frozen). The 2nd was fluctuating between not responding to super sensitive! It was trying to force me into giving a 300% tip. Honestl, it was crazy! It made me miss the good old days when you gave a human your card and signed a piece of paper. No, we will not be back, and no, I don't recommend.

Servers don’t know what they’re doing, I said seasoned fries they gave me plain fries, my mom said a normal burger they gave a burnt bun! My sisters burger came super pink when we asked well done! What kind of 2 star fast food restaurant serves food like this??

Sad portions that are overpriced. Shady practice of an automatic $3 Entertainment fee on the tablets. Service is decent but the corporate marketing leaves a bad aftertaste.

I once patronize this business regularly but last experience cause me to stop. The food they serve can be poorly and sloppily prepared. I bought a meal from them that was not cooked well and left feedback about the meal. The manager called me and apologized then offered me a free meal. I called the restaurant and let know that manager has offered me a free meal and was given the green light/approval to come and collect this free meal. I get there and the employee has free meal ready but just needs approval from on-site manager who comes out and asks what I needed. I explain that I was offered a free meal. He leaves and tells the employee that the free meal will not be given. When I ask the reason I was told that the district manager who offered the free meal had be there.... fishy fishy. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I don't do Red Robin any more.
