Great burgers!! Always friendly staff and clean. Portions are just right. They changed menu with slightly smaller burger buns but same portion beef and condiments. Fries are much better now than they ever were. Still one of my favorite places to eat... hands down.

The burger, grilled chicken sandwich were delicious, cooked to perfection! Great, hot fries. Fresh made patties from Angus beef, fresh chicken and veggies. All burgers and sandwiches served with a side unless you would prefer without. Fried catfish, shrimp and other new items on menu. Owner same as Bottle Cap, extremely nice.

Best burger in the business by far in my opinion. Family friendly Sports Bar atmosphere with great food. Great place to catch a game. Perfect burgers, wings, really good fries, great queso, good selection of beverages, and a fairly unique way of ordering makes for a great experience. I'm here every time I'm in Keller.

Super friendly atmosphere! Great place to watch your favorite team play! The food is reasonably priced compared to other local establishments. Keep in mind their chili is super spicy!

A lively place. Good place for the parents with kids. It's bar food but good, great burgers and chili. The upfront bar seating is limited, not the best to watch your teams. Bartender service is usually good.

Honestly, I used to love coming here when I lived in town. The burgers were fat juicy and delicious. But the lady at the cash register kept getting my order wrong (it was just the hickory with no pickles). And then the bartender came up while she was taking my order and started barking something at her about a customer. Super unprofessional. You couldn’t wait a minute? My order was to go. I got home and was disappointed. The burger was really thin. It’s supposed to have grilled onions. It had literally like 2. And you could tell they had originally put pickles on it and then took them off. You can’t get rid of the pickles flavor. Super disappointed. (I obviously too a few bites and realized how upset I was).

Just a huge disconnect with the kitchen! Queso came after food order! The food order was totally wrong. Saying sorry doesn’t fix the issue! No manager to help on duty. This isn’t the first time and will probably not be the last! Food quality is usually decent but the price of everything is going up. Please correct!

This place is filthy. It even has a funky sewage smell when you walk in. We couldn’t find a table that was clean, and all of the red stools were dirty with crumbs stuck along the seat and backrest. There were even what appeared to be dried up buggers stuck on the inside of the window where we sat. I had the catfish basket. The coleslaw was soggy and flavorless and the fries were mushy. My daughter had the chicken with bacon sandwich. The chicken was rubbery, it no longer comes on a bun, but on thick toast that makes it impossible to pick up and eat. She also had a margarita that tasted like tequila and dishwater. We won’t be returning anytime soon.

Had a pretty disappointing experience here tonight 5/22/25 around 8:30, I live in the area and come here at least 1-2x a month n never have had such a bad experience but the staff literally ignored me and my gf look at the video please it’s literally embarrassing your manager or whoever was crouched down behind the counter but since I’m 6’4 I could see her and even when we made eye contact she stayed to chat to a coworker instead of helping us. Stood in line for 5-7 min before leaving and going to SHOOTZEES where I had a great time and will also go next Time as well. Smh you need to do better.

We ordered take out Texas Melt which is shown before and after I replaced the Texas Toast with a burger bun of my own because it was literally too greasy to eat. In addition to the Texas Toast being greasy this sandwich was thrown together as half the ingredients were half off the bun and the melted cheese had it stuck to the paper lining the container. Then, the "Old Town Fries" save your money here as well. They were initially left off the order all together but my husband checked it and discovered they were left off and asked for them since we paid for them, even as the employee argued that it was not ordered, it was. They proceeded to make a blob of soggy fries encased in a melted inferno of cheese goop. You almost needed a jackhammer to get them out of the container. Good grief, leave some of the fries visible so you know where to start man. Husband ordered the Avocado burger and upgraded from a 1/4 pounder to 1/2 pounder, greasy, definitely not cooked to med-rare, none of the burgers were, not even the dogs! My container was so greasy that even after I threw out the Texas Toast and laid the patties down on my bun from my pantry, my bun got greasy too! Shhhish! Overall a huge disappointment for a $30 bill. Save yourself the bill and go to Whataburger, you get what you pay for there, here...not a chance. Oh! One last thing, this was on a Sunday afternoon and there were maybe 5 people in the place, none of which were eating, just drinking beer watching a game. So, it was not at all busy. No excuses. Laziness? That's what I think when you don't have enough pride in what you are doing that you turn out product such as this. UPDATE TO THE OWNER FOR THE REQUEST OF MY CONTACT INFO.
