It was a nice clean place in Dadeland. It’s a fusion cuisine type restaurant. The good tastes really good. You won’t get a large menu selection but the menu available is too good. We tried panipuri and dosa in starter which was awesome. In main course we took chicken tandoori and dal. It was good too. Ordered fusion rice pudding for dessert. It’s a bit crowded and better to have a booking. The place is small so you might not get comfortable while taking.
This was my second time at Ghee, the first was extremely good. Second time was also good but not as good. Their happy hour menu from 5-7pm is a massive deal with half off cocktails and wine plus cheap food dishes like the tandoori chicken, the short rib dosa, and others. The standout here is the Dosa (picture not included), you must get it. And tandoori chicken is crazy good, marinated perfectly although the second time we ate this it just needed more char.
Tonight I enjoyed the tasting menu with the wine pairing at Ghee Indian Kitchen, and I have to say—it’s easily one of my favorite restaurants. I’ve dined here several times, and it truly never disappoints. The servers were exceptionally knowledgeable, clearly explaining each dish and describing the wine pairings with precision and confidence. Every course tasted incredibly fresh, thoughtful, and beautifully executed. 10 out of 10. Trust me, it’s good. Wish they served cocktails like martinis
Every single thing we ate was delicious, no joke. The combination of flavors was wildly smooth yet surprising. We started with the short rib dosa - so flavorful, the bread was soft, thin and a bit crispy in parts complemented so well with the short rib that was hot and they were not stingy with meat portion! Green papaya salad was refreshing, the tuna bhel was so delicate but bright in flavor (this one was a table favorite). My favorite was the Veg samosa which was such a healthy portion of spicy samosa and incredibly paired with chickpeas, onions, corn (think like a savory but fresh Indian ceviche) it was delicious. We also had the Hakka noodles ~ also incredible, super hot and fresh. For our 2nd courses, we got the Kerala Lamb, chicken tikka masala, beef Korma and smoked lamb neck - no notes. All were perfect, healthy, huge portions, packed with seasoning, flavorful, wonderfully balanced and put together incredibly. Couldn’t say more wonderful things about our dinner, honestly. For desserts we tried each one and agreed that the Sticky Date Cake was the best, really packed with a combination of great and surprising flavors. It has a hint of ginger and was delicious with the refreshing ice cream on top and the light, airy chocolate cake. 10000/10 meal.
We tried three appetizers, the veg samosa chaat, the dosa, and another one whose name I can’t remember, all of them were very good. We also ordered the chicken tikka masala and another beef dish, though I don’t remember the exact name. Everything was delicious, but between the two, my favorite was definitely the chicken tikka masala.
Definitely went overboard on the food as each item I got was better than the last. 😂. Th Le Ghost Pepper and Cheese Naan with Apple Chutney was so good that I ordered one to take home. HOWEVER .... The Sticky Date Cake had to be the highlight. So much so that I forgot to take a picture for presentation. 😁. The food, atmosphere, and the service were all on point. Would recommend to anyone to give it a try.
We did a miami spice lunch and it was delicious. The papaya salad was great and the tikka masala was superb. Definitely recommend.
Great tasting food. Service was so fast, always a go to stop for us in Miami!
So I have always ordered from ghee and absolutely love it. Decided to finally go and sit down for dinner and was blown away. First, I did not know they had a tasting menu, so that was an easy decision, and did that with the wine pairing. I'll start by saying that I left so full that it was hard to drive! The food was outstanding. I really enjoyed how the wine complimented all the flavors on the table. Not one dish missed. You get to sample 75% of the menu. 65$ per person plus the 35$ wine paring - ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT.
Absolutely enjoyed the little amount of food we ate here! What a cute place. Never thought bags of rice & lentils could count towards a decent decor 😂 The butter chicken sandwich was yum. Highly recommend!!!

We had a great experience! Food, service, and ambiance were all wonderful. Lots of choices for vegetarians and they would augment anything on the menu to make it meat free. Food is fresh and packed with flavor. I highly recommend!

110/100 fantastic. Adele our server was excellent with suggestions and service. We are vegetarians and we ordered masala dosa, saag paneer, butter naan and daal Makhni. Authentic Indian taste. Clean place. Quick service. Large selection of Indian mukhwas too. Highly recommend.
We had an amazing experience at Ghee Indian Kitchen! From the phone call to make our reservation all the way through paying the check, everything was smooth and welcoming. We ordered a lamb dish that was absolutely delicious, and the garlic naan was so good we ordered it twice! The fish curry was incredible — one of the best we’ve ever had. We visited the Dadeland location, which was easy to get to, and they even validated our parking. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating, and there’s a nice little area nearby to walk around and explore the shops afterward. The open kitchen is a great touch, and every staff member we interacted with — especially our server — was friendly, attentive, and helpful. There’s also a new Miami Beach location that’s already bustling, but we’re glad we chose Dadeland this time — perfect food, perfect service, and a wonderful!
The food was delicious and we really enjoyed our meal—four of us ordered, and we finished everything without needing leftovers. A couple of suggestions: the table felt a bit small for our group, so a larger table would have been more comfortable, they had a large table empty, they should have offered us. Also, there wasn’t an option to adjust the spice level, as all dishes came mildly spiced, and there weren’t many vegetarian choices available
The food is good a little different than the authentic Indian food. Not a big variety of the regular Samosa and Tikki. The broccoli was great as a vegetarian option. We had 10 of us and our bill was a little over 500 dollars.
The dishes, curry, chicken and lamb very soft. Garlic nun delicious Basmati rice also wonderful

*Mixed Experience for Vegetarians* Appetizers were the best part — crispy broccoli, hakka noodles, and samosa chaat were all excellent. The charred corn was a complete miss. Mains were mixed. Daal makhani was good and the coconut veggie curry was the standout. Saag paneer was honestly terrible — strange flavor, peas added for no reason, and just not edible. Ginger date cake for dessert was great. Garlic naan was the worst part of the meal — completely soggy from ghee, limp, no texture, and nothing like proper garlic naan. Shockingly bad for a place at this level and pricing. Service was disappointing. After the mains arrived, our server never checked on us. We waited around 10 minutes to get another server for spoons and napkins. Reflected this in the tip.
Food taste didn't meet the expectation. Vegetable samosa was dry and taste was ok. Chai was good. Chicken tikka massala was good compare to all dishes we had for lunch but was bit salty. Panner was tender and looked good but again taste didnt meet the expectation. Ghee Naan was ok. Avocado bhatura was different, tasted bland to me. Dosa was ok too.
I rarely write negative reviews, especially knowing how challenging the current times are for the restaurant industry. Ghee has long been one of my favorite spots in Miami, and I have great admiration for what the owner has built. That said, my recent experience was disappointing. Although the posted closing time was 10 p.m., the kitchen actually closed at 9 p.m. With a reservation past 8 p.m., we were still eating appetizers when we were rushed into the main course, which then became cold. By 9:15, the staff began clearing tables and removing candles, rollup in a plastic crate, plates which created an unwelcoming atmosphere and made us feel pressured to leave. This is surprising for a restaurant of this caliber and detracts from the sense of hospitality that should be part of a Michelin-level experience. I hope the management considers adjusting reservation times to reflect actual kitchen hours, so that guests can fully enjoy the excellent food and ambiance without feeling rushed.

It’s a decent place overall, though I’m not convinced it was worth the drive, especially given the Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition. The seating felt cramped, tucked into a corner next to stored rice, lentils, and other raw supplies. The food was acceptable but seemed more tailored to local tastes rather than offering an authentic Indian experience. The ambience and utensils were fairly ordinary, with little attention paid to presentation or plating. Overall, it didn’t live up to the hype for anyone seeking truly authentic Indian cuisine.

My overall experience was very disappointing. We had reserved a table for two and were seated by a waiter upon arrival. After that, we were completely unnoticed for about 10–15 minutes. Eventually, a waitress came over and asked what I would like to order. I said garlic naan, and before I could continue, she walked away without saying a word. After waiting another 20 minutes with nothing served, I had to get up myself and ask someone for assistance. The waitress returned and said she had already placed the order for garlic naan. I explained that I hadn’t finished ordering. She then asked what else I wanted, and I clearly ordered vegetable Hakka noodles (they had two options: vegetable or lamb). When the food arrived, they brought lamb Hakka noodles. I politely told her this wasn’t what I ordered and that I don’t eat lamb. Instead of apologizing, she argued that I had ordered “lamb vegetable.” It was uncomfortable and frustrating to be told I said something I didn’t. She eventually said she would fix it, but by then the experience had already been ruined. The manager was polite when we spoke to him, but unfortunately, it was too late. We felt so uncomfortable that we walked out without even finishing dinner. For anyone expecting authentic Indian food, this was not it. The naan was terrible, the service was unprofessional and rude, and overall it was not worth the money. Very disappointing experience.
This is a mediocre Indian restaurant that leans more toward fusion than authentic Indian cuisine, which is especially disappointing given that it has earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand. The dishes lack the rich spices and bold flavors you’d expect from true Indian food. If you’re looking for spice or heat, you’ll be let down, as there’s no option to adjust the spice level. It’s not worth making a long trip for, particularly if you’re seeking an authentic experience. While the customer service is excellent, there’s little else that stands out here, making it not worth the price. The area around the restaurant was surprisingly quiet for a weekend night, with very little activity or energy. There isn’t much to do in the vicinity, which made the trip feel even less worthwhile. Combined with the lackluster dining experience, it’s hard to recommend coming here, especially if you’re traveling from far away.

The hostess took us to our table and she noticed the table was wobbling so she said she would have someone fix the table. My chair was also unstable. We waited 15 minutes at our table with no service so I found the manager to tell her. This kind of wait is unacceptable for a “Michelin” rated restaurant especially since it was 5:30 and there were only 3 other tables and 8-10 wait staff on duty. I ordered the broccoli appetizer and dal and my son ordered the beef korma and garlic naan. The food was mediocre at best. It wasn’t worth the 30 minute drive. The broccoli contained mushrooms and it was hard to tell what was broccoli and what was mushrooms because of how breaded it was. The naan tasted like dough - it had black char marks on the outside and doughy on the inside as if they cooked it too quickly at too high of temperature so the inside wasn’t cooked. The kicker is, when I got home I realized they “canceled” my reservation with Open table so I couldn’t write a review. What might’ve been 3 stars is now a 1 star. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant.

It’s official — this is the worst Indian restaurant I’ve ever been to. As a longtime lover of Indian cuisine, I’ve eaten at Indian restaurants around the world, from hole-in-the-wall spots to upscale establishments. I judge food by balance and execution, not price — and this place missed badly. Every main course tasted like over-spiced, reheated mush, paired with poor presentation and portions that were far too small for the price. The flavors were completely unbalanced and left an unpleasant aftertaste. The fish was especially disquieting — soggy, flavorless, and smothered in what tasted like the cheapest store-bought sauce. This isn’t about cost; it’s about bad food. If you care about good food, especially good Indian food, avoid this place. I’m still feeling nauseous from this visit.
