I was skeptical of another truck stop fast food restuarant but was very pleasantly surprised. The dining room was clean and the food was fresh and hot.

We stopped here on February 16th on our way home from Texas during the ice storm and cashier wish I knew his name (young African American gentleman) was so awesome with my 2 boys who were happy to be out of the car finally, and going crazy. The manager a blonde woman gave my kids 2 toys to play with that made their day! The food was hot and fresh. The best Wendy's I've been to in a long time. Thank you!

Stopped by here on my way back to Dallas and I had one of the best grilled chicken sandwiches and baked potatoes I’ve ever had from fast food. Perfectly cooked and very fresh. Great job.

I had Ranch chicken Asiago sandwich. It was very good. Nice size chicken breast. Super yummy!! Would definitely order again.

Had Extremely fast service, had good employee customer interaction, food was good, they only made 1 mistake on my order and it was cheese was added which I didn't mind and they let me know before I was served my food.

Compliments & appreciation to whoever the cook on duty tonight! I seen they had a new menu item -Pub Fries...so I ordered those but without the bacon. They were great! And even better that they didn't mess up my order! I don't eat meat (because I don't like the taste of it) & so many times I end up with it anyways at many places & so when my order is right I SO HAPPY! Anyway, the food was so great, I went right back for another order, only with extra cheese that time & the cook did not disappoint!! I'll be back for sure! Thank you so much!

Love this location. The only problem we had was when we wanted no salt on our fries like we always do the girl that was on that station had an attitude and yelled i guess ill have to cook more fries then. Im sorry that you are having to make more fries but maybe if you didnt put so much salt on them we wouldnt ask for no salt. Rudeness doesnt get you anywhere in life!! Other than that everything else was great.

I ate at this location frequently when I worked a job down the road from here. Staff was always polite, dining room was always clean, and food was consistently good for the most part. Never had any issues with the lunch crew and breakfast was really good there too. I really enjoyed their salads as well until the Romaine shortage couple of years ago. Added bonus is that they are inside a big convenient store so you can walk a few feet and get any odds and ends while you wait on your order to be served. I found that I had to move fairly quickly though because my food would come out faster than I expected. All around it is a pleasurable and efficient experience, especially if you have limited time during a lunch break.

Best Wendy’s food quality I’ve had as an adult. Let’s be honest, it was better in the 80’s and 90’s. Every item was fresh and hot. It really points out the lack of attention to quality in the locations I frequent.

Just stopped in to try the new Wendy’s Meal of Misfortune! Everything was very fresh and well prepared. The shakes are amazing and I love the texture of the shake itself and the swirl or red blood. The fresh were very fresh and salty like I want them. The nuggets had a great texture to them and were great with the dipping sauces. You get a selection of 4 sauces and some of them are on the spicy side so beware! Loved the spoon they give you with the meal. Everything is pretty creative and was a fun meal experience. The staff was very kind and seem to care about the freshness of the food being delivered.

We went through the drive thru on our way to Shreveport at 12 noon on Saturday 6/29/2024 and ordered two meals. The customer service was on point and the food was too! Visited 12/22/23 while traveling for Christmas. Restaurant was CLEAN and the cozy fireplace was welcoming. Staff was friendly and took our orders correctly. We had our take out orders in less than 5 minutes. Located inside a TA Travel Center. Free parking, handicapped accessible. Bathrooms here were very clean too. Would definitely stop here again!

Wendy's is inside of a big gas station, also has a Dunkin donuts. Very clean with a big rustic, country theme dining area with a very big fire place. The same parking lot shares a Denny's restraunt

I guess it's ok everyone eating there seemed happy eating. I just stopped at the Love's to use the restroom.

Well I decided to come back after a bad experience!! And not only once but came here twice and got their spicy chicken salad! It was delicious very fresh and the chicken well cook!! The staff was friendly and the place was clean!! Will be coming back!

Good overall, I've been at this location a few times, I noticed the fries are kind of dry and shrinking, probably been done for a while, but it's still my favorite breakfast.

Staff was polite and available immediately upon my approach to the counter. The overall restaurant seemed to be in disrepair with lights out in random spots leaving the kitchen shaded, no ice in the dispenser, and a piece of disassembled equipment in the middle of the kitchen floor visible from the dining area. The 4 stars are from the cheerful and timely staff and the overall food quality. The place itself is badly in need of maintenance, though.

Lady taking orders was very quite mostly just seemed shy. I got a taco salad, which I usually love however Lettuce was mostly old big hunks. However, they are very quick and have a nice atmosphere

We come here often and the service can be hit and miss unless Jason is working and then it’s always spot on! The salads have been great recently! It’s hard to find a good fast food salad that isn’t soggy or old, this Wendy’s salads though are great. Wait time is never too long.

Food was served after a while, but it is understandable as most of fast food store with drive thru serve drive thru customer's order first. My spicy crispy chicken was very dry and hard, but fries were good. The young man who was working as a cashier on Oct 4, 2020 around 7pm was one of the best workers I've ever seen. He was very kind, informative, and helpful.

I've eaten at this Wendy's over a hundred times over the last 9 years, as it is our 'go to' restaurant on Wednesday nights. The staff has changed over the years, but the service is always good. Food is hot and fresh, always fast, and I've never had an issue that wasn't taken care of immediately. (Except when I lost my Frosty card and couldn't get any more free Frostys.) Location wise this is a typical Wendy's located inside a large truck stop. Plenty of parking (including room for semis, cattle trailers, and RVs)

Foot is typically pretty good here. Staff however is very hot and miss. Sometimes they are friendly. Most of the time they make you feel like they don't want customers.

Fun little place to stop and eat. Only small complaint was that the tables were dirty. We ended up sitting at a "closed" table because all open ones needed to be cleaned. Other than that the food was great and it had a great atmosphere.

Food was great. Tasty, hot and fresh. No problems with food, nor cleanliness. The service was good but not great. Everyone seem like they were on their last stretxh of battery. Mind you it was late at night but the prices don't get lower for us customers at night. So service has to be the same. No one was rude though but no one had a smile. Almost af if they were lost in thought (this is how accidents and orders occur).

I found this to be a good place for a bite to eat. Service was fast, friendly and, professional. The food was well prepared and presented. Parking was easy and the drive though busy for lunch. The lobby was occupied more than usual for a Wendy's lunch hour. Overall a good place for all to enjoy!

They messed up my order. The staff seemed very disorganized. Maybe the kid at the counter was new. They were definitely struggling.

The saving grace for this place was the food. At least that was good. Filthy tables and annoyed inconsiderate workers.

Great place of you wanna chill in drive thru sharing TikToks and catching Mates cheating on their cell phones. If this is not your idea of fun. You might have a better chance by going inside. To sum it up. Drive through is slow but you get a warm meal (sometimes) for the delay.

They got my order wrong the first time, plus my food was cold. Contacted them, and the fixed it on the second visit. However, the restaurant was dirty. There was trash all over the counter, and the one employee back in the kitchen had his mask of for a while. Haven't gone back.

First time the women there were rude and just shoved our food out the window with no condiments. Second time I was blessed with a complimentary drink. Third time the workers had better disposition.

Not a fast food fan in general because its always a disappointment compared to what you see in the pictures and adds. I was in a hurry so I grabbed a burger and fries. Fries were good. Burger was bland as can be, I remember Wendy's seasoning their meat. Guess that died with Dave.

This place was a mess. Napkins scattered. Condiment station was a mess. Understaffed and not the cleanest. Food was ok. But far from fast food. Glad i don't live close and rely on this location

I can highly recommend the spicy chicken sandwich. It's my favorite. The service was slow at the drive through and the grounds could use some cleaning. In all its worth a revisit.

So I gave 3 stars because the people here are super wonderful, but the tea is no longer brewed. The tea comes out of the soda fountain now and you can honestly taste that it’s not fresh. It’s not an “aftertaste” not a “new flavor” it’s old tea because it’s no longer freshly brewed.

Order was wrong twice, fries were soggy, burger was dry. I stopped going to Wendy's, tried to give it another shot but was still disappointed. Not like it was when i was a child, there's something up with their beef, its never juicy.

Stopped in for a baked potato to take home, wish I had looked at it before I left! Was late and potato was dried out not worth eating, when potatoes are like this, they should not be served!!

Are food was cold. Fries were horrible. Are order was not complete. We had already hit the road, was not turning back. Will not go back.

Tonight we went to Wendy's and the girl taking orders at the counter couldn't have been any more rude. She didn't get the order right as we were ordering she didnt even let us finish order before telling us our total after the first thing we ordered then as we said no we are not done she let us say another thing and again as soon as she got that she again told us our total so we told her no we have 1 more thing she just kept repeating our total and wouldn't even add on the last thing we actually had to tell her 3 times that we didn't see our chicken nuggets on the screen she then huffed and puffed like she was so put out to have to push in the chicken nuggets.. She acted as if she not only hates her job but that we were a huge bother by even being there. As we waited for our order along with the other customers. One who order before and another who ordered after we all talked about how rude tbis girl was. So it wasn't just us she disnt lime apparently she didn't lile any customer. After we got our order she had gotten the order wrong after I said 2xs no cheese on a my burger actually I might have said it 3 times because she wasn't paying attention the 1st there was still cheese on the burger so when I took it bavk in I was so happy she wasn't at tbe counter the cook came and asked me what was wrong and was so nice and ficed everything that is who should be working the counter but he was a great cook as well so please get rid of the chic working the counter and let that cook train the next oerson bevaise he was great actually made an awful experience way better. I dont normally write reviews but this girl was that bad and the cook was that great. So I made an exception. So because of the cook I gave 2 stars when I was because of her going give not one.

I felt rushed to make my order. I asked about the specials and was ignored. After I had time to read there were better rates on the things I ordered. The food was cold and cost too much. The only thing that was good was my harvest salad.

Went through the drive through to order a quick lunch. Needless to say the order was wrong. I didn't look in the bag until I got back to school. Order was wrong 2 fries and no burger. Ridiculous , so needless I won't be back. The fries were fresh, but I won't be eating 2.

Second time at this Wendy's and I order the same thing. Spicy chiken with ranch instead of mayo and both times sandwich is dry. The fries were cold, no napkins. Wasnt asked if I needed ketchup. Just handed my bags to me and said here you go. Paid 20. For dinner could of went somewhere else.

I placed an online order 20 minutes ahead of time and when I got there, they had no cooked potatoes. We were told that it would take an additional 20 minutes. Agree agreeing to wait, 30 minutes pass and I called asking where our food was. I was told they were ready but they forgot to bring us our food. Now, after calling asking where our food is and being promised it was coming right out, we have waited an additional 15 minutes with still no food.

They were slammed. Busy! I get it. The only problem I have with last night is that the "manager" told the employees the customers in the lobby can't wait. That if they don't like it they can go to the hot box. That's the food in the gas station under a heat lamp. Just didn't seem very professional. Again, they were busy, just didn't handle it very good

Asked for a grilled chicken sandwich with only mayo, due to my allergies. Got to my truck and found a chicken sandwich with everything on it. They remade my sandwich but ended up with cold fries by the time I got it.

Today on 8/1/19 I saw a baby mouse a got Crip out sick to my stomach I didn't have my phone with me at the time I taking a picture of the little guy. I still took my number #5 combo I was hungry I just pray for my food Jesus let be!

I just ordered my food asked them to cook my nuggets fresh they gave me old nuggets and kinda hot fries i use to work for wendy's never had this experience..

We showed up in a group of 4 and ordered dine in, it was completely dead. We were the only people in the place. My husband asked for a grilled sandwich no lettuce and tomato. We get our order and sure enough, husbands sandwich has lettuce and tomato. So, of course husband goes up to the counter to let someone know of the mistake, because let’s face it-mistakes happen. Stood there and had to call out 5 times loudly to try to get someone’s attention and NO ONE acknowledged him. I got tired of seeing him being ignored when there were 2 crew members right in front of him so I got up and went behind the counter myself to get someone’s attention. Wouldn’t you know it! Someone got onto me for being behind the counter. Well.....maybe if your crew would pay attention to the customers this wouldn’t have been an issue. I’m not one for being the pain in the butt customer but that was ridiculous. This restaurant doesn’t even deserve one star.

Extremely irritated terrible customer service and the "manager" is a joke. Im highly allergic to dairy and asked for a salad no dressing no cheese. Not hard, pretty much chicken and lettuce. I was given a salad covered in blue cheese so i asked for a different salad this time NO cheese. Was given my salad and left only to get home (20 min away) have a salad with blue cheese still on it when i called i was told they exchanged salads but picked the chicken off and reused it, then the manager hung up on me and refused to answer when i called back. All i wanted was lettuce and chicken. Will not go back.

Told the cashier I will wait..so I asked for fresh nuggets and saw the Manager dump the nuggets from the warmer back in the grease..so when I said I don't want redropped nuggets the Manager got mad and mumble to one of her employees while taking the nuggets back out the grease....word of advice make sure you check your food it happened to me and she was fine with it so...

Here on my 34 hour break.. yesterday a classic double.. staff .. basically children so much catsup and mayonaise.. couldn't even rat it .. today bourbon bacon dry no sauce at all .. again cant even eat it .. The general manager here is absolutely rude!!! I work in the food industry I know about complaints But... The way you all do business is NOT the way to make the customers happy Our order was correct on the receipt but when we finally got home because we live in almost Tyler our order was wrong Simply NO mayo on anything Guess what??? Smothered in Mayo I called back when finally getting home and passing out food and it was all wrong, and y'all were already closed Finally get a chance to call back just to see if the meal could simply be replaced and not only was I disrespected, but the person on the phone just put the phone down and started taking other orders. While arriving at location same team member and just as rude and refused to help. I would like some feedback and a simple apology if nothing else. Irregardless you will never get my business again

Don't order online! When I went to pick up my online order they said it wasn't in their system. Instead of trying to help me I was asked to leave the drive thru or they would call the police. The night time manager has no idea about customer service. If a customer has a receipt showing that it's been paid for why can't they spend a little time trying to help you. Don't order from them online!!!

Order# 2241 was a ridiculous situation. Went through drive through. They said their credit machine was down but the front was fine. Why couldn't they run it through the front? Had to come in to pay and wait for our food in expectation of drive through advantages. Was very unprofessional.

Worst Wendy's experience ever. Food was sooo salty, employee's did horrible. There was about 2 cups of mayo on every small burger. Drink machine needs fixing, every drink was bad. Filthy as well...

I ordered a number 4, classic chicken sandwich and it was the worst I've ever had, the chicken was beyond burnt and was very old and seemed almost like rubber when trying to eat it.

Went through the drive-through and got a 10 piece spicy nugget combo. The fries were extremely fresh. The nuggets were absolutely not fresh. I got my food quickly and they were friendly in the drive-through but I would rather wait 10 minutes for fresh food then get down the road and realize my food was not fresh.

Need to be more aware of meat temps and how long food is staying out. Have tried giving this place multiple tries and family gets food poisoning bad. Won’t be back there due to lack of proper food safety.

Went there to grab something to eat with my husband. I got the taco salad and it was disgusting. The lettuce was all brown and wilted that I ended up throwing it out . My husband got the chicken nuggets they were hard and cold . Will never go back. What a shame it definitely wasn't the Wendy's I thought it would be

I got yelled at in the drive thru because they didn't have several items and the guy taking my order wasn't the one yelling. It was a lady that chimed in, she didn't identify herself but I guess she was the team lead or manager but it was really unprofessional and unnecessary since I wasn't irate nor rude.I was only asking a question. Good customer service goes a long way. A person in a leadership position should know better let's hope they do better I was not responsible for the lack of products for her store, nor her bad mood. It's business not personal.

Tables are Filthy! Beautiful concept but they need to be taken out and bleach washed to clean the wood and seal them to prevent absorption! The lid and straw dispenser we’re almost completely out and ketchup empty! Ketchup Packets had a sticky substance like honey or something on them and the manager on duty seemed grumpy like he hates his job!

Today I went to Wendy's and got a salad when I got home I was eating the salad and found a bent piece of metal that looks similar to a staple inside of my food I nearly swallowed it it definitely could have done internal damage. When I called Wendy's I asked her if they could check and make sure there wasn't any more pieces laying around so no one got hurt and the manager said" I'll definitely do that, thank you" sarcasticly"
