Staff is always polite and friendly! The food is sooooo good, I don't know what it is about it, but it has me craving it all the time! The prices are about what you'd pay at Chick-fil-A, but as of late I find CFA hasn't been doing so well. Maybe it's just that Raising Cane's has spoiled me for other chicken places!
This is the best location because everytime i order the tenders are fresh and delicous. I never have to wait. Dont forget your extra cane sauce and extra coleslaw. I much prefer this to chic fil a as the chicken is actually crisp not soggy. Im a caniac for sure.
Cane's is Cane's. They are all pretty good foodwise. What makes this particular one special is a young lady behind the counter named Tasha. Phenomenal customer service, which totally made our evening. She is a tremendous asset to Cane's and really has a welcoming demeanor about her that is hard to find outside of your own mother's house. Fantastic job, Tasha. We really thank you so much for the great service! You are the best!
Delicious chicken and fries. Order to go. Excellent quick service. Fresh food flavor like always. I could say it is the best chicken you can find today as fast food. Highly recommended. Family loved it.
Tracy at the Raising Canes in Kingwood is Godsent. She is amazingly sweet and attentive. Kudos to the cooks as well, the food was hot and delicious! Will be returning.:)
So fresh, my to-go box steamed up and my fries got a little soggy. That's cool, helped the salt stick. The chicken fingers are delicious. Honestly, my wife has been craving their food so we've eaten here five times in one week.
The service was outstanding. I went a little earlier than the lunch rush. I was greated at the door and walked patiently through my order. The food portions were more than fair and still hot 10 minutes later when I got to my son's school to eat.
The lady that served us I believe her name is Tracy is so super nice and very helpful. I came in with two older ladies that have never been there before and there was a little bit of a line so they said" let's just go to chick fil a" (no thank you). I told them the line would go fast and it would be worth the wait. And before they could decide on what they wanted the line was gone thanks to Tracy who had only been working there for a few days. Kudos on the hire Raising Cane's she is a keeper! The ladies I was there with liked the food so much they ordered some to go and we were back a couple days later where once again Tracy was there with her happy 😃 face at least I think she was smiling behind the mask. Lol. These days its so rare to see people who work in customer service actually enjoy what they are doing and I really want to say thank you to the lady behind the front counter Tracy for making our day a lot better.
Canes is always great, we always get the caniac combo and their sweet tea is good too. It is expensive, but I think it's worth the price. The fries could be better but the chicken is amazing. Cane sauce is great as well.👌
I finally find a palace where they make them crisper. Have asked at diff locations and still had same soggy feel
Visiting town and had to go to the place that is built on the exact spot I used to live, sleep, and play. It provides an emotion I don't know how to explain, to see memories paved over. I am not upset this establishment is here, I am just a citizen looking at history change and remembering something that new patrons may never know. I played with the ducks in the pond, I lived in the townhome that is in the exact spot of the canes there. My friends were next door. I would walk across the street to town center as a kid. Thank you for the memories Kingwood.
I really like to eat here. It's reasonably price and I've never had a complaint about the food or service. I especially like the ice.
My favorite chicken place. My only complaint is last Saturday they were closed in the late afternoon so we sat in the drive through line for a bit. Unfortunately, it looked open so there was a lot of other cars too. When we got to the front we realized nobody was inside. We drove to Atascocita and the Cane’s there was also closed. Luckily, I had some leftovers at home, because if I don’t get enough Cane’s chicken: I become a Caniac! One time I ate a tiny yellow canary while in a catatonic Caniac state. Thankfully, granny noticed and hit me with a curved umbrella handle. I spit the little bird. Now granny thinks I’m looney, and I’m no longer invited over for Sunday dinner. Oh well, raising cane’s is delicious; that’s all folks!
This place does it right. The food is good, the restaurant is clean, and the staff are the friendliest around.
Great food and the cane sauce is to die for! I am not a huge chicken finger fan but my sister told me that this place would change my mind and she was right! I come here every chance I get and my kids love it too so it's smiles all around!
Always enjoy their food. Their sweet tea is the best!!!. But my only issue is I always have to order it extra crispy so the fries dont get soggy by the time I get home.. Took my friend for her 1st time here when we we're in Houston. She loved it!!
This canes is amazing. If you’re going to eat canes, I recommend eating it at the restaurant instead of getting it to go. It’s more fresh and tastes better. In regards to this particular restaurant, it’s great. Me and my friend were immediately welcomed by a very friendly employee. She honestly made our experience amazing. She was so friendly and served us well. She also treated her fellow workers amazing. The food came out within 2 minutes of ordering it, and it was hot and fresh. Overall I had a great experience today and I definitely will be back.
Their sauce and bread is unmatched!! Love that they gave their employees the Memorial Day Holiday off this year.
The drive through lane is almost too fast!!! Very quick service, always gets my order correct, and food for the most part is always fresh and ready. Never had a bad experience since they’ve opened. My one gripe is that in the drive through line the turning radius in which they have the safety cones arranged makes it tricky for a pickup to navigate through.
This restaurant is always on top of their game. I recently spoke with the store manager, Chris Conroy, on our last visit there because I wanted to personally tell him how much my family & I love eating there because it is consistently good and the restaurant is ALWAYS clean and the employees are ALWAYS super friendly & attentive to patrons' needs and I give this Kingwood eating destination TWO THUMBS WAY UP HIGH!👍👍‼️ Thank you, Raising Cane's, thank you Mr. Conroy, and a huge thank you to all of the employees who make it so awesome... THANK YOU!🙏
You can not beat this place. Chicken strips are tasty with no greasey taste, lightly crunch and flavorful. They have kept the menu simple. They do what they do great. You will be in a quick moving line, most any time of the day. Great food at a great price.
I have to say our last visit was amazing. The person taking out order was awesome but they usually are. The difference was it was kind of empty and the chicken was the best tasting I've ever had at any Raising Cane's. It was so hot and crispy and yummy. Even all the sides were outstanding. The toast was hot and buttery, the cole slaw was super creamy and cold and the fries were fresh and crunchy. Seems like the secret is to go when they're not so busy that they make your stuff right when you order it.
I visit this location regularly and it's always filled with positivity and friendly faces. The dining room is always spotless and the restrooms are quite pleasant to do your business. The food is simply second to none. The staff are always well prepared and quick with your order. These guys have definitely earned 5 stars from me.
Great location! Very clean and plenty of seating. The good was quick and fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. Their chicken tenders are the best and always come out hot and ready. The location has recovered well from Harvey. We will be coming back!
Raising Canes has the best chicken !
I'm a vegetarian but my kids love this place. They share a 6 piece and sometimes there is an extra piece! As long as there isn't any hysterical laughter, I'm good with them eating this chicken.
There's one older manger lady that seems a little too hard on her staff and she clearly needs to work on her communication skills and anger management. Without going into too much detail about what I saw first hand, her co workers were clearly trying to be helpful, she ignored them and verbally chastised them even though they were right and were just trying to help her get the order out faster. She wasted valuable minutes of my hot chickens life trying to reprimand her coworkers and just being stubborn for what looked like zero reason. She was prob just stressed out and taking it out on them but come on, yelling at a bunch a kids who are trying to help you doesn't make a great work environment for anyone and makes your busniess look bad. Otherwise it's a great place to eat and the foods awesome! The tenders are out of this world they are open Sundays unlike chickfila!
First time trying the place because I hate fast food chicken. But this place here had Great chicken, I LOVED THE SWEET TEA and I'm very picky when it comes to it and their sauce was excellent. With about $60 ...we fed about 12-13 people with good food so totally worth it!! Will be going back for sure
My new favorite chicken place. Good service, quick drive through, great quality and always hot. Just a heads up though you pretty much have to eat this at the restaurant because it will not make it home without the frys getting soggy.
Canes is awesome, this location always has the fresh chicken strips!
I really don't see what all the hype is about.... I never have.... it's just chicken strips... and they're kind of bland in my opinion. Their "Cane's Sauce" isn't anything special either. I can say this though. The service has always been top rate regardless of the location I went to. My personal opinion is that I would rather eat at Chicken Express or Chick-Fil-A. Don't get me wrong the food isn't bad, I just prefer something with more flavor.
Me and the kids really enjoyed the chicken finger baskets with fries and toast today. They brought their friend today that tried for the first time and he loved it. The atmosphere was great, the customer service was great but the sweet iced tea was very refreshing.
Tracey made me feel so welcome when I stopped in for lunch far from home. She had such an infectious smile & attitude that I carried her great mood with me all day. I truly believed her when she said “we look forward to your dining here again!”
I have only been through the drivethrough here but it seems to be a good location. The food is always good and it is an option we pick often lately. Damn good chicken tenders!
I picked up 300 tenders for a school staff luncheon. Every detail was perfect! The service was fast and friendly, all of the little extra touches and attention to detail made it the best restaurant experience I’ve had in ages. The teachers loved the chicken and canes sauce! Highly recommend this location.
The customer service at this location was exceptional. The cashier was really nice and upbeat. It definitely made the interaction pleasant. The food was perfectly cooked and definitely surpasses the normal standard of fast food. It's always a plus when all the order is correct. The only feedback I have is that fries are made fresh to order so their not soggy.
These are our favorite tenders many others are all breading that is hard. The sauce is also great and enough unless you want to fully cover a tender. Service has been good most trips with few hick-ups on orders.
Had a small mishap on my order and called to see if i could be given any coupons to fix the mistake and the manager Jacob was exceptional about making a quick accommodation by getting me a free replacement next time i come by. This is how you operate a business. Great guy!
Literally always a perfect experience. However, today stood out bc of Ms. Clintrelle. It is so busy today and she and the the ones working were so positive and energetic. These kids are going places ♡
The service here can’t be beat. My favorite Canes location so far. (I’ve gone to a lot)
Delicious! Exceptional food, the Sauce is The Event...everything else is a "vehicle " for their sauce!!
I had to come on here and leave a comment for one lady in particular Ms.Tracy was so sweet and had a very compassionate attitude towards my friend and I we normally don’t enjoy eating inside places but she will be the reason we keep coming back to this location!! Such a lovely lady
New favorite location! Staff was super friendly and I wish I had gotten their names because they deserve a compliment! Me and my husband usually share a caniac combo and this is the first location to ever offer us paper plates! We didn’t even know canes had them! Staff was also making sure to clean and sanitize so the table was super clean Fries were salted well and decent sized chicken tenders, sauce was good too!
Food is great but service is even better. After we ordered, we discovered our team went somewhere else to eat. The manager overheard us telling some other team members that the meet up was elsewhere and offered to refund our order (which we did not because Cane's was better than the other option). That's what I would call amazing service.
Every time I come to this location, the food is always hot and comes out within seconds after my order is placed, and it’s always good. I wanted to write a review about the lovely lady at the front, Miss Rose. Every time I come to eat at this location, she’s almost always the one at the front register. I’ve never seen her without a smile on her face. She is just absolutely lovely! Quick, kind, and just overall a wonderful woman. Please let her know that she is appreciated! Most people don’t think to show kindness, but she always does.
Food was fabulous and reasonably priced!! We jumped into it so quickly I didn't get a before picture so you get an after picture. They have the juiciest chicken of any chicken place we've eaten at...bar none, love the sauce. Tracy was great, I enjoyed visiting with her, she's a sharp little cookie and we want to come back to the Kingwood Canes to see her again! Very personable and interesting, keep up the good customer service Tracy!
Recently revisited I'm extremely happy. The toast is the best I always ask for another.

Love everything in the menu!! The chicken, the bread, omg the fries!!!! But specially the cane's sauce is so freaking delicious

Great food always hot and fresh but sometimes the lettuce is absolutely huge and gets soggy(for their sandwich) I would give 5 stars if they kept lettuce from the sogginess as well as not forget my EXTRA DELICIOUS CANES SAUCE. Bummer but bangin food when you’re hungry. Oh and they sell gallon of tea and yes it’s the sweet tea that if not careful, could drink in 1 day.
The food here is great and the staff is friendly. Be sure to check your order, mine has been messed up a number of times. I won't deduct many stars though because the managers make it right and seem genuinely concerned about correcting the lapse on their end.
Everyone is extremely nice and fast. Drive thru is always easy to get through and you are not sitting there waiting forever. Food is delicious and if you like VERY sweet tea then you will love it here.
Food is always good and tasty! But this last time I came I ordered 2 6pc combos and a kids meal. I live in Huffman so it’s a little drive. When I get home there’s no chicken in the kids meal, luckily we had 2 6pc so we could share. Besides that, great place!
So delicious!!!!!!!! My husband and I received our order for lunch and the chicken was piping hot as well as the fries. I would have given 5 stars but the young lady at the 2nd window wasn’t very friendly. She just handed us our food without saying a word. Besides that, I would highly recommend this location.
Y'all need to season the chicken. At least put some salt on it. Service is always excellent, but that damn unseasoned chicken just kills me. The only way I can eat it is with the Canes sauce and I think that's terrible. I know y'all can season stuff because the coleslaw is pretty good.
They have fixed their slowness issues from their initial opening and are as fast as Chick-fil-A now. They also make right any issues with an order. I had an issue where my drink orders were wrong but management was courteous, prompt and made it right. We eat here 3-4 times per month and will keep coming back.
Great food. My son's favorite. The manager checked on us to make sure we were satisfied with our meal. Thank you
First, I would like to start off by saying this is my second time trying their food. Everyone is always hyping this place up and I couldn't see for what reason. The first time, I had a bad experience at one of the Houston locations, and I tried the chicken tenders. The food was TERRIBLE to say the least. I thought I would never want to try them again. This time in Kingwood I tried them again on my lunch break. I ordered the chicken sandwich combo which was roughly $10. I also purchased their "special sauce", which I know to be ketchup and mayo with some seasoning. The chicken was very tender and juicy but also had no flavor. The BUNS THOUGH were FLUFFY and perfect! The sauce gave the burger life, I will say. The fries were just normal crinkle fries, nothing special, I do like that they were salted well. My order was out really quickly, I'd say wait time (even with a lobby full of people and a drive thru line backed up) was less than 5 minutes. The atmosphere was a little strange but still felt welcoming, there were protesters with signs everywhere tonight haha.

What an amazing spot there chicken fingers are tender juicy and crispy and all together that makes perfection. I glad I stopped buy mind blowing experience, all and all I love it #richeatsswashere
I love Raising Cane's. The food is simple and good. The first time I tried them was at the original location in Baton Rouge and I've been a fan since. The reason I gave this location 3 stars was because on more than one occasion I've had a hard time finding a clean table for my wife and I to eat. The place is constantly dirtier than other locations I've been to. Still enjoy the food though.
For me, this place is inconsistent. One time it's great, next time it's definitely not great. I moved out of Kingwood but was near today so I went through the drive-thru and was really excited because it's been a while. Today was not a good day, apparently. I can hardly dip my strips because the breading is falling off of them and they seem slightly under cooked. My fries taste like they were made this morning and left over. The bread is awesome, though! I hope they work out this inconsistency issue.
I usually love to eat here, but today it seems my food had been old and reheated by a quick dip in the fryer. The toast was the most fresh and best thing in my box combo.
I am not sure what makes this place special. It has fried chicken, with crinkle cut fries and texas toast. It does not have any unique flavors in the fries or chicken, and the sauce is a mayonnaise aioli. The service was fast and friendly, and is good for a quick bite, but I struggle to understand why I should bypass the many other chicken places for this one.
Service is always great. My only complaint is that the fries are always hit or miss. You never know if they're gonna be hot or soggy.
Their prices have gone up, as most places have. But when I pay $11 for the 4 chicken strip meal and $16 for the 6 strip meal, I expect the food to be hot or at least warm... most of the time, it is hot.. but the last few times I stopped in, nope. The best thing they have going for them right now is that they're open after 11pm when you want a quick late night bite.
The chicken fingers are bland, and the prices are high. However, the overall service is very good. The Food comes real quick, and everyone is friendly.
Fries were over cooked and tasted burnt. The tenders were small and a bit over cooked as if they were not paying attention to the fryers/frying of the chicken and fries proper cook timing. I got the Caniac and was missing one tender, again this is not the same Canes from about 15 years ago. Same sauce... but the cooking and quality of food is not the same. From a fellow Louisiana ⚜️🦞 native...
Rude order taker outside, she seemed to have braids or locks with red hair and colored contacts. She was rushing our order, she was talking on the phone when we pulled up and was so rude. My boyfriend had to finish the order at the window because of how rude she was and rushing the whole order, people at the window were really nice.
This is my first time going to this location . I love canes and I typically love the customer service. The lady taking my order was impatient and before I could fully complete my order she interrupted me with the total. I had to repeat my order 3 times and the order was still wrong when received. She did not give me time to complete a full sentence and she spoke incredibly too fast for me to comprehend. When I received my food , I appreciated how quickly i received it; however, the substitution that i made on 3 meals, 2 of 3 meals were incorrect. There was no line in the drive thru so it was no reason for the transaction to be that rushed. Other than that, the other lady who took my payment and the gentleman that gave me my food were great .
I visit this Raising Canes often, but today’s experience was disappointing. I ordered the box combo, and unfortunately, the fries were cold. After requesting hot fries, the second batch was partially burnt and still not hot. It seems like there’s a need for better employee training in delivering quality service smh.
I went through the drive thru just now (6/14/25) at 5:43PM. The service while ordering was terrible, I only ordered two meals and was rushed and told to “ pull forward” 3 or 4 times when I wasn’t even done with ordering. I ordered extra crispy fries on my box combo and no lettuce on my sandwich meal. Both meals were wrong. I received soggy fries and lettuce on my sandwich.
My son loves this place. My husband and son went to the local Cane’s tonight and got a three piece and a kid’s meal. The tenders were so small. See photo. My son is holding the tender in his palm and it’s just itty bitty. All three of his and the kid’s meal tenders were just so small. Disappointed in the portion size.
I normally love canes but lately the portions have gone down hill. A few weeks ago I received tiny chicken tenders and today this is what I got. I get the 3 finger combo often and it's always a full amount of fries. But today they didn't even fill up the section at all. It wasn't even a handful of fries. The chicken tender on the bottom was half breading over a small, one bite piece of chicken. I paid $8 for this and it wasn't worth it at all.
This location is very inconsistent, some days they are quick with good toast and fries while others it is slow and poor quality. As someone who is a frequent visitor of this chain and this location I would say that the food has gone downhill quickly ever since a few months ago. The chicken has gotten tiny and seems the flavor isn’t what it was a few months ago. That’s the big disappointment is this place is known for great tenders and with fairly large sizes of chicken to now where they have been tiny and it’s not just this location, I’ve been about 6 times in the past 3 months from when everything has changed. It also wasn’t pleasant biting into a bone. The only reason they didn’t get a one star is because the customer service is always on point.

The chicken fingers have drastically dropped in size. Used to be 3-4 bites but now 2. Ver disappointed
I swear the portions at this location are smaller than others. The chicken strips were like half the size of the pictures.
They were in such a hurry they rushed me out of the drive-thru with only half of my order. After going back in to get the second half they forgot the condiments I requested and when I opened the container to check on the extra sauces that you have to pay for they were open and sauce was all over poured out! Oh and since when did you start selling Chicken nuggets... 5 out of 6 Chicken strips were 2" long!!!! You raised your prices and made the strips smaller!!! Very poor and I paid $47 smh! Looks like someone needs competition!
Went on valentine's day for my boyfriend's first time trying the food. I like raising cane's so we got two of the larger baskets but the food was awful. They chicken's meat was moist but had no spices. The fries had no salt. I paid for a lemonade which cost extra. They pride themselves on their hand squeezed lemonade. If it was hand squeezed then it would be tart, sour, and with some pulp. It tasted like watered down lemon powder drink. The staff was really nice. I complained about the lemonade and the gave me some from the drive threw batch. Sadly it tasted the same. I didn't want to complain anymore so I got tea instead. An both the sweat tea and unsweet were watered down too! If the staff wasn't nice I would have given it 0 stars. Ps. Ended up going to HEB and order a BBQ sandwich and a Sweet Tea.
Last time I went to canes it was $15 for 6 pieces of a solid 4 inch tinder. Now it’s almost $20 and the tenders are like 2-3 inches. One piece of advice is never reduce the quality of your food.
Pretty bad. I love Canes so I keep giving this location a chance since the next closest one is about 20 miles away. Fries, almost always overcooked. Tenders, always small, always overcooked. I have a family of 8 so it stings a little extra to spend $50+ on bad food.
This was my Favorite place to eat before hurricane Harvey. Just went back today and the food is not like it was. The tenders have no flavor and are super small and they give you a handful of fries now, I don’t want to pay $10 for a meal and get practically nothing. Won’t be coming back.
My husband and I thought the chicken was tough, stringy, and greasy; the breading fell off in flaccid chunks. The fries were limp, and the "special sauce" was so full of sodium it made my tongue burn. The Texas toast was equally disgusting and seemed extraneous to the meal. Everything tasted like chemicals, which seems odd for an establishment that is supposed to be "real food." I firmly believe people in Kingwood will eat dirt off the ground if they hear it's trendy. We were really hoping to find a decent chicken place, but we won't be back. On the upside, the staff were friendly and efficient.
The chicken fingers were over cooked and dry not moist and juicy as previous Canes location I’ve tried. I was hoping that my last experience 2 weeks ago was a one off , it the reason for my willingness to give this store another try. To my dismay, it’s not a one off but a common thing. I really wanted to like this store because it’s closer to me.
Came to raising canes to grab some lunch with my husband and daughter. My daughter and I were walking to the women's restroom when a male employee was a few steps ahead and walked into the female restroom as well. He went into one of the stalls and shut the door behind him. I hurried to help my daughter go potty and left out of there quickly. The male employee never said a word and when I was leaving the bathrooms I seen that he was looking through the crack. After I walked out I went to the my husband and the male walked out shortly after. He gave me really creepy vibes and I told the employees at the counter. Just be careful with your daughters going alone. I will definitely not be going to that location anymore!
This is the only canes that is constantly sells wet soggy chicken fingers. $20 bucks for 5 wet mushy chicken fingers is crazy. Do better kingwood canes
If spending $18 on 5 chicken strips and fries are your thing then Cane's is the place for you. The chicken doesn't have ANY flavor to them unless you completely drench them in the Cane's sauce which you have to pay extra for because you cannot eat 5 strips with one small cup of their sauce. The sauce is delicious however!
Yall need new staff who actually take cars of the orders. And doesn’t use old grease on the chicken fingers. I got very sick to my stomach!
Usually when I come here the staff is great. But the black girl with the pink hoodie glasses and slick back ponytail with the puff ball sticking through her hat is very rude, and shouldn’t work in customer service.
Food is great here but the guy in the front that wears the yellow jacket always has a very strong demeanor and not in a good way. He always had an attitude and it make the company look bad. This guy never has an good attitude,
We had to repeat our order more than three times. Charging $.40 per extra sauce was ridiculous plus the chicken was the size of 2 chicken nuggets. Since when did the chicken strips get so small. I remember when you could barely close the box because the pieces were so big. Canes has changed and it’s definitely not worth $17 for the caniac anymore. The price is more for less chicken.
It cannot be that in the 21st century racism still exists, and I say this because of the elderly woman who treats people with discrimination. This is the second time she has messed up and she speaks to me in an inappropriate way
