Can we get what we pay for????? Supposed to be a large. Where's the rest of the order? Nice trick to keep me from checking the bag was to fold over top and sticker seal. Heads up to the next guest - check the order before you leave.
The business hours need to be updated on Google Maps. This place closes at 11:43p on Tuesdays. I saw a customer drive up to one of the stations at 11:43p on Tuesday 12/2/25 and they attempted to place an order. An employee told them they were closed, then the staff turned off the outdoor lights. The customer then left the premises. It's fine if a company wants to close early on certain days, but it should be clearly shown on their listed business hours. I had just come through the drive through myself right before then, so I'm fairly sure there wasn't an emergency or anything that would cause an unexpected closure.
I now remember why I don’t go to this Sonic although I love some of the drinks. I ordered chicken tenders dinner, they were DARK brown bordering on burnt! Wish they would have cooked the tots longer. If I would have looked before pulling out I wouldn’t have accepted them! Unfortunately I was too tired to drive back. I did leave a tip, not that it was the young lady at the windows mess. Trying to post a picture but have to do something in my Google maps. it has been a few YEARS since my last experience, which was also terrible, it will be a long time before I go to this location again, if ever
I spoke with the general manager here and he advised the worker here what to do with my transactions. Well, the supervisor Chelsea came to the window and I advised her that I needed to leave. I stayed here at this location for over 20 minutes just for her to figure out transactions. She was not polite and she was very hasty. I didn’t get what I ordered.
I ordered three different types of milkshakes. First order of a Medium Oreo Blast Milkshake with Caramel and Cookie Dough placed on top. Second order of a Small Vanilla shake. Third order of a Medium Strawberry Cheesecake Cream Cooler. The only order that came out right was the Small Vanilla Milkshake. Both the Oreo Blast and the Strawberry Cheesecake Cream Cooler was wrong. They ended up mixing the Caramel and Cookie Dough into the Oreo Blast. And didn’t make the Strawberry Cheesecake Cream Cooler correctly the first time. They placed it in a regular styrofoam cup to hide the fact that they didn’t add the whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs. After telling them it wasn’t made correctly through the intercom, they ended up bringing it out in the correct cup with whipped cream, still no graham cracker crumbs. Upon asking the manager, I assume, where were the crumbs, she informed me that they ended up running out of the graham cracker crumbs. I then proceeded to ask her how come they didn’t tell me that when I placed my order, especially after two workers came to my vehicle within the 25 minutes I was there. She told me that she was in the kitchen and busy with car hopping so she didn’t know. None of that made any sense to me. So after she said that, I asked if I were able to get a refund, especially since they made the drink twice and still didn’t make it how it was depicted via the app. She said that if i ordered it online then I would have to contact customer support for a refund since it’s third party. After that, she then proceeded to call for backup through her walkie and walked away to speak with two other workers outside. She never returned to my vehicle and they all ended up walking back inside. I’ve gone to this location at least 6 times prior to this experience and every time was good. Today was, in fact, not. And I surely won’t be returning due to the lack of proper and professional customer service or lack of communication.
I love the kids running out the food, they are so nice and I’m sure they deserve to be paid more for how much they have to put up with, don’t forget to tip! However, I am a regular app user and often swing by after work. I cannot even remember the last time the kitchen has gotten an order right. The ticket on the outside of the bag is always correct, but inside is a different story. If I ask for no mayo, there seems to be extra. If I ask for no tomatoes, there’s ONLY tomatoes, nothing else. If I ask for a sprite I get something red and syrupy. I suspect it’s probably lack of care from the kitchen staff, but it’s not fair to the kids running out orders to have to run everything back again, especially if the person ordering gets mad at them even though they didn’t make the food. Sonic, get a better kitchen and give the wonderful kiddos you have outdoors a raise!
02/10/2026 2:06 PM Got here at 1:40pm, and asked for two things. I saw 5 different cars arrive and leave with their orders. Never got mine. Never coming back to any sonic again.
Sorry to say went to get lunch for me and my son had some chicken nuggets and there was a roach in couldn't eat it I got sick to my mummy
literally open and nobody is talking through drive through or at window I’ve been here for 10 minutes honestly just go get a McFlurry from McDonald’s prolly more reliable than this sonic location from my experience and from what I hear
open till midnight but are never available to bring your food out and make you go through the drive through. Even with the mobile app no one comes out to bring you your order or has the courtesy to go on the speaker to tell you what’s going on. I had to go through the drive through and ask for my order, they said their mobile app was down but they knew what my order was and my shakes were melted due to waiting forever. I’ve always had issues with this location, during the day is no better. Take the extra time driving to a different location than waiting here for poor service.
I placed my order through the app — just a RT44 Dirty Dr Pepper for myself and a large Coke for my girlfriend. We waited in our stall for about 20 minutes, but no one ever came out with our drinks. After about 25 minutes, I decided to go through the drive-thru to try to pick them up. I waited another 5 minutes at the speaker with no response, so I ended up driving to the window instead. The employee there was rude, and overall, the service was extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this Sonic, especially during busy hours. (1:30pm when I was here)
This Sonic sucks💀 took 20 mins for 2 DRINKS!!! Also the drive through girl was super rude. They need to be more time efficient and work on their customer service cause it is ridiculous. I understand that it can get busy over there but there should be no reason to be rude to customers.
I went through the sonic drive-tru and asked the lady working there if I could have a dirty soda then we sat in silence for a bit, after she yelled at me What kind of soda? I said coke then she yelled at me again saying No! What kind of soda I told her I said coke then she said ok I pulled up to the window and she tells me the apple pay is down. It was horrible service and I didn't get to leave with my food but I was left with her attitude. I would rate it a 0 if i could.
Has to be the worst sonic ive been to. They'll forget your order on the counter half the time or forget to ring it in. wont let you know either in hopes you just drive away. Dealing with costumer service is a nightmare In general. Like its a really cheap AI model. Dont expect your money back for anything either. They give 5$ credits that have to be used separately to get you back at the location multiple times. Easy fix-just dont go in the first place. Not to mention their location. Getting in and put is always difficult because their drive way is right before a 2 lane to 1 lane merger at a traffic stop down the road from school. Speaking of bad service, watch the response I'll get for the negative reveiw. Completly scripted, claims to be the owner but will admit that its not the locations franchise owner. Total b.s.
This location has to be one of the worst Sonic’s. I try give a second chance but this will my last, I will take my business to the Sonic on Veterans Rd. The customer service here stinks, the workers always seem to have attitudes then the guy at the window flung my order causing my debit card to fail on the floor. He did come out to pick it up but no apology. I stayed cool because they were still making my drink. He handed my drink nonchalantly, then closed the window. If you don’t want to work QUIT, you are not obligated, but don’t take it out on people just because you’re miserable. I will NEVER come back to this place on FM 150!!!
Went through drive-thru everytime we come something is wrong, I always try to see if next time is better and never is. The tots we got today all of the four we got were half way full, burger had a tiny 1 piece of bacon when we got the super sonic double cheeseburger and forgot the jalapeños. Seems like they rush and just don’t care about customers. Something happens every time, going to stop coming to this location.
Food was good, service slow, but they have a playground so we waited.. The playground has 2 picnic tables, but is so dirty that I didn't let the kids play very long. One time up the stairs & down the slide & their hands were black. I took a 2 & 4 yr old & they were so disappointed they didn't get to play. They really need to clean this play area regularly or get rid of it.
