El personal actual es súper atento y lindo. La atención hace que la experiencia se sienta mucho mejor y da gusto volver.
Si buscas tomar un café tranquilamente y ser atendido relativamente rapido, este no es el starbucks correcto. A veces como consumidor es necesario que seamos objetivos, el lugar está ubicado en una entrada principal por lo que puedes tardar en encontrar una mesa o silla disponible, la fila para ordenar nunca acaba, ya que esta en una plaza comercial es mejor ser conscientes de que el lugar sera ruidoso. A pesar de ello lxs chicxs son amables y aún si tardan en entregar tu orden tratan de hacer lo mejor que pueden 😌👍🏻
Muy amables , excelente servicio , solo que es muy pequeño
La atención es lo mas interesante en esta cafetería siempre te toman en cuenta la manera en que pides tu café, si pides alguna sugerencia tambien serás bien atendido

Every time this garbage room is opened, an impressive stench comes out and reaches all the tables next to it.
The service is a bit slow, the line doubles in a blink of an eye, and there aren't enough chairs or space to stay and enjoy your drinks or food. As soon as you arrive before ordering, find a seat and then order through the app.

I know there are times of a lot of work, stress, etc., but it's also good to admit a mistake. You buy a large cup and they give you a medium one. They foolishly refused to admit the mistake. I wasn't asking for it to be replaced; I simply wanted to clear up any doubts about why that wasn't a large cup, and they simply ignore you and turn their backs on you.

It seems we didn't learn from the pandemic. Remember how businesses begged us to keep buying to avoid closing their doors? Remember how employees suffered at the hands of their employers when businesses shut down? And the Starbucks Mexico case was notorious for its poor labor practices. I bought some drinks for my nephews, and one of them was a modest coffee of the day for myself. All the drinks were delivered except for the coffee of the day, even though it was the first one they prepared—well, they already had it ready; it was just a simple black coffee. They prepared and delivered the drinks for the people who were there after us, but they still hadn't delivered my coffee, even though it was already made and poured; all they had to do was take it from the counter and hand it to us. They continued preparing other drinks for other people, and I mentioned to the barista that perhaps she had forgotten. With post-pandemic arrogance, she rudely told me that they had preferences for preparing and delivering drinks based on the order. I think he thought a coffee of the day was a small thing, but in that same order I bought five other drinks, including the famous Caramel Macchiato. We suffered through the pandemic, and I don't think we understood. We should remember how we employees hoped not to be laid off and that our customers wouldn't abandon us. Arrogance has a long memory in some companies and some employees.
Everything was great except for the girl who was working at the register; she had a horrible attitude and did everything terribly.
