The staff are friendly and will help you with your order. My go-to menu items for the family include but are not limited to: vegetable chow mein noodles (with extra fire sauce), kung pao chicken (extra kung pao sauce), house special chicken (extra house special sauce), vegetable spring rolls, and brown rice. There is plenty of parking at this restaurant.

My wife and 3 girls just dined at pick up Stix here in La Habra for the first time! We were highly impressed by the phenomenal service, care, kindness and delicious food! We had to compliment this team which I had to get there names to express our appreciation! Gayuso, Pascal, Guardado, Jose, Kim, Jesslyn Y, and Morales, Victor! La Habra, California location! ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️ Great experience! I used to live in this area over 20 years and was a frequent customer then. But i moved out of state and im home for a visit. Still excellent service, delicious food and clean atmosphere. I wish we had a location in Eastern Washington!

The food was amazing. I got the drunken noodles. Sorry I didn't get to take a picture. I took a taste test and ended up eating it all. Definitely a must try...And I got the chicken but added steak..

Wasn't too sure since there are some bad reviews over a one time experience so gave it a try and the food is really good great service our food was out on time. Will be coming back.

Yummy food - cream cheese wontons, house chicken and fried rice are all delicious. Also recommend the chicken pad-thai. Generally quick service but at times not the fastest. Would give the place a five if the service was a bit faster... I've had long waits for pick ups before.

I ordered the new garlic shrimp. But the shrimps were not cooked properly they were kinda raw! They should make sure the are slightly toasted. That would also enhance the flavor.

If "mid" was in the dictionary, it would have the picture I provided (for the orange chicken and chow mein at least). As was the taste. And especially for the price, just do yourself a favor and go to a hole in the wall.

I wouldn't be back personally pad thai was wayyyy to sweet, barley any actual chicken besides the breading. But yeah sauce was way to damn sweet absolutely ruined the dish tbh

I just had the WORST Orange Chicken I have ever experienced in my life. The breading was like bread crumbs, NOT traditional Chinese breading. You could tell it was breaded and fried hours before it was used. Look at THEIR picture of Orange Chicken. That's what it should look like. What I got looked worse than dog food. There was NO sauce, and NO orange flavor whatsoever. Just absolutely HORRIBLE. I have taken out from there a few times but no more. Zero oversight! I will NOT be back!

It was horrible. She was obviously high on drugs and she wouldn’t stop yelling. She even came over to our booth and commented on our food. My boyfriend had to tell her to leave us alone. Pickupstix is one of my favorite restaurants but our experience today ruined it. When the woman came to our table I looked at the employees like “please do something” and they just ignored me and looked away. Other people came in and left because she was so obnoxious and trying to talk to them. It should have been handled by the manager, but nothing was done. Had to take out food to go. We will not return.

Most companies blame Covid for high prices, small portions and poor service but I would point to In-N-Out Burger, Chick-fil-A, Costco and other highly profitable and highly rated companies that are thriving pandemic or not. Don’t be a follower Pickupstix, you’ve always had great tasting food but there’s more to it than that.
